I visited Lokaruchi this Sunday, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The ambience was exceptional, with lush greenery and a rustic atmosphere that added to the charm. But what truly stole the show was the delicious food. I highly recommend trying the Madduru vade paired with their delightful filter coffee; it's a popular snack for a reason. And if you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast, their buffet is an excellent choice at just 225 per person. Lokaruchi is the perfect destination for a breakfast drive, and I can't recommend it enough for a delightful culinary experience.

Kamat was an amazing restaurant. We visited it for breakfast. The service was very quick, and the food's taste and quality were excellent. The entire place was clean and hygienic. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. I especially enjoyed their coffee and pineapple sheera. Overall, if you are traveling along this highway, you must visit this place.

This outlet is on the old highway towards mysore. People going via expressway have to take a good 11-12KM detour to reach this. The ambience is quite good and in a natural setup. The area is quite vast and there are few good small shops as well that sell kids toys and other small goodies. The food is in North karnataka cuisine and is very good. The service is very good as well. Food is simple and authentic. Besides this, there is a Karnataka folklore museum.

Delicious local Karnataka Thali. Puran poli was delicious and fresh. Mirchi bhajji was nice. Eggplant vegetable, bharta, dry vegetables were good. Sambar was nice. Chutney was yum. Fruit salad with icecream was nice too.

They can add few more food items closer to traditional cousins in stead of fried once, but. Overall really good place. Fresh milk made items, very rustic, traditional ambiance.

One of the best restaurant along the Bangalore - Mysore highway. The number of visitors to this place has dropped considerably because of the new expressway. The quality of food and service still remains amazing and Jolada roti is a must have item here.

This place consisting of extremely nice atmosphere, with good enough food but relatively slow service. We being a group of 7 were able to try masala dosa, butter masala dosa, ragi dosa, rava dosa, mude idly, maddur vada, ghee jalebi and coffee. Out of all ragi and rava dosa were the best along with their filter coffees, the remaining masala dosas and idly were good but I personally didn't enjoy the muddur vada. The good ambience around the restaurant, the rustic ambience and vintage look makes it a worth to be visited by taking a detor from the mysore bangalore expressway. If the service would have been good enough, I would have definetly given a 5 star.

Kamat lokaruchi is located right outside Ramanagar. This place has an amazing ambience. It has a very soothing and relaxing atmosphere. I do not miss this place whenever I pass Mysore road. Their kadabu idly is a must try. Plain dosa and masala dosa is average. Rava masala dosa tasted really good, Vada was perfect crisp. Coffee wasn't perfect but good enough to end your breakfast on a good note. With Bangalore -Mysore expressway this place was found almost empty.

Experienced North karnataka spl veg thali and South indian spl Veg thali, but personally I liked the former one. In breakfast I liked their Mude Idly and Maddur Vada. Normally in weekend lunch hours, you might need to wait 15-25 mins depending upon the crowd. They have plenty of space but just that crowd used to be there in want of good food and you would have to wait.
