The hot chocolate I had here was the best I ever had in my life! Also don't miss out on Chocolate Fondue and the Black Forest. The stereotype of the black forest would be completely shattered once you have it there.

The fabelle Chocolate boutique at ITC gardenia is what makes my trips to Bangalore all the more interesting. I absolutely recommend their Sao tome hot Chocolate, black forest and Vanilla cremeux bar amongst the desserts.
The celebration cakes are exquisite and need to be ordered in advance but are worth the wait.
The chefs and the live kitchen are what sets the place apart. Special mention to Chef Jose and Chef Tanvi. Do ask them for their recommendations the next time you drop by!

Well as you can see from these descriptions, the Cocoa that goes into making these heavenly desserts are imported from some of the world's best production centers like Ghana, Venezuela, Madagascar and St. Dominique to name a few. The desserts include exotic ingredients such as (but not limited to) Turkish pistachio cream, dulcey cream, gold pepin, nougat, Swiss hazelnuts, Madagascar Vanilla pods.
I would totally recommend this place to people who don't mind spending their pennies for a splendid lush experience.

I sent my kids for the chocolate making masterclass here. My boys were absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. The chefs were so warm and accommodating and kept their cool with so many kids around !
I appreciate their progress and the ease they do it with. Kids came back with a nice hamper of chocolates and cookies they made. Don’t miss it !

One of those places which get a 5 star for 1. Taste 2. Staff Courteousness 3.Ambience.
Tried their Chocolate flower (they made an eggless version of it on request) and the salted caramel ganache. Well, for starters, I am not a die hard chocolate fan. I am more like a 'chocolate-once-in-a- while-is-fine' person. But then you should have seen the way I devoured that chocolate flower. I am dead sure, had it not been a 5-starry place, I would have literally licked the plate clean. Especially that orange flavoroured white chocolate sauce was the game changer in that dish. As was the coconut ice cream in the salted caramel ganache. Apart from that tried thr set of 6 chocolate cup creations. Unfortunately don't remember all the flavours that I tried. To point out, didn't like the berry one much. The flavour was too strong and too tangy for my taste buds. Wish they could make more of the options on their menu in an eggless version. That would get it a perfect 10!
This place was in my wish list from a long time so I just got lucky and had some good time to spend it in this wonderful CHOCOLATE BOUTIQUE , you literally feel that you have entered the world of WILLY WONKA Chocolate Factory .
It amused me to a greater extent, and the hospitality is simply superb to a larger extent you get to spend some good times with your near and dear ones in here if you are a dessert sort of a person it’s the perfect venue !
So I opted for ECLAIR VENEZUELA which had a combined taste of two stuff like the pairing of flavour was too good and the Eclair flavour complimented with the rich caramel notes of dulcey cream, gold pepin it was truly a CHOCOLATE DREAM . It had a thick crust outside and the smooth finish inside and the dessert was worth with each bite .
Would definitely love to visit again and try all fantabulous desserts in here !!

the shop is classy. The staff is polite yet the atmosphere is exquisite. As expected of a shop inside it's gardenia. The taste is superb yet different. The sweetness is subtle yet pleasurable. The price, as expected , is on higher side. I gave 1 start less just for the lack of choices. A boutique should have a lot more than what we saw. Other than that, perfect.
Here comes the Christmas creations menu - different kind of cakes desserts chocolates , signature plum cake , signature stollen bread,boule de noel and Christmas tree 😻. Plum cake had very intense flavour. Enjoyed every bite 🍫.

My Love for Chocolate made me search for places which would teach me how to make it. I came across Fabelle's chocolate making classes. It was an amazing experience. Chef Tanvi was very resourceful. The place itself was awesome. The display would make anyone fall in love with chocolates. I bought the signature creation of Fabelle created on basis of the five elements. My son who is very choosy about chocolates loved it. I loved the element fire. The taste was divine. Would love to attend more classes.....looking forward to it. Well after reading all the reviews here on zomato I had to try out the signature chocolates
First I ordered 84% dark chocolate taste was good but bit of bitterness, but it’s chocolate!! It needs to be balanced like that and it was balanced well and good,
After that I ordered to chocolate flower, unfortunately I couldn’t take a video of pouring Turkish pistachio cream but I tasted it very well.
Chocolate flower taste was so good and the choices of fruits on top of the chocolate is so selective and it doesn’t disappoint you as well as your taste buds
84% dark chocolate had small small chocolate poppers which was slated was going good with whole of the dish
All in all a terrific day with a terrific chocolates
Was worth every penny
Well about the ambiance!! It’s ITC and you need not be worried about the ambiance and the hospitality they provide you

I also had a chance to buy a special chocolate which was prepared on the occasion of the 72nd Independence Day with a combination of 72 different ingredients, but I couldn’t take them with me.

I went to Fabelle Chocolate Boutique at ITC Gardenia on a Saturday after having dinner at Edo, which also is at ITC Gardenia. I have already penned a review of Edo, so lets talk about Fabelle here.
The place is very aesthetically setup, will instantly attract customers and has exceptional desserts and chocolates.
I took a box of 6 chocolate cups which were freshly made in front of me and tasted divine. They have wonderful chocolate based drinks as well.
Talking about the cons, the only one is the steep, extremely steep price tag that goes with it, except the price, it is really hard to beat this place in terms of a chocolate boutique elsewhere.
As a profound chocolate lover, I’ve eaten chocolates across the world and I must say that Fabelle is indeed the best I’ve had so far. The sincerity with which they approach the art of chocolate making is heart warming. More power to you.

Have visited this place a few times now and have never been disappointed. I can keep coming back for their amazing chocolates & desserts.
Have tried a lot of their varieties. Most of them have been brilliant. Right from the complimentary chocolate pieces they give to the hot Ghana cocoa, eclair Venezuela, dark chocolate petit cake, Madagascar chocolate frappe and few others whose names I might be missing here.
Have to say the chocolate flower is a special which we try often and is a visual delight. The mix of chocolate with pistachio & raspberry makes this item a winner.
Apart from this they also sell the Sunbeam gourmet coffee which is among the best coffees I have had.

I have been to this place to attend the masterclass on Chocolate,Societe de Chocolate. It was a wonderful experience.The expert chefs described about the entire process of chocolate;starting from its origin and historical stories. The entire process of bean to bar was very well explained with minute changes that occurs in each step.The entire session involved many hands on activities and models to understand the concepts.We were also made to taste cocoa from different regions.The best part was the hands on tempering and it's importance on the finished chocolate was well explained.
We were made to prepare different types of desserts;definitely with the expert chefs help.Lastly the plating was lovely and we had a wonderful time posing with it.
It was a beautiful 3hrs journey with our happy food called chocolate.
The thank you gesture at the end of the session was heart melting.It was a delightful experience.I recommend this course for all the food enthusiasts.

Fine chocolates and chocolate products that would make you want more. Loved the cheese cake but it was a little too tangy due to kiwi which overpowered the cheese. This place is located at ITC Gardenia, a 5 star boutique hotel. Do try this place to enjoy and add sweet to your appetite.
We visited this place for a late nite sweet craving (late as per Blr standards) in my birthday week.. coffee ganache with passion fruit and chocolate flower were amongst our orders. The ganache with passion fruit had amazing hint of fruit. Subtle yet evident is the word for it. The taste still lingers on my taste buds. The chocolate flower was amazingly presented dessert which opened up in form of a flower. The orange flavored milky syrup was apt to kill the dense chocolaty flavor. Must try. Loved it.
The only reason I rated 4 is because I was looking for more options on the menu.
Loved the place, haven’t tried it all, but strongly recommend the nougat hot chocolate and the milk chocolate rectangular dessert. The chocolate boxes make great gifts (VFM - 4/5)
Undoubtedly the best hot chocolate in the world, saying this after tasting hot chocolate in France, Switzerland, Belgium and in many more chocolate speciality countries. This was my first experience of luxury dessert indulgence, the hospitality was amazing, a true luxury feeling.
We had 2 desserts,
•Ghana Milk Chocolate Mouse,Caramel & Banana Crème: This was the best pick, the chocolate was soo smooth and delicious, it's had different layers right from outside to the inside. The outer most was Milk chocolate and Caramel, the chocolate just melts in your mouth, absolutely Devine, the inner most has a combination of mouse and Banana. The overall experience is fantastic and will leave you asking for more.
•Warm chocolate tian: This was rich hazelnut praline and 64% dark chocolate mousseline, which was drizzled with warm lime chocolate (I would recommend you to minus this topping), along with Swizz hazelnut ice-cream. This was a little on sour side coz of the lime drizzle, so dint enjoy much.
Overall it's a good experience, and definitely pricy, but a must try once in a lifetime.

Had been planning to visit this place since a while. Dropped in there with family. The ambience is good. I heard this place is heaven to chocolate lovers and things like that. I did not find it that fancy. The dish I liked was out of stock. We ordered some different dishes and all were the same base and tasted similar. The quality is good. The hot chocolate was really nice. Service is average and the billing took a very long time.
I am not sure if I would go back to this place, but it’s definitely worth visiting once.
An incredible chocolate boutique which will tickle your taste palette with amazing sensation... I simply loved the decor, warm staffs and above all some amazing chocolate beverages... I ordered for Milk Cocoa with Pistachio and Nougat with chocolate milk which is to die for and then ordered for a box of Gianduja a box of milk chocolates with Turkish hazelnut which was amazing as well... I must say I was totally impressed with fabelle!!

Pretty awesome place for a chocolate lover. I read some of the reviews and it seems like people who are used to commercial chocolates won't appreciate truly dark chocolate available here especially when the use of sugar is not as much as in store bought chocolates. My advice for people who cannot handle dark and bitter chocolates is to stick to lower percentages of chocolate or have milk chocolate. Otherwise, this place is excellent for anyone who likes a rich dark chocolate dessert.
I found the chocolate masters and staff very helpful. The place was cozy and lovely to relax in. I tried a chocolate cup, the Sao Tome hot chocolate, the black forest dessert and another hazelnut based dessert that I cannot recall the name of.
The Sao Tome hot chocolate was amazing. Rich, hot and bursting with the smell and taste of spices including cinnamon. The other desserts were really fine too. I'm happy to have found a real chocolate paradise here in Bangalore.
I was craving for something extremely indulgent which lead me here. The decor the service and the ambience is exactly in line with what is expected of a dessert bar situated in a 5star Hotel.

Fabelle was always on my list and I finally had my senses thank me after having the mouth melting chocolate truffle cake. It was this thick chocolate mouse and had an irresistible taste which was almost perfect(Well I say that coz I love my cakes and chocolates with a bitter taste and less sweet.)
What makes this cake all the more special is that it was our first wedding anniversary cake that Mr.Husband surprised his First Lady with. And the surprise did not jut end there as the ITC Lotus Pavilion staff and the Fabelle gifted us another cake congratulating us.
Me being an absolute chocolate lover, I am definitely looking forward to visit this chocolate heaven again sometime soon for some more exclusive delicacies.
Thanks fabelle.Last month I visited this place had some personalised Chocolate cup cakes and took some chocolates for a special person.And that chocolate which I took was consisting of five elements i.e (Fire, Earth, Water, Air, Wood) and was recommended by Miss Vrushitha (an employee of Fabelle) thanks a lot, Miss Vrusitha and fabelle team.The chocolate which you recommended me that was liked by that person.Unfortunately, i don't have the pic of Elements chocolate.
Coming to the personalised chocolate cup cakes. I liked the concept of giving an iPad to the customer and tell them to choose their own toppings and variety of chocolates and we can also confirm the order through the ipad.It was good no need to call the chef and give suggestions.It's like hassle free.
Obviously, the chocolates were toothsome.
Good work keep going on, I hope you come up with a new variety of chocolates in future.
It was a great experience loved all the desserts we tried. The place is also designed to make your mouth water because its so tastefully made. They also have a screen where u can see the preparation of your dessert which makes it extra sinful. Will go back to try more very soon.
Very classy chocolate boutique by ITC. My husband gifted me 3 flavours of ganache and the flavours were ganache milk chocolate, cinnamon ganache and ganache rich dark and believe me all were too too yummy. And the best part was all the 3 boxes of chocolate was packed uniquely and customised with the picture of me and my husband. Very well trained and cooperative staff.
Full marks for presentation. Ambiance is amazing yes it's 5 Star all the way. Menu is limited. Items cost a bomb but worth it and I don't just mean the tast but the whole experience is wow. The people know their chocolate will and can suggest based on your taste. You have and Ipad if you want to order yourself
There are places which are good, places which makes you happy and place like this making you feel special. With many ITC properties this one is my favourite right at the heart of city.
With chef like Ruby they definitely know what does customer wants and what it takes to make people happy.

My Companion and I, visited this place. When we took our seats, we were given an iPad which was our menu. The waiter explained the deserts to us.Being a huge fan of Masterchef Australia, I noticed some Masterchef's creations included in the menu.
The famous British, pastry chef, Darren Purchese's "Passion Flower Desert" caught my eye. So we ordered the "Chocolate Flower".
This is a theatre based desert. My companion was very excited to try it out. It was loaded with many flavours and we loved it. The best desert I have ever had in my entire life. Hats off to the Chef at Fabelle.
The deserts are made from the finest cocoas from around the world. They use many exotic ingredients. All of this adds up to make a sensational desert.

After a brilliant Italian meal at Fabelle's neighbour, Ottimo, we decided to grab dessert at this very pretty looking restaurant. The chocolate-themed decor is adorable.
We ordered a White Chocolate Cheesecake Jar and a Dark Chocolate Petit Cake with Fleur de Sel. Both the desserts were excellent! No words to describe how good they were, really.
We also took home a box of their milk chocolate ganache and signature dark chocolates. Absolutely delightful. I have since then gone back multiple times for the ganache and the dark chocolates. Love this place, go for a midnight dessert craving. ❤️

They are a premium range from ITC.
I just loved their ranges.
Their ganache were just yum. I had tasted the similar type of chocolate bought from Japan and wanted to have more but never got them.
But from here I could recreate that taste.

Ambience: it is a very nice and cozy place, a open kitchen so you can look 👀 at how they make their desserts, the best part is that they even had a small library inside the boutique!
Food: one of the best dessert places I have had , I was really impressed with the way they presented their dishes and the attention to detail!! Each and every dessert tastes like heaven and this is suitable place for chocolate lovers!!
Must tries : Ghana white chocolate mousse with caramel and banana creme, salted caramel ganache, melting moment, warm chocolate tian!!
Overall : wonderful place and love the way the lady waitress explained each and everything to us and made it an wonderful experience, also really have to appreciate that they had a camera and huge tv showing us what they were doing!!🤗👌🏻

My first visit to this hotel - ITC Gardenia - and I was happy. We were thinking where to go to have desserts, it was already 12 am midnight and our regular Corner house was closed by then, we thought let's try out Fabelle. We went inside the hotel. We half thought that the Indian Cricket team would be stationed here as they always choose ITC, and there was a test match against Australia going on that weekend in Bangalore, but later found out that they are all staying at Ritz Carlton. The hotel interiors are huge, it's reception area and lounges are so spacious that you can't hear the other group speaking even if they talk loudly. Fabelle is the chocolate boutique of this hotel and we had a dessert - Invigorating pleasures, then thought of trying out an offer. We Lao had a Caffe Latte, which was top notch and took home a box of as you like it chocolates with different foundations. The detailing, presentation and service blowed me away. The take home box from ITC and their tasting of each chocolate to see if it is perfect, shows their care. They have a interactive iPad to choose the desserts.
We were attended by our host Jessica who was wonderful. This place respects your privacy. The chocolates here come all the way from Ghana and they have some delectable desserts. After that, we had a round of the hotel, had a look at the midnight buffet at Cubbon Pavilion - which was good. The hotel is different from other chains and that's where ITC is famous for. I had been to ITC Grand Chola at Chennai and felt the same warmth. Need to be back here soon.

The one stop destination for quality single origin chocolate from Ghana. The chocolates here give the phrase 'melt in the mouth', its true meaning. Ghana Cocoa, having a melting point of 37 degree celsius, means that you do not have to bite into the chocolate; you just let the chocolate do its thing. The 'fire' and 'water' from the elements range and the gianduja were simply gorgeous. We also highly recommend their desserts, especially their signatures, the eclair and the tiramisu.
Additionally, it probably also has the BEST hot chocolate in town. The hot chocolate is made with fresh, single-origin chocolate and is rich, creamy and luxurious in every sip. We had the São Tomé Classic Hot Chocolate which is a rich, Madagascar dark chocolate with vanilla and spices and low on the sweet content. Our favourite though, has to be the Milk Cocoa that is accompanied by some almond and pistachio nougat!
The ultimate destination for chocolate lovers....The ambiance is luxurious and the unlimited chocolate options that Fabelle offers is simply irresistible. We particularly loved the melt in mouth apple cinnamon Ganache and the Gianduja which is so intricately packed. It truly showcases the exquisiteness of the chocolates and the detailing that the brand has taken into account. Fabelle is truly India's answer to international chocolates..

I'm not much of a chocolate lover. But a friend introduced me to Fabelle and I fell in love. Ganache and Gianduja are my most favourite offerings and anyone who walks to Fabelle should definitely taste them.

My absolute favorite is the ganache, they are little pieces of heaven!
We've had a combination of desserts there, including the theatrical one. They look great but we've had better! Even the make your own Chocolate cups are great, however the idea is more exciting that the result!

The best gourmet chocolates in Bangalore. Their cakes are really good as well and are actually priced really well at Rs 2000 for 750g. I prefer this over other cakes from comparable places like Magnolia and Amintri. Their chocolate boxes (bouquets) are an exquisite gifting option.
As the name has exquisite in it fabelle is chocolate disneyland. All chocs are hand crafted and their names and concept is so unique example a choc range that has concept of earth ; water ; fire . Their range of praline are worth trying. Ganache based chocs are heavenly silky and smooth. They also have fourth cocoa ruby or pink cocoa based chocolates surely an innovation in luxury chocolate industry. As it's luxury choc still they are affordable as minimum range starts from 300. Must try their hot and cold chocolate beverage best in the world. They also keep launching festive range like diwali chocs have edible gold in it. Till now we have to depend upon foreign imported chocs like godiva and Lindt glad we have something made in India yet global standards chocolate at our end. Highly recommended you can just walk into any ITC hotel fabelle lounge and buy their range and for gifting purpose you can order via their website.
Great selection of chocolates that are truly delicious! Agreed it's on the expensive side of the spectrum, but it's still worth it. Seemed slightly understaffed but still a great experience!

Apart from the mind being blown by the taste, quality, and variety of cuisines we had, this place also has glittery ambiance, extremely helpful and courteous staff, and great service. The hot chocolate I had here was the best I ever had in my life! Also don't miss out on Chocolate Fondue and the Black Forest. The stereotype of the black forest would be completely shattered once you have it there.

Well as you can see from these descriptions, the Cocoa that goes into making these heavenly desserts are imported from some of the world's best production centers like Ghana, Venezuela, Madagascar and St. Dominique to name a few. The desserts include exotic ingredients such as (but not limited to) Turkish pistachio cream, dulcey cream, gold pepin, nougat, Swiss hazelnuts, Madagascar Vanilla pods.
I would totally recommend this place to people who don't mind spending their pennies for a splendid lush experience.

Fabelle gives an astonishing experience if you are a chocolate devotee. I have always respected dark pure chocolates and when I found this, I was destined to try them. I got a chance to visit this chocolate boutique during my stay in Delhi at ITC Maurya. As luxury the hotel is, so are the services, amenities, and Fabelle is one midst them. I practically tried every chocolate variation that was available at that time and single origin cacaos are my favourite especially when I am able to pair them with my variation of Tea.
I would definitely endorse others to visit this store and indulge in luxury of some of the finest chocolate bars and balls.
