this is a best place for a rajasthani thali experience, staff is friendly and suggest u what to eat at what interval of time and how to make the combination as well in this fashion the food goes smoothly and u will enjoy every bit of it.
This is the second time I have ordered from NH8. The moment I opened the package, the fragrance took me back home. First I opened zomato and gave a 5 star for the fragrance.
I have not had as good and authentic Rajasthani food in years. The proportion of the food is just too much even for a foodie like me.
One thing that I noticed is the maharaja thali only had one plain paratha. However in the menu it says 2 plain paratha. Just a friendly feedback, if you guys serve only one paratha in a thali, you should change it in the menu as well. The thali was anyways too big for me, but if someone wants to order this thali for 2 people, they will be disappointed.
The best thing about the thali was the halwa. Looking forward to visiting when the covid gets over.

The Thali comes with the usual suspects: Dal Bati Churma, Ker Sangri, Paneer Ki Subzi, Gatte Ki Subzi, Rajasthani Kadhi and Puris. But no matter how many times you have tried it, not giving in to the temptation of a typical Rajasthani thali is a task. Each of the items that were served to me were crunchy, chewy and delectable.

The types of dishes we had in the thali were so delicious. I had only heard or seen them in movies or something but had never tasted them . This was the very first time I had tasted all that Rajasthani food. Being a non vegeterian I never thought I would give this place a try but glad that I did. Worth visiting. On a friend’s recommendation, I visited NH8 for lunch over the weekend to try their Rajasthani Thali which includes an assortment of authentic Rajasthani dishes. They have multiple outlets and I happened to visit their Indiranagar one which can be easily spotted. The ambiance is quite vibrant and the colorful walls have been adorned with artistic work. The staff is super courteous and will make sure you are fed properly. Krishna, one of the staff members, was always at his toes to serve us and make us feel at home. Since I visited in the winter season, I could get a chance to try their Winter Menu which was a lavish spread of more than 15 items. While we started our meal with refreshing Jaljeera and steaming Bajre ki Raab, we moved on to some of their delicious starters such as Lachcha Tokr Chaat, Paani Puri, Mili Juli Pakaudi and Kachauri. The other items of the thali were Chholey Masala, Paneer Gravy, Aloo Tamatar Rassa, Kadhi, Gatta Masala and Daal Baati including the delicious desserts like Gajar ka Halwa, Gond ka Laddu and Malai Chaap. By the time we finished our meal, I was extremely delighted with both their quality of food and hospitality. A must-visit place if you are craving for some authentic Rajasthani food.

If you are someone who enjoys variety in their food, NH8 is that place that can be a synonym to happiness. During a discussion about places that serve Thalis with North Indian food in the city, this name of this place surfaced and since then, it was on my to-visit list. Although I had gone there to try their famous thali, after reaching I was informed by the outlet manager Krishna that they curate the menu as per a theme which changes every few weeks/months.
As we were wondering which Thali to pick for our lunch, Krishna suggested that we should try the Winter Menu. This thali is an ensured goodness platter if you can love variety in your food and wish to try authentic Rajasthani food. While they have been running a special Winter Menu presently till the end of this month, this was grand in all aspects, be it the variety or quality. Some of the items that were a part of this thali were Paani Puri, Lachcha Tokri Chaat, Bajre ki Raab, Jaljeera, Kachauri, Mili Juli Pakaudi, Papad, Paneer Gravy, Chholey Masala, Kadhi, Aloo Tamatar Rassa, Gatta Masala, Daal Bati, Gajar Halwa, Gond ka Laddu and so much more! Absolutely thrilled to try their other thalis. Brownie points to their hospitality because, well, while you will still be taking in your first bite, the servers will make sure to check if you need anything else. So, you really don't have to struggle with the whole 'calling the server to your table' part when you are dining at NH8.
Visited NH 8 for lunch today. Authentic Rajasthani Veg Thali food was delicious and love the desserts also. Enjoyed Dal Baati Churma was tasty. Enjoyed the long lunch. The staff was courteous and polite. Krishna from staff was taking care of table he kept on checking on food and feedback. Love the food and place will visit again soon.If you want to try vegetarians food in indiranagar try this place you would love it.

Me running to Rajasthani food, go to place would be this and I so totally loved the ambience it feels homely and they have so much of color going on in and around the place. Had the Thali here and it was lovely it has savory to dessert all in one your pallet can get satisfied and the jaljerra was something which I liked. The Thali can be filling and can be visited by colleagues, family and when you are hungry as well. The music is also much suiting the place. The staff are very much friendly.
First things first... Food is delicious, mouth watering taste. The staff is very very homely, they never get tierd of serving you. They are probably the best in Bangalore. Its the best place if you wanna hang around with family or friends with the awesome taste of rajasthani food😋

The entire decor of this place is what catches the eye first..a complete and authentic Rajasthani ambiance. They even make u wear turbans 😌
Now coming to food..they used to have an a-la-carte menu but now it's just the entire thaali.
The staff was kind enough to explain to us what each and every item was called on the menu. The daal bati churma was what stole our hearts! Even my mom who happens to be a critic of non-home-made-food loved it :)
Remaining items tasted good. The ghee they poured generously was pure and thus digested easily.
What deserves a special mention was the behavior of the staff. Rakesh, a nice and kind human absolutely refused to let me go out without having double helpings of the sweets :-)
It reminded me of a time spent at some relative's place..who won't let u leave untill u are really really full.

I had a great time with my family here. The staffs were amazing. The food was good however, it was not very hot, it was warm. The starters were great and the main course was also delicious. It's an unlimited thali so you can ask for as many times as you would like to. The interiors were great. You can go for tables and chairs or you can also choose to sit down to have food. Overall it was a good experience.

They provide Thali which had wide ranges of food with the starters, sweets, rotis, khichdi and rice. Kashmiri pulav had more of jeera taste and it was ok not that great .Rest everything was perfect.

All you can eat Rajasthani (vegetarian) thali restaurant. The menu is elaborate. Being a Rajasthani Marwari I believe I can say dal baati here is excellent. Bajra roti, bajra khicdi etc are also good.
Parking is not available. You have to look for space in nearby lanes.
