One of the best places in Bangalore to get desserts and fresh pastries and premium chocolates. The decor is elegant, They have an outdoor seating area as well.
Their pastries are so divine. The red velvet pastry was so rich in flavour. The macaroon sundae was really tasty.

I loved this place. We ordered Chichen Lasagne , chicken pasta, prawns and desert. Food was amazingly tasty. Service guys were well behaved and knowledgable. Can I start off by saying this was the yummiest red velvet cake Iâve had in a really long time! The delivery was on time and super prompt. Perfect layering of the cake, and a delight to my taste buds! Thank you smoor for making my birthday so amazing! So cred had some discount vouchers on their coffee and that's how I decided to give this place a try.
Otherwise i normally just buy their dark chocolate bars which by the way are great.
The coffees are good/decent.
Amazing ambience and courteous staff.
I did try their peri peri fries...and it was very average.
The khow Suey was really great and so is their pasta.
And one thing particularly worth mentioning is the safety precautions they have been taking during this pandemic scenario.
From checking temperatures, to sanitization everyone who walks in and providing gloves to browse the menu..they have taken care of pretty much everything.

It has an assorted box of chocolates, a packet of butterscotch barks , a cocoa-orange bar, a cranberry disc, a pineapple-dark Chocolate disc, a super big white chocolate bar and two hot chocolate stir it ups. One is Mint Chocolate and other is honey Chocolate. People who love mint, should definitely try Mint-Chocolate flavor. Totally yummy. They have smaller chocolate hampers too. Do give it a try. We are great fans of the pastries and sundaes in smoor . Shailesh being one of the most helpful staff there . We order 2 -3times every week . Chocolate indulgence sundae being me and my husbandâs fav and black and white sundae being my kids favorite . If itâs dessert itâs smoor for us . We just canât think of any other place than smoor for our cheat meals . We love the tomato soup and the pizza there too. Almost everything there tastes so good . We have our membership points that we use often. 8 layered chocolate cake is another to die for in smoor. Truly a perfect place for dark chocolate lovers .
We often Dunzo our sundae while at home apart from visiting the place with family and friends . My friends from far love visiting smoor too.
So this once I ordered from swiggy and I got the wrong order delivered . Swiggy was not so helpful in the situation apart form sending back some coupon. However when I called smoor and spoke to Shailesh who is a very kind and approachable staff there,Iâm assuming heâs a manager there ( if not, he should be promoted to be) was extremely helpful . He sent the cafe steward on a bike with my order immediately with politeness and also asked for my preferences ( I generally like no sponge and more cookie crumble on the sundae ) .
I generally donât write reviews but this time I thought Shailesh deserves appreciation . I am very satisfied with the helping nature of the staff and especially Shailesh !

The ambience is pleasant - has a mix of natural and artificial lighting. The steward/stewardess were never intrusive - just the perfect amount of communication.
Jakir and Julie were amazing at their service.

I had tried cheesecake at smoor Koramangala branch and decided to visit this branch. And they Have maintained the quality here as well. The new york based cheesecake was the best i ever had in Bangalore. The ambience was delightful and Zakir served us very well. He was very polite and attended us keenly. The Belgium classic dark hot chocolate is the heaven on the earth for any chocolate lover. After long tiring day, you can just treat yourself this hot chocolate and forget all your warries.
Also peri peri french fries are must try here. You will love these crispy outside soft inside delights. Overall it was great experience. Looking forward to visit this place again and try other desert.

Really excellent ambiance and great place to hang out. The cappuccino was very well made. Indulgent Chocolate dessert which was a really nice combination of chocolate ice cream, thick chocolate sauce, chocolate cake. The menu is wide enough to leave you confused.

I have not visited this place but ordered Belgium Chocolate Truffle once. The taste was amazing and I totally loved it. However I felt it's a bit pricey.
Smoor is not only one of the best chocolatier in the city with some amazing plated desserts but also has a great food menu. The green Thai Curry, pasta and the sandwiches are a fav. It's a go-to place for good food, desserts and service.
Mathingam's service was superb.
They did not accept Zomato Gold despite the promo on screen outside
I go to smoor with my kids and they love it here. My daughter loves the smoothilicious drink and their pasta and my son loves the croissants and pizza. My favourite is the hot chocolate.
The staff here is courteous with special mention to Shangini. She has a smile always and is really good with kids.

"Smoor" is the fine destination to satisfy all your dessert cravings. I have been here once and have savored the home delivery multiple times. I tried a "Blueberry Cheesecake" and a "Belgian Chocolate Truffle". The desserts are as delicious as they look here. The texture was very smooth, Â freshly prepared, and the taste, unmatched.Â
The ambiance is very classy and tranquil. I shall visit Smoor to try on more dishes apart from desserts. The prices are a bit on a higher side but totally worth it.
Wanna have deserts after lunch and one of my DiVaS suggested Smoor. And we went there post lunch with kiddos.

We all were walking down the road and decided to give it a try. Place was full and we got a decent table after a wait of 15 mins. We did place all the order untill then. Food:I tried a chicken lasagna which ok a bit too tangy it too much of a tomato taste.We also tried bbq chicken pizza which was good there was good amount of meat I liked the pizza a lot.
Service: it took more than 50 minutes since it came late they had given us complimentary ice cream which was good.

Visited this indiranagar branch of Smoor lounge to get some desserts for myself.
The place is located in the prime location of the area and easily noticeable. Parking would be tedious during prime hours.
The lounge is spacious and got varieties of seating arrangement with their signature classy interiors.
Ordered a vegetarian Black Forest pastry for myself. As usual it did really taste amazing right from the texture and the sweetness.
The staff is very friendly and service is quite fast.

Smoor Lounge is a great place for Hot Chocolate, desserts and coffee. This place is a real treat for the eyes. The food is displayed beautifully and the Ambience is awesome.
As far the food is concerned, I didn't feel it was worth the price. The dessert portions are small and pastries were not impressive as far as the taste and texture was concerned.
The staff was not very helpful and prompt. They took a really long to bill as well.

This was my go-to-place often! I did observe that the quality here is not maintained consistently like before (3 years ago). I'm a fan of their Belgian hot dark chocolate. There is a lot of difference in the consistency of this drink currently! I would recommend smoor Koramangala or jayanagar, to have this hot chocolate as it is quite thick and tastes damn good than the one given in smoor indiranagar!!!

Went here with a friend. Good place to to just sit and chat with a coffee. We ordered coffee with some small bites and tried the macaroons. Apart from being unable to taste any hazelnut in my hazelnut cappuccino and slight lack of seasoning in our shawarma pita pockets, everything was good. It wasn't very crowded and the music wasn't too loud. And they have outdoor seating as well for those who prefer it. Over all it's a good place but on the expensive side.
Since I've been to this dessert studio once i really had a good first time experience. The place was fully packed with delicacies of chocolate and mouth watering desserts.
We really enjoyed the things we ordered and everything were really good. The place also has a lot of gifting options so do check them out if you are a big dessert lover.

This is a review for the store off St Marks Road. I have given four stars because of the excellent quality of chocolate that we have been buying all these days. However, yesterday I was extremely disappointed with the dark chocolate almond bark I bought yesterday. The composition seems to have changed/ there are now just a few slivers of roasted almonds when earlier the chocolate was full of large chunks of roasted almond. Please do not lower your quality, that would be a real shame as we really like your chocolate! :)
