This is an awesome pub. Working in UB City, this is the ideal place to chill out after a hectic day at work. Great music, friendly staff and excellent crowd make it a place worth coming to again and again. In terms of food, have never been disappointed with even a single item, even being a hardcore non vegetarian I loved the veg starters here and also the pizza. Add to that this is the most value for money pub I believe in Bangalore, the drinks are very reasonably priced as is the food, and they do not compromise on the quantity. 5/5 for this super place!

Me and a few others were there on a business trip. This place was recommended. I had an amazing time here. I'm from New York and this place reminded me of home from the ambience, food and up to the alcohol. The area this bar was in was so extra clean and real posh. I'm going to make sure I visit again and go to 'The Bootlegger'. Even though it's the first bar and only bar I've been to in Bangalore it certainly left a lasting impression. Thank you Bootlegger! Bootlegger surely reminds you of an old english bar, you always see in the movies. The place is not that huge, it's quite compact place but quite beautiful. Cozy and lovely in simple words, located at Lavelle Road and quite easy to spot. They also have a separate Smoking area. They do have Valet Parking, which is quite good thing, considering the traffic. It is basically a Contemporary American bar with Rock Music. Be it the drinks or the food, everything is fancy and unique in its own way. They have some great Continental cuisine and their Steaks are the best.
So we started off with Orange Chicken which is very unique and I absolutely loved it. Little dash of the orange flavor makes it amusingly great.
Then we had the Keema Pao which was my most favorite. Would definitely recommend this one.
And also the Super Spicy Chicken wings and Tandoori Chicken Rolls were good.
Among the Mains Chicken Steak was the best. No doubts the place is known for their steaks. Absolutely worth ordering. Presentation was good too!!

This place feels home to grab a drink with great music. This is small place located near the Lavelle road junction with bar inside and smoking zone outside. They can really improve in their food section.

Good place to hangout with friends. Nice place, good food, we had chicken wings, onion rings, chicken tenders and some more bar food. All the food was great. The LITs were pretty potent imo. The staff was very nice too. However, the music was too loud and there were no cutlery or tissue paper on the table and had to ask for them repeatedly from the staff which was annoying. All in all would recommend this place to all.

Located on the corner building, it’s a place that’s hard to miss. Getting a table here could be slightly tricky considering that it’s not as spacious as the outlet in indiranagar.

A good fun and casual place. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I was there 3 times and on two occasions they were playing rock music and hip hop on another .... so I’m unsure what kind of music they really play. However, this seems to be a popular spot attracting people of different age groups.

A very happening place on most days, including week days. It might not be your classy A class pub but it’s a small energetic pub filled with crowds of all classes. Beer for sure is the happening drink and I love a chicken nachos with it. If your low on money but yet wanna have a some crazy time, get your ass here immediately :)

Visited one Saturday evening with cousins while pub hopping. Was jam packed and could not find a table to sit at. Ended up at the bar counter. Even the bar stools were taken by people sitting at the tables.
The food is really superb. Although cannot recall what we ate, all the dishes were delicious. Had some cocktail named 'Hot Toddy' which was well made.

The ordered food tasted fresh n felt the crispness in the starters as of masala fries and crispy chicken. Pizza was the best in Crest making and it's thin Crest with toppings were well placed n tasted perfect with its blend. Cocktails were also best in its making n tasted good of each n different ones of it at the best price. This place is best suited n is hygienic in atmosphere.

Just arrived in Bangalore a week back. Haven't been to many places but this is the coolest place I've been yet. The pizza was appetizing, drinks were very economical. The best part was the music, I really loved the playlist which had a nice mix of rock metal and also glam songs. I was surprised to hear W.A.S.P which was really cool. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

One of the best pubs when budget is a little less. Loved their happy hours concept. Food was damn good but their cocktails are appreciable. The place is too small for a good amount of people to fit is what I felt.

Bootlegger has an amazing offer from Mon-Sun, cocktails at 100/- and beer at 75/- till 5:45 which is just perfect if you want to go drinking with friends. Tried a few appetisers, not a huge fan I must say. I ordered chilly fish and butter garlic prawns, both were pretty much filled with batter, it wasn’t consistent. Love the chilli cheese toast on the other hand.

The beer is good and they also have a good taste in music. It is difficult to get a place here at the weekend. The service tends to get a bit slow during the peak hours but otherwise it's good.
A relatively small pub at the corner of the road. Very basic ambience. A wide and popular range of bar menu. Very basic food menu, liked Potato Skins the most. But this pubs USP is, imo, the happy hours which gives cocktails at throwaway price. But if one looks a bit in detail, the cocktail contains only 30ml of a very ordinary liquor. Probably thats the reason they are able to give in that price. But with their unique marketing strategy they keep themselves busy even during the lee weekday hours! But then the rating given by me is still higher, simply because of one reason, the cocktails taste sublime..!
One of my most favorite Hangouts in Bangalore. Since it's close to my office and I'm spoilt for choice we somehow end up here all the time. It’s totally my favourite bar in Bangalore. There’s nothing that disappoints me here. In fact I was upset and Bootlegger boosted me up and made my day with some legendary bootlegger chicken steak. The service is really quick.
This place never disappoints. The music, the staff, the food everything is great here. And the best part is it’s totally value for money. The pizza and nachos are the best here. The only thing is it can get really difficult to find a table on weekends as it is not a very huge place.

We went in a group of 4 around 2 to bootlegger . It is just opposite to Biere club on Lavelle Road . They had happy hours going on for shots , beer, cocktails . We had vodka based, tequila based shots and cosmopolitan , margarita and mojito Cocktails . They were good . We ordered a lot of food - for starters we ordered potato skins , nachos , masala fries with cheese ,chilli paneer,corn fitters and for main course - we ordered margarita pizza and alfredo penne . The food is really good except the pasta . Can improve on pizza. Other than that everything else is really good

Been here a few times now, it is one of "to-go" places for a hang-out. The food is yummy, they have a decent menu for Vegetarians and what I hear from my Non- veg preferred friends is that they like it too. The starters are great and so are the pizza's.

I recently visited the Bootlegger pub in Indira Nagar, Bangalore and I must say, I was quite impressed with the overall experience. However coming to food, I tried fish and chips and believe me it was bad. Plz don't try it. Not because it tasted funny or something. Infact there was no fish taste at all. Veg pizza was average. Veg pasta arabiata was also average. Nachos were amazing. Drinks which we ordered were good. But like I said it's the ambience and the weekend crowd that makes this place a happening place.

Placed on Lavelle Road one cannot miss this place. Enter into a open seating arrangement for the smoking lot. Then to an enclosed area which had high chair and table seating arrangements as well as normal table and chairs seating arrangements. Found the seating arrangement tiny bit constrained. If jam packed wonder if people will bump into each other or not. There was lot in the drinks menu. With that a variety of starters consisting of veg and non veg choices. Main course are limited so one does not have a rack their mind as to what to eat. Portions are just right. Loved the chicken wings and their steak. Loved the ambience but would have enjoyed more if their was more lighting to brighten up the place more. I found difficulty in reading the menu. Valet parking is feasible. Staff are courteous and helpful.
