The moment I enetered it was a warm welcome and then I was escorted to my table. The restaurant was full. My order was taken when I asked them to take it and after that Within first few minutes my drink was served , fresh lime mixed with less ice. It was refreshing. It took a little longer to serve my food as I was alone and their priority was to serve the bigger tables first. It took more than 15 mins for my first dish to come to my table which was a little disappointing, but the moment I took the first bite of my fish it made up for it. The fish was delicious and crispy with perfect flavours and good texture. Then It raised my hopes from chicken with assorted peppers. Again it took really long to come to the table. But the food was doing justice to the delayed service. My overall experience was good with food but not as good in terms of service.
Will suggest to work upon:
1- The meet and greet should be within first few minutes of entering the restaurant.
2- The staff should be aware to ask if they’ve received the order from the table or not, it should not be customer’s responsibility.
3- Some information should be given to the customer if the food is taking time to get to the table.
4- Food and service both are important for a good service.
I am a great fan of Chinese cuisine. I have visited mainland china many times. This time i really wanted to try something new and asked the waiter to suggest. But I felt that was the blunder i really did . The choices were too bad and really ended in wasting fud. But otherwise the food here is amazing. They have a great ambience and hospitality.
Just yummmm.. whatever you order here, it will be tasty for sure. I just loved the staff's gesture as they were very sweet and allowed me to celebrate my friend's birthday by cutting cake. Though I've not informed them, they have played music while cutting cake and that's was just made my friend feel so special! Thanks guys for wonderful gesture and keep going 😇
Best And authentic Chinese cuisine is served at Main Land China - Jayanagar
We lobve this place and are frequent visitors. Good choices of veg and non veg dishes. Seating is convenient both for small group of friends as well as big family group. Dishes are tasty. Served nicely. Ambience is a plus point
The greatest authentic Chinese restaurant. They are serving the best sushi, alcoholic drinks are also available. The flavour and taste of food are fantastic. The dishes are quite expensive, but well worth the money.
Desserts are mind blowing taste.The Chocolate dome dessert is must try dish
If you have Chinese cravings then this is your go to place !! Amazing food, service and atmosphere. The service provided by MR Bimal was outstanding. He helped us to choose according to our needs. It also has an underground parking area.
If you like Chinese food , you must try 10 course menu at Mainland China. This is a well curated menu with a good amalgamation of flavors and textures.
Quality of food is well maintained in this menu and you can experience variety of dishes including soup and desserts.
This meal is priced at 695 plus tax and it is really worth it.

We visited Jayanagar outlet. Staff was courteous and service was good. This menu is available across all branches. I highly recommend this restaurant to Chinese food lovers and it is good for family as well.
Tried the set lunch menu here and absolutely loved it! It is a limited one with high quality, great variety and delicious taste! The dimsums, soups, mains and desserts here cannot be missed ! Best for office goers who want to enjoy a food meal within 700 bucks at a premium place! Definitely coming back again for this. 😄
It's not very spacious, however food was amazing in a somewhat different way than how we find the usual Chinese cuisine in India. Portion size of the food also is great! We went on New Year Eve, and not sure if it's because of that that the service was pretty delayed. However, the staff were courteous. Ginger chilli chicken & Singapore chilli prawns are a must try! Beverages- alcoholic and otherwise were available.

Food is awesome. Portion is medium size. Service is quick for main courses, but appetizers took a little while. Service folks may have some communication problems, looking blank all the time, but they were kind to help. Nonalcoholic drinks are just ok ok.
Desert : chocolate dome was good. ( I am biased , usually dont like chocolates. So I don't value it )
Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Bangalore. I will definetly visit again.
Be mindful, Everything is pricey here. But worth for the taste.
Parking: Available for bikes , but watch it goes in 60 degree slanting roller coast. If you are not very careful you will fall and be dragged down. There are plenty of LPG gas cylinders and other side stinking waste water in the parking lot.
I am visiting the restaurant since 10-12 years and vouch for its consistent food quality and service. Mr Anil accommodated few food items even though they were not in the menu and included complimentary kimchi and pickled cucumber for my parcel. Mr Sharath gave us complimentary sauce seeing our bowl empty. Overall a Wonderful experience that I always look forward to.

Mainland China is my favourite place for asian food and it never disappoints me.
I visited mainland China for their new 10 course set lunch menu with my family.
🔸I was so excited for the set menu and it's just for Rs 695 and few add ons are there too.
🔸The lung Fung soup was just too good in flavours.
🔸 Chicken dimsum are my favourite here with a thin covering on it.
🔸For appetizers we had wok tossed cottage cheese and chicken with assorted peppers seperately.
🔸for mains we had their
1. Tsing hoi chicken
2. Mandarin fish
3. Steamed Chinese greens and tofu
All three were really delicious and the quantity was really good.
I paired them with celery and cabbage tossed Chicken fried rice and chicken hakka noodles.
🔸The best part was the dessert here..
Honey noodles crispy crunchy noodles tossed in honey.
Chocolate rolls fried rolls with chocolate filling and vanilla ice cream.
So if you wanna try their 10 course set lunch menu then visit the restaurant.
Really appreciate the service by their courteous staff.

The most authentic Chinese dining experience you can experience without making a hole in your pocket. From soup to food to dessert everything made with authenticity and love. The staff there is also super friendly and take well care of their customers.
Talking about food the taste was really great, the flavours were mild and perfect. The taste is delivered without any use of artificial flavours or ingredients.

It's always amazing experience in Mainland Chaina. For authentic chines you must visit this restaurant. For ambience, service and location also I'll give full marks. Also there is a valet parking facility available.
Revisited in September 2021 on a Sunday. The food, as usual, was exceptional! The service was rushed this time as the restaurant was buzzing with customers. I suppose the servers did their best but the dinning experience wasn't great. The ambience was not good. The place felt crowded, the yellow lighting was harsh. Not a place for conversations over meal. 4 stars just for the taste of the food. We had eight treasure chicken soup, Fukien crab meat fried rice, chicken with greens and garlic (gravy) and wok tossed hakka noodles (chicken). All the dishes were great! Strongly recommened the food over here!
We've tried the set course lunch menu from this restaurant on a weekday. The restaurant was moderately occupied and we were allotted a table as soon as we reached. The ambience and service were great. The set course menu was standard and they serve it quick too. Parking space is an issue and we had to park our vehicle on the road right in front of the restaurant. It's recommended for quality Chinese food with a good ambience.
Expect waiting on weekends. The service is super quick. Appreciate the cleanliness. Staff are cordial.
The corn edamame rice is something that we keep ordering again and again along with a mixed veg curry.
Fabulous place for some authentic Chinese cuisine. Theyr ambience, decor and food reeks of traditional Chinese. The staff are very courteous and friendly in their overall approach. Coming to their food... one word... wow!!!
One of the few places with good, well-balanced and delicious Chinese dishes. Theyr soups are really light and flavourful (esp. The eight-treasure-soup). The poultry and seafood dishes are quite well prepared and taste yumm. Coming to the pricing... definitely on the higher side and sure to make your wallet much lighter!! It could be justified if its a one-off visit in search of some authentic and delicious Chinese food.
Overall thoroughly enjoyed the place and the food. Much recommended!!
