People seriously order from here. They have limited delivery menu but worth it especially during these different times. I ordered on this Friday eve for a Tenderloin Burger, Chicken Stew and Rice and 2 croissants. Unfortunately, no tenderloin burger but they made up with a mutton patty which was equally good. The portions are excellent scompared to the price. I have earlier been to this cafe and also stayed at Waverley. Kudos tonthe chef and staff for the service.

The ambience is the highlight. They could have used the space to its limit, but have kept it tastefully sparce. Just the right balance of light and beautiful decor. Our server for the night, Geeta was very courteous and very quick.

Visited this place in Jan after a day of shopping in Phoenix and VR. The place wasn’t very crowded except for a few dudes in the outdoor area. The bar counter is classic and the heavy metal and grunge music suit the ambience. I was lucky to have come during the happy hour and tried their Winston beer with some fries and burgers which was such a delight!
Will definitely visit the next time I am back in the city!
So me and my friend hanged out at arms on a Friday evening. You could either sit by the bar or sit outside in the open(where smoking is permitted).

I tried their lancer beer and I really liked it a lot. Had their Mountbatten signature cocktail and like it also. They dont have a good bar menu to go with the alcohol. The service is good. Atmosphere is also good with light music. The songs were on a loop and there were less songs, but it were all good songs. Didn't get a chance to try their main course.

Food : Since its a microbrewery I had ordered a beer based on there suggestion which had about 5 percent alcohol and it lived up well to the expectations it was actually good in taste not at all bitter n had the kick it should. Apart from this we also ordered some cocktails which were at par with standard ones .
In food we had :
Onion Rings- Crispy marinated fried onions with the appropriate amount of oil.
French Fries: Good tasty fries with not additional over spiced cooking.
Honey Sweet Beef: This was the pick of the starter. Succulent pieces of marinated need roasted with appropriate amount of honey. Felt like little pieces of heaven in my mouth.
Fish N chips- The old traditional fish battered n fried served with french fries. Tasted quite nice .
Lamb Sheek- Again tender pieces of marinated lamb served as round sheiks.
English Trifle - A traditional old British desert, this is the first time I had it. On a high level it felt like a fruit custard though, probably it should have been like that only.
The food menu items had an amalgamation of Indian n English Menu as a fusion category
All in all an excellent experience,good food with quite cheerful staff and excellent courtateous staff.

I believe an honest review is better than recommendation or two words. Hence, taking the time. I am a regular visitor of Whitefield arms brewery and Syrian beef masala is my ever favourite. Today, as usual, I ordered it, but it didn’t taste the same. After some time, one guy asked me review and I said, “it doesn’t taste the same, the chef might have changed.” And he responded that he is chef and I detailed the difference of past order and today. What happened next was first ever experience for me. He apologised that today it was prepared by his junior and he made me a portion each of honey Glazed beef and Syrian beef masala with no cost. With the taste being exceptional, I was all hearts because of this exemplary hospitality. My whole hearted compliments to the Chef SK Iqbal. I left the brewery with a satisfied heart and looking forward to visit again. Thanks Iqbal.

It's a well lit place .. the ambience is great . Food is good.
Very good pub. VR mall as location is bit down for me. But I like the retro interior design. It gives little back-in-time vibe. Food quality is very good. Brews are good too. Menu is completely anglo-Indian and generally bit spicy.
Overall: it's very good dining experience and the pub definitely worth a visit. Their beef menu is very good.
Good place to have fine brewed beers and chill.. the place has two sections - inside and outside... inside is slightly dark / yellow lights.. outside is good to sit on a good Bangalore evening, they put up fire stands in winters...
We ordered the Three Lancers.. it was a strong beer Belgium wit but tasted smooth.... we also tried a portion of nachos which was good... and a veg mains which was puff pastry based, which can be skipped..

Microbrewery situated inside VR Mall with an extended outdoor dining space.
Food menu is very precise and suits very well with the theme. All the dishes I tried were good. Less vegetarian options in the menu was the only downside.
Drinks menu was also very nice. Inhouse beers were good and unique.
Ambience was average especially the indoor section. Outdoor section is nice but there is traffic sound and dust from the nearby road.
Service was good. Menu options were detailed and proper care was taken.
Absolutely loved the ambience here. You never realized such a great place exists in between two malls in mahadevpura! The staff was great, loved the service. They helped me out with drink and food. Music was loud at first, but then they started playing good music. Great place for a date or hanging out with friends. I went a little late so could not try out food. But would love to. Going to visit this place again for checking out a few more things on the menu. About the parking , umm, if you are going to have beer here , why drive? If you are not having beer, why not? 😁 JK. Parking's available in VR mall.

We had wait for a movie - what better way to wait than with a beer!! We have been here earlier on the same context! But we had entered from the outside - looks like that entry has been closed now. The only entry is through the Mall. Place was empty earlier we visited and now too! We sat at the bar as we had to make a dash for it. They obliged and gave me the tasterS - we went with Kolar Gold Ale! It was a light ale and we stuck to it. Food was not that great - but we just ordered to munch on something. Courteous staff and a quiet place 🍻
Just love the ambience. Both the dishes we ordered had more red chilli powder and were too spicy. Open space at the back and some pleasant music from the pheonix mall with some brewed beer made it a great new year eve. I would definitely visit again to try other brews and dishes.

Best place to chill and relax yourself. They have got some great menu options. And the food items were worth trying. Twice cooked pork ribs was the best dish I have tasted so far. They have got awesome brewed beers. Location is nice, food was great, beer was mind blowing and the ambience was just perfect. The restaurant staffs are polite and friendly which is a big plus. I have been here two times. The first time one gave me an average kind of feeling. But second time was too good. It may be because of the choice of food and drinks. Rice cake along with vanilla ice cream dessert is worth giving a try dish.
Ambience is pretty cool and relaxing. The food is not spectacular, it's just fine. Quantity is not great, fries needed more salt/spice. For starters, pork dry fry is spicy and the best thing I had here. The burgers were good especially the mutton burger.Their service can be improved but the staff is very friendly and sweet. Good place to visit after a day of hectic shopping at VR.

The Whitefield Arms located in VR Mall is one of Bangalore's best kept secrets. Nestled in a corner on the ground floor of the mall, the entrance is so unnoteworthy that if you blink you may miss it. This English style Pub and Microbrewery has classy interiors and on a fine day you can even sit outside amidst the greenery and enjoy a quiet meal along with one of the interestingly named house brews. This is the ideal place for a leisurely lunch or a night out with friends and family.
The Whitefield Arms specializes in Anglo Indian cuisine. If you are a fan of Colonial fare like Railway Mutton Curry or Mulligatawny Soup, then this is the place for you.
We had the Mulligatawny Soup which was creamy and delicious and sat warm on the stomach. We followed this up with Anglo Indian Beef Masala and Ruskin Mutton (skewered minced mutton grilled in a claypot oven - supposedly a Ruskin Bond favourite) with a couple of helpings of rice. The meal as always was easy on the palate and full of flavour. A glass of Fresh Lime Soda helped wash the food down.
A lazy and leisurely meal with delicious food, a beautiful ambience and great service made for a wonderful Tuesday lunch!
An awesome ambience combined with great munchies themed food and their own lineup of craft beer make this place a very delectable destination if you're feeling like chilling out on a Friday night after shopping in VR or Phoenix malls.
