I ordered Chicken biryani , naan and Butter chicken and rabdi. Every bit of it was so relishing and amazing. Had such wonderful biryani after a long time. Thankyou
One of the best restaurants in and around yelahanka, tasty food catered with good hygiene, have been repeatedly ordering and also taking away from them, all the dishes are of utmost quality and good quantity as well.chicken tikka is my personal favourite though.
I am now a big fan of their food. Be it on portion, taste, packaging and hygiene.
I have ordered multiple times ranging from starters like chicken kebab/tikka, malai tikka, fish tikka, paneer tikka etc.. , main course like dhaba butter chicken, kadai chicken, biryani and various Indian breads nad rice.
Believe me after a long time I got one restaurant where I did not get a chance to complain yet. Hope they continue their good work.
Maa da dhaba is an excellent restaurant for dining in and the staff over there is courteous and friendly,
The owner takes personal interest in running the place and takes care of the customers.
The food is delicious, especially the butter chicken and dal makhni and the quantity is good,
You can also try sarson ka saag and makki
Ki roti which is good.
They also have an extensive selection of breads and you can also order some delicious north indian desserts.
All in all a very good restaurant for dining in.
Always nice to be there. Excellent food. Variety of north Indian food options in packet friendly budget. Always have great experience. Keep going and all the best!
Very delicious food, Courteous staff, Clean restaurant. Surprised and happy to see pure vegetarian Punjabi Dhaba. Bhalle.. Bhalle...

Had food delivered. Ordered:
1. Babycorn as starters
1. Rotis and Paneer as the side dish
2. Matar Pulav
When I had been to the restauarant - had ordered paneer - amazingly tasty. Lassi and rabdi is a must have. One of the best in north Bengaluru.
Babycorn was tasty enough, rotis were soft and nice. Paneer was okayish. Matar pulav was good for a quick fix.
Hadippa!
Was craving some rich Punjabi food and yes i was happy as i walked out of these doors.
As you can see I ordered (Dal makhani, channa and kulcha). Dal makhani was the authentic rich creamy one. Kulcha and channa stood out, soft and delicious.
The name justifies its food! Good job.
4 stars for many for items.
E.g. Honey chill potato
God bless these people for giving good combos at reasonable prices.
I like chole bhature, kadi pakoda, rajma, daal makani over here.
Nice food nice service small place but we enjoy food. Parking issue because road was broken. Must try dish dhaba style butter chicken. And chicken lollipop.
Good Food and great service. This place serves good North Indian food and is definitely must have if you are in and around Yelahanka. The lassi is a must have and so is the Rabri.
Very nice and friendly staff. The food delicious. We ordered platter which was really delicious. Ambiance and space is not that great. Hope to see more of Dhaba look.
First time order from Maa was a pleasant surprise. The food matched the description well. The meals we ordered were very tasty and suited our Western tastes by not being overly spicy. Quantities were generous and the quality of the takeaway containers ensured there were no nasty spillages in transport. Will definitely try again and recommend to friends. Ordered: Chicken noodles x1, butter naan x 2, Dhaba style butter chicken x1, gulab jamun x2. Enough for four people.
Was here last week for dinner. Nice place in yelahanka new town .you get some tasty north indian food.ordered Garlic Nan , butter Kulcha, chicken lollypop, Panner Nan, Chicken Tikka Kadai.Everything was brilliant...Ended with kullad lassi, creamy and wonderful..will go back again to taste the next set of varieties in their menu..
It is a finnest place. In this food is good. Delivery time is also good. It is not even very expensive. It is cheaper and best. But delivery style is old.
The food here is mind blowing. I went here with my family and even they loved it. However, the only thing that felt off was the condition of the place. It was not worst but it could be improved. But taking into consideration the taste and quality of food, that fact can be ignored. If u want good quality food, u must visit here.

Small decent family restaurant. Great place to have north indian food in yelahanka.
We ordered 2 dishes-
1. Hara Bhara Kabab- Bite sized fried kababs having an aromatic smell and a tanginess to them. Served with raw onions and green chutney makes it a tasty appetizer to start with.
2. Paneer Butter Masala- The gravy was creamy, mildly spicy giving it a Punjabi taste. The paneer cubes were fried from the bottom and juicy.
For breads, we had garlic naan(good) and tandoori roti(decent).
Fast service and good staff.
We love the food here
!
All of us in the family love the food here, especially our 8 year old. His preference has been Phulkas and Paneer Butter Masala / Mushroom & Peas Masala.
Love the Chilly Chicken here.
Excellent service, quick too. We hop in here atleast 4-5 times a month.
This is one of the best restaurant in Yelahanka to have chicken dishes and also parathas. They do have two outlets in Yelahanka one the regular one n the other called maa da Dhaba express which has around 15 varieties of Paratha to choose from.
The other outlet which is a regular restaurant one. It’s a very small restaurant but yummy food served here.
Order
Soup 🥣- lemon coriander soup -price 100/- it was good but little watery type it wasn’t thick enough
Order - roti with egg curry. Price of egg curry -135 - egg curry tasted good with 2 whole eggs in it . The quantity is sufficient for three people.
Gobi paratha - price -57/- gobi Paratha Size of it was quite big and some amount of ghee at the top . Tasted yummy .
Egg fried rice -price 200/- egg fried rice was to yummy and was spicy enough. The portion of it was quite good which is enough for two people

I ordered twice this month from Maa Da Dhaba through Zomato and I must say that the quality and the taste of food is delectable. First, we tried their Chinese food which was simply mouthwatering, especially their Veg Manchurian with rice and the Chili Chicken. They use the best quality, longer version of grain which uplifts the taste of any fried rice (most of the places I had Chinese Fried rice was using a smaller version of bullet rice).
Yesterday we ordered Chicken Tikka Kadai Masala and Dhaba Wala Mutton, which are their signature dishes, we ordered these after speaking with their Manager Anjit. He recommended these dishes as we wanted to have something spicy. Both the recommended dishes were out of the world. The mutton was simply mouth melting and the bhuna taste was lingering for a long time. We asked them to make it spicier to suit our palate.
Earlier, when we visited their restaurant, we had their Combo meal - Amritsari Kulcha-Choley with Dal Makhani and that too was simply delicious and they were happy to refill the bowl of Dal Makhani on my request as it was lip-smacking.
Must try Dhaba Wala Mutton and their Chinese dishes. I believe the only restaurant in Yelahanka which serves very good North Indian and Chinese food.
I loved Rajma. And the Amritsari kulcha with choley. Economical. Worth the price. Best option for office lunch. The lassi was served perfect.
I ordered aloo paratha.. The taste is good but one side of paratha's got burned. It happened for both of the parathas I ordered. Make Tawa type aloo paratha instead of tandoor type.
My husband and I ate lunch there on a Monday. The place is neat, cosy, pocket friendly tasty food. Polite waiters and original Punjabi chicken curry. The amritsari choley was also tasty.
As an eco-friendly conscious citizen was impressed with the kulhadds used to serve the dessert rabdi in.
Second time went to Maa Da Dhaba and tried the Rajma Rice combo meals. Quite filling and delicious. Must try the lassi. Fast service too. Average ambience.
I ordered Amritsari Kulcha with Dal makhni and cholley........and it was so tempting that i forgot to take a pic.....only one word “Santusht” 5 star on taste , quantity, and pricing....loved every bit of it👌👌👌👌👌
Excellent, delicious food delivered on time always, plz keep up the good work and quality, Thank you MDD and Zomato for great experience each and every time.
Pockrtfriendly foods. Tasty and good place to hangout with family and if u are a north Indian food lover u should come to this place .............
I think the mutter pulao is too bland.
Maa Da Dhaba...I love the name. Probably the only place in Yelahanka where you get some good punjabi food. They are killing it and how!!
We happen to be in Yelahanka and had heard about this place from many of our friends. Decided to pay a visit for dinner and below is our experience...
Small, simple looking, small place. They have 3 restaurants next to each other...non AC, AC, and veg express restaurant. Smart thing to do...
We ordered
Sweet lassi: just awesome! Thick and can be had with a spoon
Highway style chilli chicken: nice
Tandoori chicken: can be better, masalas were good though
Butter chicken: had better ones, but considering we were in Yelahanka, it’s clearly good for what’s available.
Kulcha/Butter Naan: nice
Gulab Jamoons: good
Overall: 4/5 clearly considering its in Yelahanka and there no other options.
Happy for them. Do try next time in Yelahanka. Cheers
Good food for both veg and non veg.
Service is little slow as the place is always crowded.
Best lassi in Yelahanka.
Starters are also good.
Never try malai kofta that is the only thing I didn't like till now.
Picked up food from here a few days back. Was quite nice . It's not often you get good Dhaba style north Indian cuisine, and this is one of those rare ones.
Tried the Malai Tikka and the Chicken Tikka Kadai masala, with some Tandoori Rotis. The Malai Tikka was delicately flavored, well marinated and perfectly cooked( not ideal for spice lovers )
The kadai chicken was quite tangy and we'll spiced and went well with the Rotis.
All in all a nice place if you want to enjoy some earthy North Indian food.
Tastey , yummy and delicious food , the raita was too yummy 😋😋😍 , Paratha was average the aroma of vegetable manchuri with rice was too good
Kadhi with Pakodas was very tasty
I had been to this place with my friend and we tried the soup and a baby corn starter! I really enjoyed the food, never got the chance to try out the main course but I’m sure it’ll be as good as the starter!
A must visit according to me😊
Great North Indian/Punjabi food 👌
It’s a small place on the Yelahanka main road next to just bake. Ambiance is nothing to rave about, but has clean tables and the food is served hot on good cutlery. On days that we feel lazy, we get food delivered from Maa Da Dhaba. Never been disappointed. Prompt delivery. Great quantity and quality. Decent packaging. Can cut down on the use of plastics though.
Some of their must try dishes (veg):
Honey chilli potato - 4/5 - A Chinese starter, I know, but tastes great! Slightly crunchy fries coated with a sweet and spicy mixture sprinkled with sesame seeds. Best eaten when hot.
Amritsari kulcha combo - 4.5/5 - A really well stuffed kulcha served along with generous portions of chole and dal makhni. Both the curries are perfectly spiced and really delicious. By far, this is my most favourite combo. Worth every penny. 👌
Lassi - 5/5 - Thick creamy sweet goodness - HEAVEN. They serve it in mitti ka glasses if you dine in.
Matka Rabri - 5/5 - Despite not being a big fan of Malai, it is very difficult to resist this. The Rabri tastes good, has a nice texture (not too slimy) and has the perfect amount of sweetness. Simply delicious! 💕
Definitely recommend you to try it!

Best North Indian restaurant in Yehlanka... Nice test keep it up👍👍Consistency of quality is always there👍
Best is Tandori Roti and Dal Tadka... 😋
Nice place for a quick meal. Food option are limited but tasty. They have few combos which are nice options for one person meal. Need improvement on hygiene. Overall recommended.
Aloo paratha should be little crispy. It was half roast/fry/baked
Best North Indian food joint in Yelahanka. great taste
outstanding delivery timing, as usual one of the best good you can get in Yelahanka New Town
Hungry strikes big after a long day of shoot hence we decided to order from Maa Da Dhaba. The rating was not that great but this restaurant was better than the other options we had.
We ordered , Dahi ki kabab, Hara Bhara Kabab and Tandoori Paneer Tikka for starters. They forgot to deliver Hara Bhara Kabab, once complained about it they were ready to deliver but it was late and we choose to have credit in the account.
Paneer and Dhai Kabab was mediocre and not that great.
For main course we had, Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice, Veg Biryani and Laacha Paratha. Jeera rice and Dal tadka combination was tasty and Biryani was excellent. Paratha was good too.
I would definitely recommend my fellow reviewers to order from Maa ka Dhaba for some comfort food.
Special mention to Zomato delivery, it was dam quick.
Had been for lunch with parents and loved the food, it was very tasty, good ambience and friendly stewards as well..
No Finger Bowl which can be added..
Good, just need to work on the chicken.
A good place with family to dine out..homely food, good taste . . Serveres well . .everything was good nice experience. . Huge variety of vegetarian dishes. . Very clean and delivers food with smile.
Ordered : Kadhi with Roti.
Amount Paid : Rs.130/- ( Including Home Delivery )
Quantity : Kadhi - Worth it.
Roti - 4 Halves ( Wheat Flour )
Container : Plastic Container for Kadhi neatly sealed
Thick & Nice Aluminium Wrap for Rotis
Quality : Kadhi - Finger Licking. Amazing.
Roti - 2 are good. 2 are over burnt.
Overall : Very Nice experience for the cost which I paid. Take Care of the Roti. 5 Rating for sure.
it's very good and excellent
Food is great. Worth every penny. Place is small but we'll maintained. Staff is polite and good service. Had the special dhaaba thaali here, it was good. .. Recommended for casual hangouts with friends and family.
Food was really good only downside is you have to get out of the hotel because the sink in which you wash your hands is outside hotel. Place was also very quiet and not busy. Overall good
This is one of the best North Indian veg restaurants in this locality. The quality and quantity of the food served is really good.
The only problem is the atmosphere of this restaurant is not so good and the seating capacity is also low.
If you go there on weekends then you really have to wait to get a table.
The food here is very good. Weather it's thali, roti or lassi. But ambience is ok. The main disadvantage is elders may feel discomfort climbing up.
Very good food. Peaceful place with a nice choice of veg food. Needs work on soups. Authentic Punjabi food with good flavours. The lassi is amazing and a must try when visited. Great many choices for the non vegetarians and a decent number of choices for vegetarians as well. The open seating is also pretty pleasant with many trees around and a breeze blowing all the time..the indoor seating is also good. Needs work on the washrooms and wash basin.
Very good food but small dining place.. service and customers response are very good.. its northindian style vegetarian restaurant.. you can spend nice time with 4 to 5 people.. not for group dinning..
Yummiest food @ Yelahanka, Luv thee food @ Maa Da Dhaba Express. A Decent, hygienic food with reasonable price. Try their starters Mushroom, Babycorn or paneer really superb with the taste and the presentation with decent quantity too. Service is also remarkable. Of course the ambience is also good.
Pure vegetarian restaurant...apt menu with almost all varieties. Food quantity and quality is just amazing. The interiors are good . Spacious...
I wish they increase more space in future . Just add few more desert options. Otherwise it's a perfect for ppl who want to try north Indian cuisine ...

This is good, economical and vegetarian restaurant in Yelahanka new town to enjoy Punjabi cuisines. Their service is cordial. Resturant is on Sandip Unnikrishnan road and hence easy to locate.
It would be great if they could expand their menu and offer more cuisines. Secondly, resturant doesn't have parking space and you need to scout a parking place in the near by vicinity.
Third, while the name is Dhaba, ambience, look and feel does not reflect the actual dhaba ambience. It would be great if they could bring in Dhaba elements like cot type seating and others.
Vegetarian only branch,
Small restaurant to cater to 30 odd people.
Staff were good and quick in service (even on Saturday night for dinner).
Parking is available beside the road & I guess it is not a No-Parking zone.
Definitely not wheelchair friendly place as the restaurant is one floor above the surface and has no lift or ramp.
No washrooms available.
No washbasin in the restaurant, but there is one downstairs outside-Didn’t make sense to me as one would get wet if it rains. (So you not only wash your hands, but yourself too).
Very reasonable priced menu.
Overall the food was just good, but “maaza nahi aaya yaar”
I liked their crockery and glad that they don’t use cheap plastics.
Personally liked their lassi and the rest was just good.
It is visible from main road. The hotel is clean and the staff are cordial. Food was yummy and even the quantity was good. Reasonable prices. We ordered pasta, roti n curry n their special maki ki roti, starters, sweets ,coster around 400/-.Gobi was super n I loved the sweet. The staff who served us was calm n had a charming face. Had a pleasant experience. Parking is bit difficult and Handwash is outside the hotel. Must try hotel.
Bangalore doesn't have much prospects when it comes to authentic north indian food and this place is a saver for the north Bangalore crowd craving for some delicious homely food variety. Definitely not the most authentic Delhi cuisine but nevertheless a good hangout with pani puris, decent kachoris, average chole bhature, good combos and perfect dal makhani. A must try for the punjabi food lovers. It's always a mixed experience having been visiting this place since last four years now. Do not expect huge from service but they are courteous atleast. On the beverage side, the lassi seems a bit of a stretch to be honest but the masala coke is a must try for curing your thirsts!!
A great place to have north Indian food! Ordered Tandoori roti, Mutton Rogan Josh, Chicken Bharta and Chicken Biryani. The Tandoori roti and the side dishes were perfectly made, but the Biryani didn't taste that good. Won't actually be blaming the restaurant, expecting perfectly made North Indian Biryani in Bangalore? There has to be a South Indian twist, no matter what! Other than that, the service and pricing are pretty decent. Keep up the good work.
Best Value for Money. Delectable North Indian Food and a Place to go with both family and friends.
Loved their Amritsari Kulcha with Chole and Dal Makhani and Rajma Chaval - Very satisfying Punjabi food. Paneer Tikka and Veg Biryani, were very good as well. To finish all these as always some Lassi. I would like to try other dishes here as well sometime but I would recommend anyone these if they're looking for what to Order the first time they visit this place.
Have seen this place as mostly crowded in the evenings, check and book a Table if you're planning to visit.
This hotel is an associate of same company MDD , that has separate restaurant 5 buildings away serving non veg & veg.
In this place , you get pure veg dishes with separate kitchen with select dishes in its menucard.
Those who want to dine in at pure veg restaurant can do so here
Good food Good taste Good service
Awesome place...tasty and value for money...I have tried almost everything here...cheese parotha is still my fav...
