Best staffer here is Mr.Ali who was very polite and courteous. Would surely recommend you try the baos and sushi here.
Hats off to the chef. You've got me hooked to your food so badly that I keep coming back even though it hits my pockets deep 😂 shows how good the food is, heads up, you gotta know what to order though! Rainbow maki, Alaska Roll, Mudcrab , Nasi Goreng, Phuket's SOM TOM are to die for(not for the faint hearted) I can go on but I'll leave some for you pallet to experience.

We visited the place for Sunday lunch. Overall lovely place with good food and drinks.
1. Drinks: We ordered one Thy me and one Shanghai Lotus. Both were really good!!
2. Starters: Ordered one fish nam prik pao, for the two of us. They were very accommodating in terms of food allergies and taste. So they made sure that our food had no pepper and very less spicy :) Taste wise the fish tasted good and the portion size was actually large, so two of us ate happily.
3. Main Course: We ordered one Nasi Goreng and one weekend special - Pork-egg soupy noodles. Again they made sure it was pepper free and less spicy :) Nasi Goreng really tasted well. But the pork soupy noodles was OK in taste as it felt very bland. As I am used to eating boiled food, I could eat it but still felt something was missing. For others, I am pretty sure, they won't like this dish.
Overall we had a good time here. Now, in the end the biggest disappointment was the service charge of 10%. I didn't understand why was the SC so high? None of the servers came to serve food on our plates. They just kept the items and went off. For water and placing orders also, we had to wait and keep calling them to the table. There was one family sitting near us, yet the server didn't serve food on the plate, the father was serving to his children. I mean, if you are taking SC then the staff needs to keep hawk eyes on the customer tables to serve the requirements quickly. Also, it wasn't crowded at all when we visited for lunch.

Forget about the place, the food was damn good. I can tell you this, I have been moving place's my entire life, lined in NCR for 5 years, never did I come across such a good delivery on Zomato. Because the food was absolutely fantastic. Cheers.

We had the Sumartan Rendang with Duck, Ramen, Burmese Khowsuey and a glass of sparkling wine.
The ambiance was very peaceful with Jazz music in the background but the service could be better.
Sumartan Rendang with Duck was served with Jasmine Rice. The rice was delicious but the duck a bit chewy. The gravy was thick and tasty. Give it a 4 out of 5.
Ramen was a nice soupy noodle preparation which was a special on their menu. Give it a 4 out of 5
Burmese Khowsuey again a special on the menu was well prepared and tasted nice. Give it a 4 out of 5.
The wine was served chilled and was a good accompaniment.
A japanese restaurant located in phoenix market city. the ambience is good. It offers both inside and outside seating.About the food, the portion size is filling. the taste is really amazing and one would really enjoy the unique japanese flavours. the pricing is slightly on the higher side but it is totally worth it.the place is usually pretty busy so table booking is recommended. suitable for dates and to hang out with friends

The food is very good and you will get the real taste of Japanese food here. Liked the salads and specially the Singaporean chili crab i liked the most. I will visit again and next time I will try lobster here.

While catching up with a friend in Phoenix we decided to try this restaurant. The primary reason was the ambience, it was calm inside, perfect lighting, nice balcony setting. There menu is very detailed with the Japanese dishes explained very well, we tried dumpling, rava fried chicken, and prawn fried rice with a glass of cosmopolitan cocktail and beer. The quantity was a bit less compared to the price but taste wise they were amazing. The dishes were well made with the right amount of oil and spices which gave them the perfect flavors.
The staff were really courteous to our requests.

One of the best Chinese/asian cuisine restaurant in Bangalore for me.
Ambiance is alright, not much to talk about.
Straight away to food:
salmon maki - fresh and tasty.
duck bao: very good. something different.
dimsums: shrimp dimsum, chicken dimsum were very good.
Chicken satay and chicken wings - both were good. chicken wings are proper full wings not one third of wing as many places serve.
Mains: red thai curry and pad thai both were amazing.
desserts were nice - coconut milk cheese cake was something you must try.
Their icecream sundae is very good. taste gives you a very rich and fresh feeling.
Possible improvement - place was not well lit up. we chose to sit outside since weather was nice-- the bulb on our table was not working.
I really liked this place for a quiet evening dineout and Asian food. So we had the crab here - pretty good and pricey as well. The dumplings and Bao were really good and yum. Drinks were well made and they have a few new and unique choices as well that can really tease out your buds. Ambience is quiet and neat and worth visiting in the evening.
We had two dishes, Balinese Soto Ayam Soup and Hibachi Japanese Fried rice. Since Soto Ayam was marked spicy, we requested the waiter to make slight variations in the choice/quantity of spices, and the chef catered the request delightfully. The soup tasted delicious. The japanese fried rice, looked like any other fried rice dish, but had a different flavor to it altogether. We couldn't guess the secret ingredient. Maybe it was the oil in which it was made or the hot sizzling plate in which it was served. Whatever the ingredient was, the taste was unique. We requested the waiter to consider adding fried eggs to the dish for us, and even though the add on option wasn't there in the menu, they happily catered to our request. I will definitely visit another time to try out other delicacies in the menu.

Well, I am amazed with the food. The food texture is so light and delicious. When u eat their food, it tastes amazing and ur stomach still feels so light and satisfied. We ordered tender coconut cheese cake, and it was yum 😍😍. Thats why i give them 4 stars and one star i am holdinh back for the delayed service, in busy days its really occupied.
Great and timely service by Ali, tastefully prepared food, lovely ambience. We had the Barbeque Tofu Bao, Black Bean Udon Noodles, and Latice Chicken Gyoza. The noodles were a hit, and so was the bao. Loved the dimsums! Shizusan is always a great choice for food, never disappointed! Must visit!

Went for a formal dinner. Place is upscale and neet. Staff is courteous and helpful. Nice place to have pan Asian cuisine. But if you are not fan of pan Asian cusine which is more than normal fried rice and chilli chicken then u won't enjoy it. I enjoyed the authenticity of the food. Went there on a weekday so the place was not much crowded hence service was really great. Need to check the service on a weekend. Anyways place is pretty good and nice for family dinner and dates.

Absolutely a delight to eat here. The ambience is very lovely, absolutely loved the decor. The food taste seemed very authentic. The noodles were lovely and sushi stole my heart away. I have had better Baos though. It is a little heavy on the pocket but for a foodie, it is absolutely worth it.

When I visited here it was my third day in Bangalore and I was all alone. I just checked in and ordered my food on the suggestion of N.Ali.G. The food was just not brilliantly cooked but the Ali for once didn’t let me feel am not at home. Finally, I had to order some more to get it packed and Ali again to my surprise suggested me how to go for it. If such guys are employed here am sure this will do wonders in no time.
Really good Asian food. Had the Hibachi Rice and Dan Dan Noodles. Friendly and prompt service by Ali was the icing on the cake. Would recommend.
I had my first time experience at Shizusan. It was good, especially the Padh Thai Noodles, as we had ordered them to be Veg. Didn't expect that to be so good. So, all you veggie peeps can try this without the fear of returning with a sour palate. Along with this we ordered Singaporean Chilli Crabs which was also nothing short of a wonderful delicacy. Ali from the team really help us when it came to choosing the menu and customised the items as per our choices. So, a big shout out for him.

Really enjoyed the exquisite cuisine at Shizusan. Ali served us really well. The prawn and scallion momos were amazing. Spicy, crunchy tuna is a must try.

This is my go-to place for Sushi. Liked the hakka noodles as well. A bit overpriced but given location is in phoenix mall, the pricing is kind of justified. Staff is courteous and well behaved. Rainbow maki is a must try if you are a sushi lover. This place also has a sit out area overlooking the Phoenix markecity's outdoor area. Also serves drinks.

I wanted a nice place with peaceful ambience for dinner...shizusan was a perfect place. Food was good, no tastes were unbalanced. We had mutton malay. I politely asked them if we could have that huge bone packed for our dog and they were sweet enough to do that for us. Quite courteous staff

Tried sushi first and it was fabulous. I think I'm have very less words to express my happiness. The ambience was good and very calm. Attendants were very much curious to attend customer. The Asian food was amazing here. The rainbow maki is a must try. We tried calamari and a Thai/Vietnamese dish. Ambiance is great and the waiters were very attentive. However, the do charge a premium for what they serve and on top they were out of the Japanese beers. That's where they lost a star. But food is amazing in taste. A little bit on the sweeter side on the sushi, but that's the authentic way I guess. Enjoy your time here. They are as good as Shiroz.
I had my first sushi experience here. Well, I was a little u know scared. But it went well. To be on a safer side we took a torched one (fish N chips). And the cordial waiter helped us to mix the soya to the perfection. Apart from sushi we tried shrimp and lobster dumplings. Lobster dumplings were just amazing. And last but not the least, we surely loved the tender coconut cheesecake. The ambiance was impressive too.
The restaurant was well decorated for Valentine's day although I went th next day it felt nice to have the decor around. The food is slightly on the expensive side but the taste and quality of the food is good. The service could have been a bit better. The Staff was courteous and helpful. The food was very delicious and very very satisfying to the taste buds. This restaurant not only serves Japanese food they also have a wife variety of all Asian food. A must try place if you are a Asian cuisine lover. They also serve Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Thier teas are also very good. Must try. Will definitely go back again.
Shizusan is one of the best Asian restaurant we have been to in Bangalore. This place has never disappointed us till date. Both veg and non-veg offerings are really good. Sushi is something to die for at this restaurant. The prices are a bit on the higher side but the food is worth the price you pay.

Was in bookmark from long time. Finally been here. Heard they have variety of Sushi, Dim Sum and Maki Rolls.
Food and Price: As mentioned they have variety of food i.e. Thai, Japanese, Korean and etc. But did not find food at it's best. Price is high. Quantity is also less. You should use your zomato gold deal.
Ambiance: Both open and closed area. Interior of closed area is very catchy.
Service: Table booking recommend over weekend. I felt service was slow. And when I asked for check, they took much time.
Of course you should not expect proper Japanese food in India. The spice and hurt s gets bit changed to appeal the Indian market. Yet, the food was the yummiest. Too yum. It's bit on the pricy side. Imo one of the best places to enjoy maki rolls. My personal favourites are Mud Crab Maki, Dragon Maki, & Rainbow Maki. The menu itself is very extensive. It's better if you're a non vegetarian, but I loved the vegetarian food there as well. The veg makis are surprisingly delicious. The salads and mains are unique and bring fresh flavour. Try the beef main, the Masaman curry with jasmine rice, the oysters in coconut cream, and the lobster in black pepper to just name a few. The staff is very friendly and will help you decide according to your palette as well. I have never had average food there, it's always so consistent!
A good addition to Phoenix Marketcity’s list of restaurant. This pan asian restaurant have some delicious dishes. The best part of the menu is the Asian Tapas. The cocktails are quite decent. Loved the Sumatran Beef Rendang Curry with jasmine rice. Next time I will try out their sushis and sashimis.
Excellent and affordable Japanese served in a beautiful ambience! It's a nice upscale restaurant whether you wanna have a cozy date lunch /dinner, or visit with a group. Amazing taste in everything we ate. Great options in starters, nigiri and sashimi are expertly cut and served well. Fresh Wasabi elevates the experience. A must visit! It was my birthday and they gave us the most amazing Vietnamese banh-me cheese cake that was delicious. To top it all, the staff are courteous and helpful. Thanks Shizu San!

The decoration is nice and the waiters make efforts to be helpful and to care about you. They tried their best to position the extra aircons around me to make my evening cooler in a very hot spring day.
