Fantastic authentic food with a good value for money. Very good service, would recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat Italian food. The location and ambience are also excellent, was one of the best restaurants I've eaten in so far.
One of the finest Italian restaurant in Bangalore right now without any doubt. Soothing environment, tasty authentic Italian food and friendly service. Definitely worth it.
I'm sure it will be best italian restaurant in Bangalore.
I loved their breads and pasta. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious as well! Please try it! Enjoy the rooftop :)
Very authentic menu and the food tasted superb. The service is great. Portion size were average and it was a total value for money.
Hands down the one of the most authentic Italian places in Bangalore. Right from the appetizers, the wine, the main course and the desserts, everything was spot on. Come here if you really know a thing or two of fine Italian cuisine. Special mention to great service provided by Jason, he set a great example of how customer service should be. Kudos. Overall, very happy with the food, service and ambiance. Will definitely visit again.

The best Italian place easily. Mushroom risotto, pollo fritto, spinach and ricotta ravioli, all were amazing and succulent, freshness was inherent and balance between flavors and creaminess. The desserts were a win win, tiramisu was the best ever I had, they employ their inhouse mascarpone, which was set very well as well as intense coffee flavored cake layers gave the real kick, just loved it. Mango puree topped vanilla panna cotta was another delight.
The ambience is just beautiful, perfect for romantic dinners, friendly staff and of course great food, don't forget totry out their authentic Italian Tiramisu.
A classy place with great quality food.
A proper Italian taste.
My favourite restaurant.
I enjoyed the ambience and the decor of the place. It gave me the feel that I had travelled back in time.
I thoroughly loved the service. The servers were always smiling and always happy to answer our queries. It took us some time to go through the menu and we had a lot of questions.
I felt well taken care of. :)
The food was simply amazing! I wished I had multiple stomachs so that I could order more!!
In short, I love this place and I look forward to visiting again once the health situation improves.
Hands down the best authentic Italian restaurant in the city!
Spaghetti bolognese is a must try!

Canāt wait to go back there again.
Such great food served generously. Definitely more expensive than I'd like, but the food is definitely worth it!
Met some friends here a few months ago. The food was pretty good. I enjoyed my aglio olio pasta while they had seasfood items which they said were good. The overall food was pretty good.
Bologna serves up some great pastas, Calamaro Frito and delicious Tiramisu. It has a lovely view of 100ft road Indiranagar as well. Definitely going back!
Bologna is one of the best Italian restaurants in Indiranagar and Bangalore. Visited the place right after the lockdown. Was relieved and delighted to see that they've maintained the best standards of safety.
We ordered a Pollo ripieno di formaggio in fillo for starters. It's a roll stuffed with chicken, cheese and Italian herbs. It is served with an appetising salsa. This is a must try. For mains we ordered a Fettuccine ai gamberi in salsa mista (shrimp pasta in red sauce) and a lento cotto pollo di coscia (slow cooked chicken thigh roast in orange sauce served with aglio olio). The pasta was very tasty but the roast chicken was the show stopper. Apparently the desserts here are recommended too, but we were too full to order desserts.
The manager and the staff were very courteous and friendly. I was very impressed by the safety standards, food, ambiance and the behavior and would definitely recommend everyone to visit this restaurant in Indiranagar. Cheers!
Excellent quality food and service. Very personalized. Bread is warm and fresh.
great place visited here days before the lockdown..really happy with the experience
Bologna in Indranagar, Bengaluru is one of the good italian dishes. I had Tiramisu is coffee flavoured Italian dessert. It was made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee also I had ordered Ravioli pasta. Both are good in taste.
One of the best Italian restaurants in town. They cook food to perfection.
Aglio Olio Spaghetti had an amazing balance of flavors and perfectly cooked veggies.
For the past few years me and my wife have been visiting Bologna for every special occasion of our lives ! I personally love the bruschetta , the mini pizza and the butter sage and Parmesan ravioli, my wife loves the Alio Oglio pasta ! Both of us love the staff , who have been very warm and accommodating they got my wife a cake on her birthday , went out of the way during New Years to get my Ravioli ! They are hands down my favourite restaurant and I am a customer for life !
This is a long overdue review. Me and my friend walked into this restaurant in the year 2018 on the day of elections in Bangalore somewhere in the mid of May. We were looking for a place to eat and we saw Bologna was just opening around 12pm that day. We walked in, we were the only ones that day and hereās where we met Mr Jeson. A very courteous and lovely man, the owner of the place. He suggested a duck dish outside of the menu that day. And we had a scrumptious meal that even today I would say that was one of the best duck dishes I have ever had.
On this January 25th, 2020, I happened to be visiting Bangalore and we stopped at this place again. We didnāt expect Jeson to recognise us after so long. But to our surprise, He even remembered what he ordered for us back in 2018. He made pur day that day.
One of the best places I have walked into. We both are foodies, and keeping hoping restaurants to try new dishes. But any day, on the top of our heads we would suggest visiting Bologna. One dedicated owner Jeson is, heās given utmost importance and value to serve his customers with the best. Hereās one place you got to try. Dont forget to stop by if you are at Indiranagar, Bengaluru.

Excellent staff, very polite and professional.
Food is no doubt finely cooked thumbs up to the restaurant.
Would recommend this for people seeking good food and hospitality, this is the right place.
Finally after chianti this place does justice to italian cuisine! Just wow!
Pork chops, it melts in ur mouth! I mean like LITERALLY!
I myself have read many reviews amd have seen same exact experience.
Staffs aware of the menu, clean, courteous n polite, friendly.
We also had seafood spaghetti. Yea it was seafood heaped! Large serving.
I am not mentioning the fancy italian names as per menu as if u order seafood spaghetti they will know what u meant, n thats very important as we r indians n nt italian.
Next was basa fish fillet. Buttery juicy soft āmelt in mouthā.
N d famous tiramisu. Caramelised popcorn n tiramisu cake, coffee, yummm.
Overall i mean i felt i had a rich experience n my tongue heart n tummy are in the right place.
Thank you Bologna, we had a good dinner. Will be back.
Another place with amazing Italian food
This is a very cozy restaurant in Indiranagar. The outdoor seating is beautiful. The ambience and stuff are very courteous. Their salads, starters and mocktails are superb. Make sure to try the main course with Basa fish, by far this is the best fish I had. Thank you fr the experience.
I was looking for a good restaurant which serves authentic Italian cuisine. I came across this restaurant and trust me I had the best Italian food.
Must try - Ravioli Di spinaci E Ricotta with cream and mushroom sauce.

Authentic Italian food at its best!
Need to appreciate the wonderful service led by Jason - attentive but not intrusive. We had vegetarian fare as they were a slight majority. The anti pasti which included the bruschetta, mozzarella sticks and crostinis were good. The pizza could have been better as the thin base was too crusty. The standout was a sphagetti which was customised for a lactose intolerant person. The tiramisu was a excellent. The red and white sangrias were great
Excellent ambience and service, staffs were very pleasant and friendly. Pizza de bologna is all what a meat lover can ask for, too well made it was. White sauce shrimp pasta was creamy, tasty and perfect. Overall, just a perfect Italian dinner that anyone can expect to have.
We finally decided to go to Bologna over a lot of reviewing for our Valentineās Day celebration. I had a lot of expectations from them because of the good reviews and let me tell you it lived up to my expectation. For V day they had a four course menu set (not the usual menu) but they were courteous enough to customise spaghetti for me and I was delighted. We had mushroom & garlic soup, chicken soup, customised chicken spaghetti, pork chops and their signature dessert Tiramisu. Actually the dessert too they customised for us. The service was very good and the staffs were at their best. The only little heart break for my husband was the pork chops. It was way too fatty for him but apart from that it was a heavenly food trip. Will be back again to try the usual menu.
Absolutely enjoyed my visit to Bologna. Fine Italian dining in Bangalore. Everything that I ordered was scrumptious and worth the money. Would recommend for sure !! Follow me on Instagram @arugarueats for more food reviews .

I had one of the best dining experiences here. I had ordered the Pizza Baggio and Tiramisu. The Pizza was very fresh and light.. surprisingly I wasn't feeling stuffed and BOLO for the Tiramisu It was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The Staff and owner were extremely polite/ friendly / courteous. They had also given another dessert for free .. which was the vanilla panna cotta that was also utterly delicious. I will definitely be frequenting this place very often.
Food was delicious if you love italian food you must try out this place. Calm place and you can def go here to enjoy food and talk.
Visited Bologna for the second time and iām honestly very impressed with how amazing the food is. Definitely one of my favourites for Italian now!
It rarely happens that we go to a restaurant with a good opinion in mind and yet get so blown away that it is hard to describe it. Simple, tasty and truly satisfactory; Bologna stands out amidst the plethora of restaurants in Bengaluru, especially in a place like Indira Nagar. I have been waiting to write this review, not because anyone asked me to, but it is so beautiful that it deserves an applaud.
I was quite sure about trying it as I knew the owner and his background. I can talk to people and tell if they know their food. And Jason surely does know his food!
As I stepped inside the place at around 7 p.m. (the first visit), it was quite early for dinner and the staff was cleaning the place. (The drawbacks of having an early dinner schedule. What a Bummer!) We settled in the outside seating area. I settled with a nice red wine. We ordered for Chicken Lasagna and Seafood Risotto. We just canāt help but order for our favorites and I happened to be craving for a good Lasagna that day. I sipped on my wine, as I eagerly waited for our food to be served.
It didnāt take long for the food to be served. We looked at our dishes and were quite delighted. Creamy Risotto and cheesy, meaty Lasagna. Both the dishes looked stunning.
I took a mouthful of Lasagna and I was transported to my early memories of eating Italian food in Pune. My first experience of eating continental/Italian was in Pune in a quaint cafƩ and I fell in love with it. I love simple and quaint places, that are casual dining. The frills of fine dining spoil the fun of tasty food. Bologna is a nice place without any fanfare. Light music wafting around, medium lighting and simple furniture. I only wished for a candlelight though.
Food builds memories and can transport you in time. It can take me to my childhood days and sometimes bring a tear, as I miss my folks. The Lasagna took me to Pune (a very long time agoā¦). The Lasagna was how I wanted it to be; creamy, cheesy, meaty (worth a mention) ā¦ Slurrrp! It was served in a bowl, which is how I like it. The bowl keeps it from getting dry from the sides. Every mouthful was satisfying that craving I have had for a very long time. At last! My wishes had come true. Life is beautiful once again as I have a Lasagna Place to go to. It doesnāt matter whether I am down in the dumps or feel like partying; A Lasagna for every mood. Thatās what it is really, a dish that is made for all moods.
Divine!Ā Ā Ā
We finished the meal with a Tiramisu, which was light and delicious. The perfect hit of coffee and a good balance of the sponge with the fresh mascarpone. What a meal it was!
On our second visit, we tried the Vanilla Panna Cotta and Passionfruit Pudding. Man, Oh man! If only I had words to describe those delicious, mouthwatering desserts. It is the best Panna Cotta I have had in my life. The Cranberry sauce beautifully complements the Vanilla Panna cotta. The figs are perfect to add texture and a bite to the dessert. Simple and elegant. The Passionfruit Pudding was warm and moist and had an ice cream filling. The homemade whipped cream with Passionfruit curd was ingenious.
I can just go on and on; I will keep going there to try everything on the menu. Meanwhile, you plan your trip to Bologna soon.
Beautifully balanced flavors, generous quantities, stunning presentation and warm hospitality. Italian at its best!

One of those places where I just cannot wait to dig in, resulting in a picture that doesn't do justice to the amazing food and the ambience.
Bologna, on the recommendation of my good friend @thehungryveggie was a place I was delighted to visit.
The relaxed atmosphere, nice music, friendly team led by the owner Jason, and of course the delicious food, made this one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. So much that I HAD to write this as I finished my pasta.
I ordered for a Taglioni Primavera and it ticked every box in my mind. Tasty, filling and satisfying to the core. Add to that a Pannacotta that just melted in my mouth.
This truly is one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to in India.
I think I have found my new favorite in Bangalore! We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a place when looking for a quiet dinner on a lazy Saturday evening. We were blown away once we arrived there. The ambiance, music and staff just transport you into another world. Of delicious food and good wine! As soon as we stepped in we were reminded of a quaint Italian eatery complete with the warm bread with herbed butter and olive oil. The staff knew the menu inside out (that's really important at a good place) and he suggested some appetizers for us. It was a tough choice choosing our food because everything sounded amazing! What we ordered:
Porchetta di Parma con Aioli: This dish suggested by the waiter was so light and a perfect accompaniment to the red wine sangria we has ordered. On one side there was well done bacon slices and on the other artichokes. It has a bed of salad with parmesan and a garlic dip. This tastes so wonderful, even the salad in itself was a winner.
Spaghetti Algio Olio Frutti De Mare: Seafood Spaghetti. I have never seen a pasta so loaded with seafood! At least in India. We loved the taste of the spaghetti and the garlic was just right. We loved that the portion size was "shareable" and two of us shared 2 mains and we were satisfactorily FULL!
Coming to the main attraction of our visit :)
Tagliata De Manzo: If you eat meat, you just SHOULD NOT miss this dish here. Supremely tender slices of tenderloin soaked in Rosemary Jus. One bite of this made us fall in love with steak all over again! And with this place (not that we didn't love it until then ;)).Ā The mashed potatoes served with this was one of the best I've eaten in Bangalore and the veggies were also cooked just right. Total comfort food this was.
Tiramisu: After such delicious authentic Italian food we couldn't leave without tasting their Tiramisu. And boy was it a good decision! The Tiramisu looked straight out of Masterchef with caramel/toffee popcorn. Never had we seen that before too, the popcorn with tiramisu! Like my husband said - "I judge a place by its Tiramisu". And this place got full points! The cake was soaked completely in coffee. I was so glad we ordered this as dessert because i went home with that satisfying bitter-sweet taste of the Tiramisu. And was happy for the rest of night :D
Bologna isn't such a well known place in the Indiranagar scene, but it should be. We found our new happy place and cannot wait to try more of their amazing dishes very very soon! I could give it more than a 5.
Tip: They have lovely outdoor seating too, which looked very very cozy with the lighting. However I would suggest to sit inside because the music adds so much to the experience!
One of the best Italian places in Bangalore. The pizza (Baggio) and ravioli is especially delicious. Amazing place for vegetarians.
Years of searching and the best Italian food in Bangalore was right around the corner! It is one of those restaurants where you can close your eyes, point to the menu and order - be assured that the dish will be spectacular. Ambience takes you right back to a Nona's living room in Italy and service is prompt. I hope nothing changes!
In love with Grilled Basa with Potato Mash..
A truly Italian dish in Bengaluru..

Me and my wife were taking a walk on 100 ft road, looking for a new restaurant to dine at, when this place came to our notice. It was not crowded and we were little sceptical to try this place. Nevertheless we did. Now this is our most visited place in Indiranagar. They serve complimentary bread which melts in your mouth. On different visit we had tried different varieties of food and none of it disappointed us. Even though we are not a huge fan of pork dishes, the one which is served here is the best we had in the town. Hands down this is the best Italian restaurant in Indira Nagar.
The afternoon at this restaurant was definitely well spent. Not very expensive, the portions were decent, staff was prompt and courteous. We sat on the balcony, it was a pleasant experience :)
One of the best italian restaurants i have visited in bangalore. i had ordered their speciality dish AND it was worth every single penny. the staff was friendly. It was located in indiranagar. Perfect for a date.
A decent place for a wine and dine. They have very courteous staff. The wine menu has lot of options. A perfect place for trying out Italian food.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. The presentation of the food was just top notch, and the taste was exquisite.
We went here last night for desserts and Bologna did not disappoint. We ordered the Tiramisu, the Panna Cotta and a third dessert (that had cake, figs, passion fruit cream & vanilla ice cream) with a really long name that I've forgotten. All the desserts looked really good and were just yum. The next time I go to Bologna I'm having the dessert with the really long name.
Situated in IndiraNagar and easy to locate !!
About the restaurant,
absolutely courteous staff and a good ambience.
And the guys had really good knowledge about the menu card.
We had Orange Mohito and White Wine Sangria.
Bread and sauce to compliment the wine was on the house though.
On the main course we had Pita De Pollo - a cheese and chicken combo preparation . It tasted quite nice and would recommend for one time .
The other kne was obviously Lasagne - out of the world taste . Cooked to perfection and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting this place.
Overall it was a nice experience and would surely love to visit this place again . :)
Extremely courteous staff. I am so impressed with the manager and Sr. Captain. Very professional and great at their work!
The ambience is very peaceful and the location is amazing.
The food is Soo good and authentic.
Taste, plating, portion size and price. Everything was on point!
We had a lazy Saturday lunch here, food and Red Wine Sangria was great, loved the balcony sitting too. The Pork Chop was succulent and the Basil pasta just right.
Decided to go here for my first year wedding anniversary. Ron, was the person waiting on us. Calm composed and courteous he ensured we were well taken care of and organized a dinner which will be remembered for a long time.
The food is worth it also. Doesnāt disappoint at all.
Very friendly staff and delicious cuisines, if you love Italian food then you must try this place and you can't miss on fette di mozzarella fritta. Nice place to take your loved ones on romantic dining
Bologna a metropolitan city in northen Italy known for its culinary specialities. The Bolognase takes its derivation from here.
This restaurant here takes its culinary heritage from bologna and dishes out some authentic Italian food from tasty bruschetta to some extremely flavour rich pizzas.
Perfect place to have authentic Italian food, we tried pizza bologne, 4 cheese lasagne and chocolate bomb for dessert..
Pizza bologne - One of the best I have ever had, the crust was really thin and the toppings melts in the mouth
Lasagne - this was the show stopper, will go back to just have this again
Chocolate bomb - normal chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream, a tad too overpriced
Not to forget, the courteous service, oh wow, they treat you valued, how often have you been asked at a restaurant that "How has your day been and how can we help you make it better"
Authentic Italian flavours, homely ambience and the staff are trained especially well. Fine service and great food. Even the bread basket dip was lovely. Must visit if you're looking for a place that's true to their name.
Bologna redefines a fine Italian dining experience where even the menu is in italian!
Loved the Friday night ambience, it is super cozy and romantic. They actually light up a candle on your table so next time you're considering a dinner date, do consider bologna!
First I had the Italian style breaded chicken strips and I really Couldn't imagine that the chicken could be so well marinated and flavourful.
I also had the pink sauce chicken linguini - the sauce was one of the bests I've ever had .
To end with, the chocolate bomb - your usual choco lava cake served alongside ice cream.
I'm really satisfied by the food now.
We had booked the booked the table for year end . The food was very tasty ,felt it was worth and satisfied as Italian restaurant. Ordered mushrooms n spinach starters, penne pasta in white sauce , ravioli - mushroom with white creamy sauce, veg pizza and finally in desserts - chocolate mousse.
They start with inhouse fresh bread š, it was really nice ,
A lovely place to dine with family and friends. Good value for money. Staff are very cooperative and attentive towards the guest service. Had a nice experience. Will come back...
Best Pasta in Bengaluru. Great food and service. Veg Callonini was too good. Not a very big place but best pasta in town. Even better than some of the 5-star hotel
Food is of top notch quality here. If you enjoy Italian dish, you will love it here. We ordered spinach and mushroom soup(recommended), fish fingers, Bolognese spaghetti(recommended), blueberry cheesecake(recommended) and mojito. Portion quantity is good enough. We are definitely coming back here. Service was also commendable. We even got a complimentary dish of bread and their curated cheese chutney.
It is a small place but well arranged and managed. Staffs are courteous.
There also have valet parking.
One of the best Italian places I've gone to. I stumbled upon this randomly while in Bangalore and decided to give it a shot, never seen any reels or videos about the place. The food was reaaaally good and felt authentic. Just have a slight idea of what Italian food is before you go there cause the menu can be a bit intimidating. Valet parking is available as well. Would recommend blindly
We went there for our first anniversary dinner. They had done an amazing job in setting up the table for us. Food was delicious, I will definitely go back for their ravioli and focaccia bread. Very good service and ambience. Approachable and soft spoken staff. Well recommended place.
Fantastic food. Quick service! Chicken was well cooked.. Gnocchi four cheese was dense and yumm... minestrone soup was light yet filling... the bread in the complimentary basket was a star in itself. Do go!
An excellent Italian cuisine experience.
Everything from decor, ambiance, service, food, presentation, taste were just outstanding.

Vola..fantastico..great food, wonderful service and food you can connect and enjoy. The atmosphere is good. Plenty to choose and pick; we tried international wine, a starter, Ravioli and Tiramisu - to sign off. No rush, to vacate your table too. Valet parking too available.
Can't believe I didn't visit this place earlier. Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in town!!! The Fettuccine arrabiata pasta is to die for. Just the thought of it is mouth watering. Very friendly staff and great ambience too. I highly recommend this place for an authentic Italian gastronomic experience!! Don't miss it.
Third visit here and eager to have more. I have tried so many dishes from their menu and they never disappoint. Such great quality, service and taste.

Service is great and fast. Food is good. I requested them to customise my pasta dish and they were happy to accommodate the changes. Good experience overall.
The place is usually crowded and a bit noisy.
I really liked the taste of food. They welcomed us with a complementary soft bread and pesto.
Pizza was superb. Ravioli with pink sauce - considered a hot favourite, was just about average in my opinion.
Good Italian style restaurant. Inhouse breads complimentary. Tasty food and ambience.

An authentic Italian restaurant in indiranagar.
Itās a chic Italian place where they have a vast menu to choose from. I felt the menu card was too cramped as it had so many items for them to accommodate.
You start your meal with a warm bread basket on the house, followed by the meal you order. We tried their pasta, lamb chops and a mushroom starterā¦ each of which is worth the mention as it stood true to its authenticity.
They have an impeccable service right from the start to the end of your time at the restaurant. I would strongly recommend this place.
A good place to have authentic Italian food. The place is nice & cozy. The staff there is very good & takes very good care of all the diners. It has good ambience & the food is also delicious. Itās in Indira nagar & at a very good location. If you like Italian food then you must visit this restaurant. We were there for almost 3 hours. Nobody rushed us for anything. We enjoyed the food & the ambience.
Recommendations:- Calamari Frito, lasagna, orange mojito, pinacolada mojito, penni pasta in white sauce.
It has valet parking so no need to worry about parking your car.
Unpretentious, clean and basic interiors. Excellent and authentic food. Moderate prices. Attentive service. The spaghetti bolognase is worth a try. Very popular restaurant, so bookings are advised. Valet parking available.
Bologna is one of the finest Italian restaurant I have been in Bangalore. The quality and taste of the food is simply superb. The in-house bread is fresh and soft accompanied by fresh pesto spread. The staff are patient, courteous, humble and attentive. The staff do not rush through the order. Great place for an Italian experience with friends and family. Definitely going back soon!!
Thank you, Team Bologna, Indiranagar!
The quality +quantity of food is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here! Iāve tried pretty much the entire menu and there is nothing that I dislike! Each dish is better than the next one! Itās finger licking good literally!
The bonus is , excellent service from the staff! And the ambience is so calm and pretty! Very insta worthy as well! Love the selection of wines. Fine dining +pocket friendly prices , what more could we ask for?
