This place had the biggest pizza I've ever seen! Other than that, the food was average. The seating arrangements could be better, as the current ones were damn uncomfortable. There's either a table for 4 people or 10. There's no in-between.

Other than that, the ambience is great. Though they could tone down the music a bit, which they didn't after asking them to do so multiple times.

Yellow Submarine is situated in Bannerghatta road which is near J P Nagar. Roof top ambience is top notch. As the name of the restaurant the design theme is Submarine.

Rooftop decor is ultimate.
Food is lip smacking and presentation is ultimate.
For non alcoholics there is wide range of mocktail options which tastes really good.
This place attracts young crowd from nearby colleges.

Yellow Submarine opposite to IIM Bangalore has a quite good vibe to it. It's not extra fancy but yet elegant, tries to mimic typical European culture with the furnishings and succeeds upto some extent. The brewed beer here is really good and food as well, nothing that we ordered was disappointing except the service. Service was slow even when there were only us, server forgot our order of beer and sangria multiple times! There was constant reminding which was turn off.

My report card

The yellow submarine has a really pretty rooftop. Visited here on afternoon it wasn’t that crowded. I ordered the submarine martini cocktail which was good and a beer cocktail. Coming to food the crinkle fries and the deep dish chicken sausage pizza was decent. Overall a decent place but the rooftop ambience is just lovely.

A nice establishment right opposite campus! Yellow Sub is a place sure to impress, in terms of its beer, the grub and hookah options. The in house beer options might be limited in variety, but were great for the price. They have the 24 inch monster pizza which is ideal for 5 people. The starters are great and well priced too, special mention to the crinkle fries, the samosa hummus, and of course the dal makhani and garlic naan.

Hookah is a new introduction, while the place is no more on board the Zomato Gold bandwagon.

As for the ambience, it's open air with options of rooftop. One may be left wanting for privacy. The music is ofcourse good old rock (living up to its name) at most times. The service is a big sluggish and needs to be more attentive.

I visited this place on a wonderful afternoon time. The entrance is themed like a submarine and the ambience is just wonderful with a huge seating area for all kinds of occasions. To start with I tried their crafted beer samplers among which the belgian wit is my favourite. Very mild and less bitter to my palette. I then ordered a orange and basil mojito, the drink was amazing. To start with starters, I tried the chicken ghee roast which is served boneless here and the flavours are very unique compared to most of the places with a tinge of spiciness. Then I had the crispy lotus stem which were just so crispy and delicately flavored. Then I tried the pulled pork on ciabatta which is basically juicy pork on pieces of bread with juliennes of ginger and green apple on top. Then I tried the tandoori platter which has stuffed tangdi chicken, chicken tikka And sheekh kebab. All of them were under seasoned and when it was notified to the chef, he made sure that it was corrected and got the fresh ones which were absolutely delicious. Then I ordered a cool fool Mocktail which contains kiwi syrup, pineapple juice and finely chopped cucumber. And the drink was amazing.
Coming to main course, I ordered a curried chicken pot pie which is topped with cheese and the base and the sides were made of short crust pastry. And it was amazing with Indian touch to the flavours. For desserts I tried the baked cheese cake which is the best I have had until now. It was delicious. And out of the world good. This place is a perfect place to hangout, go on a date or for informal meetings or any occasion for that matter, it's just amazing.

The yellow submarine in Bengaluru will in every way remind you and make you feel like you're entering a submarine. From the elevator to the entrance and so on, it's completely deep sea themed and even had a huge round door with a peephole! It has ample seating space and is open for accommodating a smoking area.

To begin with, I had the beer samplers and their beer menu is shaped like a beer mug itself and they have pretty interesting options!

The first cocktail that I tried was My sweet Lord - a gin based cocktail in combination with raspberry puree, fresh mint leaves, egg white foam and angostura bitters.

Followed it with a Submarine Martini - a vodka based drink well Infused with a homemade purple syrup, cranberry juice and a kick of ginger.

Then came the starters, first in some delicious Pulled pork on ciabatta which is a tangy preparation of pulled pork on a bed of Ciabatta which is an Italian white bread made from wheat flour, water, olive oil, salt and yeast, created in response to the popularity of French baguettes and was sure to give a great competition as it was spread with chipotle sauce and the pulled pork was topped off with juliennes of green apple and ginger.

Then I had the chicken ghee roast - beautifully Mangalorean from tip of the tongue till the gut!

Followed it with a mandatory vegetarian starter - perfectly crispy lotus stem tossed in chilli plum sauce topped with lots of fresh coriander and with pickled onions on the side.

I also had the Non vegetarian tandoori platter comprising of Achaari chicken tikka, gosht peshawari seekh and stuffed kalmi kebab of with the last one was my most favorite because the stuffing was better than the entire platter altogether!

I was already too full for the main course but the Curried chicken pot pie seemed to ask me to ask for it! It's a beautifully unique dish where a savoury tart shell is filled to the brim with Madras chicken curry and topped off with cheese and gratinated. Although it's barely a 3.5 inch pot pie, it will surely fill you up.
They also have a selection of deep dish pizzas and from among the pastas, I was tempted to try out the Mac&Cheese.

To end the beautiful meal, I had the delicious cheesecake - it's not baked guys, so feel free to order. It's actually a plain cheesecake topped off with blueberry compote and some vanilla ice cream on the side and is the best I've had in a while.

The staff make every effort to make sure you have a brilliant experience.

Also, they are running a They have started with campaign that if you consume over the top quantity of liquor, they suggest you blow into the breathalizer and if the liquor consumption is more than permisiable they don't allow you to drive!
They suggest that you to hire a cab and even assist you in booking the same.

All in all they have made every effort to make sure that ladies on dates feel secure here. So if you're a girl on a date and feel uncomfortable, please visit the restroom and you'll know what I'm talking about!

Wow! This place is a gem, people in this neighborhood are in for a treat. Amazing ambience, delightful food, refreshing drinks, good music and they have hooka too. What else do you need? This place has literally everything covered. I was really sceptical about visiting this place all the way from Kamanahalli, but must say, it was definitely worth the travel. Not sure when I'll be visiting, but if in neighborhood will definitely visit. My favorite places in Bannerghatta road.

The Yellow Submarine - a Submarine themed Micro Brewery and Pub which serves Sheesha too. Located on the Bannerghatta road just opposite to IIM Bangalore this place stands out as a brewery and a place to hangout. The entrance looks like a door of the submarine from where you enter. As you walk towards the inner part of the seating they have small fountain with bridge and you could see the brewing tanks located behind the bar counter. The theme of this place is yellow which is quite soothing to the eyes.

I visited this place on a Wednesday night. They have karaoke nights on Wednesday.

Their in-house brewery got 8 brews on tap which among my favorite were Stout, Belgian wit, masala Saison and special aged barrel Mead. I loved their Mead which tastes like wine. It's aftertaste is a bit dry. I loved it for its amazing taste and PS this had the highest alcohol content of 8%.

I also tried their signature cocktail - Marooned which is whiskey based with jalapenos rosemary and cranberry and passion fruit juice mixed. Loved it for the presentation and taste.

Coming to the food my recommendation would be for Cubed Watermelon salad marinated with feta cream, grilled corn and mint.

Quite refreshing and amazing.

In starters I tried their Samosa Hummus - mini samosas with beetroot Hummus. Amazing well presented.

Lotus stem chips - well these were crispy and amazing to taste.

In tandoor I tried their Mango mint paneer Tikka the paneer was soft and melt in mouth. I loved it's marination.

In main course I had classic Alfredo penne pasta which was good but need to work on the ratio between veggies and pasta.

Finally we ended with some amazing desserts

Cold Brew Panna Cotta  which was a coffee infused with ginger bread pure.

Homemade Snickers bar - recommended by many, this is the best dessert here.

Overall, I loved the ambiance, service and food of this place. The breeze and beautiful ambiance makes this must visit brewery.

I would visit this place again for some more memories.

I would thank Mr Rohit and his team for the great hospitality and service.

Kudos team

Verdict:

Food 4.5/5

Service 5/5

The Yellow Submarine, a casual dining and microbrewery located in Bannerghatta road, right opposite to IIMB. Simple one of the best rooftop restaurants in the neighborhood.

Ambiance of this place is simply amazing, more like in an actual submarine, fountain, tiny garden, lots of under water props, altogether an amazing experience. Looking for a place to hang around look no further, this is just a perfect spot. Amazing food, great drinks, fairly quick service, good crowd.

Tried a few dishes, I must say not 1 dish disappointed, all were so well prepared and are lip smacking.
few of my recommendations would be:

* Chilli Egg, randomly ordered, absolutely loved it, amazing flavors, crisp fried egg, tossed with bell peppers and sauces. more like Manchurian but bit spicy.

* Lotus stem, this is one of their signature dishes, very unique compared to other places.

* Samosa Hummus, very vibrant and photo friendly, tastes just amazing!!

* Cheese madness burger, fan of cheese? this is a must try, the patty is a block of fried cheddar cheese, tomato chutney and generous amount of wedges.

* Submerged in chocolate, chocolate lovers, do not miss this, just an delightful treat.

The mock tails are very well made, very refreshing. had an amazing dining experience. looking forward to visit this place again very soon.

Bon Appetit!!

The Yellow Submarine - A must visit for their lovely beers

This place is located Bang opposite IIM Bangalore, set on a roof top with killer views, Fresh breeze and fancy yellowish ambience. The ambience is simply eye pleasing and one can sit here for hours together

Coming to their homemade brews, they are one of the best i have had in recent times. They have currently 8 Brews on tap and my favourite and most recommended would be all of their brews but special mention to their Stout, Belgian wit, masala saison and the season special aged Barrel Mead. The mead is one of the kind over here, its quite dry on the mouth tastes like white wine but still categorised as a beer with an alcohol content of 8%.

Coming to the food i would highly recommend the following dishes to be tried out here

1. Samosa and beetroot Hummus - Try it and thank me later.

2. Mango Mint Paneer Tikka - The paneer was extremely soft and melt in the mouth, and the marination was superb!

3. Mutton Vadas - Tiny crispy mutton cutlets, just melts in your mouth one of their best items and also a fast selling.

4. Cubed Watermelon salad - Very refreshing and crunchy, a must try.

After all these delicious starter, i relished a hot matka of freshly made Veg Biriyani which was delicious to be honest and highly delectable.

Desserts:

Try it for yourself

1. Cold brew Panacota
2. Blueberry Cheesecake

And also a special mention to Rohit and his team for their excellent hospitality, prompt service and an amazing experience. Its worth the Travel.

A huge rooftop space located opposite IIM-B is a brewery and dining restaurant. As the name suggests 'The Yellow Submarine', the ambience is mostly yellow, rustic and perfect for a rooftop open-air feel. Considering the cool and breezy Bangalore weather, it makes a perfect place for dinner with house made beer. It has three sections, all of them open air. The theme of the restaurant is based on song 'Yellow submarine' from the famous English rock band 'Beatles'. The restaurant has a a small bridge connecting to the other section of the restaurant which has dim lighting and it has live sports screening which is an added advantage. The staff is courteous and quick on their feet.

The restaurant serves artisan craft beer which is a must try here. The manager helped us by explaining about the six different beers. We tried-

1. Belgian wheat

2. Stoute

3. Kolsch

4. India Pale Ale

4. Roggen

5. Mead

6. Winter spiced Ale

We paired the various beers and 'Doctor deflector' (a refreshing mocktail made with Apple Cider, caramel and lime juice garnished with apple slices, rosemary and cinnamon powder) with scrumptious starters - 'Crispy lotus stem' and 'Onion Samosa' with beetroot hummus. Beautifully presented making it appealing to indulge in, the beetroot hummus lived up to the expectations. A must try here and both the starters are Vegan. The lotus stems were flavored well with chilli, coriander and plum.

Up next, we tried 'Veg house made toasted Rye Noodles' ( noodles tossed with exotic veggies with simple flavors served hot) and the classic 'Amritsari paneer with naan'. The naan can be avoided while the paneer (cottage cheese) was cooked well. The good food spree was finished by a mouthwatering dessert 'Coldbrew Panacotta' - the texture was perfect and the flavors were strong and stood out differently.

Overall, the concept of "drink responsibly" is carried out well by the restaurant by serving exceptional craft beers. One can visit this place if in the vicinity and if you are a beer lover.

Visited this place a few days ago. Located towards the quieter side of Bannerghatta road, the ambience of this place makes the drive/ride worth it as soon as you step in if you've traveled a distance.
They had many varieties of beer to offer, each just as brilliant as the next.
The one thing that really caught my attention was the special seasonal beer called 'HONEY MEAD' which tasted like a blend of beer and wine which gave the place its own identity. Uniqueness.

The food was really good as well. The starters such as the kebab platter and the samosa with beetroot hummus did not fail to impress us.
One can't really go wrong with pizza. 🤷🏻‍♂️ And the guys here did a really good job with the Deep dish pizza we ordered. It was a little worrisome to see that the Bacon used was raw and not deep-fried as it usually is.
I can easily say the desserts are the highlight of this place. The blueberry cheesecake, hands down one of the best cheesecakes I've had. The Saffron-Coconut pudding competed hard for the first place as the best dessert there. Can't tell which is better.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Brilliant experience overall.

Soo visited this place for a weekday lunch.
Its place is a beautiful rooftop on the 4th floor with a beautiful view as you dine.
As you enter you totally feel the submarine theme vibe, with beautiful decors, posters and proops.
We stared of with some amazing craft beer, they provided us with their spl beer tasting, and we loved each one of it.
Their are total 6 varieties out of which I loved the Irish ale, the Indian pilsner and their spl seasonal beer named 'HONEY MEAD', which tastes like a mixture of wine and beer, pretty unique and amazing.
Then we went on to the starters, where I absolutely loved the mutton kabas, cripy on the outside and soft inside.
Also the samosa with beetroot hummus was yummy, felt the quantity of the hummus could be more.
I also tried their non-veg platter, I loved the stuffed kalami kabab and the tikka kabab, the chicken sheek was a bit on the dryer side.
The deep dish pizza was definitely one of a kind, loved the cheese infusion. I felt the they put raw bacon inside it as it was very oily and sticky, soo that was a concern for me.
Then we moved on the the best part of the experience, the desserts 😍
First came the blueberry cheese cake, and the was honestly one the best cheesecakes I have ever tried.
The coconut saffron pudding was as good as the cheesecake, and we also lived the coffee panacotta.
So full marks in the dessert section for sure.
The service here is amazing, and the servers are humble and helpful. We had small problem with the front desk attender, as a I felt she was unprofessional and a bit absent or I would say her approach wasn't very warm atleast not something a customer would expect.
But overall it was amazing experience for us.

Happen to visit this place on a Thursday night
I must say I was impressed with the ambience ...lovely rooftop ambience feels like being in a submarine😬. Full points to that !
Coming to the drinks I took a beer sampler of their crafted collection. the stout and Belgian wit are worth a try.
The beers are reasonably charged
Special mention to the honey Mead, one of its kind in Bangalore ...quite dry...tastes like wine and having a whopping alcohol content of 7.7% stole the show for me
The food part ... I tried
Crispy lotus root stem: I really liked the crispness of the stem.
Mutton wadas: it looks like tiny fried cutlets ...when tasted it just melts in the mouth ..just like a galouti! We loved this so much that we ordered for another plate.
Tandoori veg platter: good for two, consists of paneer Tikka, stuffed mushroom, Malai broccoli and dahi k kebab.
Vegetable biriyani: not a fan of veg biriyani, but this was the real showstealer, made with ghee and dummed to perfection. I loved this one here ❤️
Homemade snickers bar: this actually tasted yummy 😋. I would surely recommend this.
Cold brew pannacotta: not very sweet, lovely wobbly ..highly recommended!

Also their service was mind blowing

The food choices are plentiful and very filling. There have been some recipes that I didn't think I would like while making them, only to be pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Liberal use of Lemon and Lime in the recipes definitely is a plus in my book.

There are some quality control issues with some of the food ingredients, such as spoiling. I have gotten a fair amount of 'well past the ripe stage' tomatoes and a few other fresh vegetables.

Price is decent. As a person who lives alone, I can often have food for 6 days on the 3 meal/2 portion plan. I can easily spend that in groceries each week (if not more) and usually have some wasted food. With this service, the portions are just right and I have almost no food wasted.

This place had been long on my list and we finally went for lunch! We started off by trying their beer sampler and loved the butter beer! The seasonal beer which had such a beautiful after taste! We got the bar essentials which had masala Almonds ,makhana, muruku and peanuts! They complimented so well with the drinks! Next up came the starters! The chicken tikka was flavourful and spicy! Paneer Tikka also was good ! Next up came their chicken & prawn satay! The chicken satay with peanut sauce was to die for! Super juicy and soft meat that one got to order! Tried the crispy lotus stem which was a perfect munching snack! Next up had their veg and mutton cutlets, both were equally good! The minced mutton cutlet was one of their specials! It looked beautiful and so was the taste! Very delicious! I ordered a marooned whiskey cocktail which was perfect! Next up tried their grilled Pomfret which was so heavenly! The marination was pin point and cooked to perfection! The shetake mushrooms were also good despite being a non mushroom lover! We also tried their non veg Kebab Platter which had stuffed kalmi kebab, mutton seekh and chicken tikka! The seekh was quite flavourful and the kalmi also was decent enough! Next up we tried their monstor 24 inch pizza which had half veg and half chicken ! Pizza was quite good and it was my first time to see such a huge pizza!❤️ We were so full that we decided to skip main course! We tried a bunch of desserts which started from the coffee pannacotta! The coffee flavour was somewhat too overpowering! Tried the belgian chocolate cake and loved it! Next up we had the coconut and saffron pie! A tad bit too sweet for my tastebuds but the presentation was special! We also tried their homemade snicker which was a sponge cake topped with snickers and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Huge thanks to the entire team of Yellow Submarine who showered great hospitality and took great care of us! This is a place that is a must if you stay close to Bannerghatta Road! Food is of very high quality and the drinks complement the food well!

A Submarine themed restaurant which doesn't make you feel claustrophobic, instead, it ensures you can breathe a lot freely. A rooftop restaurant with ample seating options and a view to savour in the day or night time. The place is themed up in such a way that it feels you are inside a submarine. They have an in-house brewery and if you're someone who likes lager brewed beers, Butter Beer should be your definite choice..!!! The beer tastes smooth and gives you a very delicate taste of butter infused into it. The highlight of the Lunch was the Huge Pizza(seen in Pictures), a 24 inches Pizza big enough to feed a big household. The desserts were outstanding and are a must try. The items worth trying are tagged above. Do try out this place for their Beers, Meat and Desserts along with an Awesome view..!!

Being a big Beatles fan it is a place you cannot miss. You enter into the door of the Yellow Submarine to find the Walrus beside you and huge colourful deck. They even have an Octopus’s Garden as well 😉. The ambience is quite nice and it is a great place to hang out with friends and to party. They play nice classic rock music from the 60s and 70s including The Beatles (of course). Thumbs up for that. So go there and sing to the tune of The Beatles, “We all ‘party’ in the Yellow Submarine”. This place is a new microbrewery in this part of the city. And they have taken feedbacks very from their initial days and are brewing some great beers. My top picks are the IPA and the new Harry Potter special ButterBeer (with vanilla in the nose and taste of caramel in the mouth). The ButterBeer is a fantastic easy drinking beer. Coming to the food I liked few of the dishes and for some of them felt a little too spicy. My personal recommendation would be the Mutton Vada. One of the best starters I had. Both the chicken and veg Pot Pies were decent. The chicken and mushroom ghee roasts were great as well. The desserts are simply brilliant with nice presentation. Loved the Cheesecake, Espresso Panna Cotta and Homemade Snicker Bar. I would give 5 stars for the ambience and the improved microbrewery. But the food (though a lot of them a pretty good) needs an overall improvement.

This place is good and has quite a option for seating. They are yet to start the brewery, but you will get quite a collection of beer here. The food here was tasty, the only complaint i had is with masala papad (Though tasted good the quantity really needs to be improved). This place ambiance will probably be good during evening with all the lights on, but i am not complaining as we still thought it was better than many places for afternoon lunch too. Service was good too and very accommodating. I will definitely visit this place again.

This amazing rooftop which sits in Bhanergatta Road will promise you to deliver delectable food with some incredible cocktails. The Ambience was quite quirky with a wonderful view. I relished their delicious dishes which are absolutely good in terms of both quantity and quality. It's totally worth paying a visit. So when are you gonna!

Rooftop place. Soothing vibes. The music here wasn't too harsh/loud, made this place an ideal destination to hangout. We tried lots of varieties, from starter to main course to drinks to desserts, even popcorn. Every single item tasted amazing. It was decently crowded. So at times, service was getting slow but still there were able to manage things well and the ambiance won't let you feel bored Go at night time, enjoy the rooftop and music with some real good food and drinks.

A cute big, rooftop, open place located in the centre of Bannerghatta Road or Opposite to IIM Bangalore at 4th Floor of Big Bazar. Finally a good and spacious place opened in this road. Very relaxing and comfortable sitting arrangement. A place, if you're looking to chill or hangout with your buddies in the evening. The best thing is so many dishes, they have their own unique taste and flavour. Cost: Drinks price was as per the drinks. Food price was little up. DJ need to be improve as such for this place: Music is awesome. Service: Well mannered staff and quick service. I believe they will rock if they open the top floor and once the brewery starts. Recommended place. Love to visit again. Big Cheers to Yellow Submarine Team.

Perfect case of Looks can be deceptive 👍. It's gotta the setup on a building terrace feeling and a good but not outta the world ambience. But the in-house brewed Beers & Food beats this feeling hands down. Excellent variety of starters & main course & great quality. Friendly staff but kinda relaxy casual lazy environment in case u want to spend an evening or afternoon. Lastly not bad on the wallet either. Run if u haven't been there yet & worth a visit every couple of months or so. Fabulous.

Lovely place to hang out with family and friends. It has a lively ambience with rooftop dining and live DJ music. Food is good and service was quick even on a crowded weekend. Not many brewery around this area so definitely a plus. Kid friendly atmosphere, though the upper deck is restricted for 18+. They provide valet parking thankfully.

The yellow submarine deck situated just opposite to IIM-B Bangalore Bannerghatta main road has everything as in the name. Speaking few words about the AMBIENCE This place literally feels like a deck has a vast open roof terrace with almost everything coloured yellow which feels outstanding. The seating is planned carefully and placed very spacious and comfortable. Coming to the FOOD This place serves you continental and along with modern Indian food and menu has got almost everything you need to try. Started off with 1) Buttermilk fried chicken : Who doesn't love fried chicken? And this one was brilliant. Deep fried yet very soft and juicy inside with hot pepprika sprinkled served with Nashville hot sauce which was thick and grainy tasted flavorful. 2) Vegetable cutlis : The stuffed chilli paste with more veggies in it , seemed to be very bland from looks but tuned out to tasting good with flavours. 3) Mutton vada : Similar to vegetable cutlis by looks but this bit tuned me off coz of quite hard meat otherwise didn't go out of taste. 4) samosa beetroot hummus : Tiny Inverted cones filled with onion jam served along with beetroot hummus and cream with pickled cucumber. Tasted amazing with the hummus which made me believe that hummus can be paired with almost anything. 5) Shiitake mushrooms : Tossed with green chilli sauce, Believe me this is the most spiciest starter in veg I ever had that too in mushroom especially. Too spicy to handle. Try it if you love spicy. 6) Tandoori non vegetarian platter : Had chicken kalmi, sheekh and chicken tikka. The kalmi was stuffed with balanced spice tasted very tender and juicy. 7) last but not the least , tried their 24" Pizza yeah you heard it right, it's a huge Pizza with half part topped with veggies and other half with bbq chicken. DESSERTS : Favourite part of any meal, For me desserts makes the meal even more special and feels happy. Submerged in chocolate : 5 textures of rich Belgian chocolate indeed really rich in chocolate this was. Must try if you chocolate. Baked cheesecake : Blueberry cheese cake with scoop of ice cream. House made Snicker bar : This was having a slight caramelized flavour with tinge of peanut hit went well with ice cream. Overall had a great time here, Definitely a go to place with friends and family. "GREAT FOOD WITH A GREAT HOSPITALITY"

Awesome ambience! This restaurant is in a submarine shape which looks very beautiful. Unique concept with nice decor. I liked it very much. I went there with my friends for lunch & we enjoyed a lot. We all liked the concept. For starters, we ordered Lotus stem in chilli coriander sauce, Vegetable cutlis, Ajwaini paneer tikka, Onion samosa with beetroot humus, Shiitake mushroom with green chili sauce, Masala Papad. Ajwani Paneer Tikka was flavourful and it was well marinated. The flavour came out well and the taste was good. Lotus stem was very tasty. It was slightly sweet in taste. Taste of Vegetable cutlis was very good. Shitake mashroom with green chilly sauce tasted really good. It was quite different. We ordered Monster Pizza for Main course because we were in a group. Pizza has tomatos, broccoli, mushroom, bell peppers, onion and Basil leaves in it. It was a thin crust pizza which was also very authentic and delicious. I liked the taste and the overall quality was good. In desserts we ordered Baked cheese cake. It was just yum. Perfect ending of the lunch. One thing that I noticed and want to highlight is that their prices are very reasonable for the portions they serve. It's an absolutely value for money restaurant! With such an amazing ambience and huge portions that they serve, it's definitely a recommended place to visit and spend some good time. Service was very good. Staff behaviour was very decent. They all are so polite with a smiling face. Overall Nice Experience.

The Yellow Submarine, as the name suggests, is a submarine-themed restaurant on Bannerghatta Road. I had heard a lot about the ambience and the food here, and had always wanted to visit. I did finally check out this place recently, with a bunch of foodie friends, and ended up having a lovely time here. The decor of this eatery is charming, with a metal sea lion, octopus legs on the walls, the front door shaped like that of a ship, and a wall done up with recycled alcohol bottles. From the outside, the place might look small, but inside, there's generous seating available. You can choose to sit inside or at the beautiful terrace or outdoor seating area. Now, coming to the food and drinks, I loved most of what we tried out. I liked the menu here, full of interesting options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Here's a quick recap of all that we sampled here: Beer Beda! Elneer! - This mocktail was pretty okay. With coconut water and lemon, it sounded quite refreshing, but was average at best. Caramello - This milkshake was absolutely lovely! It was so very well made, with a hint of caramel to it. Samosa Hummus - I loved this dish! Tiny, crisp samosas filled with a caramelised onion stuffing, served with beetroot hummus - super delish! Green Chilli Shiitake Mushrooms - This was one super-duper fiery dish. Not for my tastebuds! Crispy Lotus Stem - A well-executed dish that tasted lovely. I loved this to bits! Som Tum Salad - This Thai-Style raw papaya and green mango salad was decent. Not bad, but not brilliant either. Masala Papad - The masala papad was presented in a new avatar - with little bite-sized pieces of papad, a delicious tomato-onion topping and coriander-tamarind foam on top. Tasted great! Vegetable Cutlis - These were so beautiful in taste. I loved them! Mango Mint Paneer - I found this dish too sweet for my liking. The paneer was super soft, but the mango sauce it was served with could have done with a bit of spice. Vegetarian Tandoori Platter - We were served broccoli, paneer and mushrooms marinated and grilled, along with some dahi ke kebab. I loved, loved, loved this - so delish! Pasta Alfredo - I'm not really a white sauce person, but I loved this! Very well executed dish! Deep Dish Mushroom & Spinach Pizza - Loved this too! The pizza was so flavourful, with a generous amount of stuffing inside! Gourmet Veggie Pizza - The pizza was super fresh and came with a generous amount of toppings, but I felt it could have done with a bit more flavour. Cold Brew Pannacotta - I'm not a big fan of cold brew, and this pannacotta did not titillate my tastebuds either. House-Made Snicker Bar - This peanut-flavoured dessert was just lovely! Right up my alley! Blueberry Cheesecake - This was good, old-fashioned cheesecake, the way it should be. Love! Submerged In Chocolate - I loved this! Full of decadent chocolate in different textures, this was one brilliant dessert. I'd highly recommend it to chocolate lovers. Service was very good, with helpful and friendly staff. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but totally worth paying for the experience and the taste of the food. I'll definitely be visiting again, to try out the other dishes on the menu here.

Full score for ambience... roof top woth good music. Played some of the classics like Bohemian Rhapsody, Hotel California and Wind of change... We had ordered only starters and it was not upto the mark ... the lemon chicken was too sour and the onion rings too oily. The beer cocktails were interesting but overpriced!

Good place! Good food! The place is still under minor constructions, but the hospitality is wonderful! We even got a complimentary desert! ^^ People living near the Christ University BGR campus, have a good place for food within the vicinity! They also have brewery, which will start serving beer soon! We enjoyed the ambiance, food, the way they've adhered their interiors to the name, everything! ^^ Best to visit during the night as i perceive. :D
