Visited this place after over 3 years and it is still just as incredible as before. The food is good, the hookah is better and the ambience is unforgettable.
Lovely place , gr8 place to hangout , serene ambience
Very nice restaurant and wonderful service by staff.. Food is also delicious, would come soon.. Keep it up th same food taste..
This is for the ones who want to ride or drive and have good food. Place is huge and perfect for friends to gather and chat all night longš. Must Visit!!
Overall good experience. Staff member Mikki was very helpful. They followed all safety measures. The place was very hygienic.
Best place to hang out with friends and family
Suggested by Mohan
Fabulous service
Hygiene food
Memorable experience
Visited this place after lockdown, felt really good after long time seeing a decent crowd. There was social distancing and they did mantain hygiene. Food and environment was terrific. We took hooka and cold coffees ,ice teas and some cheese garlic bread. Everything was good.
Rasta cafe is one of finest option for weekend chill-out for people who stays in Bangalore and want to hangout far from the Bangalore crowd. Rasta cafe is very famous in young crowd because it has hookah and variety of drinks in a very pleasant space. It's in little expensive side but it's worth going there.
Awesome serive , great with my puppies too š.Cheer to Mohan , great guy helped with recommend and service.
Awesome food and ambience for youth. A good hangout place
A really peaceful place on the highway, they have really good outdoor seating. Itās a really chill place and good pit stop on the way. The food was pretty good. I didnāt like the drinks but everything else was good. I think they have hookah too. A really well maintained place with nice graffiti and outdoor space.
Amazing place to go in night . If u r fond of long drive its a best place to go for . Pizza and pasta is awesome . Great place to spend in night .
Nice coffee and tea with some delicious pizza
The nachos and pasta will make you fall in love with š. Must try the chersy š fries for sure. The ambience is really cool and for service i would like rate 4.5/5
it was a long ride to reach destination. i was really amazing with bunch of friends in 2 wheeler we traveled to reach the destination . before visiting we should actually book a table and because its always crowded. the place is actually beautiful. riders place to be frank.
It is a great place to hangout and relax far for the hustle bustle of the city. If u r planning for a long drive this is the best place to come.
Loved the ambience of this place ,awesome music is served with delivious food today i had tried some veg stuffs so i'll tell you about @spring love pizza FRENCH FRIES Pepper Corn @corn bhel Coffee .
Pizza is amazingly soft nd fresh served with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
French fries are good to taste.
Coffee is kadak ekdm strongš
Tulsi tea is served fresh with tulsi leaves.
A nice place to hangout with freinds in open sky with a tag name #RASTA_CAFE.
Good place to celebrate birthdays and party at late night. Price is too high, but quality of food needs to be improved. It's mostly famous for hookah and late night cafe in outskirts of Bangalore.
Wow the place just on the highway you can just relax with hookah and chiill Mocktial while you traveling in the midway. Service wasn't that great I fill relaxed with my smoke and drinkš».
Nice place with spacious atmosphere and good service , The food was good in which I had ordered a pizza and in drinks a mocha , a cappuccino and a rasta cappuccino in which all the 3 were overpriced
We went there at midnight of 14 august so people were celeberating independence day. Place is nice and good. Food was ok but speed of delivery was very very slow, means we ordred 3 basic starter time they took 1.30 hours to deliver.
Good place to hang out. Food was very good. The good part is there is family section. Good place to take kids as there is plenty of space for them to roam around. Good part is hukka spot is separate. Loved it.
Good Ambiance with hookah domain and it was a Great experience and I suggest you visit there between 12:00 - 2:00 midnight to enjoy at most.
I went to Rasta once in 2013 and found it to be irritating with mosquitoes and slow service. Their courtyard is huge and it's famous for being open all night and hence people go for night outs.
However, fast forward 2019, the visit was more pleasant.the pizza was of a good standard (tons of cheese) but the topping were a let down. Nachos were decent. Drinks were decent. The hookah was decent.
Avoid going on a Saturday night. Any other time is fine. Not too expensive.
The ambience was great. Service was a bit slow and less satisfactory. Food was good. Ordered veg pizza (asked the waiter which was the best veg pizza) and white sauce pasta. Both were awesome. Recommended place. They have both open and closed space. This place is pen all night. Outdoor area is mainly famous for hookah. They do have pool tables though no one was playing when we go and we were all tired to play. Hoping they would allow it if you ask.
Pics of food attached.
Good ambiance but the service is so bad. I visited on new year eve . There was little crowd and they were so poor in servicing.. It took almost one hr to take the order and one and half hour to deliver the order. And as it was new year eve they charged per head cost 1000 and for couple 1000 with no complimentary. We havs to pay extra for foood.. So bad..
The ambience was really great, we were able to grab a seat in the open. The food was okayish not that great but the music and the overall feel was refreshing!
It's around 60 kms away so we just went for a drive and spent some time there.
It's very spacious and the atmosphere and ambience is great. There is a snooker table and huge lawn to sit and chillax.
The food here is also good, did enjoy almost everything we ordered. Mostly the food is Desi style though they have varities of different cuisines. Like, the pizza base is in Desi style but the taste was good. Hookah is also served here but with limited time for each order.
Overall worth visiting when you are looking to go out for a drive, eat some food and chill with friends.
We dropped by Rasta cafe for a quick lunch. The food and ambience were great. The quantity of the food was good . A little disappointed with the almond cinnamon coffee. There is indoor and outdoor space.
From my own experience, The place seems to be a bit over hyped and over priced. Food tasted below average whereas hookah was great but limited to 1 hour. Apart from this, the place seems to have great ambient and environment. Bit disappointing as I have travelled far here to have such experience.
What I like:-
Ambience
Atmosphere
Long drive to reach this place
Open whole night
What i didn't like:-
Food taste
Service the waiters don't entertain you much
Waiting period to get a table
The washrooms are not at all maintained properly. People have vomited everywhere. You travel so long to get there definitely you need to use the washroom.
Food is amazing mainly few startera and biryanis(mutton and chicken) are great. Pizza bbq was great to hen tikka pizza was not so much.Ambience is good fo a long drive and chilling with outdoor seating and hookahs available ....hookah packages start form 1500 but included 2 beverage and starters.
Lot of parking space and place for shopping also. There is a indoor game area with cricket and football ground also available. Great place fo night drive from Bangalore as it can be good hangout even this day.
Worst part are the waiters, they will not come to take ur order ,need to call them multiple times and still they don't come at times.
Rasta Cafe on Mysore Road is a pretty sweet spot to hit on the highway. Getting there is a breeze via the Mysore Expressway; just hop off at Ramanagara exit, and you're golden.
The vibe at the cafe is spot-on for a highway pitstop. It's got that laid-back feel, perfect for a break from the road. But, fair warning, the prices might pinch a bit. That said, it kind of comes with the territory when you're on a highway.
Now, let's talk grub. It's not bad, but it's not blowing anyone's mind either. Quantity and quality are somewhat okay, but for the money, you might expect a bit more culinary fireworks.
Here's a heads-up: no WiFi. Yeah, in this day and age, that's a downer. So, if you were planning on catching up on some online stuff, maybe think twice.
Parking, though, is a plus. Plenty of space for your wheels, which is a relief, especially on a highway where parking can be a headache.
In a nutshell, Rasta Cafe is a decent stop for a breather, but watch out for the prices, don't bank on great WiFi, and enjoy the parking ease.
It's located in an outcast area about 1-1:15 hours from Bangalore, offers a unique experience for those seeking a long drive, great food, hookah, and a game of cricket. It's perfect for late-night celebrations, especially birthdays, as it remains open till 5 am.
Must Try: Filter coffee and the hookah package (which includes starters and drinks).
While some of the food items were good, others were just average.
The place has a small grass ground where you can play football or cricket. Also, they have a clothing store featuring slogan t-shirts.
Situated on the state highway on the Bangalore Mysore Road, raasta cafe stands out when it comes to ambience. With a sprawling space near Ramnahara, the place is quite nice for a drive. The food is decent and itās a tad expensive. We had to rush and hence couldnāt spend a whole lot of time in the cafe. But we loved the vibe of the place during our short stopover.
Great for continental food. Must try cafe in the Mysore- banglore expressway.
Food: great. Had pizza - amazing taste, sauce used was totally new., and topping were great. Pasta sauce was awesome.. very tasty continental food. Even the mocktail are great.
Service : It could be better. Can give a little more assistance.
Atmosphere: great. In the middle green. Small garden feeling. Nice sitting place.
Overall great.
It's awesome place, I am amazed to see the environment at night 3am it was so happening and music was awesome š Food is also kind of good but coffee was not at all good.
Hands down one of the best place to pull over and enjoy the servings , the ambiance is really good however i still
donāt understand the unnecessary hype
about this place !! Best time to visit is in the evenings if you want to avoid long queues also the coffee and all eateries are a little over priced but the ambiance still make it worth visiting once
As a well known fact, the ambiance is awesome. The night drive from Bangalore through the expressway ending in Rasta is a much recommended thing to blow off the steam from the tedious work environment.
