Of all the cafes to work at, this has got to be my favorite. It's got great ambiance and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Of course, the food and coffee are the usual delicious Starbucks fare. It seems to be closed now because of renovations or something and I miss it.
It is inside RMZ infinity.. Nice ambience and generally its not that crowded.. so you can enjoy a nice get together with friends or your girlfriend or boyfriend.. it has the general menu like all starbucks.. overall a good place to hangout...
Visited the RMZ infinity store and had a fun time with couple of friends... tried different flavours.. mah favourite is java chip always ..
#coffeelover
Used to work at RMZ Infinity complex and there it is at the ground floor of The Bay which is free to public access. From outside, it might not look big but it's a good one once you get in. There's nothing much to rate or talk about what they have on offer as it's all what you get everywhere else in any of their outlets. The ambiance on the other side is quite well set and is kinda cozy.
In between work schedule, getting a bite sphere might seem impractical but they do serve quick and make it happen.
Overall good place. Full range available. Service is ok not upto mark. Taste as always superb. Price is over and increasing always that is minus point.
Been here couple of time for business meets. Located insite RMZ, there will be ample crowd in peakhours in weekdays & weekends too. Cold coffee's with hazelnut blend is my favourite. Only remark is all their cafe's and desserts are bit expensive when compared to other cafe resturants.
It was great experience to be here, nice place good place to hangout with plance very good service enjoyed being here and very close to reach
Love the Starbucks coffee, both hot and Cold.
One can sit for hours writing journal, reading a book or just chatting without any disturbance.
Seasonal flavour - Saffron Truffle Mocha
I like it when the staff gives their honest opinion on the beverage. I was going for a hot cup of saffron truffle mocha and one very polite order taker told me, "It's not good Ma'am, why don't you take the iced one?"
Definitely good advice. Enjoyed my iced seasonal flavor. Very different flavors - doesn't have a strong coffee flavor but a good refreshing drink.
Visited this place on the day of the anniversary offer. It was so crowded and the place was so lively😂 tried out a few drinks from here. It was good enough even though with the all the crowd the quality had decreased a bit which was evident and quite understandable.
It was my colleagues farewell and I couldn't think of any other place than Starbucks. I have been to this place and mostly the experience has been on positive side. They have amazing munchies out of which we ordered garlic bread, mushroom spinach sandwich, almond cookies and different hot coffees. As always I ordered my hot chocolate but surprisingly didn't find it same and it was little bitter in taste than I expected. However munchies were amazing and would love to@ have it again. Coming to ambience, it has got a decent set up which goes in line with the class of customers they cater to. Overall a evening well spent.
Situated in the Bay at RMZ Infinity. The place has a nice ambiance and comfortable seating. It is a great place to have meetings. Free Wifi is an added advantage to help catch up on work.
Coffee's are average. Ordered the Iced late, found it a little too sweet and would have preferred it stronger.
This is always been my New York memories, I always use to take Hazelnut Makiyado with white wip cream on it and it taste like heaven. But here it quit different when we order but yet it taste the same.
Had been to this little place in 'The bay-RMZ infinity' this evening...A very nice place to relax and sip a cup of coffee...Tried their #Cafè Mocha...
Loved the peaceful ambience and the seating arrangements!
Does this brand need a mention? .obviously not..however to say the least i m quite happy to find this outlet quite near to my house..i often stop by on late evenings to enjoy my caramel frappacino..this outlet is specially very spacious nd classy..
This was one of the Starbucks outlet in Bangalore which was surprisingly deserted. The decor was nice, and the staff was really courteous. This place certainly lives upto the hype.
It's sometimes nice to come across a place that isn't overcrowded. The Starbucks on Old Madras Road wasn't crowded the days we were here.
Just like Hard Rock Cafe, you can buy their merchandise and showoff if you want to :P
Me, I liked the cups with our names written on it and the ambiance. The deserts were good and the sandwich was alright.

Since I am lactose intolerant, coffee cafes are not so interesting for me. However I heard from a friend that Starbucks serves soy milk in the place of regular milk and hence decided to try it out fingers crossed.
Tried out Caffè latte as well as their sandwiches. Not a big fan of hard bread hence didn't like the sandwiches but the Cafe latte prepared with soy milk was just superb.
No doubt I am gonna be a regular visitor to Starbucks henceforth.
Visited this place on Sunday .... As expected they maintain deir international standards in terms of hospitality place maintained N service ... A nice peaceful place n well maintained ....
Comin to food ... We ordered the Danish peach n cheese toast .. Was v impressed n enjoyed the toast but I feel de Danish peach bread was below par in terms of taste n price .. Was v disappointed .. Bread was v dry.. N it tasted really bad ...
Coffees as expected was upto mark n loved it ...
Overall a nice experience except one order... Wil surely come here for nice crowd n good coffee standards .
This is one of my favourite coffee shops for sure. The reason is simple, its serves some of the best coffee and the best of cold drinks. And the taste is quite consistent at all the stores coz they train the staff well. It is so pleasing to see to see the way a brand established quite well in US and other places across the globe, doing well in India. And to be on the safe side they have launched it in association with TATA. This review of mine is based on the outlet on the outer ring road. For some reasons, this is one of the places that I have not been since long time. Well, I happened to go there recently with my family and had a nice time. Let me share my experience.
Location
If you are coming from the Ulsoor side and heading to KR Puram and also towards Whitefield, you will be crossing the Indranagar BDA complex to the right side. Then as you keep driving along you will cross the ‘Biyappanahalli’ railway station. Further along there is a RMZ workspace cum mall to the left side. The Starbucks I am writing the review is situated inside the same.
Ambiance
A pretty big place inside a mall which has limited options for food apart from the ones in the food court. But yes, the setup is quite good. They have plenty of seats, which I guess can accommodate nearly 50 members. There is a section to the left where people can take coffee and watch the outside. Compared to outlets at Koramangala, Indranagar, this might look small but pretty well setup.
The one thing I thought was not so cool was that they did not have a restroom and you had to use the restroom in the mall.
Otherwise coming back to other part of ambiance, they have some nice paintings on wall. The menu is displayed well behind the billing and the coffee making section.
Food
This is the most critical aspect of the Starbucks that I love to keep going back again and again. But then did I mean that the taste completely enthralled me at this outlet. Let me share my thoughts.
I tried the 2 summer drinks that has been launched by the Starbucks name along with a snack.
Alphonso Mango Frappuccino
Well this I was a pretty decent drink in which the actual Manual is crushed and made into a juice. On top of it cream is added into it. You can actually consider as a thick Mango juice where in no preservatives were added. The drink was pretty good but the only problem I had with hit was that it was a bit sour. And may be addition a bit of sugar would have enhanced the flavour, though taking it along with the cream it did bring in the flavours.
Ideally there should be additional whipped cream to enhance flavours if needed.
S Mores Roasted Almonds Frappuccino
This was a pretty good drink coz it was based on coffee and along with it cream was added. It was a cold with more cream. The taste was quite good and the coffee effect was also coming quite well. On top of the cream, there some crumbs sprinkled. The taste was pretty good and enjoyable.
Basil Tomato and Mozzarella Cheese Sandwich
Multigrain rye bread with basil pesto sauce and fresh tomatoes with mozzarella cheese
A really good item to be had as snacks. The pesto sauce flavour comes out quite well and also cheese just oozes out. This is a snack that can be taken with hot and cold drinks.
The only concern is that it could give some salads or fries along with the drink. And also the bread was a little too dry to my liking.
Overall Experience
It was good fun with family and the drinks. The drink was pretty good, with slight changes in flavours, I might have liked it more. Ambiance is quite coz and chilled out. And somehow with less crowd inside it, feels more relaxed. I would rate the place at 3.5/5 but surely can improve and be the best in this locality.
Rating in other departments.
Food – 3.5/5
Drinks – 3.5/5
Service – 3.75/5
Ambiance – 3.5/5
Food for 2 will cost anywhere between INR 600-1000 which for sure a little on the costlier side.
Went in to taste their Christmas special, and it was quite nice. Ordered for the grand size drink and wasn't disappointed with the serving. One good thing about Starbucks is their consistency in taste, service and quality.
The rating is 0.5 more because of the staff. Very polite and humble especially the guy "Dilip". I had mocha praline and well as it was first time here, it was awesome. I also had the taste of other flavors and every flavor(3 more i guess) were up to the mark. I would suggest - do try :)
I used to be in Au Bon Pain on almost all the weekend evenings working, reading books or chatting with friends. When this shop opened, I thought to try it out.
This shop also have been a regular one for me. My main order would be an Americano, and if hungry some food, like the mushroom packet and whatever else is available. The place is not overcrowded and very quiet. Mostly I went there with my laptop and worked with a friend, or simply sit down at the counter facing outside and enjoy.
I will say the coffee is good, definitely better than what you get in the Au Bon Pain in the RMZ campus, and somewhat equal but of different taste than regular Barista coffee.
Bottom line, it is a nice and quite place to sit down and talk or work for a long time. No variations of coffee (Like all Starbucks)
Nice and calm place, good ambience and courteous staff, we had ordered toffee crunch and mocha praline, both were good and hot, good place in old madras road

Coffees and Starbucks do not go together. Most of the coffees are plain mediocre.
My standard order is a Hazelnut Latte. That's the only thing I can manage to drink here.
The prices tend to be on the higher side. A Sandwich and a tall coffee will set you back by about 450 bucks.
Double Meat Sandwich is my pick among the ones they have.
Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwich is also nice.

This place is quite happening on the outside of the store as this is in business center of RMZ....but inside quite calm and not much people do not visit this place...
Enjoy food and coffee with best decor and pleasantness...
Coffee is quite consistent and good to have a good hit coffee...but the food is quite limited and not much options available to have each time you visit there...
Enjoy good brewing coffee...but only problem will be parking which you have to bear...
Slightly expensive but offers the best ambience of all coffee shops. Been there multiple times. Offered a food tasting once and that made us taste multiple of their food items which we would not have tasted otherwise. Food items I must say is not particularly great. I miss the marble cake on their menu. It used to be quite favorite.
Coffee is great as usual. The hazelnut frappe is a personal favourite.
Well , my favourite items tastes the same here too . Indiranagar starbucks has even a first floor . This is small compared to indiranagar and looks like its only base floor .
Coffee is as always good .
I prefer the Indiranagar starbucks though because of the first floor seating and good view from it .
I like the variety & quality of coffee here. Pretty pricey for more than an infrequent visit but the seating & WiFi is good enough to do a couple hours of peaceful work or reading.
Won't compare with the Starbucks in US, but the coffee I had here was pretty nice. Nice seating and great place to relax, sip coffee, have some snacks and gossip.
One of the best Coffees around.. They use only the best beans - Arabica unlike coffee day which uses Robusta.
Their ambiance is plush and suave and you feel special. The service is world class too with well educated staff and pretty knowledgeable about coffee!
We experienced our very first "Coffee Tasting". Much like wine tasting they make a big deal out of this too.
The staff, specially trained for this sits with you and shows you the perfect way to have a nice cuppa.
We tasted the Italian roast which tasted a bit sweet without any additional sugar. They even taught us to order coffee the right way - brew and not instant.
Worth overdrinking: Ask for 'Italian brew' not instant with Java cookies.
Cheers,
Khate Jao
Good place hang out with friends.
But only selected coffees taste good.

My first experience was pretty pleasant. I was guided well to choose my drink and felt comfortable.
I have been here once. The variety of hot or cold coffee is good and the snacks are also good. Its under RMZ building so you can take the coffee and enjoy the greenry with a walk or sit in the park. Coffee was good and service is quick. For chit chat on coffee it is good place.
I love the hazelnut latte here so much that I have become regular at every weekend.
Not much choice with deserts and snacks.

I have been to this store on 2 separate occasions and felt like a million bucks
Aaqib and his associates were really attentive and provided the personalized service that Starbucks is known for in America
One my first visit, i entered the store a minute before their closing hour. They has already closed their register but Aaqib, not wanting to turn me away gave me my coffee and did not charge me for it
The 2nd time i went there was on my B'day. The staff and other customer's all gathered around to sing "Happy Birthday" .This was not expected at all and was a positively overwhelming experience
I will visit this store again
Visited this Starbucks coffee few days after they opened. Had lunch in California Burrito right next to Starbucks and proceeded to Starbucks for a client meeting. The seating arrangement in this Starbucks was particularly impressive. This is a single floor starbucks unlike Koramangala and Indiranagar. Overall a great experience, just stick to ordering coffee and DON'T try the food. The food at Starbucks SUCKS big time, they really have to change their caterers, I've tried few of their dishes and they all suck. Enjoy the coffee at Starbucks, try not to order any food.
The hype and word of mouth about starbucks and the long queue at their very first outlet at koramangala bangalore made me to believe there would be something very special in its coffee. So visited their out madras road outlet which is located in rmz infinity opposite to gopalan signature mall. Tried caramel cappuccino, java chip frappe, wild mushroom sandwich and chocolate raspberry pastry. Well the aroma and taste of coffee was different from other coffee outlets, but it was not upto that hype . Other items were decent. And the prices are little higher. Its a self service place but the staffs at the counter are very courteous. Overall I can say its a little over hyped and expensive coffee outlet.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a Starbucks at RMZ last weekend. Guess now they are coming up superfast all over the town.
This outlet is much more spacious than the first outlet in Koramangala, and the relaxed air goes with the mood of RMZ Infinity. We were confused which dessert to take as there were quite a few options but went with a Raspberry Chocolate Cake, which was delicious, with lots of chocolate coating(not sweet not too dark either, which was a little downer) and an interesting tangy berry layer/filling inside. We finished the cake with fresh brewed coffee and admired the wall art and the cosy interiors.
