The food was fantastic for our first night in India/Bangalore, the restaurant looks great and you can see the kitchen through a window wall. If you are really really hungry and don't know what to order, the menus are there for you, as you can try a lot of local dishes, but beware it is really heavy. Service was very nice, I really recommend this restaurant.

Considering the fact that Bangalore misses onto decent eateries/diners serving authentic North-Indian delicacies in general. I was overwhelmed to witness exceptionally well-done dishes from this place. What was even more satisfying was the fact that they are managing to keep up with the flavours in such a concise yet justified menu. The ambience of the place is very subtle and the mellow music adds up to the comforting vibe of the place. The staff is very accommodating and spot on in terms of service. Also, it's always good to see when the servers know their food well. You can never go wrong when you are getting the key-ingredients prepared in-house, so happens to be at Tijouri where they are getting all the spices prepared in-house. Coming straight onto food and drinks-Since it was a Friday Night dinner, I started off with my all-time favourite being CLASSIC WHISKEY SOUR which was a decent one with a good balance of spirit and syrups. For Starters, I opted for both veg and non-veg picks- MACHI AJWAINI TIKKA which was a well-marinated Seer fish cooked over skewers brushed well with butter sauce making it a delightful treat. PANEER TIKKA TAWA MASALA was equally delicious with a super-amazing dry-masala gravy tossed with chunks of cottage-cheese. The portion sizes are also decent, could easily serve for 2. After having a substantial feast for my appetite, I decided to go for Main-course. DAL MAKHANI has always been my inevitable pick for mains, Hence, it was accompanied along with a dish named- TADKAWALI DAHI which is creamy yoghurt cooked with caramelized onions, tomato, garlic and curry leaves. Dal Makhani had some significant charcoal essence which was so satisfying considering the texture and authenticity of the dish. On the other hand, this signature delicacy - Tadkawali Dahi was complementing the Naan so well. I had my piece of the meal with utmost satisfaction. MASALA CHAI CREME BRULE had my attention for desserts considering the uniqueness of the flavour. I was curious to experience the fusion of this Indian flavour with the Italian delight. I must say the fusion came out to be the PERFECT FINISHER. I would definitely recommend everyone reading this space to try onto this one. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I shall definitely visit this place soon just for this dessert <3

The food and ambience is excellent. However cellular network coverage is poor. If you are expecting a call or want to check your emails, you will be left disappointed
