Have been eating sub of the day since a decade now. Two subs are as good as having a meal. You can customize the subs as you like. Italian BMT is my fav. Absolutely love the taste.
I usually love subway but had to take one down because I just felt that it tasted a little lower than usual and the bread wasn't so fresh either.
WHAT I LOVED :
sauces were up to mark and delicious af
Veggies were fresh and good
Aloo patty was soft inside, little crisp out side and was warm.
Packing was decently done.
Service was pretty quick!

I love subway sandwiches. I have tried almost everything in veg. Salads are good too. But i prefer sandwiches. Veggie delite is my all time favourite with Parmesan Oregano bread. This bread is crispier when toasted compared to other breads and it tastes yummy. I prefer sweet onion and red chilli sauce which gives perfect taste.
I had visited this place to have a quick bite , it’s located in the food section of the mall , i got myself a tandoori chicken salad , it tasted absolutely amazing, it was my first time trying out subway. The hygiene of the place is impeccable, the service was quick as well .
When you are hungry and need food immediately, UB city has only one option. It's great to have a subway tucked in here along with all the other options.

Just like any other Subway, the only difference is the gorgeous ambience of UB City which is a major plus point.
My all time favourites here - the Aloo Patty Sub and the Veg Shammi Sub.
This is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Subway I've ever been to. Now I expect the same level of customer service and quality food at other outlets of subway.
I love the way all the healthy vegetables are put between the subs with different sauces.
At least that way we can eat the vegetables we don’t like too .
Subway is a fast food junction where one can walk in any point of time, while we are hungry.
One big sub is really filling.

My first try at subway comes very very late. I don't know why, but i never fancied eating from a subway. My friend took me here to try out the sandwiches...!! and yes..they're yummy
The only affordable place in UB city to go and eat without burning a hole in your pocket 😜. Went to this outlet with my colleagues for a quick subway lunch. Though it’s a small outlet with few seating options, the place is quite clean and hygienic. Staff is quite polite and knowledgeable and are very helpful. A good experience.
Excellent food but billing and service to slow and they dont prepare the salads with interest sometimes,apart from that a good place for a healthy foood subway is the choice.
Subway doesn't let you down.... Good food... Good service.... But it's the only place where you can have some food at ub city..... Because else where either you'll have to sell you kidney to eat..... Ho man they are expensive as the store at the mall.... I would never go there again.... For subway I'll go 😅
Had a craving for eating outside and eating healthy. What better than Subway and Subway in UB City. The quality was as usual. Service was a little slow though. They good seating arrangement in the open space of the mall.
Subway is a fresh and healthy alternative to other food outlets. They have a fun range of sauces and veggies. My favourite sub is the teriyaki chicken sub! You should try out their cookies as well.
Served with great passion the food looks and tastes more delicious.

People says you have to think everyday about your business if you want a healthy growth on it. They have done it in a good way. Their concept if subwich and salads is really mind blowing. Lots of changes in every fortnight. Good one. Keep up the good work.
Prices in Subway are always too high. Go for it as a desperate option only as a last resort meal. However they have fresh vegetables and good variety of sauces and pickles to choose from.
On a lazy Sunday evening I was wandering in UB city and was craving to eat something healthy and filling and tada! I found this Subway hidden behind the stretch of restaurants. Being located in UB city mall gives this outlet the advantage of having a better ambiance than any other outlet. No worries of parking as the mall parking is available, service is so accurate and fast. I have tried Salads and veg toastie here. Salad was beautifully made with fresh cut vegetables, Veg Toastie was nice too. Prices are same as any other outlet.

Always impressed by how the team here handle the volumes of office workers passing through for a quick bite during lunch hour.
Bread availability is sometimes an issue at other Subway outlets but fortunately not here. Another big plus point worth noting is they give salads and sandwiches on proper plates which is always welcome.
When i am confused what to eat, i order a subway amd give myself a treat!!
The parmesan oregano bread with all the veggies except jalapenos and pickle with lot of mayo, 2 lines of sweet onion, a line of south west and mustard each along with the chocolate cookie amd a packet pf blue lays!
Subway and their jumbo food . The best part is you get to choose what u want . I felt like a master chef ordering the guy to add the ingredients I wanted 😂. If you want to become on too , you just got to get there now .
A Subway is as good as the service and ambience it provides - and this one scores really high on that.
Sitting in UB City at what is perhaps one of the most posh addresses in town, if not in the country, the ambience of this place is second to none. There is a great indoor and excellent outdoor seating facility. Service is crisp and quick. Staff is knowledgeable about their stuff and are well trained.
Only suggestion would be for them to start accepting American Express cards as well.

If people wants to criticise about food at Sub Way, it should be only on quality of the ingredients & service. I have been seeing some reviews, who were talking about the taste negatively! Well, the Subs taste is subjective. Since, people should choose bread, sauce and ingredients. And difficult to judge with 2 to 3 visits! Well, being a Subs lover, I always fond of eating it without any hassles & I know my stuffing, will fix to that. Last week I was at Ub City & decided to have my lunch here! I got an extraordinary service from the folks at this outlet. They were very kind of suggesting some new ingredients & bread! I liked the way they approached & advised. Way to go people!

Wow best sandwich which I ever had mouth melting beaing a regular guy for subway I tried all sandwich and wraps no words to say must try. The chicken tikka s/w that's the best and best of all staff is very cool and friendly price is bit costly but fhe quality is good wort it .....
No matter which subway you choose there are just two words to describe it - Health and Yummy!! The subway at UB is no exceptions. If you wanna quickly grab a healthy bite, this is the place to go.

Just like another subway, but ambiance is too cool. Service is quite fast. I visited on a fine evening with my friends. Its like a small boat in sea of expensive stores and restaurants.

Even in UB city subway is so average. It's like cold food served in an airplane. Subway is always better outside India. I had a custom sandwich with my fav bbq sauce. The service is fast as always which is a very good thing.
Normal good service, we know the presentation already, salad was as good as it is at a SUBway! Chicken barbecue salad with enough and more of the veggies!
It is hard to write a review for a chain Restaurent like subway since every knows who enters this place exactly knows what they are going to get . What prompted me to write this review was two exceptional thing I noticed in this franchise location - speed of service and ease of placing your order . The person who took the order never asked to repeat any instructions you have given ( all other subway outlets have this disease ) . We were six and each one had a different choice of ingredients and choice of bread . All was delivered as instructed .... Keep it up ...
Subway is a popular brand selling subs in a variety of breads,fillings and sauces. They have diff sizes too. This one is located in UB city and has the same offerings. My picks would be Chicken teriyaki sub, chicken sheekh sub and Veggie delite. The combos are good too. Prices are moderate abd everything served is fresh.
The only place you can go to with just 200 bucks in your pocket in the whole area, surely a life saver for someone with hunger and low budget
I had been here to order a veggie delight however once the order was completed and I asked for the lays.....what do I see,
the packs in the container are moving by themselves and then start to make squeaking noise. which draws my curious look and I lost my appetite !!!!!
Upon asking the person on the counter what going on he stood speech-less and no blink and no reaction what so ever.
Don't know If I could venture again as this place in future
Post my comment I received call from the franchise owner and he assured me that they have pest controlled the place and was sorry for their staffs attitude. I hope things will be good now...
I don't understand why all Subways are so tiny. UB City is such a highly trafficked location with huge crowds during lunch and dinner, it would've made sense for Subway here to have a slightly bigger location. I am pretty sure your subway experience will be spoilt just by waiting in line to place your order. Other than the long lines (which are always there) service is ok and the ingredients are good and the food tastes fresh. Best is to visit this place during off peak hours to beat the queue.
In a dessert of expensive stores, expensive real estate, expensive restaurants, Subway is a refreshing oasis of affordable consumption.
True to its universal quality of making customers eat fresh, Subway at UB City is a great place to pick up your sandwich, pulpy orange and cookie and sit under the fan in the uber atrium of the mall.
They have decent size of seating available, however an electric socket for plugging in your charger would have made good sense.
Subway none-the-less, needs to introduce some new items on the menu. It is starting to get monotonous.
Subway offers good food as always, and so does this outlet too!
With enough seating space, and well mannered staff it’s definitely a nice experience.
Having said that, they need to do something about having fans in this outlet. We visited when it was about to rain and the humid climate made it difficult to sit without any fans. But we sat under the umbrella outside and it was okay.

Store at UB is well located on the promenade area of UB city along with all the other eateries. Has ample seating to also accommodate large groups. There are two staff here so the making of the sandwich is also quick. The vegetables all look and take fresh over here.
Had the egg and cheese, aloo patty sub and salad. All in all quite good. But the sauces can really change the flavour.

The staff is really nice and the ambience is quiet with a beautiful view from the window. We ordered Corn and Peas sub along with Iced Tea and cookie.
