The Afghani biriyani is a must try. We visit at times to eat their biriyani.
I love this place. I am ordering 1 crunchy frappe. N peppy chicken roll. It's very nice. The staff sunil n kavitha's service is very nice. N we are greeting is very well. I love music n the nature. We are coming back very soon.

This coffee shop has been there at this place for quite some time now. And the best part about it is that it is somehow away from the crowded areas like the Jayanagar 4th block. It lets people just drive for a distance near to Ashoka Pillar and spent time with family/friends over a cup of coffee. And when you know that the quality of the coffee will be as consistent as what you get at other outlets, the place automatically gets to be chosen by people. I have visit this place quite a few times when in need of coffee or even a simple break.
Location
If you coming from Jayanagar 4th Block heading towards the Ashoka Pillar. The road has a circle at 1 end behind which a huge ground is present. When you keep driving towards Ashoka Pillar, there are temple of electronic retail outlets, saree shops and marriage halls. Soon after all of these, CCD appears to the right side.
Ambiance
Is pretty good coz it has section for people site inside in the comfort of an A/C or else site outside in the open air. There is ample space inside for people to sit and chit-chat.
Food
The coffee at this place is quite popular but then food needs to be good coz it is something that is to be taken with coffee. They have a wide range of products like the other outlets.
Chilly Cheese Toasts
This is a toast that has cheese and chilli on top. It is warmed in microwave and given with ketchup. The taste is better when you take it with coffee.
Veg Puff & Samosa
The favourite snack time items which are available and pretty good at the Ashoka Pillar outlet.
Drinks
Food is something we take but the main reason I feel is the consistency of coffee that probably comes from Chikmanglur region. Some of the coffee I have tried at this outlet includes – Cappuccino. Café Latte & Café Mocha.
Cappuccino is the pure coffee which is quite strong and less use of milk but foamier. There might be a need for adding more sugar as the coffee flavour just overpowers the experience which comes with the addition of sugar and more milk.
Cafe Latte is a much lighter drink with similar ingredients as Cappuccino but then the amount of foam added is near to nothing. It’s for those who want coffee and don’t like the foamy effects.
Café Mocha
This is the coffee and chocolate based drink. The drink is also pretty well made coz the chocolate added inside the milk and coffee add so much more flavour. This happens to be one of my favourites here at this outlet.
Overall Experience
It’s always been good fun going to this outlet – ordering for coffee, getting food items and then enjoying the same with good ambiance. I enjoyed myself every time I go to the place. My current rating for this place is 3.5/5 as there isn’t much of faults I could see.

Nice ccd outlet near ashoka pillar.Friendly staff,usual ccd stuff...during my last visit brought a ccd cup and saucer set for gifting purpose and it really worked out well
Since my friends and I are regular customers we always have a homely atmosphere around, the staff exactly know our preferences! We are even known as green tea gang, the taste of coffee or food is similar to any CCD , but this one has a heads up since it has a lot of space outside and jus perfect to ppl like us who hate to sit in ac's
Totally overpriced cafe and the coffee isnt even that great. Some of the goodies on the menu are delightful but overpriced again. Ambience is well maintained and pleasant.
A Busy Cafe Coffee day outlet. At a prominent location of Ashoka Pillar in bangalore. Good Cappuccino and pleasant service.
I'd never had a high opinion of CCD or thought of it as a "cafe", having only been to a branch once in Delhi. But here I was pleasantly suprised! This is like a proper cafe you'd find in the West. The location at the end of the road near Ashoka Pillar in South Bangalore is beautiful. The building and layout is excellent. The "summer specials" selection is the best coffee I ever had. Service is great. They only give 1GB of Wifi however (SLAY gives more but isn't half as good). I came here multiple times when I was nearby, sometimes even taking an auto to get here.
It's a nice place to hangout with friends & spend time.
Coffe & snacks are average . This is a place where u can hangout & sir for a long time without worrying & if food price & taste is not a concern
Turned out to be my favourite CCD so far with a peaceful ambience, located right next to Ashoka pillar.
Has spacious outside and inside seating. Peaceful place to spend some time to chill or work.
Food quality was good as per CCD standards (can't complain)

Best place to hang with and without Friends.
Had devil own.. after long time. Taste is same no changes even after many years later. This devil's own is the one of signature cold coffee of cafe coffee day. It had won best brew in international competition.
The best part is this is topped with double wipped cream with coffee beans. The smoothly layer with crunchy coffee beans gives you a different Taste all together.
The cold coffee with chocolate sauce on side is too yummy.
Next I had is new dish which is veg cheese wrap. Which I felt this could have been better.
My overall experience is overloaded with happiness as coffee day is.
Thanks for keeping devil own signature coffee in menu. Thanks for not changing this.
Nice and cosy. Good parking options in front of the store. The staff is very friendly and prompt service. The ambience is nice. Nice location too. The smoked chicken sandwiches are great here. Very friendly environment. Good stop for your regular coffee with your friends. Nice !

This is no longer the typical CCD but a new offering from the CCD house - a mid sized supermarket akin to Reliance Fresh.....Looks compact and is well maintained....You can also buy some basic coffee and beverages at the small pantry they have....Should wait and see how it fares against stiff competition
Regular CCD but it has good ambience and decent crowd.

Tandoori paneer and Devil's Own are a must try.
The ambience is really nice here. They have indoor and outdoor seating area. A very nice place for hangouts and dates.
Food:
veg burger looks good. But can improve on filings. High on garlic. Would rather that they don't use processed cheese for a 370 bucks burger.
Ambience:
place is well maintained. Room temperature just comfortable. Catering is prompt.
Sit out may seem like a fancy idea. But the pollution on that road may introduce micro life and added petro exhausts into your coffee.
