Ordered an Irish coffee n a Kulcha with aloo party. Both were good. Kulcha was properly baked...& Patty was enjoyable. The service was late...had to remind them after 20 mins for no show. The ambience is warm & comfortable.
This one has a great open air sitting especially for the evenings. Being an open air you would need to share space with smokers if you are not one.
A self service joint as is with most CCD, you need to be very clear in your orders as they might get mixed up. In my case they forgot to give a table number but found me based on my order.
Strangely the pricing is on a higher side. Guess they have part timers as cleaners and hence quality of service can be an issue.
Visit for a open air sitting in an evening if you have time for a cuppa.
This ccd is one of my favs,the service here is nice because the waiters are good and they dont pressurise you to order more if u sit longer like the other ccds.We can get cakes and cut there too,they dont mind ,a peaceful place to chill.

The place is quite enough to spend a chill afternoon. The location is great. Enough space to sit down.
The best part about this coffee day is the sit out space. It's amazing. Do not need to comment about the quality of beverages served here. It is excellent as always. There is a Starbucks next to it which also offers a similar experience but it is at the other end of the price spectrum when CCD is on a economical when compared to Starbucks
Unpretentious place but quick and good service, decent beverages at a reasonable price.
Good outlet with very good staff and yes seating is very good at outside… smoked chicken sandwich with chipotle!!!

This is the main outlet of Cafe Coffee Day in Garuda Mall. The one outside is more of an express store. This is on the 2nd floor. Great service and ambience
