Went on weekend. Very calm n quite place. Loved the real stone ambience. Service is quick n food is cheap n best. Quality is good. Very nice place to have deep conversations wid cafe light food. Had pancake, rolls and hot chocolate. Loved all items.

It's one of my and my Best friend's favourite place to eat. It's quite, simple and cozy place to hang out. Their tea, methi paratha and banana cake is way too good. Very homely. Best part, you can shop at Fabindia and sit sip tea at the cafe later.

This place is so cozy and food here is good ..Pranthas and rolls are yum..you can sit back and relax...the only minus is the space..it can only accommodate 8 or so people.
A cozy and peaceful little courtyard behind the main furniture store, one might walk by it and still miss it.
The place has a very simplistic layout (stone steps with a few cushions only) and no real furniture. The menu is limited but reasonable. The paranthas we're very very good and the rolls were as well. Best part is that it was relatively healthy with little oil or maida.

Cozy but no frills ambience. Great food - breakfast, snacks, brunch. Extreme value for money. I am great fan of their Parathas, Coffee and deserts. Their Egg Roll is special - use chilly for the flavor. In Deserts, they're serving Brownies and Cakes which are too good. Brownies are moist and overloaded with chocolate. Tangy Lemon Cakes and healthy Atta-Banana Walnut Cakes, Strong Coffee Walnut Cakes are my favorites.
I absolutely love this place and visit like every other week. Their Aloo Matar paratha and methi paratha is just not to be missed. Sandwiches and omelettes are pretty awesome too. Plus you might end up getting a full and happy tummy in under 250 bucks if you are alone :) That doesnt hurt either :)

This is a hidden gem. Small place inside the fab India store. They make pretty good parathas and drinks. It's cheap and a good place to casually walk in.
Amazing food - just like home made - and the wait staff is also great. I loved this place because they serve the most common dishes in the most loving and warm way and the recipes they follow are so flavourful and amazing. I will recommend this to anyone living in Bangalore or visiting - it’s worth your while and worth the money as well. In fact they could charge more for all I care ! Cheers to you guys ! The cafe is inside the fab India Koramangala store. Prices are very reasonable, quality is also good. I had a veg burger and strawberry milkshake. Both were good. Ambience is simple and nice. North indian parthas are available. Mosquito will be around the place. Be careful. Hope the management will take care of this problem.
I have never been to a place like this before ! No tables, chairs, spoons, forks or knifes and I simply walked into the kitchen mistaking it for the dining space 😃 . Very cute dining space (bit uncomfortable though) . Food is decent and decently priced as well !
One the best place in the city, they have great aloo and methi paratha and veg burger too. Everything is cooked very normally here, they don't have a fancy menu but the ambiance just can't get any better. Now more people will come to know about this place 😒☹️.

If you are a parantha lover, miss your daily dose of lip smacking staple aloo or paneer parantha makkhan maar ke, this is where one should be heading. The cafe's address is elusive. Tucked inside the Fab India home decor emporium, there are no boards to welcome you. I could easily locate this thanks to a featured article in Sunday's The Hindu. For a small courtyard(technically the backyard;-p) of a place it is quite popular and attracts heterogeneous crowd. Funny thing is it's so frugal that there are no chairs and tables. All you have is cushions laid here and there over the stone steps. Maybe it doesn't disturb the aesthetics completed by a tree in the courtyard's corner, it made me uncomfortable supporting plates in my hand and lap. The menu is on display on the wall like old times with prices mentioned opposite each item. Bigger relief is that they are absolutely pocket friendly. Between the four of us we ordered methi, aloo, paneer paranthas, an egg sandwich and some lemon sodas and mango lassi. In the descending order of the taste and quality I would rate methi, then aloo followed by paneer. By no means any of it was bad, but the methi paranthas were so well cooked, just crisp enough and with measured quantities of every ingredient, inevitably the other items lose their sheen in its presence. While the aloo etc come as single pieces, methi comes two per plate. The curd and the sauce accompaniments were of very good quality too. Egg sandwich was a let down, it was actually bread omelette. Mango lassi was outright disappointing with the strong mango essence stealing the lassi's taste. What we missed out on was the famed chai, so that demands another visit soon. 5 stars just for the sheer peace you can get here if you want to have conversations with friends. You can top this with the delicious paranthas and coffee they offer. They have a very small menu which you can practically memorise. Methi and Aloo paranthas were good.

My Breakfast is sorted because of this place. I have been visiting this place from past 3 years. The first time we found out this cafe, we were very happy. Since then I am a regular visitor to this place.
The interior is very simple yet grabs your attention. Few hanging lights, rocks for sitting.

Nestled inside Fabindia, this cafe is the perfect place to hangout and have good food without burning a hole in our pockets. For 3 people(who ate a lot) the bill was 585 Rupees. The Aloo Paratha was something I enjoyed a lot as it had generous amount of Ajwain. The desserts were good too. The hot chocolate and milkshake we had ordered were decent. Over all, this cafe is a great place with an ambience which brings back memories.
Absolutely love the banana walnut cake and find myself craving for it at times. Love the place as well, been here more than 6 times in 2 years with a group of 10 girls. 0.5 less because we've started feeling less welcome to the place as supposedly the management has changed and prefers silence.
One of the best places to chill with your gang. The place has a cozy, college like setting where people can sit on cushions which are placed on huge rocks. You need to write down your order on a notepad and then wait for the goodness to arrive. There is a lone guy who pretty much manages the place by himself and does a very good job at it, taking orders and serving everyone.
The menu is limited but the food is so homely. My regular is the methi paratha which is super thin and served with curd, and the paneer roll which has a wheat roti and is stuffed with yummy paneer. The aloo paratha, French toast and egg roll are good as well. This place also does well on drinks, with the litchi juice and cold coffee being my favorites. And banana cake is the perfect end to every meal.
The best part about this place- it's really light on your pocket which is sort of ironic. Must visit to relive your college days, awesome place to eat good and light food and chat up with friends.
The best placecto go with a book and have flavourful masala chai with french toast! The setting has a certain feel to it. It resebmles a 'nadumuttam' with the entire setting centered around a tree. The food and drinks remind me of home, especially their orange juice. And the added benefit being it isn't crowded most of the time and I would go so far as to say the pricing is dirt cheap. I love this place!

So this morning we decided to head to fabindia cafe. Prices of all food items were cheap. We ordered chicken sandwich, chicken roll, lime soda, watermelon juice, chocolate milkshake and paneer paratha. The sandwich was average, chicken roll was good but the paratha was superb. The beverages were horrible at the same time. We realized only parathas are worth spending your money. The ambience is shabby but good for a chat. Generally it's crowded during the office break hours. Otherwise it's a very peaceful place. Will visit again for some wonderful parathas❤️

Totally in love with this place. Very cute and calm cafe, where you can sit for hours reading a book/working/just by yourself. It has a very positive and soothing vibe. The servers also maintain the same by talking less and low.
They have The BEST aloo parantha hands down. Sooo so yumm. And with their masala Chai. Oh! Amazing.

A small and secluded cafe , tucked away inside fab india home decor Koramangala.. im so glad i found this place! The interiors are soo warm and cozy. The menu is displayed as u enter.. they have a small menu but the parathas are amazing, just like homee.. served with dahi and picklee. We ordered methi parata, aloo parata, chicken sandwich , chicken and paneer wraps and chicken sausage omelette and lime soda. The banana milkshake seemed great too! This quaint little cafe tucked inside the setback of the Fab India showroom is deeply submerged in history.It used to be the Bangalore residence of one of India's greatest Architect, Charles Correa.
The food is simple, homely and very much affordable. Hey, a chicken sandwich is Rs.35/- . I treat this as my part time co working space as well. I come, chill, order food and work for a while and go back happy :).
The stone seating is such a beautiful concept.Being an Architect myself, it is pure joy to experience the design coming through of the Master Architect.

This cafe is a really special place for me, been here over 5 times. This is quite a difficult place to find as it is inside of Fabindia home, a furniture shop. There is no publicity or board for the cafe.
The ambience & architecture of the entire home is really beautiful. The cafe has this stone stair finish which may seem different and uncomfortable, but it is really good and comfortable.
This is the place to go to if you're planning to sit at a place and have a long chat with someone. The great ambience, speedy service, delicious food, concise menu, with the economical pricing. Make it the ideal choice for all students.

Awesome matar and methi parathas at an amazing price!!! A bit further away from the hustle and bustle of mainstream Koramangala is Fabindia Cafe inside the name sake store. Both the times I have been here, it hasn't been over crowded. Service is reasonably prompt. Parathas are just like the ones at home and with the masala chai-- its paradise. And on top of that it is so cheap. Love this place.
FYI- they accept only cash.

Nice and peaceful ambiance and it is really light on your pocket. We ordered methi ke parathe - they were just perfect with slight taste of Gujarati methi theplas, heavy loaded aloo ke parathe with home made curd and pickle. Masala ginger tea was just like we all love to drink during rains. Lassi, cold coffee and walnut chocolate brownie were just so perfect. Yet I didn't liked their French toast much. The service is quite but wait for the food will be worth it. Everything feels like it is homemade and freshly made.

Firstly I would say that they should put a board outside fabindia showroom ,That the cafe is situated inside the showroom. The seating arrangement is quite unique where u need to sit on stones . I loved the ambience, its very peaceful . The service was bad had to wait for more than 20 mins for someone to attend us. Had ordered chocolate milkshake which was average in taste not that yummy. Overall an very pleasant and peaceful cafe and pocket friendly .

It looks like an open cafe that you would find at a theare. Lovely Ambience but be prepared for a few mosquitoes during evening time.
My fav here is the Aloo Paratha and chai. Comfort food anytime and I just love the fact that I can do a bit of shopping along with it :) Since this is not a professional run kitchen- food does not always taste the same. But I have never had a bad meal here.

Visited this place of an evening snack over the weekend ! It's located on the fabindia home side . Cosy and chilled out space with nothing fancy . Basic , earthy set up adds to the relaxed vibe. They have 1 person as I could see doing service, cleaning and taking orders . Always smiling and very friendly. The menu is limited and extremely reasonable. A decent portion of parantha is 35 bucks, served with curd and pickle. The quality of food I'd very homestyle .Basic cutlery and simple presentation. We tried the aloo parantha, methi parantha, butter milk pancakes, ginger lemon tea and cold coffee. I didn't like the pancake much coz I was getting this strange eggy smell , even though it tasted great , fluffy and served with honey. The cold coffee was nice and thick, The methi parantha was really good. Thin and flavourful. Overall taste and service is spot on . We paid 175 bucks for the meal which I thing is super affordable keeping the quantity and quality in mind. It's a cute little space created within the store itself , definitely worth a visit !

Oh this place is like a home away from home. If you're living all by yourself in Bangalore and craving for some home-like food, this is the right place to be.
Set inside a huge and pretty fabindia home store, it's a hidden gem. Not many know about it as it's not visible from the outside, but as you enter the place, it has a very earthy feel and vibes to it. Beautifully and very simply made, it'll make you feel at ease and relaxed, the moment you take your place on one of the rocks.
There are mornings when you want to spend your time binging on books and some good food all by yourself; this cafe is perfect for breakfast & brunch, with a line of magazines for the customers.
Let's come to food! Start your meal by ordering a chocolate shake and aalu paratha. Trust me you can't have just one, or two...or three.. Cooked in pure desi ghee, served with pickle and fresh curd, it's gonna make you want to have it again and again. But don't! Try the methi paratha, egg and chicken roll, chicken sandwich, banana walnut muffin and some fresh coolers as well.
How-much-ever you hog, your bill won't really exceed Rs. 300-400. Very nominally priced.

If you're an architect, you'd know that this was initially a house designed by Charles Correa (enough reason for you to visit it in the first place). Secondly, if you're a student on a stringent budget and you're in Madiwala, go here because it's the nicest place you'll go to!! You can spend hours here working, reading or chatting with friends and have student budget type filling food.
A simple, pocket friendly cafe inside the Fab India store. Don't expect a cafe sitting arrangement, with table and chairs if you are planning to visit there. They have arranged sitting in the steps/ stones with cushions on top. Menu is limited and the taste is more or less like homely food. I ordered cold coffee and veg roll, both were good.

A cool and calm place to sit and enjoy not-so-fancy foods. Yes, the food was home-like but I loved how an ordinary extended part of home was converted to a cafe. Basically, it is attached to Fabindia shop. It was like, after shopping for home decors have a decent meal and leave. Sounds like kinda mall but it was minus all the noises of mall. We had alu paratha which was served with generous serving of pickle and dahi. Then we opted for chicken sausage fry which was fine. We ended up with chocolate brownie which was good but I felt it could have been accompanied by a dollop of vanilla ice-cream. But then overall, it was pocket friendly pick!
A tiny, simple café which is hidden inside the FabIndia outlet. The place is quiet with a laid back ambience. Cushions on top of stones serve as surprisingly comfortable seats. The menu is limited but affordable. Although I'm not a big fan of parathas, I was accompanied by a paratha lover who had rave reviews of the parathas there.

Parathas are amazing, just try all of them. Great pricing , great taste. Service wise not that good but I'd visit for the taste. Apart from paranthas everything is average only.

I was here a couple of weeks ago to catch up a friend. We were not looking for a fancy place, hence settled down at Fab India Café. The Café don’t have posh seating arrangement. However, they have designed using steps & floor with a backrest & cushions. The place is something like a Home environment! The menu is more of a pocket friendly type with pretty decent and simple stuffs like Juices, Sandwiches and Coffees. Well, I opted for a Lime Juice and Cheese Sandwich. The Lime juice tastes exactly like the one we prepare at Home and Cheese Sandwich was done nicely using Cucumber, Cheese and Pepper seasoning. It’s an apt place for people to spend time without burning pockets. I recommend this place!

A hidden cafe located inside the Fab India home in Koramangala. Quite difficult to spot it. A warm and welcoming ambience with stone and cushions as seating. A very tiny space. The menu has limited number of items but they are worth trying. The parathas are super good, hot and adequetely stuffed. Great masala tea as well. The veg roll was okay. Banana walnut cake was delicious. Best place to visit when you're broke. Extremely pocket friendly. A good hangout location for college students after class hours.

Fabindia had been taking the cake for decades when it came to fabric, home decor etc. But here they take the cake for their CAKE. Awesome place. No roof, but a fabric cover, no seating but sit anywhere on the floor or steps and you will find is comfortable even with the very cushions that they have. You can even make a tree as your backrest. The small menu is homely and equally good. Though the serving takes a little time but let you be in the place for longer which is always welcomed. Must go but with at least 1hr30min and may be 250 bucks in your pocket for two.
A beautifully designed cafe with crazy interiors. Great for hangouts with friends and family. The food is worth the price. The place is inexpensive and almost feels like home.

Been wanting to visit this place since quite a while now. Happened to be here this evening with a couple of friends :)
The place is located inside a fab India store. It took us a while to figure out if we were actually at the right place as we were surrounded by home decor and interior design stuff. Must say, They were brilliant :)
We finally entered the cafe :)
Stone slabs and a few cushions placed alternatively, gives the cafe a pleasing and relaxing feel :)
Talking food, We ordered :
Veg burger - Potato mashed side dish between two sweet buns, tiny in size, but tasted nice and unique. Doesn't contain the regular Patty you would expect.
Veg roll - A normal veg roll I would call this, had the usual vegetables in a curry base wrapped and held together in a roti rolled up. Seasoned well and nicely spicy :)
Sandwich - This was so tiny, a friend thought he was being served considering he was a minion :P Not grilled, contained just normal cucumbers and tomatoes. More like a make at version of sandwich than what you would expect outside.
Lime soda - Was definitely the let down. No where near compared to the soda with lime zest you would expect. Tasted completely artificial, too much acidity and lacked sugar.
Cold coffee - Hot coffee served cold is what I would term this. Another big let down. There was not much a chilled coffee essence and even the milk tasted a little odd.
Orange juice - Tasty and nice. It was fruity and gulpable at once :) swarnas fav
Lassi - Ended our meal with the desi lassi. It was sweet and served chilled.
P. S : You might find creepy lizards around a few corners. I noticed them and they freaked me out. A request to the admin of the cafe to look into this.
It's a lovely place. Everything is just brilliant. Given a choice I'd go there everyday. I esp love their methi parantha and cold coffee. The best you can find anywhere! N that too at dirt cheap prices. And the ambience is also well in line with Fabindia.

Some one had recommended this place otherwise would have never known that there is a cafe inside FabIndia (Koramangala, older outlet which is now entirely for Home Furnishings).
This place has a very calm feel to it as its literally amidst nature and built around natural space of trees and big stones as seating. No furniture, no tables. Pretty rustic place and has a charm of its own.
Have visited this place twice, so this review will cover both visits.
Location - FabIndia is a fairly known place. In-case you don't know, if one is coming from Domlur towards Sony World, keep going straight until you are about to reach Hosur Main Road. This place would come on the left side. (On the opposite side is another new outlet of FabIndia having clothes.)
Parking - Not sure if parking in front is allowed, but there are a few by-lanes where you can park.
Ambiance - aforementioned in the intro
Crowd - Have seen mixed crows, at times families, at times couples, at times office goers here for their evening chai!
Food - The menu is limited, 2 page - one whole of beverage and other full of food. I have had parathas and chai here. Good ginger(adrak) milk tea is such a scarcity and this place attempts to fill that gap and does a very good job at that. Would go for tea here whenever I want to have tea. The parathas on my experience were very good too!
Service/Staff - Staff is friendly, hindi-speaking but the service can get slow at times when a lot of people are here. They have a very small kitchen kinda like home, so not very fast turnaround time.
Prices - Super VFM. Tea is priced at 20 bucks, parathas are around 40-50 if I recall it right.
Should you visit - Absolutely!

Do u wanna go back to your college days where you prefer a tree..low staircases...along with snacks and tea then this place will surely makes u relive that part..

This cafe is a hidden gem. The parathas are amazing and the chai is one of the best of bangalore. The prices are dead cheap. Its very hip with the stone blocks and cushions seating and radio humming in the background. After strolling through Indian craft in FabIndia, this cafe does actually take you back to rustic memories.
Edit: Try their veg sandwich, french toast, carrot cake 💙
Really nice breakfast place... Comfortable and relaxed setting. Food is nice.. Loved the masala tea.. Moreover the prices are quite low!!

When you're tight on your cash, you could drop by anytime to have some nice food which has a nice bit of Indian touch to it. The seating is what I like there with the peaceful environment. Plus, if you're waiting for your food, you could just go inside and browse their various collections for home decor.
Good place for a snack outing in the evening.. Have to walk through inside fabindia store which is richly designed with their furnitures.. No proper sitting and service also was late..
Amazing place for breakfast and not many people know about this place, so its never crowded. Even though you've to sit on the stone slabs the food is amazing, me and my friends love the aloo paratha and methi paratha and masal tea and the food is priced at a very low price for such amazing food!
Fabindia cafe stands right for the ethnicity and rich culture Fabindia brings out with its products. The cafe' is a really small one, located in the inside of one of Fabindia's stores in Madiwala. The cafe serves very limited but simple and FAB food. One of the most pocket friendly cafe's I've been to in the recent times. Just loved their aloo parathas and coffee 😍. The whole cafe was seated over a variety of stones with simple Indian styled cushions bringing in a very homely environment. Loved it so much that I would surely be back again!
It's something out of the box:-) amazing food which gives u ghar ki feel. Methi parantha is yummm. Definitely a place where I would love to visit again. Kudos to those who had think for such small and nice place with mouth watering food:-)
Cheap. Amazing. And the methi paranthe are mouth watering, but what stands out is the ambience. Looking for a college feel in the IT hub, the same feeling of delhi, this is the place. Go and have the paranthas. So worth it.
This is one of my favorite cafe. Especially I was very happy to visit this place today after bad lunch at a restaurant. I feel relieved to sit here and have a nice cup of tea. I love masala tea at this place.
Good place for short eat. This is not a proper restaurant in that sense. It’s a cafe inside the Fabindia store. Food is good - Parathas, rolls, sandwiches, burgers, etc. And prices are very reasonable. There are no tables and chairs but stone steps on which you sit. Good for youngsters but older people may find it uncomfortable. Service is a bit slow. Also the place is not too big. Probably can accommodate about 20-25 people comfortably. The best part is you can shop for furniture, furnishings, gift items, etc after you have snacked
Lovely atmosphere and display of products. Prices are premium but quality is awesome. The small cafe in the premises is good too.
Small cozy eatery with sides options, located inside Fab Homes India store. Their Ginger Tea and Aloo Paratha with chutney, pickle and curd - great North Indian combo, has that homely vibe. Ginger tea was actually north style ginger tea, otherwise it's hard to find a good ginger tea in Bengaluru.
Their veg burger was simple but super tasty with sweet buns and no mayo. Parking was available outside the fav India store on the street itself.
Their paratha is tasty and at a good affordable price.
The place has a nice and unique sitting ambiance.
Go for paneer paratha.
Very nice, quiet place. The food, whatever I have tried, eas good so far. Whenever someone wants to have aloo paratha in Bangalore now, will take them here. And yes, definitely revisiting.
Wah... I never knew fab India has cafe as well. Its really good, good taste of food, amazing ambience, overall 5* for sure. Its best place to spend time with group of people , friends. Food is a value for money.!

Fab India cafe is Quaint cafe with a lot of yummy indo western fusion food. It has a cozy n rustic ambience for a nice evening sit out! Ideal on a rainy day to spend some quiet time with friends and loved ones..
