I had read bad reviews so I was expecting delay and bad customer service. But I was pleasantly surprised to get all the work done very promtly with minimal delay. I had net banking issue and I needed a new card and it all happened in less than an hour. Good job 👍
Im not able to call to axis bank customer care center and also cant find an customer care email address anywhere.. when im calling to tollfree number theres no option to talk to a perosn theres only options to dial a number for queries.

Aadhaar card enrollment and updatation also done here. For the same you have walk in by 09:30 am and collect the token which will be provided by bank staff only. For updating number no need to carry any documents however for Changes u have to carry original documents accordingly. Staff will ask for original Aadhaar card they just need the number. In Google maps location is showing wrong..You can search as ( Bharat petrol pump kormangla in Google maps) beside Bharat petrol pump you can find Axix bank.Its also near to forum mall
Google map showing wrong location. The actual location is before Bharat petroleum, 80 feet road, Koramangala if you're going from forum.
