A very regular customer here, their music and beer is the most prolific part of the pub. Simple food, affordable, however the highlight is on the beer, music and its vibe.
A cute little bungalow, styled like a cafe where you would love to spend a rainy evening with friends. This will definitely remind you of a Goan hippie cafe.
They’ve got some amazing chicken and mutton starters and the beer is dirt cheap! What’s amazing is they play classic rock music (from beatles to doors) but the music isn’t too loud to prevent amazing conversations from taking place.

Music is light but what you'd like to hear (or rather I) when having conversations - some glam rock, some classic rock, nothing too heavy). Very cosy, it's literally a home and not pricey at all.Food was cooked to perfection - the pork, the buff, the calamari. Beer's cheap too.This is not a fancy place that you go to and judge. This is a casual dining place with great food and drinks for the price you pay. Did not take photos here, but next time I'm in Bengaluru, I'll be here for sure!!

Have visited several times in this bar. I loved that place. Like that today also I have visited this place and everything was fine.I think you should not be charge for mayonnaise sauce. BT since i am a restaurant manager in a well known restaurant in koramangala as well as a regular visitors so management should offer some discounts or complementary dessert. Rest all good. Being a classic music lover, the interiors was a major brownie point. Lovely location, although the outside doesn't look all that appealing I loved the chicken starters, paneer pakora accompanied with a tower of beer.

Little nice cozy place. In the hustle bustle of the city this is a little nest. We ordered beef chilly fry which was really juicy and nicely done. Pork fry and chicken Sukhna were more flavourful with Kerala style of cooking. I will come again to this place to try more delicacies

It's got a warm ambience with a classic rock decor that provides a cool and friendly environment to hang out in. You get beers and wines in alcoholic drinks and there are other non-alcoholic ones as well. Plenty of cuisines to gorge on, and the food is generally well made. It's very affordable too.

The ambience of a place is very important to me personally. This place has some interesting and really good Bob Marley paintings on the walls.

Not bad for a lonely drink. Music includes the classics from the 70s through the 90s. Food was good and moderately priced. KF Premium is available from the tap and cheap beer is all we need.
It's been sometime now:) Time to write what I loved!Just another Home kinda hangout place in Koramangala! We had the Bar-be-que chicken pizza, dosa and chicken curry with some chilled beer! (trust me helps in Summer) ;) Love the ambiance and Music they play is just Gorgeous! And most of all, POCKET FRIENDLY! Doesn't leave a hole anywhere!

Price wise it's a good evening out with friends at least four and your pockets won't have a hole. The variety in the menu was not overwhelming but not discouraging too. Sometimes it's a good thing not to have so many choices. The servers were very polite and well behaved, untill next time this is my view.
PS: This place may look shady from the outside but it's not, it's quite comfy and well decorated.
My sanctuary... This place has a unique vibe to it. There are so many great things to talk about this place. Great Beer with reasonable pricing. Food is always great. Super ambience with good old school music. The owner is always hospitable along with the staff. Place feels like home, great place to hang out irrespective of the time of the day. Would recommend this to anyone. Only downside is they serve only beer and wine.

Forget the ambience or the service. This place has absolutely satisfying food. There again I'm not taking about nonsense like visual experience of the food. I'm talking about how it just comforts your soul. Steak or Appam-stew, they deliver goodness in every dish.
Had come here for my sisters birthday.. overall a nice restaurant. They have amazing music as background which adds on the sweet feel. Prices are a bit on the higher side but is worth a try.

I miss those simple places Bangalore used to have other than Purple Haze and Pecos, which are still around.
Elongo’s reminds me of such pubs that don’t spend much effort on their décor but it’s all about the love for Rock and Roll. In spite of this, they have done a decent job on the interiors with a very eclectic style of paintings of rock legends.
They have a good number of tables with smoking and non-smoking area. We decided to sit on the top floor as it was brighter.
Ordered for their draught beer along with Chilli Paneer. The beer was chilled and perfect but the paneer though fresh was saucy mixture which tasted more Chinese.
For the main course, we ordered for Dosa with Chicken Curry and Rice with Mangalore Fish curry. For some reason, we got both chicken side dishes, as the server seems to have misheard the order. Both Chicken gravies had their own distinct flavours and were very well prepared. Point to note, one chicken gravy with Dosa/Rice is sufficient for 2 ppl.
Service is prompt and their classic music is a pleasure to listen to.
A good place serving reasonably priced Beer and pub grub.

Reunion of school friends after 6 years and abruptly a trip was planned. But before that needed a place to crash. We were in the vicinity and decided to try it out.
2 storeyed house converted into this pub. Nothing great as per ambiance though neat and clean. Retro blues were being played and room was adorned with wall hangings of rock N roll legends. We went to 1st floor having smoking area at the corner.
KF and Fosters were there so we ordered for 2 towers of KF draught and a pitcher. Non alcoholics ordered for regular mojito and cardinal punch which was mix of cranberry juice and ginger ale.
Beer was slightly diluted but can be ignored. I guess a good company is always required to reach the punch everyone expects after couple of drinks. Had a sip of mocktails which were pretty much average.
To go with these liquid diet, everyone agreed for babycorn manchurian and paneer kababs as couple of us are pure veg. Babycorn manchurian was quite good and was served within 10 minutes. Paneer kababs took well over half an hour and was just paneer pakoda.
So overall a nice place to visit and very much economical. Preferably going with your group and spend some quality time is what this place stands up for.

Super chill place in 7th block. Its probably an old house renovated into a restro bar.I have been here multiple times and somehow missed to write a review about this place. What I love the most about its ambience is their variety of colored mixed tapes. The music is mostly classic rock. Its a perfect place to settle down for a pitcher on a weekday or Friday night after a tired week. I have been there mostly on weekdays and it is refreshing. Service is great and food reaches your table soon enough. I enjoy their chilli paneer and golden fried babycorn. I usually order that since its my perfect accompaniment.

Elongo's is a good change from all the crowded drinking places playing mind-numbing loud music. A small no-frills place, easy to miss given that it looks quite tiny from the outside.
Ambiance: 3/5
It looks more like a house converted into a drinking place. It is divided into 3 parts- the first floor indoor seating with a huge screen, the top floor indoor seating and the top floor open air seating (go for this one). The whole place may give a slightly unkempt and mouldy feel. Despite this I cannot point what it is, maybe the paintings on the wall or the laid back feel, but the ambiance somehow works for me.

Most of everything that's on the menu is non veg, so there were very few options for us to choose from. Everything we tried was just passable, except peanut masala which was exceptionally good. Stay away from the veg pizza, it's quite tangy cus of the excessive sauce it's laden with.

This is what makes me want to go to Elongos at times. They have a soothing playlist which does not get in the way of you having a conversation with your friends.

Nicely tucked away in a small nook, this place exceeded my expectations. It was a rainy evening and to avoid that i just went into this place. The place looks small but is pretty spacious inside. Service was quick and good. Food surprisingly good! I never expected the food to be so good, that too cooked so quickly. I had the fried bacon and sausages which was really yumm. Also had a mutton starter which was again superbly cooked. Music is good - sets the mood for different occassions. Price very decent. Definitely a nice place to sit abd eat and drink beer without too much disturbance.

My favourite place in Bangalore! It's a quaint little place which focuses on providing great food with apt service. A big thumbs up to the food here - Chicken 65, chilly chicken, pork, wings, egg appam - all are highly recommended. It's not ostentatious like those grand, big places in Indiranagar but has an old school ambience. Thumbs up. I should also mention that this is probably the most value for money in Koramangala.
If you are a guy or a gal who likes to have a laidback sunday or weekend morning / noon ... this is the place to be .. liked it for a multiple reasons . Very goan feel to the place .. Good array of music especially their country collection will take you on a trip down memory lane . Great beer , their tower is reasonably priced . Good pork dishes ..

7th block is quite the happening place if you ask me. Just take a look at the numerous eateries along 1st Main and you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Elongo’s is just another place where one can get a decent meal with booze. It’s not that heavy on your wallet either.
The name conjures up images of Africa for me for some reason. Probably because I’ve come across Africans who bear the name. Apparently it’s from Latin and means “keep aloof” or “I withdraw.” The décor is music-centric, so I suppose the name refers to the disorder most musicians thrive in: Detachment.
The place has dimmed lights and a pubby feel to it, so all though not very alluring it has its uses. For instance, I noticed a couple getting quite touchy-feely a few tables from where I was sitting. Strangely, it was the woman who was more obvious about it. This generation... sigh.
I read some good reviews about the place which was what got me interested. The Coorgi dry pork is a definite must if you like your swine. My companion and I tried the Mango Blossom and Lemon Ice Tea, which sated our thirst. For mains, we had the Beef curry with dosa and the Garden vegetables and potato salad. The salad dressing was sweet like most of them are these days and didn’t particularly appeal to us. The beef curry had a thick “butter-chicken” kinda gravy and went well with the soft dosas they were served with.
We took the outdoor seating area on the first floor and it felt a lot better than being indoors. (Monsoon, we’re waiting) The bill came up to around a grand which was okay.
There's a variety of dishes on the menu, so I think there’s something for everyone. Only the steaks are on the premium side.
We came across this lounge while going to Starbucks. The place was so empty and quiet. We were directly attended the moment we entered. The seating and decor were nicely done and ambiance is really good. The staff is so prompt and friendly from taking our orders to serving us and keeping a check on us if we need anything else.
So, we had fresh lime juice and it was so refreshing. We also tried their Coorgi Pork Dry and it was amazing. We then had the BBQ chicken pizza. I have to admit their pizza is one of the best i have had till now.
I'm definitely coming back here to try even more of the dishes from their menus and I would like to recommend to others as well.

They serve kf draught at a very economical price . Looks like a rusty shack when you climb the stairs but get ready to be surprised once you are inside . The ambience is well set and they play good rock music . The beef chilli, coorgi pork and the bacon shredded prawns are must tries at Elongo's .
They charge an additional 21% tax but trust me the bill is gonna be economical even after that .
Okay. So I was searching for a place in bengaluru Kormamgalam which is pocket friendly as well as has an amazing ambience with great food. Elongos perfectly fulfilled my wish and made it to be a fantastic dinner date! Highly recommended for a great music, prompt service, yummy food. It should change its look from outside as on first glance the place looked quite shady!
I have been to Elongo's a couple of times now and it is one of those places where time flies. If you're with a bunch of friends, or with some private company or just by yourself, this place has an aura that would just suck you in and make you feel right at home. The choice of music helps as well as they have some good numbers playing on the stereo. This isnt a fancy place but it sure does make you feel welcome. It's economical and hence you can keep those rounds going without worrying about it too much.
A friend of mine and I were catching up after a while and we just lost track of time here. Accompanied by chilled beer, some chilly bacon which in all honesty could have been better, music and the candidness, it was a great evening to just unwind. Looking forward to my next visit here.

Nothing to say about decor. Because it is plain simple. Yet the food, the drinks and the simple ambience they provide in the much appreciated moderate price actually makes everything very enjoyable. Now here's what was impressive.
Our order was :
1 tower + 1 pitcher of beer.
1 chili beef.
1 fried pork.
2 chicken wings.
2 non veg lasagne
2 veg lasagne
1 non veg pizza (6 inches)
1 veg pizza (6 inches)
2 fresh lime sodas
2 glasses of coke
Total came up to 4.3k with tax.
This was most impressive.....and now let's get to the food.....chili beef was really good....fried pork was okay, lasagne and pizza again....okay...not that great being an Italian cuisine....but the chicken wings..."mmmmm".
Anyways. In short am going there again when I want to spend quality time with my friends and to be a lil polite to my pockets.

Beer - standard. Apam and Stew - Amazeballs. Starters - fresh and it really hits the spot with the Spice and masala and roasty-ness.

Good in the evenings and perfect in the afternoon, golden brew on an open terrace with some starters and some apam stew in glorious bangalore winters. Total win of life!

Nice place to chill, drink, chat and eat on weekends. Rustic and classy ambience with house wine and fried bacon/bbq chicken and your evening is pretty much sorted. Unlike other bars, food is actually yummy here. Only shortcoming is no hot drinks served here.

One of the best places in jyoti nivas college area to hang out with friends. This place has a great ambience, offers very tasty food(both veg and non-veg) and cheap drinks as well. Its just an awesome place.
Awesome place to hangout with friends. Chef is really good. I can still feel the flavours of panner pepper fry and chicken ghee roast.. Veg briyani is a awesome tasty food elangos had prepared for me. I love Elangos..
