I had been there for dinner with my friends. This restaurant was recommended by one of my friend. This is a beautiful restaurant. I liked the exterior and interior, they have diligently used red colour which is auspicious in Chinese culture. The artifacts & paintings go quite well with the restaurant’s overall theme. The seating is perfectly planned for various group like 2 people, 4 people & more than 4 people.
I have started with Veg Tom Yam Soup which was OK in taste. In Starters I had ordered Curly Potato (Shredded potatoes tossed with green pepper and Chinese spices) & Shaolin Stick (Fried crispy veg sticks tossed with chilly garlic sauce). Shaolin Stick was recommended by my friend. Curly Potato was tangy and yummy! Shaolin Stick was also very good & yum!
In main course we had ordered Chilly Potatoes with gravy, Veg Lat Lo Chowmien & Veg Burnt Garlic Rice. Veg Lat Lo Chowmien, the noodles mixed with a gravy & this dish is one of their signature dishes. It was really good & tasty. Chill Potatoes with gravy was also good & yummy! The only disappointment was Veg Burnt Garlic Rice, I was expecting strong flavor of burnt & garlic rice. But it was on the mild side.
Overall, I was satisfied with my dining experience at China Pearl. The staff was helpful and courteous. Cost wise, it’s reasonable and they do not levy unnecessary charges!

The ambience of the place is good. It's calm and nice.. !! Had a good experience dinning in over there. We had ordered for Tom Yam soup , it really tasted awsoom.. Order only if you are a fan of clear soup and it may also be little spicy. !! Crispy Threaded chicken tasted good. For the main course we had ordered Chilli Chicken Garlic noodles and hot pot rice. First came the Garlic noodles which was spicy and tasty , just the way I like it.. 4.5 out of 5 for this... !! We were full by the time hot pot rice came , but to taste we got it served in our plates , this was the best thing I had, so mild and tasty .. it's seriously healthy and taste good.. a must try dish over here..!! For drinks order Virgin Mojito. They make it very good and you get a pudina taste..
Whenever I feel like eating authentic Chinese dish this is my spot I won’t say the price is affordable but yes the quality and quantity which they serve is enough for two people. We tasted lots of dishes here and our favourite is schzewan rice and there special dry chicken.

I went for my anniversary lunch and I was a bit early to this place so I very quite, however it was the plus point for me as I was looking for such a place to dine in. The ambiance of this place is cozy and peaceful I must say. I love the behaviour of the stuff who were very polite, well mannered and they know what the customer is looking for.
When comes to the food..the portion size of one dish is easily shareable by two people. The gravy whichever I ordered for not very spicy may be because I chose the one with one chilli markings.. The virgin mojito i order was very refreshing.

I went to this place for dinner last night and was glad I did. The place was moderately packed. There were 3 tables available when we got there. It got quite noisy in a while since there was a huge family of about 12 sitting right behind us, so bye -bye quiet and peaceful dinner.
The staff was good. Service was quick and the place was clean.
We ordered the chicken hot and sour soup, fung pao chicken and chicken fried rice. The soup was warm and almost perfect. The chicken was far too little and the mushrooms were far too much for my liking.
The fried rice and the chicken were good. The fried rice was as it should be, seasoned well. The fung pao chicken was a new addition to their starters and it was nice. It had a slight crunch to it and a mild sweetness (so if you like your food spicy, this isn't it). I liked the crunchy batter. Their portions are quite big so I order of fried rice and chicken was enough for 2 people.
I didn't try any of their desserts because I'm not a big fan of sweets.
Had the Malaysian flat noodles, honey chicken and crispy chicken fry. Good service, the food was delivered super quick. The noodles and the honey chicken had the authentic taste of the old China pearl. Brought back some memories. Slightly pricey.

My love for Chinese is phenomenal and China Pearl satisfies that hunger.
Alot of people may feel that it's an expensive place and may not even enter the restaurant & may try other options. But in all honesty, there is no place that gives you worth for your money than them in today's times.
My "top picks" are dishes that I have tried and tested over many many visits and highly recommend them.
I am not a fan of their soups (except hot & sour chicken & sweet corn both which I love) but leaving that aside everything right from their appetizers to their main course is scrumptious (veg, chicken, fish or lamb). Their most loved dish is their burnt chicken fried rice & I love to pair it with either chilli chicken or San tung Kay. A portion of rice and gravy is more than enough for 2 people.
And if your like me , add in a Crispy threaded chicken & you won't regret.
In today's times- I visit places that value their customers and also their restaurant by making it presentable and keeping hygiene as a top factor.
China Pearl I must say has brilliant service, food, value for money and ambience & friendly staff.

We went to this place wih kids on friday evening for early dinner hoping for some relaxed time. They dint had the booster chair or kids chair which generally is available in all the restaurants these days. We had to hold the infant and have dinner. So wasn't really comfortable.
As per food their starter of the year 2018 fung pao chicken and chi chi chicken(not sure of the name since couldn't take note of everything with holding infant through the entire meal) were good but could not tell the taste difference from one another. Both tasted same. Note don't order both the starter at the same time as they both taste same.
Chicken manchow soup was good. Noodles were crispy and the meat tasted fresh.
Main course chicken burnt garlic rice with hunan chicken with gravy is excellent combo. Loved the main course.
Virgin mojito taste was a bit off. Tasted more like mint lemon soda.Had ordered this without ice so maybe because of that the taste could be different.
Ordered French fries for toddler and they were amazing.
Staff was very courteous but not good enough with suggesting their specials. They only rely on the regularly ordered food.
Manager(assumed since he was the only one in white shirt) wasn't as courteous as his response was ignorant one when I suggested him about the high chair for kids.

Ordered home delivery a few times from this place and each time the food met our expectations and gave a real good experience. First time ordered a portion of Chicken burnt garlic and capsicum rice along with a side of chicken and fish accompaniment (sorry I can’t remember the names as it kinda was a while back 😅). Also to go along with that I ordered a portion of spring rolls filled chicken, spinach and paneer which was really good and something quite new and out of the box! Every item was really delicious and the best part was the quantity delivered was absolute value for money.
A few days ago we ordered again and this time decided to try their appetizers and dumplings menu so I ordered a portion of Prawn sui mai and Chicken steamed wontons. Along with that were Guilin Chicken, Chicken Mei foon noodles and a portion of fish appetizer. Again all the items were really good in taste but perhaps it being appetizers and not main course, the quantity was slightly lesser. Regardless, kudos to the restaurant for the taste,packaging service and value for money overall. Definitely worth trying and recommend to all! 🤙🏽

I just love China pearl and I'm a regular visitor to this place.Their best dishes are meishan tofu OMG this dish tastes heavenly then manchow soup and spring roll also taste yumm and my new found love is their cripsy spinach it tastes so goood.For main course their burnt garlic fried rice is the best I've ever had and to go alongside the awesome rice spiced eight jewels, not a fan of their noodles though.Service is great and the staff is extremely friendly ,do give it a try if you're in Kalyan nagar and you're craving for some Chinese food.

A true mark of amazing place is when you wait time for the table and people wait for their turn even if there a so many places in Kammanhalli. I visited this place a couple of fine once when it opened newly and send a couple of days back. And both my visits were superb.

I've had the pleasure of tasting various dishes at this restaurant. I came new to bangalore from mumbai and hated the way Schezwan noodles are prepared is most of the Bangalore Restaurants.. But i had been here once and have been going ever since. I love all the starters, noodles, etc prepared here.. It's a must visit.. The ambience, the service and the staff are very pleasant to be around with. Amazing family restaurant.
So far this is the best Chinese restaurant that I've tried in Bangalore. The Chicken steamed momo (dumpling) was excellent, fish ball soup had very similar flavor that I had in China. Finally the fried rice (Seafood Kungfu fried rice) had also authentic Chinese aroma. As a dessert, we ordered Red Velvet with Vanilla ice cream. Taste was awesome, price was great. All in all, our experience in China Pearl couldn't have been better.

Till are food was ready. Perfect blend of sour, tangy and spice.The service is pretty quick. It did not take them a long time to serve our food.
The soup was a nice blend of spicy, tangy and sour taste. The food was yummy. However, the quantity is adequate for 2 persons. We were just two of us , so we did not have a problem. They have a nice balance of veg and non veg options to serve. The food quantity is sufficient for three adults.I loved each and every item . Each dish was delectable and perfectly cooked. The cost is just 1200/- which is good for two people. I even liked the presentation of each and every item that we ordered.
We visit this restaurant often with family and friends and like the food here. There food is much closer to the authentic Chinese and its not Desi Chinese.

Awesome Chinese food. The ambience is quite n calm with soft instrumental music. They have balance of veg and non veg options to serve. The food quantity is sufficient for three adults. We had ordered for manchow soup, hot and sour soup, five treasure island chowmein, paneer chilly gravy. All veg. All the dishes were extremely tasty and freshly cooked. I guess I've found my regular Chinese go-to place. I am happy with my experience here. Nanking prawns were a fine discovery. Chengdo choupsey was good. Portions sizeable, pricing reasonable. Has a typical peaceful Chinese ambience. Would recommend this place.

I have been to China Pearl twice and was not particularly impressed to say the least. Quick disclaimer : I love Chinese cuisine and I had my hopes high when I visited the restaurant. Prawn and fish appetizers were good but the chicken appetizers were average. I heavily judge a Chinese restaurant by their rice and noodles preparation and was hugely disappointed when the noodles I had ordered was dry and the rice was glistening with oil. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism when I say cut back on the oil. Other than that the customer service was good, from greeting us with a smile to swift service.

We had a chance to visit this restaurant last month while we were in HRBR layout.
The restaurant has a nice and comfortable ambience, with typical Chinese artifacts and decor. The place seems to belomg to the same chain as the outlet in Koramangla, which many claim to be the best Chinese in Bangalore.
For starters, we had the Lung Fung soup, which was a thick soup with Chicken and lot of vegetables and mushrooms. The soup was very filling and an ideal start to the meal. As part of the main course, we had Chicken Shanghai Rice , Mixed Noodles and Hakka Chicken. All the items were very delicious, and the Noddles were one of the better ones I have tasted in Bangalore. The portions are quite large and filling. Unlike many other Chinese places which put lot of red chillis in the sauce and also give it an Indian flavor, this place did not seem to do so, which I liked.
The service is quite OK. The price for a family of three came to 1200/, which is OK in this area.

I was always skeptical about China Pearl, never gave it a shot. Since my usual place was closed decided to go in for dinner today.
They have two floors, we sat on the ground floor, the place was dull, not bright, subtle ambiance and everything was so clean.
The manager takes your order and the stewards dp the servicing here.
We were given Pickles as we waited, cucumbers and cabbage. Perfect blend of sour, tangy and spice.
Our order din’t take long at all, the service here is pretty quick, the stewards are super polite and are on a roll to get things moving quick.
I ordered for a Hot Garlic Babycorn for starter and for main course I ordered for Veg Thai Pineapple Fried Rice.
Baby Corn: it was served to perfection, It wasn’t very spicy nor was it bland, the way I liked it. It was served with salad on the side.
Veg Thai Pineapple Fried Rice: I checked with the person who took our order if we were going to get sticky rice and if it was going to be sweet, to my surprise it wasn’t sweet, it was spicy for me. The pineapples were cut into big pieces it looked like potatoes, it was sumptous though, whatever masala was used to make this, made the dish great. I felt it was a tad bit oily.

I din’t find this very expensive, compared to chungs or chungwah, this is quiet alright at least for the vegeterian spread I suppose. The two dishes I ordered was quiet enough for two of us. We were pretty full, the rice bowl looked small, as we digged in we realised the quantity doesn justice to the cost. The food was fresh, I probably should go back and dine often here :)

This is my go-to place for Chinese almost every other weekend, because of the proximity as well as the food. Ambiance is clean and nice, very standard to a Chinese restaurant. Being frequent here, we have experiment with red dragon chicken, malaysian chicken, honey chilli chicken chinese chopsuey, burnt garlic fried rice, lung fau soup, manchow soup, hakka noodles to name a few and I must say, all of them are always upto the mark. Chicken is always tender and ingredients are of good quality. One thing however, is when I order home delivery from here - the chicken is usually soggy and distasteful. Hope this is something that can be improved.

I visited this place a week ago to have some good Chinese food. The ambience of the place is very decent but nothing extraordinary about it. For starters I had ordered for Red Dragon Chicken and Fresh Lime Water. I must say that the starter tasted delicious and the fresh lime juice also tasted good. For main course I had ordered for Chicken Chilly Garlic Noodles and Natsu Kay chicken gravy. I loved the noodles and the chicken gravy also tasted quite good. For dessert I had ordered for Chocolate Truffle Pastry. I liked the pastry though the cream was a little hard which could have been softer. The service was also great; quick and prompt. Plus the service personnel were very polite and courteous. I had a great time there ; though the place is a little expensive but I can vouch that it's completely worth the taste and experience. So when it comes to Chinese cuisine I have had meals at some fine restaurants. I had been eyeing China Pearl for a while and recently gotten around to finally making it there for a meal.
It welcomes you with a pleasant ambience and courteous staff. There is Mandarin genre music that's playing at the background that adds to the whole vibe. Now coming to the real hero of the visit. The food.
Soup and Starters
We started off with a vegetarian manchow soup, button mushrooms in hot garlic sauce and Red Pepper chicken. Manchow is a classic and this one stays true to that. The bursts of flavors from the veggies was good and the fragrance from the soy sauce just gets you to "appetize". The button mushrooms was the star dish for me. Beautiful garlic and spicy touch with the mushrooms cooked to perfection. The Red Pepper chicken was flavored well however the chicken coating could have been better. This dish could become a potential show stopper if cooked well.
Main Course
This one had vegetarian burnt garlic fried rice and Veg balls in Hunan Sauce. "Hunan" for the uninitiated is a province in China and the cuisine from this place is known for its hot spicy flavour and deep color. The Veg Balls In Hunan sauce had the right punch of taste and was a fantastic accompaniment to the rice. A no brainer to order if you are a vegetarian and like some kick in your sauces. The burnt garlic fried rice were a tad bit undercooked. The flavour was good but the chef just took them 2 mins before they would have been actually cooked.
All in all a great place for a date, a family meal or even if you want to go solo. It has all the right ingredients. Plus there is underground parking so don't worry when you get your car!!

One of the best places to have Chinese in Bangalore...Rice noodles matches to the Kolkata standards and all other items are equally good...no reason to deduct 0.5 even from the rating..
Awesome Chinese place in Kalyan nagar. We loved whatever we tried from there. For people who see their menu for the first time might find the items expensive. But trust me the quantity they serve is worth the money. We keep going there again and again . They also have 10% discount if it's take away
Great Chinese food. We ordered for home delivery a couple of times and the food was great on both occasions. We ordered chowmein and a chicken main course. Price is slightly on higher side considering other Chinese in the area but quality is definitely the best and the quantity is great too.
If you like authentic Chinese food you'll love this place👌The ambience and food was so good we'll be visiting again pretty soon. We ordered a hot pot, momos and Malaysian Prawn Noodles. The soup was delicious 😋 and the momos were so good my daughter wanted to finish them all which is unlike her 😂 I would definitely recommend you guys to all my friends cause it's a must visit 😊
The food has authentic flavors and is well seasoned. If the toppings in the noodles and rice is more generous, it would be great. Also wish service would also be available upstairs. Seating feels a bit crammed on the ground floor. Service is quite good.

It has an amazing vibe to it, very cozy feeling. Except for the dessert options, whatever we tried was amazing. Go for their signature dishes, it's worth trying.
One of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Their dishes are authentic in taste. Hot pot rice is to die for. We have been going to this restaurant for 6-7 years and it's great to see that they still maintain their quality standards. Highly recommended.

Each item we ordered had distinct flavours and was cooked really well. We enjoyed the meal and are sure to return.
We ordered spicy crab soup, red dragon chicken, steamed chicken dim sum and mixed crispy American chop suey.
Crab soup was delicious, red dragon chicken was good and both of them are a must try.
Dim sum tasted good, but the outer layer taste and cooking can be improved. It feels like a normal dim sum but the filling was better.
American chop suey was average, sauce tasted a bit more than other which makes the dish more sweet. Felt that should be improved further.
Service was really good. We got the food without delay.
The wait time was very less.
Difficult in finding parking space.
Overall this is a good place to have food.
Food is usually quite good at reasonable price here.

Tried some prawn starter couple of times, very fresh big prawn and well cooked.
DO NOT TRY DUMPLINGS HERE. Not at all fresh, even though they claimed it to be fresh. But they generously didn’t bill this dish.
Overall staff is very good and quick service time as well. You’ll start getting dishes within 10-15 mins.
Kid’s chair is not available, so if you are going with infant - plan accordingly.
Loved this restaurant. Food quality and quantity both are amazing for the price. Ambiance and service is great. Went here on a Saturday and it was full. Their Red Pepper chicken appetiser and Fried rice is must.
I liked the food served to us.. cozy place with beautiful interiors and comfortable seating. Variety of food option from Veg to Non Veg to Sea Food. We ordered Veg items and it tasted delicious, service was also very good as the waiters served with smile. Overall nice place to go and have Chinese food. Pocket friendly also
The food is awesome. The taste, quantity and the pricing is great.I found that the servers could not answer if any enquiry was made about what a particular food item or a sauce may taste like. This would had been fine if they were honest about it but they make some random explanation and try to push out on to you. I also found they are not very flexible with any kind of customization to the food, the main servers are quite cold and their behaviour can definitely get better. Overall their food is giving them extra scores.
