I have ordered twice from Junoon restaurant through Zomato, and I can say they are serving good quality food specially gravy dishes but guys the vegetable Biryani wasn't up to the mark ( very spicy no taste too much chili) and I would suggest not to order vegetable Biryani and yes rest dished I think you can try.

Situated on a serviceroad and difficult to locate.
It's a hidden gem, nice, simple decor and great food. Murg malai kebab was awesome. So was the fish amritsari. But low rating due to quantity, I felt given the price they can work on the quantity as well. A fish amritsari with just 4 pieces, some more would be good. Increase the price but don't keep us starved from good things. :). Will be back for more
The location is something you might easily miss if you don't keep a Keen eye on the road.

This place is our go-to place for a Sunday breakfast although it offers a variety of lunch and dinner options.
The sitting arrangements are comfortable, and we generally go with their varieties of Parathas which seem perfect for an early morning meal.
Yet to try their other combos.
The food is so delicious and hygienic.I am north Indian and it felt so good to eat such a food in South. I recommend this restaurant whole-heartedly to everyone.
This is a classy restaurant situated quite close to Manyata tech park, but far enough from the immediate cacophony.
Some of the veg starters are excellent like the stuffed mushroom or that one which is curd based( forgot the name). Rest others are pretty normal and hence you will feel they are overpriced.
We have tried 3-4 of their main courses and they are all excellent. So are the rotis and rice dishes.
If you were slightly unimpressed by the starters the soft breads and tasty main courses must restore the excitement.
Overall a nice place to eat from though a bit costly for regular eating. Also when we ordered from office, the starters were cold though rest of the order was quite hot.
Went for snacks here. , None of the other restraunt around here is open at that time. Dahi kebab is a must try for vegetarians here!! Cheers..

This review is based on home delivery orders.Delivery is quick.Taste is really good but that depends on choice of items.Kastoori kabab is a must try.Rice items not that great.

Great food and got to explore some well made and new tasting dishes in both veg and non veg.
The place has wine licence which is an added bonus.
Very good place to have North Indian food near Hennur area.
We ordered couple of veg starters and Fish Tikka...All were very tasty.
Malai Kofta and Dal Tadka were smacking good. Laccha Paratha was very well prepared.
The place is a little small and ambience isn't that great, but liked it overall. Will definitely visit again.
I have been watching this place for last couple of years, so finally I decided to visit.
To start with Ambience is simple and cozy, good place to have a family dinner.
Coming to food part the resturant serves you with welcome drink & complimentary papad which is a nice way of showing gesture, then we ordered couple of starters with wine; (yeah!! they do serve wine) and later on mains. I am not a paneer lover but Kadai Paneer was standout đ Well balanced taste with aromatic spice, quantity is good.

Food is good, service also very good. Worth visiting again. Starters are tasty. Main Course is tasty, it has become regular hangout place. Price wise also less.
Ordered a food for dinner. Certainly there are many areas of improvement for them. I had a special request made to not to make few food spicy but it was damn spicy. Food was having good taste. Only tasty food does not matters. Few things needs to be consider are the packing quality, punctuality also depends. Truly speaking they on those.Â
Also food seems to be overpriced when compared to the quantity. Â If they improve on these certainly they can build good customer base.

This is one of the restaurant in my list of bookmarked restaurant to visit. After 1-2 weeks, I finally ended up visiting the place. The restaurant says that it serves âFlavours of North Indianâ food. But the theme of the pictures inside are completely Hyderabadi with all ancient monuments being covered. But what matter more is the food more than anything else.
Ambiance
A very neat looking fine dining restaurant that has tables, chairs and cutlery well-arranged before guests can arrive. The seating also is quite neat and looks very much appealing. Clean table-mats setup on table to keep the table clean.
Location
Itâs on the outer ring road, just before the Nagawara junction if you are coming from HRBR/Kalyan Nagar side. For reference, there is a CCD next to the restaurant.
Food
There are a few items I tried to get a feel of the food, let me share my thoughts.
Tomato Dhaniya Shorba â It was decent soup which did not let me get a super wow feeling after tasting. Yes, it was just there and decent.
Veg Starter Platter â I thought it is best to try a starter platter to get the feel of the food being prepared at the restaurant. The platter had following items â Veg Kebab, Gobi Masala, Mushroom and Paneer.
Veg Kebab, Gobi and Mushroom were good along with the mint-chutney. Paneer was decent but it could have been softer. There was also good amount of salad kept at one side of the plate that had tomato and onion pieces.
Palak Paneer â The dish was decent and well cooked. The only problem was that it was a little bit on the spicier side. So, the taste of the spinach and paneer was not coming as much as I would have wanted. Ghee/Butter were added liberally.
Breads â I tried Lacchaa Paratha and Pudina Paratha. My friend ordered for Tandoori Roti. All breads were well made and tasted good without the curry.
Overall Experience
It was a decent dinner experience at Junoon which did not leave any lasting memories. There was also 1+1 wine offer i.e., if you take 1 wine, 2nd one was free. The ambiance of the place is good but service I would think needs a little improvement. There were no crowd in the restaurant, which means the restaurant needs to market more to get more crowd. My current rating for the restaurant is 3.5/5.

Very quiet place especially in the afternoon, had fast delivery of food. But the food was quite spicy but delicious at the same time. Service was okay.
This was a superb find. Had seen this place many times and finally decided to visit the place with family. Had reasonable expectations from this place, but was blown away by the super quality food. The staff was also courteous and service speed was also fast. It may be because it was not crowded. Had ordered, dahi ke kabab, dal makhani, kadhai paneer and breads. Dahi ke kabab and aloo paratha stood out. Good value for money. Will visit again.
I have to visited this place on Thursday evening 8 pepole and 've ordered to mane starter graves but starter were ok and means was awesome all graves. Ambience was excellent .when ve take the sit they offer welcome drinks with papad too good staff was very welcoming cooperative most think they play hindi old song was fabulous otherwise everything good.

Went with team outing from office so the gang was really big and ordered for lunch buffet the starters were so good dahi kebab and tandoori pineapple was nice the fish curry was awesome .service was excellent.'ve will visit again
Went out for a team lunch here and was shocked. Because it's a very small restaurant. We were 22 of us and other 10 people could fit in. It's just that big.
There is nothing special about the ambiance. Even though the place is small, it's a well maintained place.
We chose buffet. And the review is for vegetarian buffet. There were good number of starters (dahi kabab, a new starter) and the main course was nice too. The dessert had only 2 options. But they were good. Overall, a very satisfying buffet.
But the main problem here is the waiting time! The hotel doesn't expect many customers I think. We saw the management open a fresh box of glasses to serve us the welcome drinks.
This should definitely be taken care of. Otherwise a good place.
Tried the tandoori pineapple and the tandoori broccoli along with the gulab jamun. The pineapple was decent and spicy. The broccoli though was some other level! One of the best starters I've had in recent times. Thoroughly enjoyed it and a very generous quantity for the broccoli although the pineapple was a bit less it seemed in quantity. The jamun was great too, very soft and it melted in the mouth. Though initially apprehensive about the price, I reluctantly ordered since I've been constantly thinking about this place. The quality makes up for the quantity and will try some of their other items soon.
Food variety is good, we tried their buffet and it was good experience. the place ambiance is decent and quite.the service is little slow but that is compensated by the taste of the food. their dahi ke kabab is mouth watering.
The place is good for people who love Indian food with the mix of old Hindi songs. One can sit back, relax and enjoy a meal here. We ordered the chicken and mutton biryani along with kebabs. The food is good and the staff is courteous. A good place to go for dinner as the décor is nice and welcoming
In the midst of the forest area at HBr layout is a small lighted up restaurant with modest and neat decor and best customer service. Authentic North Indian cuisine. The manager takes our feedback positively. The chicken in our parantha was not cooked properly and they immediately replaced it. Best kulcha I have had so far. If anyone is traveling in the outer ring road towards airport do try this place

It was an OKish experience. Main course was good and served fast. But starters were served slowly and were not so great. Only tandoori chicken and paneer starter was good. Paneer butter and aloo curry was good. Biryani was OK. Â Fish starter was fresh but not cooked fully(it had the characteristic fish smell). Overall, this restaurant is suited for Ala Carte orders rather than buffet. The serving people too kept asking whether to get main course even before serving non-veg starters.

So on a lazy Sunday afternoon, when you don't expect much and enter a place to find it completely empty, so far far away from the city, you get scared for once because you start contemplating whether you have made a right decision to choose the restaurant.
But keeping your fingers crossed, you go ahead and order the food expecting it to be decent enough so that your friend don't abuse you who just an hour ago suggested you to stay at home and get a home delivery.
And the food turns out to be awesome, really awesome, so awesome that now your friend doesn't have a single word against you and you have won the battle to the lunches! :)
They start with a welcome drink, jaljeera and cone papad, which act as appetizer. We ordered Dahi Kabab for the starters and they were magnificent, if I had to sort my list of restaurants, based on the quality of Dahi Kebabs they have this restaurant has to be in the top 3 :). For main course we ordered kadhai Paneer and roomali roti along with onion kulcha, a decent affair.
Ambience and service is pretty decent too.
Will surely go again if I ever come so far to my home again:)

When we think of outer ring road we generally associate it with a smooth road with deserted barren lands on either side. But a restaurant is relatively unexpected and a good one is more rare. But one rare gem of a restaurant is 'Junoon'.
Upon entering, the atmosphere is quite dark and was quite empty, but the framed prints on the walls gave it a contemporary look. Seating is exquisitely comfortable.
The food took quite a while to come but the wait is worth it and they do try to make up for it with the welcome drink and papad.
The quality of the food was well above average and was made exceptionally well but a little more attention could've been made to the presentation.Â
North Indian food is generally eaten best at a dhabha or a roadside truck stop but this could probably come in the top 10 places to eat that type of food.

A decent North Indian cuisine restaurant in the neighborhood. Food is good and fresh. Nice packing also. Something remarkable about the green chutney that they serve. I hope they continue putting same efforts and enthusiasm as they go old.

No ! This is not what you are thinking ! This is not the âJunoonâ that one would so often come across in our Bollywood movies. If the title makes you think that I am posting about my  âinsanityâ or âdeewanapanâ â you are mistaken!  This has more to do with the craving for food rather than the matters of the heart.
A very well needed place to have great North indian dishes. A real break from all usual restaurants in this area serving south india style north indian food.

I stumbled upon this place as I was searching for a good dine out in this area. The options are pretty limited here. We were a group of 7 people. The options were well balanced for veg and non-veg.
We ordered tamatar shorba, stuffed mushrooms, hare chatpate aloo and kasthuri chicken for starters.For the main course we ordered garlic naan, aloo paratha, honey paratha and veg briyani. We ordered gobi mutter and paneer butter masala for the gravy. The shorba was a bit thick and oily. Both the starters were good. The chatpate aloo was cooked to perfection and the marinade on it was too good.We were informed about the delay in serving the stuffed mushroom.
The mushrooms were cooked well but I personally didnt like the idea of stuffing plain panneer in it. Had the stuffing been a mixture of vegetables and cheese, it would have been awesome.The main course was good. The gobi mutter was awesome and got over in a jiffy. The panneer butter masala was a tad too thick and the panneer pieces were big. And finally we finished off with some delicious butterscotch ice cream. A place worth a second visit.

I ll keep the review short. A must for non vegetarians; if you quality over quantity.varieties were little less i would say absolutely Delicious. Main course was also nice biryani was cooked perfectly.

Me and my friend found this restaurant in a quiet place around HBR Layout when We were desperately looking for some good Mutton.WE HIT THE JACKPOT! One of the best Restaurants I've had Mutton in. Excellent Ambience, Professional Service and Friendly Management. Really loved the Lightings inside. Totally worth it!
his place is a good of ambiance ...and good food I had visit this 2 time including today group of 11 they were doing a excellent service and taking care of hole guest .....those are coming they were always happy ...... I had been here before but on that occasion didn't eat. But their sit in buffet menu had caught my eye, so last Monday we thought why not. The place is well set up but a little cramped up. A couple of less tables might make it look better. The staff is nice and very attentive, which is important when you are serving an unlimited meal.
Now food, we ordered one veg buffet and one non veg. And we eat till we couldn't anymore. They serve soup 4 - 6 kind of starters, 2 - 3 kind of gravy in main course, assorted breads, rice and biryani, daal and 3 kinds of dessert and all of it just for 450 for non vegetarian and 395 for vegetarians, tax included. While this is not the best food you will ever taste, they are well above average and for the price a steal. I, to be honest, would have easily paid even if it had been a couple of hundreds more for it.
Ambience is something I will remember of Junoon. Easy accessibility and a good variety in both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is a win-win.
I was here for a dinner with my family, five of us and we took the veg-buffet.. we enjoyed the food. it was absolutely delicious.. the service was good, the food was being served fresh and hot... every item on the buffet was served well, and was very tasty... we ate heartily...

Pretty decent ambiance and very welcoming staff. We were served with complimentary Jal Jeera drink which was refreshing..
Coming to food , its was average. We ordered Murgh masala and was told that it will be spicy but unfortunately it was sweet . most of the food items were sweet and lacked the actual spices. The portion of food was perfect & the garnishing was pretty impressive.
Sweet lassi and pineapple lassi was too good... Cost wise it was costly.

Junoon is really nice and calm restaurant. They server a very nice welcome drink. You can expect very hospitable and nice staff. In starters do try Paneer Tikka and Tandoori Broccoli which was really awesome. Food quality and quantity is good but only issue is it is Less spicy :D!!
Junoon is like a hidden gem. It's small and located in a quiet area. I really liked how the place looked. It had a good North Indian touch to it. We received a complimentary Jal Jeera drink which was refreshing. Then we ordered Galauti Kebab, butter chicken, butter naan and garlic naan. The kebab was a bit too spicy for my taste but it was one of the best kebabs I've had. The butter chicken was good and so was the garlic naan. The staff was very courteous. Totally loved the service.

This place is very close to Manyata tech park, on entry we were treated with complimentary Jaljeera drink, also the staff is very courteous. We ordered dahi kabab, shikampuri kababs, and prawn chilly, all three were really good, I would say the shikampuri kabab was the standout. Main course - we had kalimirch malai chicken, was very rich in flavour. In total a very very good meal. I felt the rates were a tad expensive, hence 4.5

I Happened to go to Junoon on the 29th evening along with a friend.

We had booked a table for 2 people and arrived on time to be shown our table by some very courteous staff . We got some fantastic service and I must say that their staff is very well trained to be courteous and always smiling.

The restaurant is new and has been done up pretty well with wooden flooring, nice seating, some great crockery and cutlery and not to mention the nice soothing old Hindi songs playing in the back ground.

We were offered a welcome drink of Jaljeera which was refreshing followed by a basket of Papads and 3 types of chutneys and all this even before we could order our starters and food. We ordered the Chicken Chaap which was excellent followed by Peshwari Mutton sheekh kabab and Kastoori Kabab for starters and they were the best starter i can remember having had in a Long Long time. They also served us with onion rings that had a little chart masala that really added flavor to the starters and food..

We had ordered the Dal Makhani a must order dish and a portion of Kali Mirch Ka Murg along with some Naans and Tandoori Roti's. The food was excellent and the portions were very generous and well priced and we actually packed up the leftovers and took it back home.

Anyhow, on the whole, all the dishes that I tried went excellent
 the ambiance was a positive part of the moment, something that I really appreciated to the core. It was the highlight of the whole evening, I would have assert this!
The crowd, on the other hand, was a sophisticated lot.
The staff was quite well mannered, well disciplined and didn't mind to suggest me a number of dishes when my mom decided to taste something else that very day.
The food was served a bit late than the usual expected time, but it was worth the wait. It was worth the money!

Good location, great ambience and tasty north food, What else you can wish for. I have been to this place with my friends and loved North Indian food they serve.
Mutton starter and main course are very good and my recommendation would be to try out this place once.

Junoon fulfills the gap of having a fine dine restaurant in hennur, Kalyan Nagar area.
The ambience and location are just amazing and easy to find enough ample parking in by lanes.
Coming to food, each and every dish is just finger-licking good. Some of the signature dishes are too good - we really loved the kababs especially the shikampuri kababs and chicken kababs. Prawns was very fresh and amazingly cooked.
The best were dahi kababs- just perfectly cooked and having a nice taste of curd infuses in your mouth.
Veg mains were also pretty good - dal makhni and palak paneer.
The serving portions and the price was just amazing and value for money and ambience.
All in all a great fine dine place to enjoy with family..
