I recently transferred my home branch from Jamshedpur to here. I wanted a good abi branch where concerns are addressed properly without having to wait for long hours. And this branch as an exception to other branches is very good. I went here for passbook address updation and it was done it 10mins.
State Bank of India in Bangalore is located on St. Mark's road at the intersection of St Marks road and state bank of india road (St. Mark's circle). It is India's largest bank with market share of assets and one fourth when total loans and deposits market is considered. It is the main campus of SBI
Bank service is a bit slow , expected from any branches . One can use free WiFi while waiting .
After long I visited a SBI physically. Wonder whether all the branches are like this ….but this one did not have the government office look. Also the campus is large and green. Surprisingly the staff was very warm and attended to me quickly to my satisfaction.

The best govt office I have visited in India so far. If only other departments worked like this one. The staff is as courteous as you would find in private banks like HDFC.
I visited Bengaluru Main Branch of SBI inside the SBI head quarters campus in a week day, noon around 12 o'clock, and it wasn't crowded . Got done with my work within ten mins. Staffs were helpful and also easily accessible. Token system is followed in proper manner.
I was very impressed with the way my car loan was processed.
Especially Mr Harish who was incharge of documentation activities was so helpful , polite.
Wish we have more such staff in all sbi branches.
