Beautiful space, good service but not so good cocktails. My cocktails have always behaved like they were mock tails for some reason!

Inside Leela Palace, Library Bar is one of the most attractive places here. It has old world royal charm, with many armors and such framed and displayed. It's definitely an expensive place but worth the experience. Service was good and strong cocktails.
