You will get yummy goli bajji, masala dosa. Best place if you are looking for breakfast. They are maintaining the taste from years
SLV is a really good fast food joint located in jaynagar which serves really delicious south indian breakfast.
SLV has 2 floors a self service floor and an AC dining.Apart from south indian food they also serve north indian, chinese, sweets, milkshakes, sandwiches and many more.
I love the south indian breakfast food over here especially the masala dosa, rava idly and vada.
The vada is served with some amazing sambar which tastes really good and has a lot of flavour in it.
The masala dosa is one of my favourite over here and is just amazing the dosa is crispy and the potato filling inside tastes really good.I particularly like the chutney they serve over here.
I also had a sweet called chandrahara which tasted really good and I liked it a lot.
The service was quick, the cleanliness is maintained pretty well, the prices are pretty reasonable, the ambiance is also fine.
One problem here is parking as there is limited amount of space for 4 wheeler parking.
Overall I would definetly recommend this place for some amazing breakfast.
I have been visiting this place since 2014 and I like the plain simple South Indian menu which is very delicious and very reasonably priced
Had been here for dinner. They have both ac and non ac space available.
Had roti curry. It was good. Nice place to have south Indian food. They have also north Indian options available. Pockets friendly place to have breakfast, lunch & dinner.
The name suggests the location of this place!
We ordered idly,vada and palav!
Idly was good and soft. Served with delicious chutney and sambhar.
Had huge expectations on their bread palav but I was quite disappointed, taste was not up to to the mark.
Just a usual rice bath with very very little taste of spices in it.
Place is hygenic, service is quick, spacious to stand inside and outside as well.
Nice taste, hygienic place at a reasonable price of food. Basically love the concept of serving the packed foods on banana leaves and paper packed, ecofriendly...
How can I deny the many memories that I have with this lil joint (from my first visit) to the multi storey eatery that it has evolved into over the years.
Yet, it's the humble masala dosa with green chutney, honey halwa and Chandra Kala that gives my mood a drastic lift. Chats and evening snacks are also good here and the thali meal is not just delicious but also very thoughtfully plated.
Parking: Available in plenty. But be sure to check on the dates to ensure you have parked on the right side of the road.
Food: This is one of those few joints that have managed to keep the quality, quantity and flavour of the food intact all along.
Service: Needless to say, the food gets people coming back for more. But it's the service provided by the welcoming and dedicated staff who are considerate, patient alongside giving customers suggestions on what to try based on their requirements.
Ambience: Hotel has a darshini style set up in the ground floor and a family restaurant on the first floor. But, that's not all, you will see people huddled with plates in different corners in front of the hotel or behind.
This is one place you must bookmark. Club it with your visit to Ragigudda temple.
I went here with colleagues on a weekday for having breakfast.
We ordered so many South Indian dishes.
Masala Dosa, plain dosa, besibella bhat, khara bhat, strong coffee, normal coffee, etc
Service was ok
Food taste was good
I tried their mini meals (small south Indian thali), kesari baath, gulab jamuns and coffee. All of them were made fresh, served hot and tasted delicious. Gulab jamuns were so good that I opted for few more to go. Staff is courteous and offers quick service. Place is hygienic. Ample tables to accommodate 20 people or more at once. Tables are placed both indoors and outdoors. They have an extensive menu. Highly recommend this place when you are in this area.
Nice little eatery serving South Indian snacks with excellent filter coffee. Located close to Vyoma.
Dropped by for a small snack while visiting the Vyoma theatre for a play. Ordered a grilled veg sandwich and a coffee, both of which were simply delectable. Especially the coffee.
Like other SLVs it’s a pay&eat system and few tables are available to stand and eat. Place gets crowded in the evening.
Definitely recommended if you’re in the area.
Service and self service is available.
All veg options are available as follows idli, vada, all type of dosa, fried rice etc...,
In addition to food items we will get coffee, tea and snacks items like pani puri masala puri etc..,
Taste, quality and quantity of the food is good.
Service and maintenance of the staff is good.
No Parking area for the hotel but we can park our vehicle on roadside.
Its a good eatery in Jayanagar - we tried the masala dosa, sev puri and coffee here. The masala dosa stood out in the taste and eating experience overall. The sev puri disappointed a lot as it was just a dump of sev over the puri and finely cut tomatoes. The coffee was another saving grace and it was a delight as well. Do give it a try while in Jayanagar - at least for their south Indian offerings and the coffee
This hotel is right behind the famous Ragigudda temple, this is well known SLV chain of hotels however they do have different taste on few items Kharabath is one special item here and breakfast u do get lot of choice unlike other SLVs, easily accessible u do have service hall serving South n North Indian food .. good place to visit
While the quality is no doubt good, the quantity you get for the price you pay makes this place amazing. Best Masala dosa or vada in town, no definitely not. But 5 simply because it is total value for money.
Visited this place for evening snacks ,had dahi puri n tea both were good in taste , price was also reasonable
The food was good. We ordered gobi, lemon paneer and both were good.
Curries were fine. Do not expect anything extraordinary.. Its just another normal hotel which serves north and south options which you are familier.
South food is good compare to north.
It is a neat and hygienic restaurant. All type of dishes including NID available.
NID lunch was tasty and delicious. Tandoori roti was soft and good Papad was crunchy and tasty.
Parking no problem. Serving was quick and servers are cooperative, with smilingly they serve.
Loved this place. Breakfasts in Bengaluru were food coma. This place offers great dosas, idlis and vadas. The coffee was very good. Everything is budget friendly. One can have a good dosa and the coffee which is very cheap according to the Bengaluru standards. I tried the Cheese Dosa and Mysore Special Dosa. Solid taste.
Awesome vegetarian restaurant, both self service and service. Courteous service. Very tasty dishes, both south Indian and north Indian. Service starts only at 9 a.m. Coffee is super.
Had a good lunch here. Have an option to have a quick eat and go downstairs or can eat calmly upstairs.
The food tastes was very good and well maintained.
Service wise very honest and price is on good range.
The taste of the food was good. Quantity also good. Cleanliness also maintained.
Authentic south indian Cuisine. Place is renewed with new look. Quick bite place for kids and family. Mouthwatering Spl jamoon.🍮.Nice place for Oldies and eaters. Relaxed place to eat and talk. Chat section is tasty to try north chats. Fresh fruit juices and sandwich varieties are good. Dosa made with benne is awesome to taste. Masala and onion must try.
Been eating here since 1998 from when I was in 8th std, the taste of rava idly and masala dosa has remained the same.
Millennials won't know, but highly recommended for everyone.
