Found this place during our search for donne biriyani. Tried their mutton biriyani and chicken biriyani. The taste was good. Seeing the reviews in Zomato, I expected a spicy kind of biriyani, but the biriyanis was not at all spicy. Nothing special regarding the taste as well. Just another biriyani outlet.
Made to feel like the joy of desi food with blended spices of aromatic smell and taste ! If you love to eat naati chicken(country chicken) try once to eat must from next time !

This is amazing place to have desi khana in Bangalore.
Anyone who like home made food or desi khana, this is the place for you. They served Karnataka style desi khana @ reasonable price.
For me it was second visit. I had been here for the first time with my team mates and tried mutton biriyani. It was superb in taste and feels like home made biriyani. But they don't use long basmati rice for biryani and yet the taste makes me feel good. I like their serving of biriyani in old banana leaf. Loved the #Mutton Biriyani here.
Second time came with my wife on Sunday for lunch and we had great dinning as well.
We ordered #Chicken Thali and #Mutton Thali. And in starter we ordered #Pepper Chicken Dry. I felt Starter was totally waste call for us. Pepper chicken dry was not dry and one of the bowl of thali. Which I didn't know. Pics says all.
Trust me guys, we both couldn't finish our thali as there were so much to eat. Anyone who has good appetite must try their thali.
Food - In Chicken Thali, there was one bowl of white rice, biriyani rice, 2 roti, dal, boil egg with curry, raita and 3 types of chicken curries. Pepper chicken dry. Roti was so soft and both the rice was more for single person. #Very Spicy food guys
In Mutton Thali, there was one bowl of white rice, biriyani rice, 2 roti, dal, raita, 3 types of mutton curries. Booti Bowl was my favorite among all. Very Spicy again here. People who don't like to much of spicy food, ask before order.

Loved their servred on banana leaf, even if you order thali. They serve banana leaf and you can enjoy delicious food on desi style. Very rare in Bangalore.

Location - On a main road of 15th cross, JP Nagar 5th Phase. Parking is tough for both 2/ 4 wheeler. There is no dedicated parking spot.

We were in the mood to eat donne biryani so Ordered mutton biryani and chicken fry from here today. It was just amazing, properly cooked with tender mutton pieces in it. I was surprised to more number of mutton pieces in the biryani. Chicken fry was good too. However biryani wasn’t too spicy but it was just right for our taste.
Been visiting this restaurant for more than 5 years now.. Right from the days he had an outlet in Kalyani Magnum IT Park. Fresh naati oota at its best at a pocket friendly price. I like their Chicken Raja, Mutton Pepper and Biriyani. Their dishes can be quiet spicy at times and don't ask them to prepare it spicier, you'll be done. Overall a good Non Vegeterain restaurant for a lunch with friends and family. Don't expect too much on the ambience..

We ordered a Chicken Thaali with Ragi ball.
This was the first time I tried eating a Ragi ball. Quite felling I must say. Delicious food platter it was.
For 200rs it was a deal.
Basic desi joint. Lot of non veg options, but they run out of dishes quickly. Not much choice for vegetarians. The biriyani was decent but spice tends to overpower flavor in most dishes.
I myself cook really spicy food
But it was way beyond my tolerance level too
One or 2 dishes in the whole meal are enough to make ur taste buds scream out of pain
I literally started to go blind by the end of the whole coarse .
Even you are a real fan of spicy food think twice before you order food
The only best thing is you get authentic Ravi mudde here .

Mushroom chilly is amazing. Mutton biryani, and chicken raja were awesome. Chicken soup was equally good. All good are served hot in a Donne. Eating the food on a plantain leaf gives an extra flavour.

I just happened to go to this place since it is at walking distance from my office.
I ordered Chicken Thali with Chapati. The thali contained 2 chapatis , White rice, Biryani rice, Chilly Chicken(2 pieces) , Chicken fry (2 pieces) , Chicken curry with one piece chicken , Boiled egg , Dal , Rasam , Raita.
Food is served in plantain leaves and Biryani is served in Donne style. They use disposable cups to serve you dishes . Dal was too good.

When you are craving for some yummy authentic nati style biriyani with affordable price, this place can be a blessing! Located in the main road of 15th cross JP nagar near pizza hut. This place is in 2nd floor and ground floor is cream stone which is newly opened.
I had seen reviews in zomato and was pretty impressed. Do not expect any ambience as the food satisfies you completely. Seating capacity is 40-45. Service was good and cleaniness has been maintained.
We ordered chilly chicken, pudina chicken and biriyani rice. Chilly Chicken was not that spicy but the taste was delicious. Pudina chicken had the right amount of pudina flavour and chicken was cooked perfectly. Biriyani was mildly spiced and well balanced. The sherwa was okayish but it did taste good with biriyani.
Food is served in plantain leaves and biriyani is served in Donne style. South Indian non veg lovers will definitely like this place. Price, quality and quantity ratio is equal. Comfort food for reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place.

Brilliant food and it being affordable makes this place your best bet for those days when u have nothing at home for dinner! I generally like to try new restaurants and this place makes me visit at least once a week. The taste of the food is spot on be it veg or non veg. Everything is served in disposable containers so in that aspect hygiene is also taken care of.
Naati Oota will take you by surprise.. Ambience is just like any other mess but the food is delicious.. Ordering mutton kurma and chicken kohlapuri with kerala parantha is a must here.. Tip: Go on a totally empty stomach :P

Absolutely scrumptious food. THIS is the place to have proper authentic south indian food. Rasam and rice taste is beyond words. Nov veg is great as well. As long as they maintain this taste I am going to keep coming back.
This review is for the takeaway though I've also eaten at the restaurant. The food is really intense and definitely country style cuisine loaded with heat, spice and flavor. The mutton biriyani was packed hot off the flames and was brimming with juicy bits of meat and super flaming chilling heat. Accompanied by the naati chicken and mutton keema balls which were each unique. The chef really loves food and it shows and the restaurant management loves service as in making sure that you enjoy what you eat. The boti is great too but may be a bit of an acquired taste. All in all, a must eat experience if you love super spicy food.

Simple, traditional, tasty! I ordered 2 chicken biriyanis, 2 chapatis, and a mutton pepper fry. The biriyani was like the traditional Donne biriyani - very good. The chapatis were good and the mutton pepper fry was also good. The mutton quantity was a little less but it was only 140 bucks, so very reasonable. The food is a bit on the spicier side, which is what I love. Try this out for sure. Good traditional food for reasonable price. Go for it!!
If you are looking for nati style food around J P Nagar, then you must try this place, this place is on the 1st floor and not so easy to spot, this restaurant in the same building as Coastal Maama.
I have been here 4 to 5 times for Lunch and have been very pleased with the food so far.
The ambience is very good for a nati food hotel, you can certainly go here with your family.
Food is served here on plantain leave and they use disposable cups to serve you dishes and feels hygienic.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars to the place. Its one of mine and my friends' all time any time go to favorite biryani joint of south bangalore. Been there so many times and have never been disappointed. The food and taste is consistent. The menu is limited but quality is better than quantity. Things you should eat - the mudde, leg soup, biryani rice, mutton pepper fry, mutton chops, chilli chicken, chicken sholay, brain curry (if you dont mind the texture) and top it all with some hot rasam!! My mouth is watering already. Cheers to the owners and the chef!!

The best Donne Biriyani in town ! I have tried quite a few joints here and found this place to be the best ! It's a small place right below Coastal Mama and can be missed easily. Tried their Chicken Raja as well. It was ok...Yet to try other items on the menu.
Their Donne Biryani is very nice (can make it a bit more spicy). Also had Dal and Chapathi which were good. The complimentary salad was not fresh and the cucumber was bitter. The chicken 65 was not that good. Good place for Donne Biryani lovers - I actually liked it better than that served in Shivaji Military Hotel.

I used to wander around to find a perfect military hotel where I could hog some local authentic donne biryani, ragi mudde and all.. And one fine day happen to visit this place and since then, I go here or order regularly..
I personally love chicken biryani, chicken raja and chilly chickn.. Mutton biryani is not a great choice here.. And the cost is not so high.. In 300rs, 2 can have nice and decent meal..

Rated 4 for their taste and the menu. It is definitely a paradise for nonveg eaters. Recently Donne Biryani has gained a lot of popularity for its authenticity and a change from the age old Hyderabadi Biryani. And this place does justice to that. Nicely cooked and served food. All byriyanis are great and so are the natti kodi and mutton dishes. Mutton pieces were bit chewy, but i guess it was my bad luck ;) Ambience is decent and the place is pretty hygienic too.
Non veggies must give it a try for its byriyanis and startes n gravies.

This restaurant has existed in JP Nagar from the last one year, I wasn't aware of it at all!! Typical Gouda style food, friendly on the pocket, it is above the cafe coffee day on the outer ring road near HP petrol bunk JP Nagar. Really enjoyed the taste of Keema balls and Wheat parota. Will visit this place again for sure.
Absolutely good food. Never heared about this restaurant. Orderd food through Foodpanda. I must say the experiment worked out. Ordered Kohlapuri Chicken curry, Ghee Rice, Cyclon Parotha, all very tasting delicious. Coming to the price, it was very reasonalbe as well. I will definitly go for it again.
