Cost effective went there for a relax in a tired noon. No big crowds and the service was super quick. All safety measures taken and would recommend to try again. They have happy hours and the rates are quite pocket friendly

First things first, this one is budget friendly considering the location. Appetizers are really good especially their special thai garlic chilly chicken. In main course, I liked their specialty item Chicken Alexandria. You do have happy hours as well and offer prices are decent. Ambience could be better. Food(4/5): We had pepper chicken and Afghan chicken It was really refreshing. In the mains, we had chicken Biriyani .and chicken pepper sizzler it was .fresh and good taste
Service (5/5): The service was really good. Even though it was crowded, the management managed to get us a corner to dine sooner than expected. The staff was polite to us and served us well. Also, kept a check on us time to time for our needs.

Visited this outlet on weekdays and still all table was occupied. It's just opposite to my house but I never noticed it.

And it served with jalapeno sauce and mayo.
We got table just besides the open window.

I have been to this restaurant some years ago and really liked the food. But I did not really put in the effort to review it. Returned there with friends the other night. The look and feel has not changed, but the place looks abit worn out (hopefully from the regular healthy inflow of customers. Of course, it doesnt deter a good foodie, but maybe those that prefer an elegant ambience along with good food, might mind.
Ordered Mushroom Nuggets as starters. The readed mushrooms had good flavour and were chunky, but a few of the nuggets were ever-so-slightly soggy. The accompanying french fries and Salads were very good, so was the flavoured Mayo.
For mains, we ordered a Chicken Lasagna, a Chef's special Chicken steak and a Chicken Diana. The Lasagna was good - well cooked mince meat, thick chunky sauce. I might have prferred a bit more cheese in the dish and maybe the lasagna sheets cooked a bit more, perhaps - but only to nit pick. It was a very enjoyable dish.
The Chicken steak was a slight let down. The sauce tasted of burnt garlic - not too muhc, but just enough to leave a bad taste. The pounded steak itself was slightly tough to the knife. The Chicken Diana however was very good. Thick creamy sauce- perfectly balanced, chicken - tender and juicy, the accompanying rice - slightly dry but good.
The accompaniments (salads, rice, french fries) were all good. Tasty and suffucient. Washed all of these down with some lemonade, which was slightly sour, but not too much.
In general, no real complaints. we enjoyed our meal. The staff was courteous and prompt. If pressed for feedback, I would ask for the portion sizes to be increased slightly, maybe by 15% or so. I would also like the lighting to be made a bit less dark - without disturbing the ambience much. Overall, a good experience.

Have been to this place a couple of times. Its quite popular in the area as it has a roof top ambience with loud music being located near udupi garden signal. Serves good decent beers. A bit overcrowded. Food has got a good number of varieties. I love their sizzlers and steaks. They also serve beef which is average as i tried their beef chili.. Over all a got place with mixed crowd. Service is a bit slow.

This restaurant used to be our regular adda for dinner. I and my friend have visited this ample amount of times. This restaurant has good options for all form of food like Veg, Non Veg and includes Indian, Chinese, Continental. I have tried most of their Veg Continental and Chinese options and found them extremely tasty. Since we ran out of further options we started exploring other restaurants :-)
It also has a good option of Bar and best thing here is Draught Beer .
One more important point to be noted is the budget, it is very lite on the budget and suits well for regular get together.

They serve only 2 beers. KF premium and Fosters Premium. When I was there they only had KF. The starters were too salty. The wait staff is really good and they attend to you all the time and pour you another as soon as your jug empties. Taste of food is average.

A very nice place for a group of friends to have a great chitchat session. The rooftop food joint is ideal for beer and smoke with friends, especially during the evening. This place is pocket friendly and pretty much underrated.
I loved the beef sizzler here! We wanted it well done and it was absolutely perfect!!!! The beer pepper starter was a little disappointing but the BBQ beef took our heart away!

The ambience of the place is nice, with two floors the second floor being rooftop and open. The windy weather, the big screen and their music and lighting set the ambience really well.

Spread across two floors with a descent rooftop arrangement this place is a considerable choice when you are short of money. We went there on a Saturday evening to celebrate a close friend promotion. We were at the rooftop and hence would limit my review to that only.
Ambience: Dim lit, side open, young crowd which was uplifting.
Music: Songs selection was average, but the bass was perfect. They could work on it.
Food: Ordered only starters.
Chilli Chicken: Was aptly spicy with tender chicken pieces in it.
Honey Chilli chicken: Excessively sweet and a turnoff.
Paneer Tikka: The paneer pieces were soft but wasn't marinated well. The mint sauce with it was fab though.
Beer : Ordered the tower and they had only Kingfisher which again was a downside.
Service: The staff was attentive and courteous.
Cut short, a place worth a try but not something to ponder about.
This is the best place to go when you are broke and still wish to grab a few drinks (not that you can't go when you are not). The beer is served chilled always and the food is good. They play decent music. The place is clean....I've always sat at the rooftop. The staff is extremely helpful. The crowd is good.

I ordered green peas fry,pesto pasta and Alfredo. It was great while later one of my friend suggested I should have ordered lasagna. That's in my Wishlist noe.
Even if it's near to the busy outer ring road you will find the place cosy and peaceful with soothing music for ears and low illuminated light.
We were just searching for a place nearby to hangout for sometime when my friend suggested this place as she had already been there previously. We ordered a veg manchow soup, fruit punch mocktail, mushroom manchurian, garlic chicken and a mixed noodles. Everything tasted delicious. The noodles was very well-prepared with less oil and less spices and was yumm. The ambience is cool too with some good music. Was surprised to see so many people hanging out there even in the middle of the week. Service was good and the prices were affordable. Would definitely recommend the place.

This is a good hangout place located in the cosmo BTM Layout area, dot on the Outer Ring Road. It is quite an old place and exists the same way for years now. It seemed to have many loyal customers who have stayed loyal and visit it quite often to spend some good time with friends.
We had an unplanned visit to have some chilled beer on a warm Bengaluru weekend. Rates are very competitive and they also have Happy Hours offers. There are few selected cocktails and mocktails. Food menu is dominated by North Indian and Chinese cuisine along with few options like Pizza, Pasta, Steaks, Sizzlers and Sandwiches.
They have two dining area - Indoors and roof-top. Smoking is allowed on the roof-top where as not allowed in the indoor seating area. A big screen is also placed on the roof-top dining area where people mainly enjoy cricket during cricket seasons.
Our order was :
Draught Beer Pitcher : Chilled draught beer that needs no further explanation.
Cold Coffee : Normal cold coffee which met the expectations.
Veg Balls (Starter) : Mix vegetables in spices. Covered in batter and deep fried. Crisp layer while it was served. It was served with a peanut based red chutney, some fries and salad. This was our favorite among the two starters that we tried.
Paneer Tikka (Starter) : Littler more than mildly spiced. Well roasted paneer pieces along with Onions and Capsicum.
Paneer Tikka Masala (Gravy) : Mildly spiced gravy and paneer pieces in it. Good in taste.
Dal Fry : Well cooked lentil with good tadka and masala.
Tandoori Roti : Normal, meets expectations.
Service : Service was good even considering that the place was almost full.
The place meets expectations on multiple fronts like food, ambiance, service etc. It is a good place to hangout with friends and enjoy some drinks along with good food.
Meal for two without alcohol will cost approximately : 600-700 Rs.

Super duper place to hang out with friends. Pretty cheap and the food is brilliant. Their prawn sukka is a must try and definitely worth a visit.
This place is same as the Rendezvous in Koramangala 4th block and another outlet near HDFC Bank in Koramangala. Best dishes are the chicken steaks. Simply amazing is the pepper chicken steak. It is always amazing. Always take it with mashed potatoes and not rice. Chinese dishes should be avoided. The menu is very very long. It should be restricted to the European cuisine only.
Roof top as well as indoor dining options available for the smokers and non-smokers respectively. I liked the roof top very much as it is a delight in the evening with a the projector and commotion accompanied by the cool breezy environment sometimes if lucky. Washed down tandoori chicken with beer, (tandoori chicken: Pretty tasty but costly). A lazy evening with some close friends and a hole to burn in your pocket is a welcome idea in the weekends so I strongly recommend. Pepper Beef was a dry chewy affair and I didn't enjoy it, thought the friends special beef burger should cover for it and it did mildly. Lastly, chicken fritter was a total disappointment to my tastebuds to which I must say that I am not a huge fan of chicken. Veg Club Sandwich was a meh! could have been bigger and better considering the price.
Will visit again to try out the others ( BAKED, Steak and Sizzlers, Specialities, Pasta and Dessert). I hope that the specials on starters will turn out to be good.

It's just before Udupi Garden Bus Stop, where you can find many young boys and

We mostly visit here to party with friends, and go for the Tower full of beer.
The starters are good, but the food testes not much delicious. The price
is very high and the ambience is dark in the ground floor and the place has a
big screen that telecast Cricket and football matches in the
first floor which is half open with small trees.
You can enjoy with your friends, but this place is definitely not a family
place. You guys need to work more on the service as its slow all the time.

The mushroom pepper fry was peppery and tasty. the cheese croquettes was like those tasty cheesy gooey balls. My friend ordered a fish pepper fry which he said was really tasty. The taste of mushroom pepper fry did not let us order the main course and instead we ordered another round of appetizers. Quick fix for beer if you are a BTM resident. and the screening of any games going on just adds to the advantages of visiting New friends. :)

So, you are living around BTM area and it's a lazy Sunday afternoon, it's 3 pm. and you wake up hungry after a long Saturday night, what do you?
Well for one, you can head on over to New Friends, just near Udupi garden, on the 100feet road. They are a casual dining bar with long happy hours and it's really one of the better places to catch a Sunday brunch, if you are looking to go easy on your pockets.
They are a two storied place,with the ground floor being a 'Non-Smoking' zone and the roof top dining area, which is covered on the top. We went around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and the crowd had just started to build up. But the catch is,there is only domestic beer that's available here. having said that there were quite some attractive offers on the beer.
In food, we had ordered Malai Paneer along with Butter Naan and Kadai Chicken, Pepper Beef and a Beef Steak. The paneer was wonderfully done along with the chicken. Pepper beef was shredded meat tossed with bell pepper and herbs,which gave it quite a tangy flavor ,but the steak was disappointing, specially for someone like me, as I didn't like fact that they topped the meat with mayonnaise sauce. Apart from that we had a good meal.
Service was pretty good and prompt, pretty satisfactory to say the least. Music wasn't too loud which basically helps if you are looking to have a conversation. All in all a good place to head on to, if you are living in the BTM area and looking to have a good meal while being friendly to your wallet.

Service is fast, menu is compilation of Italian, Asian, American & indo Chinese cuisine. After trying most of their menu, my standard order is mushroom fritters, mushroom/chicken stroganoff, veg/chicken steak, alfredo pasta. Only downside is there is no parking space.
