Reviews Soo Ra Sang

4 of us visited Soo Ra Sang, and chose the live grill table so that we could do it ourselves. We ordered 3 portions, 2 of Beef and 1 of Pork.

It was definitely tasty and flavourful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was slightly chilly in Bangalore that night, and they served us complimentary apple cinnamon tea that made us feel all warm and fuzzy after the meal, and seemed to help with digestion.

I would definitely say it is overpriced, and so if it was brought down by a little, one could think of repeat trips to Soo Ra Sang.

The restaurant itself is on a 4th floor rooftop, and so in case the elevator isn't working, it's definitely a workout to get up and down.

I went by cab, but if you're looking to take your own vehicle, there is no dedicated place to park.

2019-This place has the barbecue set up just like how it’s in S. Korean restaurant so you get an authentic feel. The owner and the servers are friendly and courteous. They have multiple tvs which plays Korean songs and dramas, so you get the proper ambience vibes. Their food is tasty and cheesecake is to die for. It’s the best cheesecake I ever had. Just that the Soju and the dishes are a bit overpriced so if you’re planning a proper dinner be sure to spend a lot. Apart from the prices, everything else is just awesome. I’m waiting to go back to this place again.

This place is a gem for Korean food lovers. From my limited experience, the only authentic Korean place that I went in India before this one, was Origami in Mumbai. The ambience is ok, the service is awesome and the food is excellent! The owner lady was super sweet and courteous with us. We ordered all the pork and beef barbecues, it was mind blowing with the side dishes. After that, pork bibimbap and green chilli fried pork bulgogi. These were out of this world. The prawn seafood dish was not that great compared to the pork ones. The cheesecake and cinnamon tea again was to die for. If you go open minded and ready to explore, the food here imo, is worth every penny!

This is one of the few Korean restaurants in Bangalore and the  interest for this cuisine seems to be increasing.
The place has changed locations a couple of times and is now in a weird building on Indiranagar double road. Parking could be an issue though if luck is on your side you would find a place in the lanes.

Chicken is not largely authentic Korean and the Korean items on the menu might be to satiate Indian tastes.

The restaurant is on the top floor of an Oyo place which gives weird vibes. The elevator was not working both times I was there and one had to climb up 4 flight of stairs. The place is on the roof top which ensures ample ventilation.  Half the tables have barbecues where the meat is grilled on the table. I would recommend the barbecue and the beef and pork dishes. The bacon like pork is excellent when wrapped around lettuce and had with a garlic and kimchi.
As with Korean places, side dishes are complimentary. The etiquette is that each person orders one plate so the by 2 concept is not encouraged if not downright forbidden. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly though they may come across as reserved.

All in all a nice place to eat good Korean food though  a bit pricey. All dishes are 710 (as of Oct 2019)

Soo Ra Sang is located in the Indiranagara area of Bangalore, just a five-minute walking distance from the Indiranagara Metro Station. One may get easily confused by the Google Maps location although it is absolutely correct. The Korean restaurant is actually hosted on the fourth floor of the OYO Himalayan Inn building.

We visited the place on a Sunday afternoon, having made a booking for ourselves over a phone call the previous day. The place has a moderate seating capacity and was near to empty during the time we visited. It has a nice decor with the staff playing some Korean music in the background.

Coming to the food, we started off by having An Sim, Dak Kal Bee, Sam Gyup Sal and Bull Kal Bee. These were the barbeque dishes and they were prepared in front of us. We loved the Bacon and Beef dishes i.e. Sam Gyup Sal and An Sim. Hence, we ordered both of them once again later. This was the first time I tried Korean food and found it very different. We also ordered Sea Food Kim Bab, Bull Go Gi and Pork Dol Soth Bee Bim Bab. The Bull Go Gi dish turned out to be my favourite. The restaurant served a complimentary cheesecake to everyone in the end. We ended up having an extra 100gms of it since it tasted nice.

I read a lot of reviews about the owner of the restaurant being a very angry lady who did not behave well with her customers. On the other hand, I found her to be quite apt in her behaviour. I thought her behavior was a reflection of her pride in Korean culture and thus, wanting everyone to have Korean food in the correct manner and etiquette. She rebuked us on occasions but it was definitely aimed at enhancing our dining experience. Hence, I would definitely suggest everyone to go with an open mind when conversing with her without making an impression based on her appearance.

Soo Ra Sang turned out to be one of my best dining experiences here in Bangalore and I cannot wait to be back here once again.

If it lacks anything in taste, it makes up in hospitality. The staff is extremely friendly, and the owner is both fun and sweet. The barbecue is definitely the best ting in their menu though. Go here for Korean music, authentic Korean food, and to meet the owner lady.

Our little group had such a great time here! The owner is adorable and so lovely! Our entire time there was a flurry of chopsticks, with bbq’ed pork and beef being polished off the grill as soon as it was edible enough to eat. The little cheesecake and tea at the end of the meal was such a delight! The cold beers were a blessing in the crazy Bengaluru heat. Will make it a point to try the rice wine on my next visit!

Went on a friday night and the experience was great. We called up and booked a bbq table which they did very promptly. After reaching we got the best of all tables which was tv facing. The tables looked so much similar to the korean resturants.
We ordered chicked bbq and japchae and we were provided with tonnes of starters. everything was perfect. Except that everything they serve was at 710 and that was a bit costly for us. And the fact that u have to order the items acc to the number of people on the tble is a bit imposing too ..
Anyway, we also got a chance to try soju which was one of the best experience.. but let me spoil it for u, if u r trying soju for the first time, DONOT try ginseng soju and dont expect to be high or something because its kind of tasted like the slightly diluted version of vodka.
After dinner they served us cheese cake n tea n the cheese cake was such a melt in the mouth 😍 i didnt like the tea much but the gesture was amazing to give us a complete dinner experience.
And not to forget, we requested for exo song and we got to watch it n sing there throughout so CANT COMPLAIN 💗
They serve snacks too so you can buy those from them as well.

The Korean Affair with Soo Ra Sang
------
Recently visited Soo Ra Sang for lunch with office colleagues. This place is a hidden gem amidst the busy streets of Indiranagar.

AMBIANCE: 4.5/5
The place offers simple authentic Korean experience to its customers. With Korean songs playing in the background, the warm and friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

SERVICE: 4.5/5
The warm hospitality from the owner and the staff blew my mind. The staff was very attentive and explained to us each and every step for how to experience Korean food at its best. Yong, the owner is a delight to talk to. She sat with us and chatted with us for a long time, discussing the Korean culture, food and what not.

FOOD: 5/5
This was the first time I was trying out Korean cuisine and I was awe struck by the simplicity and deliciousness of the home-cooked Seoul food.

We ordered 5 Dol Soth Bee Bim Bab - 2 Beef, 2 Chicken & 1 Veg. Along with that we were served a plethora of starters, all of which oozed of deliciousness. The marinated chicken barbecue experience was amazing. The Kim Chi was a little spicy but an exquisite delicacy.

After finishing the main course, we were served home-made cheesecake and cinnamon tea which brought the entire meal experience full circle. The cheesecake was delicious, fluffy and not so sweet.

All-in-all the food was very fulfilling.

VALUE FOR MONEY: 4/5
The meal costs are slightly on the higher side with an average of ₹1000 per head, but if you are in for the experience it’s worth the cost.

MUST TRY:
Dol Soth Bee Bim Bab, Kim Chi, Barbecue Meat, Cheesecake

I am glad that I ended my hunt for authentic Korean food at Soo Ra Sang. For people who haven’t experienced Korean cuisine, visit Soo Ra Sang and get ready for an amazing experience. I, for one, would definitely be visiting again for some more foodgasm.

Beautiful Korean food made better with the warmest hospitality- what more do you need? The food was amazing and the ambience felt very authentic and to top it all off, the owner literally sat with us and chatted with us like we were old friends- took me back to the time when as kids, I would go over to a friend's place and her Mom would sit and chat with us. Highly recommend both for the food and the hospitality!

Was a fan of this place when we started trying korean cusine long time back, recently got a chance to visit the outlet again and was glad that I did. They have options of a main dish and they serve a lot of refillable, complimentary side dishes. The Side dishes taste really good. In the end of the meal they serve cinnamon tea along with desert. Following is what I tried during my recent visit.

1. kim bab- Got it as take away and was surprised to get the side dishes neatly and separately packed in delivery. This tasted fresh and good.

2. veg bee bim bab. This was served with loads of side dishes with an egg on top.Everything including the runny yolk egg needs to be mixed together with rice and then eaten. I prefer tasting every vegetable separately and then mixing it with sauce and egg.

Food - 4.5/5

Ambiance - 4.5/5

Service -4.5/5

Pricing - 4.0/5

This offers authentic experience and the side dishes and worth going back again and again.

Went for a friend's birthday and had a great time. The owner is super friendly and very sweet. The beef and pork barbeque are incredibly delicious (especially the marinated beef option). The prawn sticky rice was not as great as the marinated beef with sticky rice, so I would recommend that. Their barbeque options are better than their sushi. The night ended with the owner giving us some lovely tea cake with cold brew tea which was one of the best things I have had! The decor is warm and friendly, perfect place for a yummy meal with friends :)

Hadn't been here recently and we came in expecting it still to be Origami, but only realized later that the place had changed into a Korean restaurant now.
Had one do the best Beef Bulgogi's I've ever tasted !
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the owner came by our tables to check in on us, If we needed refills on any of the starters, and also dropping in tips on how what should be consumed.
The best part was how homely we felt there, the owner noticed my DSLR and talked about how her son wanted one and enquiried about how much one would cost and all that, and the conversation steered into a general small talk with friends, served us some of their homemade cheesecake and iced tea on the house.
Would definitely recommend the place for their incredibly satiating food and warm hospitality.

Seoul home-style food, simple. The kimchi is vegetarian, which is nice. We had the veggie and beef bee bim bab, both were excellent. The kimchi pancake starter was amazing. We were also served a sample of the cheesecake, which we would have ordered if we had more space in our stomachs, will definitely make room for it next time. Delicious, fluffy and not too sweet.

Yong, the owner, is a delight to talk to. She and her staff were very attentive. We will be back for more kimchi and conversation.

Great bbq. We ordered the marinated beef. Marinated pork. And beef fillet. All amazing cuts. Cooked right on the table. The seafood roll though decent was not as great as hae kum gang. They also have less variety wise. The complimentary pancake was decent. The cold buckwheat noodle soup was amazing. So good. Great quantity. Will try bulgogi and red chilli pork next time. The cheesecake and cinnamon tea were complimentary and a perfect way to end the meal. A bit pricey. Everything is 710 rs flat. So adds up to a nice pocket pinch.
Would say go here for the bbq. But to hae kum gang for the other korean food.

My first visit after 5 year and still am amazed with the quality of food served here. The pork and beef on the barbecue was very good specially with the 10 different types of sides. We also ordered the seafood handmade noodle soup that was in a very flavourful broth and a pork with vegetables and rice. Definitely a must visit for authentic Korean food! The complementary cheese cake at the end of the meal was very good. Avoid this place if you are looking for Indianized Korean food.

So, I have been hunting for Korean food in this city for a while now. And, along with hae kum gang, this place is one of the  oldie and goldie ones. In fact, I conveniently forgot about this place, given how there are a couple of korean joints in the kalyan nagar area. Made a visit after more than five years, and have to say, this place is still fantastic for authentic, filling and yummy food. The pork and beef are really well made, and those side dish banchan thingies are bloody good. Special mention for the broccoli (yes you read that right), the broccoli - what a fantastic preparation.Apart from the usual suspects, for me the stand out dish is the cold noodle soup with those chewy brown noodles. I love that dish for it has simple flavours, it tastes so gentle, and it is all you need on a hot summer day. They are moving locations end of the month (so from June '18 onwards) so keep in mind if you planning a visit soon. Highly recommended.

Soo Ra Sang not only offers great korean food but an ambience of authenticity. The foods are delicious and fresh. Served the way you would in Korea. The korean barbeque tastes great and all the side dishes are served the exact same way it might be served in korea. The kimbap and bibimbap are so fresh you would ask for more. The place offers various korean dishes and you have to visit quite a few times to taste all of them. This place is highly recommend for korean food lovers.

My go-to place for Korean as no other place does a better Korean Barbecue and Pork Bibimbap. The barbecue set in installed in the table itself, so you can control the char and the meat is served with lettuce leaves and condiments to wrap and flavour.

Every dish comes with around 12 Korean sides like Kimchi, Stir-fried Soybean and Sesame Baby Potatoes, which provides a nice depth of flavour to the main. The Kimchi and Chicken Japche both come with heady doses of Gojuchan (fermented red chili paste) with its spicy hit mellowed by the sweetness of the fermentation process.

They've started serving Maguro too, a home-made rice beer which comes in a quain wooden bowl. Tastes a little funny the first time but it does grow on you.

Place is located along the narrow street .
Ambience is too basic with ,only 5 tables
Owner is a lady from Seoul , very rude and arrogant !!!!...I would like to rate her zero.
For barbeque , you have to order minimum 2 dishes .
Food is the only good part, if it’s your first time for Korean cuisine you should give it a try.
Bit expensive for the kind of ambience and service you get.
Portions are good and side servings are nice and interesting.
We ordered
2 Barbeques ...Dak Kal Bee and Sam gyup sal
2 dol soth bee bum bab
Omurice

They serve one starter complementary
And you end ur dinner with complementary small piece of cake with fresh cream on it and a cinnamon tea

Authentic Korean barbecue. However, not when it comes to service. Small place behind leela palace with about 7 or 8 tables . Only downside is the price. Each dish costs 690 INR. Comes with assorted sides. The place is worth a visit for the experience. We had the BBQ where you can choose a meat and it is cooked in the BBQ pit on the table. Also had Kim bap which was as good as I have had in s.e. asia.

I am an ardent fan of essential flavours every time I check out a new cuisine. Korean cuisine is not new to me, however my experience with it has been mostly confined to kimchi and some selective dishes. As I walked into Soo Ra, the hostess Yong greeted us and showed us to our Barbeque table which one has ro walk over to get to the other side, something that sets the pace right for the adventure that we ere about to embark on.
We ordered the Bacon and Beef Fillet Barbeque and was served some amazing Kimchi Pancake to start with while the meat got ready. The sides comprising of the various vegetables including Soya chunks, beans, spinach and some more kimchi was unlimited and you can order as much as needed. I was quite ecstatic about the Bacon which was not only farm to plate but also tasted divine with the sesame oil and barbeque sauce served on the side. The grilled ginger addes that extra zing to the dish. The beef was very helpfully cut into bite size portions by our helpful staff and we enjoyed thoroughly.
After a sip of the Soup, a decent palette cleanser we embarked on the Mains comprising of the Beef Stir fry and the Prawns in Red Chilli with some white sticky rice. We were in gluttony central and ordered a Pork Red Chilly as well and shared it amongst the two of us. Every dish was unique and authentic in their appeal.and taste. You can add more chilly sauce served alongside to add to the spice quotient of the dish though we felt it was perfect for our taste buds. I was quite happy when the Red Chilli Pork was served a bit higher on the spicy side as any other version will be a total disrespect for this unique dish.
Yong is a great host and was happily attending to us and discussed a lot about Korean popular culture. She has separate channels for various entertainment programs from Korea targeting different customers based on their varied tastes, just like her offering of diverse dishes on the menu. Her home made Cheesecake was the ultimate icing on our cake. I am visiting Soo Ra real soon for all its amazing offerings on everything carnivorous.....Kaye Riley

If you are a sucker for Korean food then this is the place to be! This quaint restaurant serves authentic Korean cuisine with all the sides and food to die for. We had barbecued pork and beef tongue and pork red chilly fry. The barbecue is done right in front of you, cooked to perfection. The pork is best had with the pickled radish and the beef tongue with slight salt and sauce served alongside. Lettuce and basil leaves are also provided in case you want to mellow the meat flavour but if you are a meat lover then it's better to avoid the greens. The pork red chilly fry is served with sticky rice and the taste is out of this world. It comes in both dry and gravy variants but we opted for the dry one. They also served us complimentary cinnamon tea and cheese cakes to finish it off. The cheese cake, again, was too good!
The owner, Yong, is a super sweet lady, very warm, welcoming and attentive to our needs. So were the other stewards.

I am absolutely surprised that this place does not have a better rating. It is a hidden find in Bangalore. This is a vegetarian's review of the place. I know that most vegetarians would desist from vising this place out of fear of not finding any vegetarian options. However, while there are very few options for vegetarians, the food is great and I would strongly recommend that you visit it.

The grill in the middle of the table, taking off shoes, the fact that you cannot order alcohol till you order food, etc. make eating here almost a cultural experience. The alcohol served here is authentic korean alcohol that is impossible to find elsewhere in Bangalore (believe me, we tried).

The meat ofcourse is great - my friends even tried the beef tongue and seemed pleased with it. The vegetarian choices are mainly rice and soup based, and the tiny cheesecake in the end is pleasantly satisfying.

If you are trying the Soju, note that it tastes and hits differently based on whether you have eaten (it is an interesting experiment). I did not like the korean toddy type drink, but it apparently pairs very well with the beef.

I was a little reluctant to visit this Place as most of the reviewers said that the service was very bad and that it makes you feel unwelcomed for the good food they served. So me and my bestie decided to actually go and see if those reviews about 'Soo Ra Sang" were true moreover we were ready for the bad service because the food they serve is all that matters to us😂.We went there around 3pm but the ajumma(aunty) said that the restaurant will be open by 6pm. We came back again at 6:30pm and the ajumma smiled at us and led us to the table. They gave us 10side dishes(be free and ask for more side dishes if they suit your tastebuds😝).I can bet that the kimchi's(radish and cabbage) they served is the best among all the Korean restaurant Kimchi's in BLR.

•We ordered 1) BBq's- Deji Kalbee (Marinated Pork) and Bull Kal bee (Marinated beef).

2) Omurice (Korean fried rice with chicken).

3) Soju(Korean drink_taste like Vodka 1000rs per bottle).Don't miss out the cheese cake and cinnamon tea which they give at the end.

I couldn't take good pics of the food as I was eager to hog them 🤓.

•Overall~4/5. •Service~4.5/5 •Food~4.5/5 •Ambiance~3.5/5 •Price~4/5 .

*Tips: •Call them before you visit the place •everything cost 680

*Cons: you need to order 2potions of bbq's. .

Bangalore is not Seoul so set your expectations accordingly and accept that your options for Korean food are severely limited. Having said that, this place serves eminently acceptable food, although the menu is a bit limited and the ambiance a bit sparse.

In their new location on Double Road in Indiranagar, there are no major changes in the menu or service, but the ambiance is slightly better.

My second visit here was in the day time. Last time when I came in for dinner, it did not occur to me that this place is really just a room with 3 segregated tables. It looked a lot nicer in the yellow lighting at night with sit down barbecue tables.

The route to here can be via airport road and through jeevan bhima nagar but not the one directly through 80ft road indiranagar, the narrow lane and the trucks that blocked most of it, really gave me some anxious moments last time. There is parking for 2-3 cars just outside the restaurant.

The food here especially the Beef Bulgogi is good which is what I had last time. This time I tried their rice beer, I can't remember the name maybe it was Mekju and it came in a bowl, with cups to serve the beer. It was very fermented but I like that taste as well.

We had the Korean barbeque Bacon and Beef tongue…single portions of it and had to wait while the steward did the live barbeque. With the radish that is served as a side, the barbeque tastes great. The sides, I usually like something or the other, this time I did not much enjoy the sides though we asked for extras and they seem a bit hesitant to provide extras.

The barbeque was good but the bulgogi was best. We repeated the order twice. It ended with a complimentary dessert which was like cheesecake.

The service in the Korean restaurants in Bangalore seem a bit unfriendly, and efficient but hesitant. The last time the lady owner took charge and she explained the food etc. so it was a pleasant first time experience. This time though we enjoyed the food, the ambience and service seemed very average.

Without having tried other Korean restaurants in the city, it's hard to give a relative rating, which is why I'm holding back the "0.5"! I may return to edit once I've had a chance to explore the others.

Simply put- Go to Soo Ra Sang for the food and food alone. There isn't much for ambience but the simplicity is frankly refreshing in the times of overdone kitsch. The K-pop adds a fun authentic vibe and there are moments you may convince yourself you're in Seoul!

Key takeaways:
- Meat lovers, do the barbecue- nicely marinated, non-saucy but juicy nonetheless: this is your place to sink your teeth into good meat. The marinated beef was my fave! Friends had chicken and beef tongue (former for those playing safe and latter for the adventurous). It's a bit pricey for the amount of meat you get, so worth doing it in a group.
- Bibimbap : it's basically korean bisibele bhaath and hence, DELICIOUS. Besides it's served in a hot stone bowl! It's a paap if you don't get bibimbap.
- save room for the COMPLIMENTARY cheese cake + cinnamon tea at the end!

All in all, when I'm craving Korean food, I now know a place that will deliver! And Soo Ra Sang is just the no-frills choice that will come to mind.

Korean cuisine at its best. The restaurant offers wide variety of Korean dishes. Although the price for all the items are same which is quite surprising.

Just had dinner here. A lovely, cozy little place that's tucked away in obscurity. Wouldn't have known it unless my flatmate/friend had told me about it. Authentic Korean - reminded me of the fare I would eat a Korean friend's house back in uni. I had the tofu stew and my friend the noodly-soupy chicken (can't remember the name).

It was filling, and I love how they serve it as a meal with starters, side dishes, and small bites of cheesecake accompanied by the cinnamon-pepper-honey drink towards the end. We ended up ordering a separate slice of the cheesecake after that. A really satisfying meal and dining experience. :)

Having korean food after ages. We ordered the beef filet and marinated chicken for bbq. For main course we had bibimbap and chicken fried rice.
The (sweet potato? ) pancake , kimchi and side dishes are complimentary. They also offer their cheesecake and sweet tea when you finish dinner. Prices are uniform for any dish, at 620 rupees each ...which is a bit steep in my opinion. Service is good and food is delicious. Meat is juicy and tender. Wish they offered sea food and more veggies as options for the bbq.

Soo Ra Sang is an authentic Korean place and serves good food. The seating arrangement is interesting and traditional and adds to the overall experience. I am still new to Korean food, so I wasn't overawed by the food, but I did like it.

Been here only once and I didn't have any main course. Friends tried the sticky rice bowl Dish and liked it.

The barbecue is solid. Beef, pork, chicken items are all great. Tried them all, some more than once 😉

It's a quaint place. Quiet ambiance and low key venue. Limited number of tables, good idea to make a reservation especially on weekends for dinner.

One of the most amazing places I’ve visited in Bangalore when it comes to Korean Barbecue. Its speciality is the barbecue which gives a wide range in beef, pork, chicken as well as sea food. The entire menu is of 820rs excluding gst. they give complimentary Kimchi pancake, egg stew and dessert at the end (cheesecake and Korean cold tea). My favourites were all from the barbecue!

One of the best Korean restaurant, I have visited. Great Ambience, Good food. Welcoming staff! You need to have a full course meal here (thats what the cuisine is all about). Finding this place via Gmaps is a bit tricky.. You will find Olive Hotel. Enter the hotel and take the lift to 3rd Flr.

Tried Korean food here for the first time..my review is as follows: Pros: 1. Very polite staff, we arrived at a very short notice of 20 minutes so we made reservations on a call. I recommend making reservations to avoid any seating issues. The staff was welcoming and kind. They are quick to come as soon as you press the bell for any help. 2. Amazing food!- we got complimentary pancake- 5/5, cheesecake-4/5, sweet potato jelly kinda thing- 5/5 and cinnamon tea-5/5. Side dishes- they served soya sauce dipped potatoes, pickled cucumber+onions, pickled soya chunks and beetroot and kimchi. Delightful and fresh! You can also ask for refills. We ordered: Japche -5/5 (Absolutely delicious!! I tried it for the first time and loved it! So happy and the quantity was also good!❤️) Tofu chim-4/5 (I loved the texture and taste of the soup...it had generous pieces of tofu and they served it with rice.) The best part was that they served a bowl of extra soup as Japche was a dry food without any liquids. Very happy with their hospitality and service. They are mindful of their customers. 3. Ambience- they clarify and confirm if you will be having barbeque or not as the seating table is different. The ambience is great and has an authentic korean drama vibe😂. They have a TV which has BTS videos on and we sat on the table infront of TV so it was us, the amazing food and BTS!❤️😂 Cons: 1. Price- the price is on the higher side and is the same for any dish you order despite the quantity. We paid 820 for 2 dishes each. It is expensive compared to other korean restaurants. 2. Veg options- Very limited options specially if you don't even eat eggs..like us. 3. Menu- The menu does not have prices as they have 1-price-all-dishes policy also there is no clear mention of what items are veg or non veg. Overall it was a great experience and i would definitely bring my friends and family to taste the Japche! Thank you.

Absolute great place for barbeque Korean food, Tried Pork and Chicken Barbeque (Dak Kal Bee and Daji Kal Bee), tasted really good. Each item on their Menu is Rs820, For Barbeque you need to place order for minimum two items. They serve all side dishes as well which go really well with the meat.

We had an excellent meal here. The staff took good care, was attentive and explained the dishes to us. The owner was an absolute delight. She spent a good half hour chatting with us about Korean culture, food etc. Look forward to eating here again, soon.

Please note 2 important points. - Every dish is 780/- rs. It doesn't matter what you order. Everything on the menu is 780/- rupees. - You need to order a minimum of 2 barbeque items if you want to try the barbeque. (Barbeque options are only non-veg) Went here on a friend's suggestion. We could see some staff attitude issues at the start, but we ignored them. We came for the food. The menu isn't very elaborate but really dives into Korean cuisine. Lot of pork options and Sushi options. Vegetarians don't have a lot of options. Recommend checking the menu before arriving. The owner walks around often interacting with the customers which is a good sign. The barbeque was good and the Sushi was pretty nice too, although it was beriddled with wasabi. That felt a bit off as every piece of sushi had wasabi inside it. Nevertheless the taste was good. Eventually the staff even offered complimentary tea at the end of the meal. Would visit again for a Korean experience.

If you want authentic Korean food, it's here! Especially, their gimbap is heaven! Their staff, and the owner (마마 산 aka Aunty 😁) was very generous and friendly. I'm definitely going to visit again!
