The taste and quantity is very good....but compared to offline buying its very costly buying it online....and range varies by a margin of 120rs to 150rs....
7 plates is one the best places for Rolls! It has got variety of Rolls to offer. I have possibly tried all of them and they are good quality rolls. It offers all types of rolls, from Spicy ti arabian style, If you're looking for something spicy then do try the Punjabi Roll and if you want something in chinese flavor the try thr Chinese delight roll, something less spicy then go with Sholay roll. I don't really prefer any other food items from 7 plates other than rolls!
The best dish of the place are the rolls. Really good taste and decent quantity. I have tried 4 to 5 different type of rolls and all are good. The chicken starters too are really good.. good place for take away..
Good food...great taste an ideal option if your look to grab a quick bite..full score to the rolls kebabs tandoor items but unfortunately gravies r an awfull experience most of the time chicken in the gravies tastes stale
Good portion but very slow delivery though worth the wait for tasty food. Worth every penny.
Waiting to try their biryani next.
If you pass by grab a chicken roll and relish it.
Today I ordered sholay roll.the taste was great and filling.the service was prompt . Please add the burger in the menu for ordering online..Thank you
Well there are many Kati roll places in Bangalore . But for me this one stands out the best . The rolls are lovely and worth the price . The Sholay roll is most recommend .
I have been to this couple of times and I have to say that the variety of rolls are amazing! They’re pocket friendly and there is no compromise on the taste or quality.
Would certainly recommend everyone to pay this place a visit 🤗
Great food, love the ambience but poor service.
We tried the Chicken Angara Kebab which was served in a big white plate and was well presented and Veg Biriyani which was the best I have had till now. Also tried the Chicken Roll which was very tasty. The foods are decently priced.
Malai tikka role is delicious. No seating is available here. You have to wait a lot , like half an hour to one hour for your order to be ready especially if it is weekends. Better order on phone and takeaway. Service is okay.
Nice yummy filling rolls! Try their sheek or punjabi options. They were out of the charcoal grilled kebabs when we went- suppose to be yummy! And the cashier said the koramanagala outlet will have. It’s only a take away or eat and buy in car. The meats are succulent and quantities huge! Try this when you feeling super hungry , craving for different tasting tandoori and on budget.
Walked in there for a casual lunch with family. I was pleased by the flavours of even the simplest of dishes. If you're a chicken lover, this is the place to go. The seating is cozy, relaxing and welcoming. No much ado about anything. Perfect flavour blends. Service was good too. And what more, it's pretty easy on the pocket too.

Our go to place for take-away, considering the first outlet was started as a take away joint. The food is tasty and scrumptious. Love their kababs, rolls and Chinese
The most yummiest roles I have ever had! They are so innovative with the ingredients, been there twice and waiting to get a chance to go again! Favourite roles place! ❤
It’s a go-to place the rolls there are very delicious 😋 the noodles are also gud. The service is fast.
The price is reasonable considering the quantity nd quality .
Want to grab a quick bite on the way, their rolls are a must try.
Love their rolls, especially the punjabi roll. Great flavours combined with a quick service. Never a let down.
Love this place for its rolls. The meat is tender, juicy and yummy. The rolls are worth the price u pay for them. The kebabs r good as well but a bit expensive for the portion served. Only drawback in this outlet is that there is no wash basin or drinking water facility
My go to place to satisfy the hunger pangs as we stay in the same locality. Their punjab roll is a must try..... delicious and filling. The size of the roll and it's fillings makes it a complete meal by itself . Good value for money.
My rating is based on the rolls alone and I have to say they are really good. A bit on the pricey side but the size of the roll and the amount of filling inside definitely make up for it. I've tasted the malai chicken and the mutton sheekh roll and both are great. Even the smallest size they have is sufficient to serve as a meal by itself. There's a great amount of meat, rich sauces, fresh cabbage and onions, and a thin roti to wrap it all up. Not sure if the other dishes are as good but the rolls are a must have!
Heard from friends that the pepper chicken roll is good too, do give this place a try.
Biryani is excellent , love there starters , the quality and price is perfect , delivery has to be more efficient . Wish more desert options where available
#punjabi roll - it is the best . I love it . Actually 1 roll of 7 plates is enough to fill our stomach . This roll is spicy and filled with masalas which tastes very good . I just recommend you to mainly try the rolls and kebabs
Rolls are good , but you gottta try the schezwan fried rice boy what a taste it leaves you with and worth the money for the quality and quantity.
These rolls are a good choice for your little hunger which is killing you deep inside. They have a wide range of rolls. They put chicken generously that you get it in every bite.
Overall a good place to take away rolls.
Rice items are costlier than its worth.
Only things recommended here are the rolls and nothing else.
Prices have gone up drastically.
Brilliant biryani here! Me being the ardent lover of biryani, I can't help but go gaga over this place. Very tasty kebabs and most of their food is good. Service is a little slow though but it's worth it all
Best spicy rolls in town :) .
This place serves yummy Biryani, which i bought for lunch,i thoroughly enjoyed it with my parents and the hygiene and packing of the boxes is up to the mark and the tangadi kebab was really tender, soft and tasty. this is the right place for those people who would live to have a good heavy lunch!!!!
Good service. Tasty food. The Chicken Kababs are very tasty. Virtual is very nice too. Ghee rice isn't the best (i didn't like it much). Food gets cooked right in front of you. I have bought food plenty of times here and they have never disappointed me. Keep it going guys
The Best meal comes Your Way when You least Expect it... having passed by this eatery a hundred times in the past had never stopped by... it was just a wish to skip the foodstreet that i stopped by to pick up some kebabs.
The last tin of Chicken haleem seemed to have been left behind for me to taste and review. Have been a great fan of haleem served in hyderabad, and this chicken Haleem brought authentic taste of the haleem as any hyderabadi wud want it. The Malai Kebabs and the Chilly Paneer were the other two dishes on the order and can vouch for a fact that they were really tasty and cooked right in front of me.
The taste dragged me again to the eatery two days later. was a bit sceptical this time, as the surprise element was not there... but again the chicken tikka masala and the Kadai Paneer left me impressed. Prices are reasonable and taste is memorable... only thing that is advised is to show some patience for dishes to be ready as the cooks take their own sweet time to make the delicious food
There are umpteen shawarma and meat roll joints in Bangalore with a lot more misses than matches.
7 plates? Don't give it a miss.
While a dine-in option would have been fab, you can make do with a take away and enjoy the rolls in the bliss of one's home.
A large variety of rolls; other meat delicacies; and a few dessert options. It's got it all!
Their USP are the rolls though. Tender, succulent meat, sauces, mayo, veggies. French fries would have been a great addition, but the roll is nevertheless a delight!
The downside is their service. For a take away fast food outlet, their prep time is a little tardy.
Prices are reasonable considering the rolls are quite sizeable and filling.
Will definitely visit again to try their plethora of meat delicacies.
If you love grilled rolls this is the place to be. All the rolls here are a must try even the new shikari roll which is a mix of chicken kebab and Mutton sheek is kick ass. And if you love spicy rolls do try the punjabi roll the jumbo one which is in a kulcha roti. Cheers
If you need quick bite this is the place. Good take away in and around Benson Town. They are quick to deliver the order. As of now they are doing good, i only hope there is consistency in future as well. We have seen redundancy coming up over period of time. Kabab's and roll are good.

7 plates is basically for take away. There is no provision for dining inside. It is one of the better places for roles in Bangalore. I'm a big fan of the tantalizing Malai Tikka and Reshmi Tikka roles. A Good quantity of boneless tandoor kebabs is available for an economical price. The kebabs are succulent, delicious and nicely cooked.

Only take away closest to Benson Town with great Indian food mostly have tried non vegetarian! Tastes really good the quantity and quality is great!
Sometimes inconsistent with the gravies' but the biryani has been really good all the time!
Its not like a fast food as they usually take over ten minutes to prepare an ordered dish! And parking might be an issue for four wheelers!
Amazing food, inexpensive, good quality and very customer friendly is 7 plates' USP
The tandoori items and the rolls are mouth watering. The kababs are to die for. Great place
Well.. I don't think any one more was happier when they opened an outlet in RT nagar also.
Good response, amazing food, a bit slow in delivery but worth the the wait.
Must try-
Murg kalimirch
All tikkas
Inexpensive food, relaxed service (dont come here if you're in a hurry)
Considering that they pretty much have monopoly in the area, this place is quite simple.
Good: Rumali Rolls. Just divine, filling and very cheap. Even the basic roll, which basically a boneless kabab roll packs a lot of meat and flavour. While the most popular one is the spicy Punjabi chicken roll, I prefer the basic roll and the Arabian roll. Experiment away. Go for a jumbo roll and you get double meat wrapped in a Naan instead of rumali.
The biryani is the simple basic saffron heavy Muslim biryani, both mutton and chicken. Oily, saffron heavy and delicious. Quality drops with time though
The tikkas are also excellent, and they have an excellent Haryali with a tangy twist to it. Arabian is a must not miss too
Avoid: Mutton sheek. Extremely dry with no flavour.
The gravies have not been too good. Excessive amount of kewra (screw pine) flavouring in all the gravies, including butter chicken, and extremely heavy to digest.
7 plates is a takeaway restaurant. This takes ambiance and comfort out of the picture but puts so much more emphasis on quality food and service, since now the experience is limited to these two parameters.
When this place replaced a run down bakery in the neighborhood, it created an enormous buzz, because you know, there was FINALLY a place to eat in our locality. Since then, I've eaten most of the items on the menu.
Cutting to the chase, the food is delicious. They have never failed a hungry non vegetarian who occasionally crawls his way down the street from the gym in search of some protein. All their tandoori items are special in their own respect; perfectly cooked, tender and each with a distinct set of flavors. Delicious. Some items might be a little spicy for some, but that doesn't take away from how well cooked they are.
The rolls are also superbly done, although they are mostly just the tandoori items in a roti with some mayonnaise and coleslaw. Special mention to the Punjabi roll, a really spicy personal favorite. The Biryani has a little too much oil to my liking but is loved by the family, who has to have their weekly dose. Of the few Chinese dishes that I have had, the dragon chicken was... nice, but I'd stick to the tandoor if I had a choice.
On the downside, one has to wait a really long time to get their food during meal times. On more than once occasion, entirely different orders from the ones I had placed were delivered home. They lose out a little on their service because of the inability to cope with the mad rush that goes their way. The problem is easily countered by ordering on the phone and picking the food up.
7plates receives a 4 because of the superb consistency in their dishes and loses out on that extra point because of occasionally bad service. Mostly, it's terrific to have this much meat in the neighborhood.
After hearing from few friends of mine about this place. The name was stuck in my head. Today in the evening after a haircut I was passing by this place and was hungry as well so just jumped out and ordered a punjabi jumbo roll... It took about ten mins for them to prepare and then just had the first bite and was very delicious. So guys it's a perfect place to have some awesome rolls.
Very good food and the Chinese rolls are too good and biryani too should try and worth the price we pay................so should try out☺!
I love the rolls in this place but the service is bad. The kitchen is one of best garage kitchen model, I have seen but the computer they use to print your bills is the only fast thing in this joint. Chinese delight, Punjabi and the tandoori are my favourites.
Food :- 8
Service:- 5
Taste :- 8
The most convenient place to order food from as its just a hop away! U can try the tandoor kebabs the fried rice the rolls almost everything tastes good here.... And its delivered promptly as well. :)
Hop skip and jump from home is 7 plates I know this place right from the day it was born. Its a take away junction. Decent pricing initial days, kebabs are really amazing not so happy with the rolls and biryani are so freaking awesome .Their gravies I have tried they are okay.
Almost everything here tastes nice. Especially the rolls and the starters are pretty good. You gotta be lucky or early to fight through the crowd to reach the counter to place an order. They also have home deliveries and I would say a good place for a quick bite.
Another hole in the wall but you get some pretty good food here..
The biryani, butter chicken and kebabs were spicy but very tasty
They seem to be more famous for their rolls
I enjoyed the special malai chicken roll
Reasonable prices amazing food great delivery and a very helpful staaff..what more coul i ask for after reaching here from mumbai today..i am delighted and full and my taste buds are lovin it...kudos
I'm thoroughly ashamed of myself for not having already reviewed this place. =/
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G authentic homemade Muslim biryani with the most ridiculously juicy mutton that'll give Richies and Chichabas a good run for their money. The kababs are just are well seasoned and fresh and go beautifully well with the biryani.
Their Shashlik roll was decent but the Arabian one was worth a second and third try for sure.
Small word of advice though, always order the Masaledar biryani and not just the regular as the flavour difference between the two is quite drastic. =]
Definitely one of the most convenient and worthwhile take away joints in the city, going back for more verrrry soon! =]
The first time I'm giving 5/5 to any place... Had the mutton biryani..chicken 65..and chicken kabab from here...
Abosulutely delicious....and authentic....
one of the best places to have kababs and rolls. Just love the tikka roll they serve. It would have been a wonderful thing if they had dine in option as well. A new branch has just come up in RT Nagar closer to my place. Must visit for all chicken roll lovers.
Yummy scrumptious food in the area, breaking the normal varieties served around!
Delicious taste and good quantity and very filling!
Service is a bit slow, but guess due to the popularity.
Best for rolls and take aways... His chicken Manchurian roll and butter chicken are one of the best items on d menu...
Great food but horribly slow and confused staff.Their Rolls and tandoori items are the best on the menu . And on occasions I've got semi cooked chicken in my roll
Addictive and filling - the Chicken Manchurian Roll!Would love to try the other things on the menu someday.First,I must stop craving their chicken Manchurian roll so often!
Yummy filling chicken rolls!
The punjabi roll and chicken reshmi tikka were amazing.
Its a take away only, and we went during the peak hours meaning a good waiting time but totally worth it!
Value for money as the amount of chicken in the roll was generous.
Definitely recommended and will go back again.
Here is another expanding restaurant that is proving its mettle in quality and service in a predominantly 'Biryani' environment. Budding in deliverance of fast food munchies like wraps, rolls, chinese to serving North Indian delicacies and tandoori delights in veg and non veg, keep a look out for this restaurant, it has that spark.
For a lazy weekend dinner, we ordered mutton biryani, chicken roll and mutton sheekh roll all moderately tasty. The biryani was aromatic with juicy chunks of roasted mutton and flavorsome rice. The rolls were light and relishing. Service is prompt and quality and quantity both satisfying. Value for money is reasonable, especially when they make biryani that is giving other competitors a run for their money.
Useful tip: place your order in advance and then pick up to avoid the wait.
Super food.Good quality and fresh food. Malai Tikka roll is a must try and good biryani as well along with fresh chicken kebabs. For the type of place its good value for money. Prompt delivery.
The food is delectable. Fresh meat used. Rolls are good especially the mutton ones. Variety gets a full 5/5. For preparation can been. Kitchen area looks hygiene. I would suggest placing an order over the phone. Feels like waiting in an never-ending queue.
Best, tasty rolls I ever had....but most important thing is its worth it....but d delivery is very late
I got d delivery after an hour.....
I hopeto see dis small Restaurant into a big success!!
Kickass place, tiny hole in the wall but they've got some mental mughlai and tandoori food. The rolls are too epic for words. Why do they lose half a point? Because you have to wait a while for your food. Works in their favour because the reason you're waiting is the ten hungry Benson townies who got there before you. And it's almost always got a crowd in front of it. The kebabs are cheap and awesome and the tandoori is the absolute hands down best I've ever eaten. Spring rolls are pretty meh. They've got samosa filling. First place they actually cook awesone restaurant-ish food in Benson Town.
In order of awesomeness:
1. Tandoori chicken.
2. Malai chicken roll.
3. Chinese roll.
4. Biryani.
5. Everything else on the menu.
I visited 7plates in Benson Town for a takeaway order, and I must say, their crispy chicken roll was a delightful choice. The roll was not only crispy but also filled with well-seasoned and flavorful chicken. The service for the takeaway was quick and efficient, making the experience even better. The quality of the food was commendable. Given the tasty meal and efficient service, I would personally rate 7plates Benson Town as 4 stars for takeaway dining.
It's a small eatout with great food, Prices are extortionate but justifies the taste and quality. IF menu devalued, makes a good deal, Try their crispy chicken roll and Malai chicken roll, simply tastes amazing.
Affordable, delicious food. There is much to be desired in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. A bit disorderly during peak hours.
A lovely place to take home.... delicious food fried rice.... biryani.... noodles.... chicken kabab s & all varieties.... Superbbbbbbb preparation s to enjoy....
This is a TakeAway/Delivery outlet, with some really good options for rolls, grill, tandoor, and curries. Taste wise they are surely very good and provide a lot of options. One feedback for the rolls would be, to avoid overpowering the rolls with excessive Sauces/Mayo as the rolls lose the essence of the core ingredients, also, maybe use some a medium weight press on both sides while you are grilling the rolls to give an even crispy bite
Good Taste and Reasonable Price and Good Service
Best chicken rolls.. sholay roll is a must try.. they are giving some offers on monday..
Best takeaway rolls in Bangalore. Mexican jumbo roll recommended.
Pretty great quality food but the Price seems to be bit high.. Order on Swiggy seems to be a bad option with how much the Price differ...
There is a rush here and there was a wait. We had mutton Sheek kabab, which was bit spicy for us. Please check the hours before you order. Parking is a challenge and you may have to park a bit further away. Great place to order delivery.
We had juicy “Sholay” roll (regular) which looks like jumbo .
I recommend to visit on mondays ..
You would get Buy1Get1 offer .
Taste is Worth ..
A great place to grab some rolls and chicken varieties. Angara chicken is my favorite preparation from their list and I've been having it for almost a year.
It was very good experience I loved that outlet of 7 plates taste is also good
Best place for delicious lips, smacking chicken rolls and kababs
