A very good small cafe type place near to my workplace which serves very good and very hygienically prepared dishes for your snacky cravings.
I have always loved to eat here and I will recommend everyone to try this for sure.
I have tried all of their dishes and not even one made me feel bad so a MUST GO TO PLACE for snacks.
I have been to masala chai many times. It's like a perfect chai place for hanging out with friends. We often meet here for tea and yummy snacks. A different concept for all the chai lovers. Must try Try different types of tea with their yummy plate if pakoras. My favourite is cutting chai.
Sabudana khichdi if u would not have removed I would have given u 5. NYC experience. Bread pakoda also u can add but it's great... Awesome... Happy new Year... Poha also good chai is truly loveable...milk quality is NYC
A must place for those lazy mornings when you feel like to have some good sandwiches & eggs or intimidate your maharashtrian taste buds breakfast in budget with a good ambience and service. Also as the name says, you can explore a variety of chai’s for those chai lover in the town.
Must try Mumbai se aya mera toast, Misal pav & Sabudana khichdi cos they manage to maintain its authentic taste.
This place takes you back to those good old after school snack times at the back gate! 😄
Definitely a must try, their menu hits close to home! It’s everything you’d make at home and don’t actually. Been here too many times, and will go back a lot many times.

A good café for the residents of Metropolis, Brigade Nalapad employees and people near by. As the place is in brigade Metropolis there is no issue with the cleanliness of the locality, parking etc. The café welcomes you with a nice seating arrangement and soothing ambience.
Ordered Masala omelette, Bombay Sandwich and Cutting Chai.
Masala omelette which was served with toasted pav and ketchup sachet was spicy and tastes great. (4/5)
Had huge expectations on Bombay Sandwich but ended up as a below par dish. It was served with a ketchup sachet. The essence of Bombay Sandwich lies in the green chutney and it was the spoiler here (3/5)
Cutting Chai (Ginger tea) was one of the best I had in my life and it's a must try. This is served alongside with a small pack of 3 Parle-G biscuits which gives you a special feel. (5/5)
Overall it's a good place to hangout with your friends or the special one to have a nice chat with the coffee and reading the books around.
Note: Heard the vada pav is great here but it's served only from 2:30 PM. Will update the review soon with that 😁

I tried various food items including “Misal Pav”, “Samosas”, “Pav Bhaji” and “Paneer Toast”. Among which “Misal Pav” and “Paneer Toast” became my go to dishes for my future visits there!❤️

Aahhh what to say about this place...this was actually a hidden gem for me...I found this place based on a recommendation from a friend. I tried the misal pav and chilled neembu paani...and must say it was worth it. Something to drool for...will definitely go again to try other delicacies.
As name suggests happy snacking here. I mean if you want to have light meal then this is the place. Wide variety of snacks and tea. Masala chai my favourite along with onion pakoda or samosa. Meals are accompanied with chips.
Small place, good pricing and great food.
We had paneer toasty, onion pakoda and chilli cheese toast and honestly can’t complain about taste, quantity or quality!

Masala chai is everybody’s favourite from The Arcade. It is generally very crowded but the staff never forgets to be kind. It is pocket-friendly and has the best quality and taste.
They don’t just serve chai but also other quick bites like vada Pav, sandwiches, Maggie etc.
I have tried Bombay street sandwich, masala veg Maggie, pizza on toast, masala chai and iced cola tea.
Bombay sandwich was basic but tasty.
Who can not like Maggie. No matter how it’s made, Maggie will be an all-time favourite. Let me tell you, their Maggie was perfect. Veggies were perfectly cut, Maggie was perfectly boiled and cooked with a very balanced taste.
Pizza on toast was the best. It was the first time that I ever had something like this. The idea was unique and it was so delicious and light.
Like it’s name, the masala chai with parleG biscuits was the best of the evening. If your really stressed out with your job, simply come down to Malala chai and grab your masala chai. Trust me, you will go back a fresh and active mood.
I never thought cola and ice tea can be one. Yes! At masala chai, they can be one and is the best flavour of the ice teas.
Everything at Masala chai are simple, affordable, pocket friendly and tasty with the best quality and service.

Went here for evening chai with a friend. Situated in Brigade Arcade, this place is easy to miss and looks quite different from the pictures in reality. It is mostly frequented by the residents of the society and was not very well-maintained. They could have maintained better hygiene. Nevertheless, we ordered Misal Pav, Lemon tea, Adrak tulsi chai, Cheese Omlette and Dabeli. The service is quick and we received everything within minutes of placing the order.
Coming to the food, the misal pav was surprisingly great. Misal was of the right consistency and not very spicy unlike the ones i have tasted in Bangalore. It was overflowing with Farsan and every bite was heavenly. I am not a fan of Dabeli so I gave it a skip. My friend liked it though. Coming to the cheese omlette, it was presented in Parsi style with pav and ketchup on the side. Slightly oily but really tasty. We devoured it in one go. Coming to the chai, the lemon tea had a hint of chat masala which I usually put while making it at home also. Loved the tangy flavor and highly recommend it to everyone. Personally, I did not like the adrak tulsi chai. I feel that both these ingredients have very strong flavours and I do not like the amalgamation of these two with milk. I would have preferred ginger tulsi tea without milk or maybe ginger-tulsi green tea. Overall, the food was decent but a bit over-priced.
Verdict: Liked the food but the place needs to be cleaner. Also, slashing down the prices might increase its popularity as a regular chai joint. Overall, I left the place happy and satiated.
Comfort food. Tastes like home. Don’t go by the size of the place, the food & quality is completely satisfying. My favourite is poha & Bombay masala sandwich.

Always buzzing with activity, this place is good for light filling breakfast & snacks. Seeing Misal Pav for a Mumbaikar was the greatest happiness here!
Dabeli is too sweet, they need to spice it up a bit and add pomegranate and chopped onions, the Aamchi Mumbai style. Same goes for Misal Pav, chopped onions, cut lemon & coriander was missing. Cold coffee is good. Might be a bit heavy on your pocket but nonetheless, a quick place for light bites!

I envy the crowd staying / working in brigade metropolis coz of this outlet. We first went there by accident and then have been there multiple times. The chai there is perfect. The snacks is why we go there. Their Bombay sandwich is yummy so is missal pav. Dhabeli is a perfect combination of sweet and spice. Vada pav and cheese toast are also gr8.
It a good place for a quick chai and snack for breakfast or evening munch.

This place is located inside Brigade Metropolis Campus, Ground floor of Arcade. It’s a small cafe with a seating of 24 pax. The menu has good choice from quick bites to decent stomach filling options. Always busy on weekdays due to multiple offices in campus. They have a good variety of Tea and their overall quality is top notch. Pricing is higher to the competition form other vendors but still worth considering the quality. Overall a fantastic place for hot chai & quick eats!

The place is itself pretty small but is very clean, went here around 10 and the place wasn't very crowded, You can get a place to sit. Personally love the chicken sandwich.
Been here many times for tea n snacks in the evening or late mornings...this place is always full n busy...masala chai is on point..luv their chicken manyo sandwich n samosas...maggie is gud but a bit costly ...lately they have started giving 2 parle g biscuit with tea wich is gud..gud one to hang out for tea or for some "chai pe charcha"

On Sunday eve at Decathlon Whitefield I was tired and was looking for refreshing tea.
As I was new to this place so I searched for good snacks point on Zomato.
By seeing the rating and reviews I thought of giving it a try.
This place is 100 meters from Decathalon, inside the Brigade Metropolis Towers.
Self-service is there. But if you ask then they will serve at your table without any question.
Menu includes snacks and variety of teas. I tried Masala chai, Assam chai and Masala Omelette.
All of the items were really good and refreshing.
And price of the items are also moderate according to the place.
Service is quick and staff serves you items with smile on their face.

you can visit this place only if you are lucky enough. this is inside the brigade metropolis towers. place is not soo bad to go for a breakfast but they are too lazy to open the shutters early.
Good for breakfast in Whitefield rather than going to Koramangala or Indiranagar. Situated in one of the good societies in Whitefield area - Brigade Metropolis. Food is decent but not many non veg options. For vegetarians it's good. If you are looking for more non veg options, it's not the place.

We ordered a chicken mayo sandwich , vada pav , ice tea , cheese French fries and a masala chai ... The food was good but the place was crowded and service was delayed .. worth a try but need patience to wait for the food

Why 5 out of 5? Well on the 2nd day of the Bengali New Year I write this review. I am guy who is staying outside from his home due to financial constrains after 27 years!! Being from Calcutta it is very difficult to adjust in the ‘So Called’ north Indian PG’s. I have faced hell lot of challenges for that! This place has saved me!! As it’s just 800 meters away from my PG! Yes for 2 boiled eggs they charge Rs 30, so it’s expensive. From the other shops in Brigade Arcade this one’s taste is the best! One more reason to give it a 5 out of 5! What no one couldn’t do! I have tried cutting tea here, didn’t liked it, I have tried Darjeeling tea, didn’t liked it, but then I tried Assam Tea (Its Rs 25 for a single cup of tea!! Calcutta er 5 takar chaa er kotha bhabben na please) & the rest is history. It's damn tasty! This shop has done the impossible, it has got me addicted towards #AssamTea (I have been there almost 40 times now) & will continue to do so!
Why 5 out of 5? One more reason is left! Bread Butter Jam! When the PG breakfast is uneatable to me on Sundays’ and Monday’s especially, I go there even at 12 noon (as I am into full & continues night shift duty) they provide me breakfast! Thank you Masala Chai, Brigade Arcade, Garudacharpalya, Namashkara Bangaluru. Thank you. Keep the great services. They also provide other stuffs and they are also nice. You can have reading books in the shop and the way they keep water in the Glass bottle is unique.

Myself and my flatmates are regulars here. Provides a good hangout spot and their quality is consistent and impressive. Personally I'm a fan of their Chicken cheese roll with roasted peppers. Their Bombay themed menu is a cozy steal away from regular Bangalore food spots !!

We ordered masala tea and nibu tea. For breakfast we ordered bun maska, chicken stuffed omelette and cheese burst omelette.
Tea were awesome and omelettes were nice which came with bread/bun.
It has a limited menu, good for tea and snack. Not really for breakfast, at least not a breakfast enthusiast like me.

Its hard to find a time when this joint is not crowded. Their USP is the value for money for the items they offer. The first few weeks when I went i told my wife , I told look that cutting chai for Rs 15, they are definitely gonna increase it after 1 month. But they stayed at those rates and it seems to have helpd them. Love both the chai and coffee here. Onion Pakoda is one item I have often from here. Their bun maska, masala fries, samosa, chillie cheese toast are all good too.
Overall a perfect place for your evening tea or snacks if you are around the Brigade metropolis area.

I have tasted ever tea whr cutting and lemon is first in the check list. Cutlet and samosa are mild in taste.
If you are feeling low or low in energy plz try lemon tea taste like salty, dash of lemon, honey and little bit of ginger.
I used to visit this place very often during my stay in whitefield. It is a very nice snacks center. As the name suggests, it serves very good tea... especially tulsi-adrak chai.. most of the items are good and freshly prepared... however i did not like misal pav ...
Ordered Veg curry rice, chicken curry rice, Veg cutlet, masala fries, 3 diff types of tea. The tea were awesome. The fries were really good and not very oily. The Veg curry contained paneer which was undercooked. The chicken was above average

This is a very welcoming, cozy little place that offers you Indian street food along with a variety of tea n coffee to savour it with. The food is always fresh, service is quick despite of being always always full.
Decent place for hungry people. And very reasonably priced. You'll mostly see runners or cyclists or bachelors having a hearty breakfast here. The amount is pretty decent too and their bun Maska is soft and has oodles of butter! It makes you drool! Though not a chai fan, I decided to have Assam Tea from here. It was aromatic and had the right amount of sweetness. Not too in your face, which is why I liked it.
Early morning, if you are hungry and want some nice chai, this is your place to be. Especially convenient because it's very close to decathlon and also located right inside Brigade Metropolis!
Thela gone franchise. This is a small joint to just hang about. We had two ginger teas and bun maska. The tea was surprisingly strong and good. The bun fresh. Bangalore has got great weather and if only they had outdoor seating. Their ambience should improve for the products they offer to get a more natural and rustic feel rather than just yellow red closed walls.
Good chai, had an adrak wala chai for 20 and it hit the spot !! More small chai joints like this should come up in blr with nice hot bajji's and most imp should be priced at a decent amount cause I'm interested in the quality of chai not the decor of the joint.

Definitely recommend just for that Masala chai. They also have fresh pakodas, need to try those next time.

A cozy place for breakfast, snacks and evening chai. Their mayo chicken sandwich is something to drool for and their masala chai has a great aroma. Good service (self-service, but the billing is quick), sumptuous portions, courteous staff and a neatly maintained hangout place. A good place to catch up with friends.
I went there along with a couple of my friends after a long day at work. Loved the place. An ideal hangout place with super fast service and they serve awesome masala chai !! Very relaxing :)

It's a decent small eatery in brigade metropolis. Went there to have tea in the late evening (around 9.30 pm) and I must say that they have a slightly different menu as compared to most of the other small eateries around serving just south indian dishes (idly / dosa / vada). I tried tea and samosa, both were good enough. Didn't try out sandwich, but saw them being served and they looked good and similar to the typical Bombay sandwiches. There's limited sitting space, but I guess it's enough for the kind of place it is. Or you would want to relax and sit outside on the steps, sipping a hot cup of tea. I wouldn't mind going there again and trying out other things they have.

I am lucky to be a resident of Brigade Metropolis and enjoy the food they serve.
Its a great place to have "chai pe churcha"..
The best catches are the new items they keep adding to the menu. From summer coolers like Aam Panna and Chaas to evergreen Assam Chai, the choices are in abundance.
They offer some classic snacks like onion pakoras and veg cutlets .
I owe my love for Maggie to them.
I would really recommend non residents also to come and enjoy their chai.
Brigade metropolis offer you a large variety of option to have snacks. From dominos to fasoos to goli to masala chai. One of my oldest bookmarked place. It was a small place with really interesting menu and ambiance. We had masala chai(served in kulhad) and cutting chai, both were good and was worth buying. We all had 2 cups of chai. They had other varieties too. They have self service and service is really quick. Waiters are helpful too. Masala and cheese French toast were bland. Hope it had some taste. But egg, cheese and onion roll was too good. Cheesy and tasty. Prices are decent. They also serves rice, maggi and toasties.
Evenings can get perfect after office hours here.. Just being 5 mins away from the office building it is a treat to the workers to have quick snacks n tea., onion pakoras with Assam chai is heavenly.. Chilly cheese toast and egg cheese n crunchy onion roll are my personal favourites. It's crowded most of the times as it's everyone's favourite:)
Favourite tea shop of all time. Although tea shop doesn't quite cover the gamut of what they have to offer. You could be at Masala Chai at any time of day, with any degree of appetite and walk away happy. The menu is constantly evolving, there's free wifi, and there's always a piping hot glass of tea of your choice.
The toasties, the crunchy rolls, the curry and toast, dabeli, mutton cutlet and chilli cheese toast come highly recommended.
I take my tea seriously and it's very gratifying to finally find a place that does so too.

Feel like some good hearty breakfast after a hangover/holi/late party... Then head to masala chai ... True to their name they make the best masala chai served in kullad which adds to the taste. Their friendly ambience and the cosy place makes the breakfast even better. Every time I have been here it's when all us crazy friends are ravenously hungry. So here goes the list of what we like - masala chai, Assam chai, chilly cheese toast, masala French toast, cold coffee, stuffed mushroom omelette, paneer toasty, maggie( made with all the veggies n a twist of tang- come on not all can make Maggie perfect).

Situated inside brigade metropolis lies this place. I don't think many people know about this place but I'm so glad that I gave it a shot. If you are in the mood for tea and snacks this cafe does more than enough for you.
It is a small outlet with maybe 4-5 tables and a simple ambience. What stands out the most is the tea they prepare and the yummy snacks .
After ordering our first round, since we were so impressed we went ahead and ordered a second round of food and tea. The chicken mayo sandwich was good and they were quite generous with the meat unlike most places :p the tea was good and were served in little clay pots (something different from the usual) . the other snacks we had were also very pleasing which included masala fries, bread butter jam and samosa bun.
The VFH is outstanding. I know this is no premium place like CCD or Starbucks but you definitely get your moneys worth at Masala chai.

One suggestion for improvement - use 2 eggs for Kheema Ghotala and wrap it in proper omlet.
The friendly neighbourhood joint that serves great cutting chai and some really good (read the homely kind, no frills) sandwiches. Highly recommended are their Bombay sandwich & chicken mayo. I really liked the chicken cutlets they serve in the evenings. Misal & dabeli are well... fine from Bangalore standards.
Staff is cheerful and the place is lively with families pouring in the evenings. This will be regular place for me for a quick bite for sure.
One of the best place to have a quick chai or a nice snack. Their cold coffee is very nice. In starters, sandwiches, onion pakoras, samosa bun are great.

A working Sunday in a Whitefield Office Campus brought us to Masala Chai as this was the first tea store that popped up on Zomato.
We walked in around lunchtime, so couldn't really get hold of the snacks, but the t ea that we ordered was absolutely brilliant.
Cutting Chai was brewed to perfection and at a very modestly price of Rs.15 this was a gingery delight. Complete VFM.
I would have loved to visit this place over and over again, but unfortunately stay too far. How about consider diversifying and opening new branches ? :)

This is an excellent breakfast/snacks shop in Mahadevpura/Hoodi area. Located inside the premises of plush Brigade Metropolis society, it's lives up to the standard and also costs tend to be slightly on the higher side.
Food: They majorly serve breakfast varieties. I was delighted to see them serving Maharashtrian dishes like batata Poha, Misal Pav and Sabudana khichdi in its correct form and good taste. I would recommend to try Bombay toast, Sabudana khichdi, cheese omlette.
Tea: Well, this is what this store is for and they do justice. I personally love the cutting chai (or the ginger tea). You can also go ahead with other varieties like Adrak Tulsi or Masala.
Ambience: This place is not meant for classy ambience. They have simple seating arrangements and it's a cozy place.
Crowd: This place is mostly thronged by young office employees and Brigade residents. Weekend mornings and evenings this place is full. You may have to sip a chai sitting below a bench on trees outside the shop.
I would highly recommend to visit this place for your upcoming weekend breakfast.
Definitely the best breakfast place! They have so many options, and everything tastes good! I've been avoiding dairy recently, so I was worried I'm not going to like their black tea, but I did. Recommend this place 100%.
They provide really heart warming home like food, situated at brigade metropolis . The place has a very casual Ambience one can for quick bites .
We tried poha and misal pav. Poha was good but misal pav was not up to the mark. Ambience is good and staff is courteous. It's a bit expensive given quality and quantity of food.
On of the best when it comes to Tea. The only flip point is that they don't serve the Green Tea but Lemon Tea more than makes up for that.

The chai is really good and cost friendly. The bun maska is good. I ate their aloo sandwich it was not really up to the mark as it has no chutney or veggies or cheese or anything. Rest just can say it's cost friendly cafe
