One of the famous eatery around mosque road, Frazer town. One should not miss this place during Ramadan time. They serve some of the mouthwatering dishes during this time.
It's a mini paradise for nonveg lovers. I visited this place multiple times and enjoyed their signature items like Mutton Chops, Chicken Chops, Dragon Chicken, Pepper Chicken, and Anda Kheema Roti. Recently they opened one additional counter for steaming Dosa, Idly, and few desserts. This place turns into a food hunting spot during Ramadan time, and people wait in a queue to get their chance to enjoy lip-smacking dishes from this place.
I highly recommend this place for some lip-smacking food at a pocket-friendly price. This place becomes overcrowded during Ramzan time and peak hours.

Easily the best place for your meat cravings. It's really a kebab paradise. I've tried a bunch of dishes off their menu but their BBQ chicken is really great. It's fresh and sizzling by the time it reaches your table. Keema paratha is also great. I wish to try their curries soon.
Wow! Had the Mutton Keema Anda Paratha and the Barbeque Chicken both of which were super amazing. I loved the flavours and the meats were perfectly cooked.
this place legit had the meat platter every Bangalorean craves!! just delicious, finger licking, sweat wiping savoury for the entire family. hello cholesterol 🙌🏻🔥👍🏻✌🏻️🔥🔥🔥💖❤️🕺🏻🥳😬🕺🏻🕺🏻🤯🔥❤️
A must try dish at this place is the Baida Roti. This is a rumali roti base filled with finely grounded chicken and lot of finely chopped onions. Extremely tender and tasty.

I had visited Charminar Kabab Paradise during Ramzan to relish their excellent kabab and haleem preparations. They have a good variety of kababs, sweets, and haleem. They are famous for their Mutton roti. It had minced mutton, onions and chutney stuffed inside a Mughlai paratha which is deep fried. Their seekh kabab, shahi tukda, and mutton haleem were also too good.
If you love kababs, haleem and moghlai then you just cant miss going to this place.
I have been visiting this restaurant during Eid for last 4 years and experience has been awesome always.
The taste of the food is very good and the cost isnt that high
Grilled Black Pepper Chicken Roll at its best. If you want to try some variety kebabs and rolls instead of shawarma, do visit here.
A paradise if you want to fill your heart and soul.
Just had the shawarma today. It was the best I've ever had. They need to have more different varieties of shawarma. I'm sure they'll do even more extremely well.
This is one of the best places to visit especially during Ramadan in Frazer Town... But even not in the month of Ramadan, this place offers a great variety of dishes in non veg dishes especially... For the prices the place offers food, I wouldn't comment on the ambience. Very affordable prices set on the menu and worth every penny. They listen to your instructions if you want to customize a little on the dishes like spice level and stuff... I like spicy food so I really love their gravies, kolhapuri chicken is really good.. loved their chili chicken as well... They add their special south indian spicy touch to few dishes like soups, which is not bad I think... Overall, totally worth every penny for a small budget eat out and especially if you're a non vegetarian. Also, they have few samosas, pakoras, vada and tea stalls right outside their restaurant.. So if you're just in a mood for a quick snack, definitely can do!! In all aspects 3.5 but in the category of low budget restaurant, definitely 4-4.5👍
Come here during Ramadan and you won't be able to enter. The chicken and sheekh rolls are very good. Apart from that, the overall food is quite decent.
Discovered this place unexpectedly... turned out to be the best place for Haleem 💕
I am one of those persons who restrict eating non-veg beyond chicken... but this place has got some tasty food
Worth for your each penny u spend 👍
Simple place with better food.
Must try Chicken Chops here, one of the best grilled chicken I had ;) it's juicy and the meat is just wow..
The Shai Tukda was good as well with a little crunchy edges, just that I prefer little more crunchy ones :)
Mutton sheek was average, should have been cooked a little more.. If you prefer nicely cooked meat, better inform them in advance..
Tasty food... During Ramadan it's just awesome here .. try and like it ❤️..tried almost everything here...haleem..mutton samosa.. Pathar gosh..liked everything
I order from this place several times. The rolls are amazing. Cost effective and there is good amount of filling. I've tried their chilly chicken too which is amazing.
I had visited with my family nice food and worth paying for it hyderabadi chicken too good and yummy idli quality of food is good. Nice place to eat both veg and non veg
I would say, just not value for money, but more than that. The rolls are tasty and filling. You get rolls with lot of filling and of a jumbo size for just Rs.80. They have different variations of chicken starters at reasonable price and decent quantity. I would give a 5
All their dishes are really good and will priced too. There's a small tea stall adjoining it. Try their sulaimani and pudding.samosa are very delicious and they make HARIRA its so pure and yummy, It's mouth watering. They have a good crowd and always serve fresh so they take some time preparing.
.nice place to hangout with friends.
A very good place ever visited. Nice and tasty dishes.
Quality of the food is very good.
And the rolls very good and tasty.
Even the cost is also not more high.
Should visit again to have tasty rolls.
Amazing Kababs available. Went during Ramzan time with friends. Had fun. It was crazy crowded due to the festival. But, awesome!
Ramzan special sweets those were sold were also awesome.
Amazing food. Specially liked the chicken nizam roll and mutton seekh kebab. Cost effective and good food quality. Chicken Biryani was tasty but could have been better.

Had tea and samosas here. It's a very crowded place. The taste was goood.good place to have some chat with your friends and have snacks. Will visit again.
I found Charminar to be a decent place for some takeways. Their kebabs are quite decent. Kalmi kebab is a good option. Have to try one of their main dish to give a full review.
Nice place for kebabs... In mosque Rd obviously the non veg items r good ... And additional to that they have these idly and Vada ... And the Irani chai and biscuits r too good 😍
This place makes one of the best rolls in town. The pepper chicken roll and the Manchurian roll are awesome! There is a special chicken bhuna roll they make only in the weekends. Do try them.
Rolls apart, their Biriyani and Andhra Kabab is yummy too.
If you are looking for a quick and tasty food option this is one of the best place. The variety of chicken rolls are too good and worthy for the money you spend. Their specialities of anda keema rolls are too good if you are not diet conscious. Kababs are something that I have tried only during Ramzan.
It's been a good experience. This place never ceases to amuse me. I have been having here since my college days and the food tastes great. I have visited with family, friends and co-workers and they also liked it much.
PS: Not for people who are particular about ambience.
Hunger Quick fix!
Passing by last evening, saw a huge crowd around the place. We dropped by to find a cosy little place selling some amazing food. The rolls were delicious and large enough for a person. The choices in chicken were many. The mutton egg roti was a first for me. And it was well worth it. We even packed some chicken curry, potli chicken (chicken keema stuffed chicken kebab) and dal fry.
Definitely thumbs up.
This is one joint I always visit when I'm in Mosque road!
I think they make the best mutton sheekh roll/kabab in the area. They also serve a variety of Chicken rolls, some with a fresh diced kabab filling, which are pretty good.
They serve a good variety of items during Ramzan, definitely cleaner than most other places. Also, they have stalls that serve tea and dessert right outside. If you do end up here, I suggest the Mutton Sheekh roll/Kabab or the Chicken rolls. The Biriyani is pretty average.
I was damn hungry on one fine afternoon and wanted to have biryani. And alter finalised on visiting Charminar kabab paradise. The biryani was not bad at all. Even though it wasn't great and out of the world it did taste good. The only problem with the biryani was the amount of oil in it. I know that's how it's made but still the amount of oil was a little too high. The addition of crispy shallots on the top added some flavour to the biryani. Another positive about the place is the quantity of rice and chicken. They serve sufficient rice and meat to satisfy ones hunger and the pricing is also reasonable. I would definitely visit them again to try the rolls and kababs.
The best tandoori kababs I've had. Oil was dropping but yeah that's where the flavours kick in. Seating very average but the food is great. Kababs were nice and biryani was good enough. But the tandoori kababs stole the show. Try them for kababs!
Been to this place a couple of times and their rolls and kebabs are delicious. The biryani aint anything great and this place is good when ur hungry and on the lookout for a quick takeaway
If you want an unique experience of ramzan foods this is the place!!Varieties of desserts and veg items sold outside. The most favorite non veg (only chicken fish and mutton) will be serving inside . Festival like environment. Will be crowded. One should be ahead to get their order in that rush!
Biriyani was not that good which was pale in taste..
I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant during ramdan feast and finally it came true!
The food is just amazing ! Despite the rush the food was delicious and tasty and no compromise on quality .
All though everything looked food and mouth watering I manage to eat only a couple of things.
1.mutton shekh - it was just amazing ! The juicy meat flavoured with tangy and spicy ingredients......it was just melting in my mouth ...really loved !
Price - 80 bucks
2.kebabs - they looked really appetizing ! And tasted equally awesome ! The spiciness is exactly to my taste !
Price average -120 bucks
3.kheema parotha- I had to wait literally 40 mins to get my hands on this dish! Every time a fresh batch came people would pounce and it would be over !
But the wait was worth it.....the kheema between the layers of flour roasted to the right amount of crispness was just heavenly.....it was crispy ..meaty...and just too good !
Price -80 bucks .
There was a counter in front of the restaurant serving some samosas and sweets .
1.samsoa.- usual nothing great ...smelled a little oily though .
Price - 30 bucks
2.khaja- its sweet very similar to badusha ....but some softer and a lot more of ghee.....it wasn't too sweet and the mist amazing part was it use to melt as soon as you took a bite into it . It was really good !
price -20 bucks
Ambience - 3/5
Food - 4/5
Service - 3.5/5
If your Frazer town and your a non vegetarian this is your mecca of non veg starters.
Will definitely visit again and a big fan !
Special mention - the owner checked upon us when we were sharing a kheema parotha about the taste and general opinion of the restaurant.....so response and feedback is definitely good
If you have never been to this restaurant in frazer town during ramadan time then you have missed a lot.
This is located just near the mosque road in frazer town. It was heavily crowded during the ramadan time.
The speciality ----> chicken n mutton haleem. Thats made specially durinf the ramadan time.
Haleem is a special dish in which mutton or chicken is made into a paste along with spices. Its a heavy high caloric dish , so that it keeps you full during the ramadan fast (roza).
It was really tasty and couldnt resist eating it twice, though a lil costly :-( .
Also had some sheek kababs, grilled chicken.
To wrap it up i would say this reataurant is a must visit during ramadan time and dont forget to have the haleem.
Not sure what they serve during non ramadan time.
Awesome Kababs... Especially during the Ramzan month they make just yummm kabas!!! Anarkali kababs are toooo good!!! Place was crowded but the service is good!!!
The kababs are to die for. The best ones I have ever had. The biryani is not that great. Rolls were fine. One downside is the place doesn't have delivery. You have to go and pick up.
Location is perfect so is the food! The taste of the dishes be it Biryani, Kebabs, Rotis or Rolls is too good! The rates are appropriate and a good place overall..
Have visited this place multiple times. Their chicken and mutton biriyani's are very good and tasty. Kebabs too. Chicken kebab have good quantity and size . For evening they have variety of rolls at very economical price. And items like Kheema roti is a variety there. Service is just ok. We always prefer a take away.

I've been regular to this place since 2002. I literally like chicken and Shekh rolls served here. ANDA Kheema roti is really lip smacking. In Chinese like chicken noodles. I like butter chicken along with Roomali Roti. This restaurant is really pocket friendly
This place is great for Quick takeaways. On my first visit I was in a hurry and parcled a paneer butter masala and roomali roti. It's really cheap, and it cost me just 105 bucks. Plus the portion is really good, good enough for two people. The panner was quite oily but it tasted damn good. The second time I went there I had their famous egg keema paratha/roti. It was not that good tho. The mutton tasted more like chicken and it didn't really have a good taste to it. It was very oily and didn't meet my expectations.

If you like trying to different varieties of non veg dishes; then Frazer town is where you are supposed to be (Ramzan month). Must try - Dishes - Pathar gosh, Haleem, Mutton Seekh.
Desserts - Caramel pudding, Kheer, Rasmalai
After a heavy non veg treat, Charminar hotel tea will be a fitting ending...
My most recent visit to Bangalore and we made a spontaneous decision to visit the Mosque road at 11pm for its Ramadan specials. I have been to Charminar for such visits and was eager to see the Bangalore feast.
The parking was difficult and for sure this was no less than Charminar. The whole street was super crowded with umpteen number of eateries and kiosks right up to the road.
After a really long walk and a few bites here and there, we ended up at Charminar Kabab Paradise. The place was teeming with people. The aroma of the sheek kebabs had us drooling. We took our tokens and after some 15 minutes of waiting around the smoking hot grill( and crying our eyes out thanks to the smoke), we finally got our 2 plates of piping hot mutton and chicken sheeks, with sliced onions and lemon. It was totally worth it. I had a bite of the mutton sheek and it was really good. The chicken sheek was succulent with the spices and smoky flavour. It was one of the best I have had.
Given it was the Ramadan season plus a weekend and the place was supposed to be crowded, I would say the ambience was perfect. Definitely, a great place for all the kebab lovers.

This review is based on my recent visit to Charminar kebab paradise during the ramzan season.
I came to know from a friend about this very famous eat out in Frazer Town.
They have loads and loads of food on offer. Place is quite clean and organised.
We tried Keema samosa- tasted good.
badam halwa- was good but too sweet.
Khajur- ok
badam milk- it was quite usual milk with hint of badam.
mutton Haleem- It was the super delicious dish. I loved it
They had many more options like lemon chicken steaks, pepper chicken, lolipop etc.
Will surely try more next time.
This place is known for its kebabs. I have been going to this place since 2 years for occasional onion samosa and chicken samosa. Tried lots of their stuff when they had stalls outside their hotel.
Mutton kheema paratha, Chicken stick and Haleem were some of the items that I tried here. These guys are no push-overs when compared with innumerable restaurants around the place!!!
This place serves one of the best muttton keema paratha and kebab . I would love to go there again. Non veg lover its good to grab some bite their
A must visit place for the meat lovers, decently clean place, they have seating area in the first floor but would recommend to join the crowd on the street and devour the meaty delicacies. Dont try chinese and abuse this joint, try their tandoor varieties - Extremely tender, fall of the bone consistency, rightly flavored not very spicy and to be consumed hot. And Kheema Roti is their specialty though high on calories a must have.
A paradise for Non - Veg starters/ Kababs. Not much to say about the ambience - u can stand outside on the street and eat as well if not out there for proper meal.
My personal favourites from their menu is Chicken Chops (A MUST TRY) - Juicy, soft, tender perfectly grilled and Barbecue Chicken - Timely Barbecued, marinated, spiced chicken pieces.
However the non - veg Indian gravy are a disappointment here - extra sweet, tasted little stale.
Overall a must visit place for kababs. Not to forget their special Haleem available during the month of Ramadan.
The food is decent. Ambience could do a lot better. And as the name of the restaurant suggests, the kababs at this place are pretty kickass.
Cheers.
The place is well famous for its tasty rolls....... always fully packed because of its tasty dishes. Located in mm road exactly in front of alibaba cafe........... You have to go and taste their rolls as nizam rolls and mutton seekh roll are really yum......... Not a family place but you can enjoy with your friends........ Apart from anda kheema roti is their one of the signature bread preparation you can get it in chicken or mutton version......
Bon appetite @chef bb
You cannot sit at Charminar and enjoy a family meal. With buddies yes but not family. The food however is absolutely out of this world. Their kababs and rolls rival the best joints in Frazer Town.
While I would still rate Shahi higher when it comes to rolls, Charminar Seekh rolls have a special chutney inside which makes them unique in their own way. Best option is to parcel a few rolls and their biryani which is pretty good.
If you visit them during Ramzan try their keema anda paratha which is a deep fried paratha stuffed with egg and keema continuously cooked in hot oil. Totally unhealthy but truly tasty.
Cheers,
Well have been here couple of times, the food is good here especially the Kebabs, Mutton Keema, Chicken Haleem (during Ramadan), Chicken chops etc .. This a place, where its better to take away than dine , as the place lacks sophistication :) .. hmmm Hygiene is also not up to the mark ... but yeah ! the food is good and the prices are really reasonable, hence all sins are absolved :D . Definitely a place for foodies (Non veg only).
4.0 not for ambience but great pricing for true tasting indian/tandoor delicacies! try the malai tikka and the biryani along with the chicken 65 dry! great food and unbelievable pricing! a must try!
Mind blowing stuff... Only had snacks so that's all I can recommend... There was no oil used in any preparation and everything was cooked with the animal fat... I have probably never tasted better kababs...
1. Tangri kabab: succulent pieces of chicken cooked in a tandoor to perfection. Perfect level of spices and marinate. My favorite of the lot!
2. Chops: dunno how the hell he cut chicken breasts into large slices approx 3mm each. As a result, the spicy and tangy marinate seeped all the way into the chicken
3. Mutton seekh: mutton isn't minced with a machine but rather by hand. As a result, all the animal fat stays and can be cooked without oil. The outer layer becomes crispy and the inner side is melt in the mouth madness!
Most Delicious Yummy place for Kabab in Bangalore.
You might not have so tasty, juicy Kabab any where in Bangalore.
Sitting place in Charminar Kabab is not good and I will not recommend to come with family but you can get the Kabab parcel from here.
I am very regular here and I mostly get Kalmi Kabab. Here you can get so much variety kabab and in a Very decent price.
Recommendation Items:
1. Kalmi Kabab
2. Tandoori Kabab
3. American Chops
4. Hariyali Kabab
5. Chicken/Paneer Roll (Hyderabadi style)
Not Recommended:
1. Biriyani
2. Any Chicken Greavy
Rating:
Food: 3.5/5
Variety: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 2/5
Value for Money: 4/5
Hope you can enjoy here
A very good "any time" budget restaurant. Food is just excellent. The dinning room on the first floor is not that clean or great, but take the food packed and no issue.
Their Chicken Fried Rice is one of our favorite and frequent parcel items.
The menu has been changed now.so please do make the change here as soon as possible
Got chicken manchurian roll and anda keema stuffed wrap - Good in taste and quantity
I got very tempted to their top class idly with vada - two types of chutney and masala dosa. Mashallah it was very tasty. Looking forward to eat again when I visit Bangalore next time.
Good people ❤️ Good Food - much recommended
Visited this place during Ramadan. It was filled with people. Went ahead and tried chicken samosa, It was yummy. Then tried their ande ka sweet. It was good. It's located exactly on the main road.
Charminar has plenty options especially in their stalls during the Ramadan month. Their dessert stall especially is incredible. All kinds of delicious desserts, caramel custard, khaja etc, everything tasted amazing, priced wonderfully well. Packed their samosas and tried their chicken sheekh and chop as well, all were good.
Very tasty place to have kebabs and sweets. All items are good. They have special counters during Ramadan. Non veg and kebab lovers will love this joint for sure.
Most crowded place during Ramzan food festival
Their kheema Paratha, haleem and Kashmiri Gulab Jamun is good
During the month of Ramzan, this really is a feast for the sore eyes n tongues.
Tried anda keema roti, mutton seekh kabab n harira.
Anda keema roti was ok as the eggs, onions outweighed the keema filling. And if u r conscious about eating oily foods, this is a big no.
Seekh kabab is something for which you'll be visting this place multiple times. Only the quantity was a bit of a downer but the taste n texture made this a fine meaty treat.
Harira was more like hot badam milk with some malai on top and was filling.
Will definitely visit again for their chicken starters n desserts.
Delectable Experience at Charminar Restaurant: A North Indian Delight
If you're a fan of North Indian cuisine, then Charminar Restaurant is an absolute must-visit! From their mouthwatering kababs to their warm and inviting ambiance, this place has it all. In this review, I'll be sharing my delightful experience at Charminar Restaurant, where every bite was a burst of flavors.
I didn't know there was a restaurant upstairs except for the outside tea Cafe until last week :) . Had their chicken biryani and it is very delicious and helping is generous too. Place could have been a bit cleaner though. Price is okay and service is prompt.
Good food and great ambience at this restaurant. Very comfortable and breezy place to sit. The mutton biryani, chicken biryani and chicken manchurian were delicious. Also we got a complimentary dessert made from guava that was tasty as well. I recommend this place for families and friends.
We ordered sheek kebab, chicken 65 and Malai chicken for starters and chicken roll All the starters and chicken nizam roll was amazing. Coming to Biriyani we ordered chicken and mutton and the taste was just fine but little bit oil. However, there was a lot of rice in the Biriyani and less number of non veg pieces. If you are going with a large group and looking at sharing, you might as well have some side dish ordered. If you are in a mood to try something very authentic and traditional, cuisine coming down through ages in Frazier town then this is the place you need to visit. Ambience is pretty ok nothing great but some of their signature dishes are a must try. Like sheekh kebab roll and anda keema roti. It's a hardcore non vegetarian place, if u are a vegetarian there are other places around that you can try they have very least items for vegetarians.
Missed the authentic hyderabadi taste..... But in bangalore ... After eating the kabab here... You can feel better when compared to other restaurants in the whole city of Bangalore..... If you visit the place during the ramzan.... Then thats it its a feast for you....
Absolutely best place for kebabs. Pepper chicken shawarma is good. In addition to kebabs, breakfast items like Idly, dosa are available. Sweets like caramel pudding, sweet samosa and few more varieties are also available. Service is available at first floor. We can stand and eat at any of the counters. Two wheelers can be parked on road but cars would be little difficult. I couldn’t see a dedicated parking space for cars. Most of them were parked road side and not sure whether it attracts a traffic cop. We went on a weekday. So, it wasn’t that much crowded.
A popular hangout where you get great food from Chicken Samosa ( Yummy) to Halwa and most other mouth watering dishes. The Balam halwa and pumpkin halwa was too good. Bread Malai was average. It's was quite crowded during iftar time but I guess any Friday evening would be a good time here
