Disney bakery BTM layout which I have been hearing lot of postive reviews and a many were saying it's like daily ritual on evenings to have snacks n cup of lemon / ginger tea and ofcourse a lot of chit chat and gossips! 😅
Disney bakery started as a condiment store and is now well known among bangalorean's for its varities of bun and tea!
One can see the Bakery is almost crowded whole day from 10am till 10pm , people pay visit here from all nooks and corners of Bengaluru just to have a bun and a cup of tea.
So, i tried their bun jam and bun butter jam, needless to say , freshly made bun which is super soft and is filled with tutty fruity.
Bakery guy cuts the bun like a pro into two equal parts and neatly slathers butter n jam evenly across the bun and then cuts into 4 halves and gives us 😍 and tadaa dayumm bun better jam gets over within seconds 😋
Coming to tea, basic lemon tea which is high on flavour and instantly you get addicted if you are lemon tea lover 😍
Ginger tea happens to be simple n tea decoction flavour is more dominant n milk goes lesser into decoction and it tastes really good ♥️

They have variety of tea. Have a cold, have their ginger tea - it's strong and very refreshing.

This place is my usual hangout place with my girl gang, Big fan of their different types of tea. They also have bun samosa and different types of puffs.. worth trying.. It is always overcrowded.. But the staffs are very fast , friendly and swift in managing the crowd.. I totally love visiting this place.

A must visit hangout place for any tea lovers. There are variety of tea like normal, ginger, elichy, lemon and few more. I found elichy tea most temptaing among all. It just fresh up my mind as soon as i have first sip of it. There arr also some snacks like puff(pattise), samosa and few cake items. Its in centre location of btm so easy to approch.
A small outlet in BTM 2nd stage, my to go place for Ginger tea. I just love the tea here. Every weekend 2 trips to this outlet which enables walk as well since its 1.5 kms from my place. Good one.

This is a usual tea and coffee adda which also serves great bun maska options... unhealthy and yummy at the same time.. do try the peanuts bun maska with some hot lemon tea! My personal favorite. You also have your usual bangalore bakery items available but frankly never tried them!

An well know spot in the BTM locality. A place where we can hangout with friends for Hot Beverages & Snacks. They have variates in Bun, Tea, Coffee and much more.
Ordered Egg Puff, Onion Samosa and Tea.
Egg Puff was not that good, we get better puffs in another bakery. It was mild heated in the oven.
Onion samosa was fresh and good in taste. Roasted and deep fried.
Tea was excellent in mild and refreshing taste.
They have many other items to taste.
A street food Cusine, bit very well know place in the locality.
Coolest place to have hot tea in btm, it took me 5 mins to recognise this shop, it was so crowded.

the best place in btm to give ADDA with friends with a cuppa of tea(and they serve lotsa varieties here)along with samosas or bun samosa(my personal favorite)..one can try ginger,elaichi,masala,lemon tea ....my personal is the masala/ginger ..always crowded post 6pm in evening,so will have to wait a bit(5mins sometimes) to get your hands to the hot pipping hot tea..someone wants to smoke can do it too in the small makeshift room beside it..well cannot be compared to the other coffee/tea joints in terms of ambience as it does not claims to be that sort of a place.nut if you like quality tea and snacks to have(minus the frills)on a daily basis from a place well then this is the place to be.........dont have any pics to upload as i go there and go with the flow

Much hyped place in btm for evening chai and other bakery stuff. I always use to cross by and wonder what's so fuss about. There is always so much crowd standing there.
So finally I tried and found out a bit hyped but you can definitely give it a try specially considering their varieties of tea. They do have some snack savouries as well. Overall not a bad place if you like to be standing and eating and getting stared upon by 30 odd people.

If you stay in and around BTM layout, you would automatically come to know about this place because of the crowd that is always there at this small little tea shop. Be it a wekeday or weekend, morning or evening this place will be crowded like anything. I sometimes wonder what do they mix in their that it makes so special that the entire BTM layout is addicted to it ? My all time favorite here is the Lemon tea ! One sip of it makes you feel refreshed and energized.
There is something about the tea here to which all the folks in btm are addicted too.. you will see a huge crowd at this place on the evenings... this place is not a ful fledged bakery but can be considered for a quick round of evening tea with bun samosa on the side
Best ginger tea I have had in Bangalore. Never tried anything else here hence limiting the the rating to 3.5. A word of advice - brace yourself for the crowd. It is ALWAYS crowded. Service doesn't get much affected though.

My association with this place is for years now. When I was staying in BTM layout it used to be a place to have delicious stress buster tea and spend long hours hanging out. After moving to a distant place, I still make it a point to visit it when ever I am passing by BTM layout.

The place is very happening, as its name suggests. It is a favorite for the tea lovers. Apart from tea their snacks like - Bun Butter, Bun Butter Samosa, Mini Samosa, Mini Kachori etc are among the favorites of people.
They server tea of various flavors - Normal, Elichi, Ginger, Lemon, Green etc. My all time favorite is Ginger tea. It has a very strong Ginger flavor and is over sweet. This gingery-sweet taste is very refreshing. Lemon tea is another favorite among the health conscious folks.
Among their snacks my favorite is Bun Butter Samosa. They give it in two variants - normal and another is heated in microwave oven. I like it plain.
The way in which it is gaining popularity and the way in which it has the customer base, no wonder if it soon becomes an iconic place of Bangalore!!

Super place for Chai. Very crowded during the evenings and you need to push your way through. Their bun butter is very good and probably good place for a chai after a long days work.
The place famous for it's Bun butter combos and Ginger tea and coffee is never disappointing. After a long day at work/bad day, you could stop by to have a sip of their ginger tea and I promise, it would change your mood. They also have nice milkshakes and juices too.
Well... They have variety of tea menu and all of them are good. My favourites include elaichi tea and ginger tea. Place is so crowded that it reminds me of a theatre where a superstar movie has released. Keeping the taste aside, personally I don't like they serving hot tea in a very delicate plastic cup. It would be better if they change it to better alternative.
Recently they stopped selling cigarette making the place more pleasant.

I stay at Garvebhavipalya and I travel to BTM a distance of 5km just to have the Elaichi Tea and Samosa Bun over here. This place is fabulous. Whatever time it is this place is always crowded and they have hired people who always try to keep the crowd off the footpath because it is so crowded. Well a full tea served in plastic cup costs you 15. You can choose from ginger elaichi and masala tea. Ginger tea is my bet. Strong and so refreshing. Egg puff is very famous and tasty out here. But you should be lucky to get one if going bit late after evening. Scores of people throng here and is a very popular meeting area. They have a crowd managing guy. And trust me the tea/ coffee beholding people from this bakery can be found even 100 mts either side. Well the show runs on footpath and over the counter of the bakery. 😊

I always opt for ginger tea here. Coffee is also good. Beside the road, standing and sipping the tea especially during the evening feels really good. Its a plain bakery, no interiors nothing fancy or impressive by looks. There are no chairs to sit and standing is the only option there, so be prepared. Quality tea at pocket friend price.

Whenever i am passing near to Disney Bakery, I see good number of people drinking Tea or Coffee and chatting with their friends. at pick hours, I saw them serving 20+ Tea or Coffee on big tray and people just pick up Tea from it. Mostly on all occasion, I have seen more than 15-20 people enjoying tea or coffee which is impressive as it is not fancy outlet ( for me…. it’s just a Bakery :-) )
Today afternoon when I was at Jayadeva and looking for Tea option then this place come to my mind and I headed to Disney Bakery.
I ordered for Tea and Puff. Just like many other people, when I drink one sip of tea, I can judge whether it is fresh or not? My Cup of Tea was fresh with perfect amount of sugar and masala. I was not impress with Puff as it didn’t taste that great. I am sure, all snacks might be outsource to someone and they are just sellers.
Overall, I liked this place for Good Tea. No Fancy ambiance but definitely Good Cup of Tea is assured.

I have been to this place a couple of times and honestly I feel this place is absolutely overhyped.
The taste is not so once in a lifetime experience or the best tea/coffee I drank till date. Normal, okay taste.
The person who struggled to reach the door of local train at Dadar and travelled in a suffocating environment, this crowd is just a cakewalk.
People just come here to drink tea/coffee and enjoy the chat/environment. The ambience is good.

Yu get many variants of tea ....They blv Disney is the place where Yu get best chai in btm... ( there is also another place called "Ginger")
What I didn lyk abt the place is...it is also a smokers spot which is disturbing!!!( m allergic errrrr no offence:@ :@). Yu can't smell the aroma of coffee nor tea
Since it is always crowded Yu gotto wait for your Cuppa tea /coffee..
Overall the Tea n coffee tastes good nice place to hangout with frnds..
Do you want to go on a crazy, dangerous and life-threatening adventure, but can't afford to go abroad??? Well then, come here on a weekend.... This place is so crowded that you need special "ashirwad" to reach the counter....however, once you reach there and wait for a lifetime, you will be served the best tea. You can try anything, the masala, the ginger, the elaichi...it's all* wake up your soul * good. Once you drink this tea, you will realise why the chai point down the lane is empty.
**BONUS** you will also get to experience how it feels to be a cocaine junkie, because this tea is addictive
Overall... Heaven in a cup...worth risking your life.
Anyone who comes here keep wondering about why is this Bakery so famous. Believe it or no..this small bakery attracts the best crowd of atleast BTM. I guess people come here just to watch other people,
tea/coffee just being average.

I got attracted to this place out of curiosity to know what calls for the huge crowd that blocks the footpath on which it stands in BTM! Curiosity didn't kill the cat this time but, got treated with some unmatched tea and buns! I am a regular here now. love their kachoris and samosas too which usually are over by the time I come back from office :( but then sometimes I am lucky enuf to grab some of these amazing grub!
It's nice to hang out here especially at evening and it's really crowded all the time till night.. You can have tea and buns which is really good and also sometimes catch a glimpse of ipl if it's the ipl season... One of the most happening place
If you are a Chai lover and craving for a real good cup of tea then this is your Go To Place. They serve perhaps the best tea in Bangalore and their bun maska reminded me of good college days!
Small place, always gushing with crowd but their service will never disappoint you.

Ample Varieties, Sufficient Quantity for a Tea. However, it is a crowded place. The taste is good but not brilliant enough to have everyday. All in all, a value for Money product. Also, you must try these teas if you are visiting BTM & find an urge for tea. It is recommended.
Not sure what the hype is amongs the youngsters, but this place for tea n snacks is definitely over rated. The tea is just like the cutting chai that you getin Delhi and Punjab.
The veg puff and egg puff are too soggy and oily. Cannot risk having them, and sitting in the loo. Bun is fine, butter bun, is favourite amongs the crowd. TRied them a couple of times
They have an enclosure for smoking as well, where you can hide and smoke cigarettes, if you dont want to be caught by your parents or relatives or friends
Perfact place for hangout with your friends. visit almost everyday. famous for Masala, Ginger, Cardamom tea. and they have area for smoke. on weekends evening u'll find more than 200 people over there.
Famous for cardamom tea - everyday you'll see couples and youngsters hang out here to fag or have tea - atmosphere is quite good as this is located at the heart of BTM 2nd stage. Must try elaichi tea!
Absolutely fantastic tea experience at the Disney bakery! The variety and quality of teas offered were impressive. The teas were flavorful and served with great care. I highly recommend visiting this bakery for a delightful tea experience! Can't wait to return for more!
Good Tea and Samosa but No settings space.
Have been drinking tea here since more than last 10 years. However I feel that the tea is costly now its 20 rupees per cup. However for the price i give it 5 star. On some days when the yearning is high i also go and drink tea here.

Small samosas are awesome. Can't stop just with one. Their coffee has a different aroma which we never miss while passing by.

One of the oldest tea shops in the area. I think Sridevi bakery opened later. Ginger tea is great and so does bun maska jam.
This is the best place I have visited in BTM . There tea taste is best ,you gays must visit and try it .
They have really good tea and it's legendary. This bakery has been year from so many years, it's practically iconic. They also have few items like Bun samosas and bun gulkhand which are also good snacks for the tea. Pricing is also reasonable. I always have tea from Disney when in BTM 2md stage.
