Nice and affordable place to stay in. Has a lot of options to eat out nearby, which you would really require as the in house restaurant serves only vegetarian food and is closed most of the time.
The rooms are lit with the usual yellow and the washrooms are nice and clean.
They serve a free bottle of water daily - you have to pay if you need more than one. The service and WiFi are okay-ish - don't expect to get enough speed to surf the internet - it would only enable IM apps like whatsapp.
Probably the best 2-3 star hotel in the locality.
This is a great place to stay. The hotel itself is situated close to many restaurants and malls. The Sampoorna restaurant in the hotel had great food. The rooms are well furnished and they have all the basic amenities, but the WiFi was a tad slow. Some of the rooms were small and cramped with some of them having many cracks on the walls. The attached bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The televisions were pretty good as well. However, the signal reception was very bad and the channels were frequently disrupted. The room service was sufficient enough and calls to the reception were handled quite well by the staff. They were polite and very helpful. Overall, my 2 day stay was nice and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend checking in to this hotel for short duration stays.
Booked this hotel from GoIbibo for around Rs.1000. It was great value for money. Though I came here at 9pm at night and left at 11am the next day, I found that the staff was very courteous. The room service was quick. The food was delicious. The rooms are good for the price. It seems to be a very old hotel but is well maintained. The only thing which can improve is the quality of the breakfast buffet.
This place is good, recently I booked it for a friend of mine and got it pretty cheap. The place was decent with good rooms and big clean bathroom. I would certainly recommend this place to people who are looking for clean hotel for Rs 2000. It has elevator and a large lobby etc. They provide complimentary breakfast also and help you with local taxi booking.
There are many good restaurants around this place. Two good one tried by me are Zaitoon and Paradise biryani. These places are good non vegetarians. The airport KIA - 5 from RV dental college bus stop which is only one km away from this place. If you have work around the area of bannerghatta road or JP Nagar, Jayanagar. If you want to stay in hotel with the range of Rs 2000-3000 this is place for you. Also it has been taken over by treebo hotel recently which is a company managing hotels and they have improved the service pretty much.
When I had been to blore for the first time, I was given a room in this building to stay. It was a 3 star hotel then. It's right infront of zaitoon hotel.
The beds here are very soft. With atleast 12inches thick which compress upto 3inches! A place for a peaceful sleep.
AC was good too.
When I had been there, IPL was going on. Last few matches. In 2013. Dint miss a single match in my period of stay.
Overall service is awesome.
Not sure of the cost as the company I worked for paid it..
But a good place for comfortable and a peaceful stay.
Stayed there for a night on done of my recent trips to Bangalore. Decent rooms. Not the most luxurious or new but clean and functional. Some of the fittings are old. The person at the reception struggled to find my reservation at the time of the check in but was very helpful in general and did not waste too much time giving me a room, considering it was pretty late in the evening. Check out was very efficient.
I visited the hotel with our 45 family members , all of them were very very happy & had great luxrious time.
Great ambeience.
Spacious &Luxrious rooms.
Great hotel , great service,great food .
Vegeterian food was great -7star food.
Will like to visit again.
Doormen was great, muche ho to crystal castle doormen jaisi-our children had great memories of doormen
Thanks Umar for providing such hotel, making our stay in Bangalur awesome
Great valu for money
Location good. Clean. Rooms really spacious. Has ante room. Comfortable bed. Toilet could have been more spacious, yet no complaints , good enough. Nice restaurant. Vegetarian only. Parking is available. Reception staff not trained.
I had booked for a Crystal Suit but the Girl at the reception gave me a small room, upon enquiry they changed the room to suit. The AC was not working and the technician and supervisor we're giving a reason saying the room had glass walls so it's hot. Again I had to change the room where the AC was working. Guest were allowed to the rooms which was good. Breakfast has no much options. Has a good parking space underground and the hotel is located beside main road. Rooms and Toilets are clean. You won't get any thing to eat other than the food timings. Only Tea and Coffee is available.
Good hotel for a business stay in JP Nagar area.
However, standard rooms are small in size and very basic but neat and clean.
The breakfast is good. But despite of breakfast timing starting 7.30AM; There is half of it at display by 8.30AM, which is the worst part and one has to leave after tea and some sandwiches if you are to leave early for a meeting.
Pretty decent hotel. I’d say it’s okay. Bathrooms are clean. Room has a slight smell or mustiness - but that goes away when AC is turned on.
Wish they offered more toiletry amenities as well as items like steam iron.
Pros - Well maintained. Close to the city. Close to bus stop and the Metro.
Cons - The Architect really messed up the room design. You can literally open the Bathroom door while sleeping on your bed. The WiFi can be only used for an hour. Average food. Expensive.
