It is one of the good society to live in near Whitefield. The place is huge and have all the amenities. There are couple of supermarkets, gym with all the equipment, swimming pool (closed due to COVID restrictions), a playground, parks, stationaries, and lot more. There is a mall near to the society for movies and shopping. Overall a small city in the big city, you get most of the things inside the compound.
I love the place. It has great amenities. There is also a great back entrance directly into the next door Prestige Shantiniketan mall. It has many places for sports and other such leisure activities. There are also a lot of people that live here which is great during normal times as you are likely to bump into someone you know, but is a hazard during present times.

It is near to ITPL and opp to manipal, if u r working here means u need to search for good food in the budget😞. They are cafes but they charge high...high... So please carry your lunch box.
A rare gem among large, gated apartment communities. Spread over a humungous area (~3km perimeter), it is exceptional in terms of its sense of space. Buildings are not tightly packed to squeeze the most value out of the land area, but instead spread wide apart. Way wide apart with trees and parks in between.
The facilities are exceptional too: 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court, 3 badminton courts, 2 squash courts, a gym, at least 8 play pens for kids, 3 grocery stores, a spa and salon, and best of all… a REAL grass football/cricket field! That’s unheard of.
Livability is excellent too: traffic is diverted to a sub-terrain network (so you never ever hear or encounter any traffic), large open spaces with trees to sit out in and chat with your neighbors, a safe environment that you can literally leave your doors open in, and an interconnected shopping mall that you can walk up to.
One of the best residential complex in Bangalore. it houses 3400 flats and 10,000 residents. its a small township on its own. All festivals are celebrated and is considered as MINI INDIA. Love to be a part of this society.
It has all the amenities like swimming pool, basket ball, tennis, badminton, gym, sauna. Grocery store, salon, tailoring shop, bakery etc etc
I live here and it's just the best, ppl are friendly and caring. There are tons of amenities and things to do, I surely do recommend that you come and get a house here

Security :
The security system is very well managed. Anyone apart from the resident needs to have an approval from the flat owner for an entry in the premise. It is a good system for ensuring safety.
Nearby :
The mall is located at 5-10 mins of walking distance which has good brands to offer. The basic utilities are accessible at your door step or shopping is not much of a hassle as it is very close to the house.
There is a school closeby which is better for the residents.
Organic farm products are accessible in the premise on weekends. There are vendors who offer great products at best prices.
Activities :
The swimming pool, jogging and walking space, play area for kids and seating arrangements in the garden makes this place even more better.
This spacious location has adequate room space and basic interiors provided.

Very big techpark in Whitefield.... Lot of IT companies... Good food options in destination food court as well as cafeteria in each companies... Forum Shantiniketan is next door.
Bad part is there is multi level parking. Hence you park your vehicle there and walk long to your office... Secondly, no food options for outsider like the one who have come to attend interview.. they will have to buy destination card to buy food inside which doesn't make sense for one day

Apartments are good and spacious. Definitely costly. And the drawback is lot of hidden costs by the management council. Facilities are very well maintained.
Great festivities vibe, one of the best in country without exaggeration.
Less number of badminton court causes issues with society members getting ample opportunity.
Tenants are treated 2nd class w.r.t cost, additional cost in maintenance is to be borne by people who live in rent. Owners do not pay those extra amount in maintenance bill, which to me is plain discrimination.
People who rent gets a different coloured access card, then owners.
Illogical move-out fees(Rs. 3000 every-time) to be paid when you take in a 8-ft/10-ft vehicle inside the society even after paying the hefty maintenance bill. The buildings have not been painted from outside for a long time.
Fees to be paid to society separately if you hire external help.
Water leaking in B1/B2 is as common as it can get.
Society can improve on a lot of things, but do not stop yourself from moving in, this is one of best place to live in, except if management gets smarter and fairer to everyone and not just tenants.
A very good infrastructure with all safety and amenities, situated at the centre of Whitefield.
Lovely beautiful complex with lots of open space, green area, beautiful swimming pool, gym, game areas, a few shopping marts, helpful neighbors, lots of play area parks! Lovely place for senior citizens also.. people have tons of different groups to hang out with. Ideal place for bachelors also!
Lovely internal layouts of flats.. not seen any flat close to this layout.

It's an awesome township for residential and commercial both. Well maintained and clean. Good view with different trees and flower blossoms. This is one of the best township located in Whitefield, Bangalore.
