Open Butter Masala Dosa
Served in Pai Vihar Darshini
Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
A decent Darshini serving tasty South Indian dishes. The menu includes everything from a plate of hot idlys to an appitizing plate of Open Butter Masala Dosa. It also has a good parking facility and open air dining option. Best suitable for working class people and for families and students wanting to have something simple and chit chat while eating.

The restaurant looks small but the taste of foods are awesome. I tried mushroom Manchurian, Daal Khichdi, mushroom chilli, Veg Noodles. I stay for 10 days at Banglore and I always prefer to eat from Pai Vihar. Zomato door to door service is awesome as well.
Pai Vihar is my breakfast place whenever I'm in a hurry. Masala dosa and paper dosa are good. Like their coffee as well.
The place is clean although on a busy main road.

This is my usual breakfast place. Located very close to the Bangalore Cantonment railway station, this restaurant serves quick and quality south Indian food. A good meal complete with coffee will cost close to fifty rupees here. The service is very fast and the ambiance is pretty good. There's outdoor and indoor seating to enjoy the nice morning weather of Bangalore while sipping your cup of tea or coffee. Also the place opens up as early as seven in the morning so it's a great place for the early risers out there.
Always crowded. Difficult to find a seat. Equally difficult to find a tall table where one can stand and eat. Snacks are excellent. Thali is mediocre. Sandwiches also are excellent and very filling. No four wheeler parking, though.
A very good place with good and reasonable food. The best thing i found was the tea at this place. All the tea lovers can definitely try out the tea here.
This is a very busy joint located near the Cantonment railway station. The South Indian food you get here is very good. I wouldn't recommend this as a great option for North Indian food.
This is a busy, self-service restaurant, where you don't get much time to linger over your food. Service is quick.
I like the fact that they serve akki roti, jolada roti, ragi roti and a few other Kannada dishes which you don't get in a restaurant of this kind.
My favourites here the masala dosa, rava idli, rava dosa, vada, khara bhath, bonda soup, akki roti and ragi roti. The roti-curry combination is decent.
A good veg palace with all stuff, try with paneer tikka masala and kulcha, a good combo for killing hunger, it is just slight spicy. Biryani, Noodles, Fried rice all are good but slighty oily. Dosas are good to be eaten at morning only. You also get varied fruit juices, but slightly at higher cost compared to other places. A good place for fast snack, you can reach here from Cantonment Railway Station and Vasantnagar Bus stop.
An okay place that does it's job pretty well i.e. to get people food quickly. It's a self service place with limited seating space, decent food and good hygiene. It's usually very crowded during the office lunch hours.
Its a pretty decent restaurent for south indian, north indian and chinese delicacy.. the price is not very high and the service is also really quick for the huge crowd that they have.. overall a good try out place.. I had a masala dosa and I would recommend that..
It's a good hotel.
Must haves are:
Ghee Rice, Gobi Manchurian, Dal Fry, and Masala Dosa. Tastes amazing.
Issues are:
Seating availability are less, Self service only.
Placed near the junction of vasnth nagar signal...its a good place for the ones who are busy with their office works!
nice menu with value for money...though the Chinese is not up to the mark!! Overall its a good place if you want a decent meal and worth the money!!
Great breakfast place with abundance of parking . Ordered the masala dosa , ragi roti and akki roti .
The masala dosa could have been better with the filling . The chutney too watered down . The sambar was average.
The ragi roti and akki roti had good amount of dil leaves . The palya served with it was great. Similar coconut chutney was served. The dahi vada , onion dosa , poori , podi dosa and idli with sambar ,set dosa . Kara bhat are few other options to try from. Sweet dish kesari bhat and gulab jamoon .
Typical South Indian meals is provided during lunch and the crowd is minimal .
It's a small joint with self service only. Food was pretty decent. Their curd rice was excellent, not that the other dishes were bad. It was slightly mashed with thadka. Not many restaurants serve like this. Very comfortable seating. You can even go at 9.30-10 when other veg restaurants close.
Super tasty food. Must visit place for fast food. Overall It was a nice experience.
A nice veg restaurant near cantonment railway station. I used to have food from here and book uber/rapido. From station you won't get online cab/ autos easily. This place is good and enough space yo sit. And good shade and positive vibes
The busiest hotel since it is located near railway station and main area. You can either sit or stand to eat the foods. Food is tasty but too much of oil is added. Prices are moderate. No parking area for four wheeler vehicles, but you can park two wheeler's infront of hotel. There is no restroom. Drinking water is pathetic. Self service only available. Take out options are there.
The hotel is good and clean maintained. There are more varieties of veg food available, both south and north indian including juice centres. I really like that South Indian meals give 3 poori and sagu with rice, sambara, rasam, sweet, 2 palaya, curd and hapla. It has full meals and is very tasty and does not feel like any soda in food. When you visit if your meals lover must enjoy it.
Very crowded restaurant
But the food. WAHH
AWESOME
Recommend paneer combo and noodles
Decent drop in for a quick snack or chats that are the old school type
Go for the varied South Indian options available
No restroom facility
Masala dosa and poori which I had from here were droolworthy..No words to express it's taste...coffee was also Mind-blowing...
You have to definitely check out this place..
Good place to have breakfast and lunch
