Excellent restaurant for south and north Indian food, thier food is really tasty,
This south Indian sambar idli Vada is great, they have good bonda soup, thier north Indian Dal, and gravies and Chinese Starters are excellent.
Chole bhature, Dosa ate really tasty
I love thier Badam milk, chirotti, pheni and other dishes.
They had a good seating capacity and it's a very good family restaurant
It's a branch of Priyadarshi Restaurant located in Gandi Nagar at Ramakrishna Lodge!!
Decent restaurant with variety of food personally I prefer dosa here! But we had been there at odd time so we had lunch! Which was good!! 😋
Overall I rate 4/5🤗
Good place to dine in and take away. Ambience is ok. Located near to YPR Market. Parking is limited space. Food tastes good. An average of Rs 500 for couple lunch /dinner.
We visited 25/12/2018 taste good staff nice. Dosa superb, sweets, idli, vada, coffee also good. I choosed ghee roast masala dosage very nice. I satisfied.
Had a good dinner here, loved the food especially shahe paneer was really tasty, hot roti wit butter, baby corn Gobi, panner Manchurian, and fried rice. Perfect place for dinner.
Ordred veg biryani. The taste was awesome just loved it and the gravy was fabulous. The mixture of vegetables and stuffing was superb. Should try for vegans in Bangalore. Authentic South Indian taste.
The service and ambience are quite nice. Food is delicious and its gives total value for money. We ordered two type of sabzi gravies and roti. And schezwan fried rice and veg pulao. Everything was delicious.
Lovely Dosas!
Ordered home a Masala Dosa and Rava Idli. I must say that after a very long time I got to eat a fragrant old school Bangalore Masala Dosa!!! The red chutney inside the dosa was to die for, the potato masala was so well cooked. Rava idli was yummy with a very interesting gravy and chutney alongside.
Verdict :: definitely once a week for that Dosa!!!
We ordered online for gobi manchurian, veg noodles and schezwan noodles. All the items were good to taste, appropriately localised to Indian tastes. Food you get is value for money.
food was good... service was avasome and masala dosa was super test...mushroom munchuri wow nice will and only for veg good is there.... thanks will come again thank you for the team
thanks priyadarshini team
The best place for masala dosa lovers... Very tasty food...Best service.. Only parking issue you may face.. But worth visiting to this hotel..
A pretty popular fast food joint for the south Indian food. The tiffin section(short bites kind of food) and the meals makes this places flooded all day long.
On my table-Masala Dosa (not one of the best) and Filter Coffee
Rs.55 for one person.
Aww this is one of the place which I will neva forget... I really love masala dosa's and all veg starters here.. Staff is really very friendly..
We tried both Chinese and south Indian. Excellent spicy food. Cauliflower was crisp in Manchurian gravy. Quick service. All of this at steal away prices. Ambience was okayish but given the price, one cannot ask for more.
The place is right in the main road and the food is really good.
Used to see this place everyday and never had the chance to visit.
Did visit once and order north special meals.
Which contains 4 types curry and soup.
Kulcha or Roti.
Kulcha had lot of ghee and all the curries were really tasty. We also get one cup pulav and curd rice.
Ice cream with custard or sweet.
The service is okay the staff seems bit rude.
Overall really nice place to have a quick bit.
Food 8/10

5stars from my side
Had a cozy experience with my family here. Very bright and nice place. Food is good and given quickly. If you're looking for a quick business lunch this is the place
I went here for rava idly and I wasn't disappointed. It was one huge rava idly and tasted very good too.Ambience is normal. Not very crowded.Service is quick too.
Chaitra Govindaraju (Life On Plates)
+3.5
This restaurant accommodates 70-80 people and is located in Bombay dyeing road, Yeshwanthpur. Not many restaurants are found in and around this area, hence attracts a lot of crowd. It has a self service area and seating area. Serves South Indian and North Indian cuisine. I have been here couple of times and not much of a difference is seen. Have tried their South Indian dishes like idli, uddina Vade, onion dosa, open dosa, Special dosa and are pretty good. North dishes like roti, kulcha, butter Naan and few sabjis to name navarathna hyderabadi, paneer butter masala are also good. Starters need a lot of improvement. Paying so much for starters aren't worthy.
Service time is a little late because of the crowd. Ambience nothing great. Maintenance needed.
Food - 3/5
Service - 3.5/5

visit this place twice a week.. A best quality food one can expect here.. north dishes are simply awesome.. especially biryani and roti curry.
Yesterday (11th June, 15), we visited this place. It was Sunday, so a huge crowd could be expected, but due to heavy rain, the place was not that much crowded.
Ambiance:
Nothing special to mention about the ambiance. They have both self service, and service areas. We planned to seat, so we had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get one. So, easily one could get an idea that they do not have enough seating arrangements. Another thing, I would like to point out that they do not maintain any waiting list which is a very bad thing. The place is also not properly cleaned.
Rating: 2.5/5
Service:
As I mentioned previously mentioned about the cleanliness of the place, the guy who cleared our table, throws some of the materials on the floor, and did not clear it.
Now about the service, I had a mixed reaction. The food was served within 10-15 minutes, but some of the items were missing which they completely forget to give us. They had the courtesy to serve food on your plate. Interim, we understood that they completely forget to give us missing ordered item. When we brought that thigh into their notice, the guy who was serving us, were trying to blaming us about the mistake and was telling us the kitchen was almost closed. It was utterly disappointing to see this kind of attitude. After that another guy started serving us. He was good and well behaved. At the end they charged us extra, but after pointing out about the mistake, they made it correct without any argument.

Price:
For two, it will cost around 400 rupees.

Food:
As name suggests, this is a purely veg restaurant. Quantity was okay. But, seriously the food was very good. Even though I am non-vegetarian, I enjoyed the food fully.
Ordered butter roti, ghee rice, kadai paneer, peas masala and dry fruit ice-cream.
Except the ice-cream, each of the item was very good. Only the ice-cream was average.
Rating: 4/5
Recommended to other: If you are a veterinarian and staying nearby, then this must be a must-visited-place for you. If you are non-veg person, even though you can also give it a try.Â
Visiting twice: The service made my mood bad, but it rejoiced again after having the food. I think I should give it another try.
Hv been here quite a few num of times, one of d better hotels compared to oder hotels in d locality, ambience is ordinary which is acceptable for d locality it is in,food is tasty enuf, waiters are give good service, light on pocket,in all a pretty good place
This is one of my favorite restaurants.. I would like to rate 5 for their service, ambience, food varieties and rates. Taste of the food is also good..!!
I live very near to this hotel so have been here many times, Good for south indian food. A good hotel in yeshwanthpur rlwy station area if you are with family.
One of the better places to eat in and around my place of stay. Simplistic decor. Waiters are polite but can take a really long time to even take your order when there is a rush. As expected predominantly South Indian food and they are good at it too.
I just love their south indian thallis. Have started loving rassam. Instead of rotis/chappathis they give pooris which is to my liking. It is one of their signature dishes and a must try.
Other items like Rava Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature, Roti Curry, Aloo Paratha are very good too.The Veg Fried Rice has too much of capsicum and is too oily, better avoided.
As a restaurant this is definitely value for money and has become one of my regular places for a quick, economical answer to my hunger pangs.
Very yummy food! Very economical! Good service.. North Indian food is very tasty.. Breakfast, lunch dinner ^_^
Nice place for both South and North style foods. Good place for breakfast also. Is very very light on pocket as well.
Priyadarshini Veg, a haven for authentic South Indian cuisine, is a true gem that stays steadfast to its roots. I had the pleasure of experiencing their culinary delights, and I must say, it was a gastronomic journey like no other.
One dish that truly stood out and left me in awe was the chirotti, a culinary treasure resurrected from the annals of time. The moment I took my first bite, I was enchanted by the perfect balance of sweetness and crispness that danced on my taste buds, leaving me yearning for more.
Their dosa, a masterpiece in itself, was an absolute revelation. The thin, golden crepe encased a delectable masala filling that was nothing short of a saliva secretor. The flavors mingled harmoniously, creating an explosion of taste that delighted my senses.
Beyond the extraordinary dishes, Priyadarshini Veg impressed me with their unwavering commitment to preserving the authenticity of South Indian cuisine. Every bite was a celebration of tradition and culinary heritage.
Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant exuded warmth and hospitality, making the dining experience truly delightful. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to guide and assist with a smile.
If you crave a culinary adventure that pays homage to the rich history of South Indian food, Priyadarshini Veg is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be transported on a gustatory journey that will linger in your memory for a long time.
Food was good. Very friendly staff. Quick and quality service.
Best veg restaurant near yavantapur railway station. Food quality very good.. price also affordable.
Wry good service … food is also well made and fisheries are also kept hygienic.. we had idli Wada sambar dip which was good and tasteful as well as Pongal not that great but it was good .. coffee and tea are both as usual and well made … overall it’s worth to be there … there is service seating inside which makes it more attractive
Delicious food..Staff are prompt and courteous .Filter coffee is also worth trying.Taste is a top class including the Sweets offered here with chats are good...wrost thing is there washrooms..
Nice clean hotel.
Had a quick hot breakfast here.
The service was quick.
The food was very fresh and tasty.
The vada was lovely.
Rava idly and Sagu were awesome.
Idly was hot and soft.
Do enjoy your food here.
Visited soon after getting down at the station. Easy 10 minute walk. The quantity of food is very good, the dosas , pongal and chutneys were great but sambar may not be to many peoples liking. The pricing is pretty great. They have separate sections for stand & eat as well as the usual sit-in . Staff are prompt and courteous .
Points to improve
Cost of Tea coffee should be reduced
Service at parcel counter should be quick
Cost of dishes should be reduced
Must try
All tiffin items
Ghee masala dosa
Tea
I always loved to have food here. Never they compromise on taste. Whatever items are always tasty. Coffee I like the most. Hot water and normal are available for drinking. Parcel packing is very nice. One must try rava onion dosa so crispy and tasty.
Opted for a takeaway for breakfast on a weekend morning. Got mini idly, vada, pongal, plain dosa, masala dosa. Dosa was really nice and so was idly. Vada was crispy and not too oily. Pongal is basically kichdi and very watery which is how we get here, served with raitha - taste was satisfactory though. Service is great and so is the packaging. Like the way they have an assembling line setup with sambar chutney prepackaged and ready for delivery or takeaway. Parking for 4 wheelers can be a problem during peak hours
