Food quality unparallelled. I am a food critic, but here at kartik's i failed to find faults. I highly recommend chola batura one of top 3 in india. Simply delicious.desi ghee moti choor laddo, anarkali, banaras gee sonpapdi & Kaju sweets. IF you haven't tried at kartik's you have missed the ultimate food experience. I highly recommend

This is one of my regular and only place to buy sweets (milk based) and chats (curd based) in Thippasandra. Go to place for chats in Thippasandra due to their hygiene. Also they sell fresh Paneer in blocks which I buy regularly. The owner is friendly even though he doesn't smile much. Once to my surprise, when I forgot my purse, he let me take the parcel and pay for it later. I highly recommend this place for quality milk sweets and standard chat items. Chat item prices seems little on higher side, it would be great if they could reduce a bit.

After hearing so much about this place, I visited here last week for snacks. I ordered Dahi Papdi Chat & Pani Puri, I couldn't see any difference compare to other North Indian Style Chat Place. However, they are maintaining hygiene & prices are pocket friendly. The only thing which impressed me was Jalebi. Though it wasn't hot, still I could feel the crispness & right sugar level.

The extra points here is for the hygienic pani puri.  The shop maintains good hygiene atleast at their unique (maybe custom made) pani puri counter.  The puri are crisp, ready-made, the rava consistency look one, and the way the pani puri is served makes you feel its hygienic enough you can get your outside India colleagues for a taste. In fact, I was too scared to click pictures here, the guy serving panipuri made me stand far away from the counter and kept shooing me away - I think somehow he wanted to show they keep it super clean I guess LOL. The irony is that the Pani Puri may be hygienic but  Thippasandra as a whole is not a very well maintained clean street and we do stand outside the shop and eat.

While on taste, this is not the best tasting pani puri but it is good enough, so are the chaats.

I have been going to Karthiks for many many years for their chaats. Their pani puri is awesome and one of the best in Bangalore. I also love their dahi papdi chaat, bhel puri and masala puri. I try to eat every week atleast from here as its close to where i live. All in all, best place for basic chaats.

My husband love their Masala puri, so we visit here often. Tried their Malai gulab jamun which was gooey, sandy, hot and soft. Their sweets are up to the mark. Fresh, rich and good quality.

A personal favorite of mine. Love the varieties. Especially cashew sweets. I love the kaju roll, anjeer burfi, shahi gulab jamun, and namkeens. Dont miss shahi gulab jamun. One of the best in india. Its that good.Another star attraction is chole bhature. The best I have tasted in whole of Bangalore. Delicious velvety chole cooked in a piquant masala gravy. Bhature paper thin and golden brown.. mouth watering. You only get on Sunday and have to book it one day prior overphone on Saturday.. Everything gets sold out. Booking is compulsory else you will be disappointed. They make great chaats. Especially pani puri, dahi puri. Authentic delhi style. I highly recommend this place. Don't miss it.

One of the best chole Bathure in Bengaluru!! . Kartik's Mithai, founded by Late Shri Kailash Chandji Agarwal in 1974, after they moved from Delhi to Bengaluru. . They started serving Chole Bathure in 1991 at Rs. 12/- a plate, Since then its been a runaway hit. . My first bite of this beautiful Chole Bathure started 15 yrs ago after reading an article on Times of India. . Back then the flavours were too intense for my palate, but after exploring food of Delhi, my palate did open up & I began to relish these fried fluffy pillows & spicy/tangy masala. . . . . In the Post 🎥 ➖Chole Bathure with Khatte Aloo, Onions, Chilies & a Wedge of Lemon. . . . Where ❓➖Karthik’s Mithai, CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru. (Available every Sunday morning on preorder). . . . Timings ⏰ ➖Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 am (For Chole Bathure). . . . Price 💵 ➖Rs. 250/- to 300/- for 2. . . . Verdict 💯➖ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . The first thing I see about a Chole Bathure Is the way the bathure is puffed up & how light it is, its all in the kneading… The chole basically is spicy & tangy with a hint of sweetness, we get top notes of tang from the anardana, spice & pungency from the julienned ginger, the sweet flavour of the tomatoes & onions mellows down the entire concoction & becomes one perfect blend… everyone has their secret recipe!! Thats the best part of any legendary food joint!! . Relishing these at multiple nooks & carts of Delhi, this plate of Chole Bathure really had a flavour connect with the top places I tried in Delhi… . Off late every locality has a Chole Bathure shop, even places which call themselves idli experts are frying up so called ‘bathures’ … .

Kartik’s Is the place for chaats from the time I have been a child and now my daughter loves the Rasogollas , started eating there from 1998 in the first store they had at indiranagar just below the current metro station and then metro fiasco made them to relocate to another place close , but now they are back at permanent place and continues to be my weekly once spot. The owner & staff are very friendly . Though they have expanded presence to other areas and the main chef is not in indiranagar anymore but the quality here remains same from 1998. The best of sweets & chaats, Dahi Puri is my favourite. Price wise it’s increased now but quality & hygiene has not been compromised so it’s ok.

Just tried the famed Motichoor Ladoos of Kartik's. And I would say the yellow pearls of goodness dripped in a nuanced amount of sugary sweetness bore the resemblance of honey pearls if it ever existed. The Ladoos fragile in their structural integrity but mesmerizing in their culinary expertise were like a festival of sweetness in mouth. The most wonderful thing about those ladoos was the fact that even though you could distinguish each pearl separately yet they choose to melt in your mouth as if they sublime your consciousness into the state of eudaimonia. In a nutshell, the famed ladoos of Kartik's exceeded my expectations.

Kartik's Mithai is oldest Chole Bhature eatary in Bengaluru. They have variety of North Indian chaats and sweets but they are famous for chole bhature. The Chole Bhature are just amazing. The bhature are fluffy, very less oily, actually you won't feel oil on your hand and not heavy too. The chole had spice levels, and the chole were cooked perfectly. One must not miss masala aloo served along with chole, it goes very well with chole and doesn't overpower the taste. *Note*- It is served Only on Sundays and one must pre-order it on Saturday using their website as they make in smalll quantity.

After so much hype, and early bookings for 7 plates of Chhola Bhatura, I finally ended up here on a Sunday! Here's the review: In case you're thinking of having chhole bhature here, you need to have a booking. They serve it only on Sundays between 9am-11am. Even for this, you would need to book a prepaid per plate reservations. It is served with 2 regular sized bhatura per plate, chhole, potato and onions. The food was hot and fresh. Bhature tasted almost as good as authentic North Indian dhabas! Chhole were a little too spiced up but all in all it tasted good. Seating space is very limited with very small tables. Seating together with even mid sized group could be an issue. Otherwise, it looks well maintained and hygienic. The food and the experience was good! But worth the hype? Maybe not.

Chole Bhatture on Sundays at Kartik’s is a frequent ritual that I quite enjoy. The spicy Chole with the soft, fluffy Bhatture is a sinful treat that one should savour here definitely! In the evenings, they do serve some good North Indian chats. Masala Puri is my favourite here among the chats.

Went here for having their most sought after chole bhature. It's tough to get good North Indian food Bangalore, this place breathes a smell of relief to the North Indian food lovers. Coming to the taste of Bhature, it's top notch. Best eaten when it's hot. The taste of chole was good, wouldn't say excellent though. But, the masala flavours gave a good zing to the tongue. In the end, a sumptuous breakfast. Tips/Pointers for the foodies/diners: -Pre order, else you wouldn't be able to get a plate. -They only serve on Sunday's -Good North Indian food is a bit expensive in Bangalore, be ready to pay 130 per plate. Feedback for the restaurant: -Please be a bit generous in giving refills of Chole or Aloo Sabji for the people. The server was making a sad face when we asked for refills, politeness/generosity will be much appreciated.

If you ever have to indulge in Dilli style chole bhature, there's only one place which still holds the authenticity of it. Have been a regular to Kartik's Mithai since quite a while. You get chole bhature only on Sunday mornings and you would need to book it a day before if it's a take away from their website "kartiksmithai.com". Earlier they did not entertain same day/time orders but now are a bit linient on that and you could still get a take away or eat there if you are lucky enough by just walking in. The parking is fairly easy around the place.

Neat, clean place for the choicest chaats and sweets. Good, fast service. Chaats are tasty of course. You can get take aways for any of the items. Parking near the shop will be difficult to find since it is on CMH Road, but you can park on one of the parallel roads and take a quick walk.
