A 9 on 10 rating for the food service. The taste of the noodles was very good; the fried rice didn't taste that good, it lacked flavor. But the quality and quantity was pretty impressive! I've had Chinese food cravings and my taste buds are satisfied! I'm happy with the service. I would love to order more!
In lock down i was search for the authentic Chinese food which I found at Wokanaka after trying many other Chinese outlets. Garlic chicken was very tasty ,Shezwan noodles was also good,Quantity according to price is upto the mark,Just one feedback In egg fried rice quality of rice is not good its small and thick it should be changed
Nice small place - no fuss ambiance with a panda painting on one entire wall. Good food. Kids loved the make your own - sonny went for teriyaki sauce noodles. Spouse loved the Thai curry but Would like to see more Thai dishes on the menu. They have good combo offerings too. The portion sizes were perfect. I should have avoided the fried garlic on my noodles.
A small place located in a residential lane, the place that serves good food and plays some old english classics which can take u back the memory lane.
Coming to the food, we ordered for the Hot & Sour soup nothing much to talk about it. For starters it was Chilli butter garlic prawns which had nice flavors hitting the right notes on the palette, main course was Mixed veggie chicken szechwan rice with Sliced chicken in oyster sauce, both the dishes tasted good with all the spices mixed and well balanced. Overall taste of all the dishes we had was perfect and good. Will definitely visit this place again.

Steamed chicken momos were my first order from this restaurant. I was reluctant to place an order because I'm very specific when it comes to momos. The momos were juicy and tasted nice in spite of their weird shapes. Not the best Momos I've had but giving weightage to the price and quantity, definitely ordering again.
Prawns was cooked perfectly.

Eating good Chinese food after a very long time.
A cozy Chinese place for a quick meal. Usually not very crowded, very clean and prompt service. No ajinomoto is added to your food so that's definitely a huge plus too. You can choose your veggies+sauce and make your own noodles or rice. Pretty nifty. I've ordered many items off the menu and none have disappointed me. Strongly recommended.
The place is a bit small but well maintained..the waiters and the manager was very good to us..food is very good..we ordered tofu Schezwan..which was crispy from out and very soft from inside..it was the best tofu starter ever had..paneer pepper dry and customised fried rice were also good. And the most fantastic thing is you can customise your rice with veggies and sauce you like with any quantity...all together a fantastic place and pocket friendly. Can visit place again n again ❤️

Kudos to the chef, probably the first time I tasted the fried chicken Rice with the apt amount of salt, used to having fried rice with less salt or more... The quantity was right quantum and the best thing the amount of time customization available for the foodie to avail and enjoy. May be they need to work on the package of gravy items
We took a trip to Wokanaka when we were craving some good Chinese food. We tried the sweet corn and manchow soups, mushroom manchurian, and flat noodles in hot garlic sauce with assorted veggies. The soups and noodles were delicious and the manchurian instantly transported me back to my childhood Indo-chinese memories. Worth a visit.
I dunno why Zomato took off the option to rate a restaurant 4.5... i wonder....
Anyways... Visited the place for dinner on a weekday...
Quiet place... Simple decor... No music to intrude your conversations...
Service is extremely professional... You could well feel you are at a fine dine restaurant... Was very impressed by the service....
Food- the mushroom soup was decent... Though wasn't creamy as told to us... but more of a balance between a thick and a clear soup...
Starters- chilli basil fish... It was extremely tender, flavourful and you could tell that the fish was fresh...
The tai chi chicken was good too...
We made our versions of noodles and flat noodle bowls... Even the medium bowls are good on quantity...
The sauces taste great... And the veggies are abundant...
A great place for a quiet, quick but delicious Asian food...

I'm quiet a big fan of Chinese food and always love to try new Chinese places. Wokanaka is one of my favourite restaurant to visit when I feel like having Chinese . I tried the chicken soup here at this beautiful place and loved it. I also ordered the chicken meal consisting of noodles and two curries. Loved it too. Would visit this place to try some of their dishes.
Just wow. If you're all adventurous and want to try something you make a combination of, then this is the place you need to add in your "to-go" list. You can choose from a variety of options and make your own crazy combination of food. The chicken in plum sauce (available only for dine-in) is a must try.

Hunger saviour when you crave for food. Fried rice 🍚 varieties are good and yummy too. Dumplings are worth trying. We ordered for home delivery via Zomato and got delivered on time.
If you want to have Chinese or Thai food, this is best place to visit. I liked their noodles which you will decide from type of noodles to veggies to sauce to garnishing. They don't use aginomoto is best part. Will visit again.
Ordered chilly garlic veg noodles and chilly garlic egg and chicken. Both were really good. Chilly Garlic Egg and Chicken - medium spicy, less garlicky but tasty noodles. Must try.

Food was very tasty and all the ingredients tasted fresh which happens very rarely in a Chinese restaurant. Price was reasonable which is a plus point. Loved the ambience. Will visit again.

My friend and I on a Sunday evening had some Chinese craving and were on the look out for unexplored, yet a small, good place. That’s when we stumbled upon Wokanaka. Tucked into a small corner off the busy CMR road, you might miss this place if you didn’t venture into gully roads.
Speaking of ambience, this place checks all the right boxes. Nice cozy and small. We loved the ambience instantly.
Coming to the food, we ordered Veg Noodles with choice of Smoked Pepper sauce. This is a new concept where you customise your food accordingly to your choice. Like the name suggested, it had a nice smoky flavour to the noodles and was good.
For sides, I ordered Chicken Tim sum. Was really good too. Was a good balance between sweet and spicy.
For gravy, my friend ordered mixed stir fried veggies with tofu. They were kind enough to customise the dish for us with Hunan sauce instead of their original recipe. The portion size is also quite apt.
Not to mention, their Pineapple Pudding for Desserts was good too.
Overall a really good place with great service, although I felt the pricing was a little on the higher sides but the place is air conditioned which probably explains the pricing. Go for this place for your quick Chinese food cravings.👍

We had ordered Medium Fried Rice and Vegetable balls in Manchurian Sauce from Wokanaka. The food is really perfect in taste and texture. Portion size is just apt for two adults. The taste of the food is authentic in taste and good and fresh veggies are used. Very delighted with this order. The food was very fresh and steaming hot. Must try for perfect Chinese.
This is my Chinese go to place! I love that I can customize my meal. The food is great and service is quite fast compared to most places. Roasted garlic on top of noodles is simply the best!
Place is not along main road, small setup but quite clean n tidy, weekdays no rush n can njoyy taste to the full, making ur own dish gives ultimate satisfaction n taste as well. Ordered Veg Hakka Noodles with Hot Garlic sauce...Taste is superb & Spicy too.. Quantity Is also Good for Two People..But They didn't add Capsicum In Veg Hakka Noodles ... I think Capsicum is there in Noodles..
A Nice small place. Limited Seating. Been there a couple of times. Friendly staff, good service. At times gets busy & then the waiting period is long. Food consistency varies but not that bad for sure.
Remember those golden days of Rush Hour movies, Chris tucker often had those noddles in paper cups. Had a taste of that at Wokanaka. Ordered online and got some food delivered. The noddles were overwhelming in quantity but not the best I had. The Chilly Chicken However was amazing. The chickens were tender and juicy yet they had a subtle crunch to it. I assume they had been fried with skin on, which gave it that extra texture which you wont regret.
Overall an amazing experience ordering food from this place.
First thing I love about them is their cute take away container. It's awesome in every aspect food quality, quantity everything. Their concept of choose your own ingredients is awesome. My personal favourite is their veg fried rice and chilly fish.

Excellent taste. Ordered Noodles,paneer Manchurian and veg Momo's for my grandson's birthday party. Children and elders both enjoyed the food. It was light on spicy level,as requested. And extra spicy sauce was provided for elders.

Just loved the noodles, it was really good but the prawns side dish was bad, taste was bad and I had ordered chicken lollipop and a chicken side dish as well both was good.
Packing was really good, liked that you included chopsticks because I like using them whenever I can.

The food is exceptionally delicious! Had chicken lollipop, Gobi Manchurian and fried rice. The lollipop was still crispy when delivered, the Gobi perfectly cooked!! and the rice portion was generous! Great food!

I took a home delivery from this restaurant. I had ordered for Thai red chicken curry and chicken noodles with hot garlic sauce. I received the order 3 minutes before the time provided by Zomato, so that's a good thing. The packaging was good and it came with chopsticks. Coming to the food, the noodles were a little dry, I didn't even get a proper taste of the sauce. It tasted good but dry that's all. The Thai chicken red curry with rice was good. The gravy tasted authentic, with broccoli and only a few pieces of chicken. It tasted pretty good actually. Overall a fine experience , I will surely order from here again for the other dishes. They can just use more sauce for the noodles.

From the concept point, it's a good move away from the traditional Chinese fare. it's good to be able to customise according to taste. However, I felt the pricing is a bit on the higher side (considering, taste, value and quantity) but with the promo & discounts didn't have a reason to complain, without that I may not consider this option at all. Packaging is good but they expected me to have noodles with Chopsticks (that came along-with). it would also help if the Menu could be simplified and not as confusing as it is now.

Ordered in the food and i noticed that the food boxes aren't air tight so sauces had spilt out... Food was tasty... Fair quantity for the price... A lil too oily maybe, other than that no complaints...

Haven’t been to the restaurant so no idea on the ambience.
The wonton soup is absolutely delicious and simple. The drums of heaven can be better and the baby corn is absolutely delicious. Sadly to let you know but I noticed a single hair on my American chopsuey which was little disappointing but I'll definitely come again and hope it would be better. The atmosphere and service is relaxing and not much crowded.

Last weekend was a treat for me when I visited Wokanaka for some Chinese delicacies. Not even a single dish I tried there was even close to moderate, everything had a unique flavor and truly impressed me.
I started with some Chicken Sweet corn soup and Steamed Chicken Wontons.
The soup had a thick consistency, just the way it is supposed to be and tasted delicious. The wontons were perfectly done, with a thin layer on the outside and generous meaty stuffing on the inside.
Also tried the Mushroom pepper garlic. All mushroom lovers should definitely try this one, such crisp and yum mushrooms, it is bound to leave an impression.
Again, there was butter chilli garlic prawns which was by far the best chilli garlic prawns I have tasted.
Such tender and delicious prawns, it was a treat for sure.
Coming to the main course, I tried their speciality Chicken Pad Thai which was seriously appetizing and looking at the portion size, you will love it.
Also had the Shallow fried shredded chicken in hunan sauce. This was one delectable dish and I still can't get over it.
I wanted to try their noodles as well but was too full to go on, maybe next time. Although I had a lemonade at the end of the meal which was much needed.
It might not be a fine dining space but it's definitely a cozy and lovely setup with beautiful carvings on the walls related to Chinese culture.
Pricing is quite average and portion size is seriously good. Service is excellent and the staff is well behaved. You are bound to have an amazing time without any doubt.

They have interesting combos running now that includes an appetiser, momos/ spring rolls, fried rice/ noodles and gravy that’s priced nominally at ₹259 for veg and ₹299 for non veg
Apart from that they also have lot of appetisers, soups and main course in A la carte

Recently visited wokanaka which is a Chinese restaurant in Kalyan Nagar. It was established 5 years ago. They have consistently been serving yummy and good Chinese food at affordable prices without using any Ajinomoto. Food is made fresh to order with food with good quality ingredients. I had a tour of the kitchen too and it was prepared very hygienically.
Must try the dragon chilli chicken, chilli garlic prawns, dragon chilli chicken, chilli fish, momos, wontons and manchow soup.

A very calm place, foods are prepared in 5-10 minutes time, staffs are very friendly, the best part of visiting this restaurant is that you can make your own wok, ajinomoto free dishes, meats are halal, classic combo's are available with tempting toppings.
This Chinese themed place serves authentic Chinese dishes at an affordable price. The place is cozy and has cool paintings all over the walls. The service was good and the staffs are gentle and suggests you with the best food according to your taste. I suggest people visiting this place to try American fried chopsuey, wontons, dragon chicken.
The region this restaurant is located seems to have bad mobile network, not to worry as they provide you with free WiFi so that you can work without any network issues.
They also let you customise your wok as per your likings. Also, the food gets prepared in a giffy and it's served hot and fresh. Totally loved their service staff is also polite and well mannered
Was looking out for some chinese place and dropped down here with bunch of friends. The place has a lovely ambience with comfortable seating area and has a wide menu to choose from. The best part is that you can customize your wok.
Coming to the food part, we tried, Chicken Momos, Manchow Soup, Fried Veg Wontons, Chilli Basil Fish and Butter Chilli Garlic Prawns in Starter. All the items were freshly made and served to table on time. Their main USP is they don't use ajinomoto in any of their food.
Coming to the taste part, all the items were having authentic chinese taste to it. Momos & Wontons had great filling to it. Fish, Chicken were very fresh and I really loved the taste of it.
In main course, we tried egg fried rice and veg noodles. Both the items were made to perfection and the portion size was really good.
They do have Lunch combos as well available from 12-3 PM in both veg & non veg. Really loved this place and would highly recommend to try them out.
This place is my absolute favourite go to Chinese restaurant. They serve amazing thai curries and make your own noodles where you can pick your own sauce and toppings and vegetables. The noodles with hot garlic sauce and broccoli, bakchoy, mushroom, topped with crushed peanuts; would be the BEST. We have ordered from here so much through swiggy and it's on our plate piping hot. You can ask them to add extra veggies or make it less oily.
One of the best Chinese restaurant i have ever visited .the Schezwan fried rice was just perfect the starters were amazing u need to visit this place and try the chicken lolipop .prawns i dint find anything less or not to the mark highly recommended
