Calm ambience, good service. A nice place to hangout with friends. We had Cuba Libre and craft beers. The mixing of Cuba Libre was ok. But apart from that overall a really good experience.

Coming to the service, the resto bar has a lot of friendly staff who suggest wat will be the best for us as per our interests.. The service was quick but we noticed her running here and there from one table to another... Mayb the rest bad needs to recruit a few more people..
We ordered red wine and a beer for drinks... Even though it s slightly over priced, we didn't feel that we were paying a hefty sum bcos we were totally enjoying the ambience of the restaurant... The starters here were delicious.. I am not a fan of sea food., but I am pretty sure that the fish and chips I had here would definitely be listed in my top 10 dishes ever... Guntur chicken Tikka was super spicy and was suggested to us bcos we asked for a super spicy starter.. Chilly pork Also tasted delicious..

Went here on a Sunday evening and fell in love with the atmosphere and the ambience. Centrally located , roof top, good music and decently priced. Since we were just two of us we did not order much. We ordered peanut masala and Veg biryani and the qty was sufficient for two people.

So we visited this place for my friendās birthday. The ambience is peaceful. We had ordered chilly chicken, corn masala, french fries, chicken nachos , sweet corn soup, manchow soup and schezwan noodles - all were good! The cocktails ( LIT) gave us good amount of tipsiness as well! Heheh! :D super sweet staff as wel :)

Randomly I picked this place on the day I visited. They have rooftop ambience which is blissful because, it suits this monsoon appropriately. They have lavish cocktails & mocktails in menu. Food tasted equally good. They too have dance floor, but not specific place to dance. They have snooker for people who love to play. Cozy place to hang out with friends.
Better half and me went to The Barn yesterday, 25th December 2019. The ambience was warm and welcoming, the festive season definitely added to the charms of the place. We got a cosy nook for ourselves and had a great evening here..

The burger was little dry and the patty was small compared to the veggies piled on it.
Corn and cheese nuggets were delicious though it could have been more cheesy.
Penne pasta was amazing loaded with veggies and pasta cooked to Al-dante.
They have beautiful lush green interiors (Actual plants), a pool table and also screen to project live sports.
The place is a rooftop resto bar, with a nice ambience, we had ordered for chicken nachos and the nasi goreng, both of which were spicy and tasted pretty good and the quantity was good as well. Good place with some nice DJ, to hang out with friends or family.

The place has really great food. I randomly picked this place on the day I visited the mall. They have a nicehe open terrace and a pool table. The food served over there are Mediterranean and Indian food. The quantity is a little less but the food is great
Went there on a Sunday morning and there were only one or two tables occupied. Budwiser draft beer wasn't available so settled for kingfisher draft. Didn't eat anything there. But the place looked like it needed a serious renovation. The plethora of plants make for interesting scenery.

Had heard alot about this place when it opened , but then just couldn't find the right time to visit, then atleast visited the barn last week , and to be honest , the pictures are a bit decieving online for how the place looks at night. The place is huge and nice but it gives a bit of a shady vibe.
They have a good variety of options available in their menu, I had the white Alfredo and stroganoff veg. The base for both the dishes are almost the same so that didn't make a difference for the taste, the pasta was cooked really well only thing lacking was seasoning , alot of it .
Otherwise it was good.
The service was really good , was attended very well and also was helped with what to order.

It was a weekend afternoon I was here, The place is on 5th Floor of Garuda mall. They accept zomato gold (2+2) so thatās a plus.
Ambience is roof top so for smokers it is well suited to pull a puff on table, Services were good, Reasonable price.
For veggies I feel thereās only countable option.
Drink wise they have too many varieties.
Overall it was a good outing.

The ambience is very calm and Soothing. It is a rooftop pub surrounded with greenery and the sitting area is nicely Decorated. The best part is that there have Zomato gold services on going, you can get 2+2 on drinks.
We have ordered some different range of cocktails and mocktails. The drinks were great and nicely presented. We will surely recommend to try chicken lollipop.

I recently got to visit this place. It is on rooftop of Garuda mall. It is good airy place and at the same time it is appropriately covered for rains. We tried veg platter, chicken wings and masala peanuts. All three dishes were really good. Definitely worth visiting.
Arrived late in the afternoon. Really hungry and tired. They have three varieties of Geist. Ordered the lighter two on the two plus two offer. I think it was a good choice.
Food wise - the pineapple-cherry-cheese came quickly ( though I would have expected more pieces). The Coorg Pork was good though it lacked the tanginess that comes with the ākodampulliā (tamarind). The Guntur chicken was super extra spicy. Raw papaya-mango salad was good. But the best has to be the two-piece pork sausage. Topped it all off with some brownie.
The ambience is great but the inviting rooftop was avoided because of the possible rains. The main room itself was empty and Ashim made sure our orders were delivered hot and promptly.

Me and my friend had been here in the afternoon on a cloudy day. It has such a beautiful environment with lot of plants around which gives you a sense of peace and calmness and sipping beer over such a surrounding is like a heaven.staff was very polite and understanding. Just chanced upon this place after the weekend shopping! The place has a super chill vibe with the terrace sitting, the lights and since it was a Friday evening, the music was amazing too (chak de phatte Bollywood)!

Recently I visited the Garuda mall, and was looking for a good restaurant to have dinner. The Barn was the closest and good looking rooftop restaurant and I headed to this place.
To begin with, even though it's a rooftop restaurant it has an outdoor as well as an indoor seating arrangement. We opted for an outdoor seating and due to the sudden terrible showers we had to move indoor while eating.
Did not order much, just a fish platter and a burger. It took some time for the food to be served since all the waiters were busy moving clients who were seated out. However, the food was good. A little pricey I must say.
This place has some good music, a pool board to play with your friends & amazing food.
The staff was very cooperative & soft spoken.
Hygiene wise, this restaurant stood up to my expectations!

A barn ambiance with a nice terrace in Garuda Mall, with pretty good appetizers and nice service as well!
I had an early afternoon movie at the mall, and didnāt want to go on an empty stomach. I then decided to pay my first visit to the Barn, having seen the board many times before. Given our time constraint, my friend and I decided to load on appetizers only and a mocktail each. The latter came in the form of 2 Virgin Maryās. I was extremely pleased to see Pineapple Cheese cherry on the bar snacks menu, I have fond memories of eating this at the Catholic Club! So that came, in a bed of ice. Next was Babycorn Chili. I liked the Barnās version, my friend thought it was fantastic! Finally a plate of onion rings arrived. Though a bit oily, it being a Sunday, the indulgence was justified (or so Iād like to think)!
I sat on the terrace, under a fan. Though the afternoon heat was around, the fan seemed very effective. I liked the garden like ambiance on the terrace, simple yet striking and effective. The service was fast (we were among only 2 occupied tables, it was just past noon) and quite friendly. The prices are keeping with CBD watering holes as well. Would love to visit again for more food and a relaxed time.

Bright, natural ambiance with quick service and good food, this place seems like an undiscovered gem! Must visit. We tried the fish and chips and chilli chicken here along with their daiquiri - no complaints and might visit again!
Just the perfect place to hang out with friends. It has two different floors, one being the rooftop bar and restaurant and the other one is like a launge. Peaceful environment with very good waiters.

Barn located at Garuda mall is really a great place for rooftop style. As it's located on top of Garuda mall breezy evenings are best time to visit this place. This is a good place for alcohol consumption, but I have visited here for ambience.
Tried their virgin mojito which was really good taste can be customized as per our style
French fries and nachos are different taste here that made it best highlight of the place- they are not too crispy or soft it was made to live on the tongue for the drink u had.
Totty salad was the highlight of the place it had perfect blend of mango and masala
This place also has snookers during the order serve we can play snookers (charged hourly basis)
Live screening is one more advantage
Over all a great evening spent here, must try if ur a rooftop lover.

Earlier Jimmyās now has a fantastic makeover! The only place in this caliber which serves 650ml brews. The nachos we got tasted stale but they we kind enough to replace it with another starter for no extra cost.
Lovely and lively place to have a good time with special ones and friends.

This place is very cool and good to go for corporate dinner, with friends. You can watch match here too in big projector screen. The ambience was quiet good. Food was as expected š. Drinks n other variety was way satisfactory.
The Barn is a pretty place to go to. They have a reasonably wide variety of foods and drinks. The interiors are fabulous, make for a perfect place to go on a date as well as to go with a group of friends. The food was good, however the ambience is the winner.
A roof-top resto-bar located inside a busy mall. If you would like to skip the chaos, I recommend you take the elevator to the 5th floor and head straight to the restaurant. The rooftop is an open space area with natural breeze and a view of some part of Bangalore. The ambience speaks of wood furnitures and a bar counter. The waiters are very nice but the wait was a bit too long because every time we had to place an order, we had to raise our hand and wait for someone to notice us. The food was good. I highly recommend the Belli ki Chicken which is a non-spicy and boneless chicken starter dish. Compliment that with some French fries and chilled beer. It was a warm afternoon so beer was the best option. They do have Zomato Gold option so you might want to consider that.
This place surprised me, because itās with in the Garuda mall with an open terrace, beautiful ambience. According to me they have a good menu with reasonable price. Since itās within the mall, I had expected the over priced menu, but they are actually not.
I would strongly recommend this place for brunches, dinner and a quick catch up as well.

Situated on the top floor of Garuda mall, this place is huge! The booths are great and looks like an urban jungle. The food tastes awesome too. We ordered the non veg platter and the portions were huge! Also ordered some other dishes but the pork wasn't that good. Mashed potatoes on the side were nice. Overall it was a good experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Nice place. Good place for office hangouts n get to gather. Crowd is also good and majorly have groups hangouts. They are also couple friendly. Staff is good, helpful and friendly. Ambience is also very nice with low soft light for photography and couple dinners.
For sittings they have two floors on ground floor its more of the bar and above is the fine dine restaurant with bar. On top floor they have both semi covered n covered rooftop sit-out spaces. Artificial green spaces are carved out nicely with original creepers and shrubs in planters. They have DJ system also, playing all songs on request and after 10pm old Hindi songs and Punjabi songs are played. They have two large digital screens for watching matches and news.
Coming to food part, they offer wide range of alcoholic drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks have only a limited range and no great flavors. Usual ones only. Food is nice n good. In food Alfredo pasta n chicken nachos can be given a try. Non-veg used are halal products (as per the authority). It remains open till 12am and you can easily get cabs and autos for transportation along with parking space of Garuda mall.
Women toilets are not so good maintained.
THI PLACE IS CLOSED, It's Mannheim Craft Brewery now which is even better.
I love their Craft beers. They've won a lot of beer awards for it too.

This place keeps changing its branding/name every couple of years it seems! But intriguingly the menu offering sort of stays the same, it like the kitchen staff is like, this is what we can cook so change everything else! LOL. Am kidding
I always loved this space, it's under the open terrace and the ways the tables are laid, can configure from intimate to big group settings easily. The music was accordingly very cool progressive stuff.
We were not terribly hungry and went straight for the mains. A chicken steak and a grilled fish. To drink we got a whisky and fresh lime soda. The mains were both excellent! the meats were grilled perfectly and the mash was absolutely creamy and veggies perfectly crunchy. Even the fish, despite being basa, was pretty yummy.
Service was super quick and the cherry on the icing was the Pro 20% off!
Will surely return with a bigger group of friends

A decent place in Garuda mall. The terrace is a good place but now quite hot in the summer. The service is patchy and you need to get behind them. The food is as expected with few exceptional.
Visited this place with cousins. Chose the open air seating on a rainy evening. With the beautiful weather and a drink in hand, the food and service complimented perfectly. All the dishes were served hot and fresh. Most importantly tasted delicious! We ordered a lot of finger food-peanut masala, garlic breads (chilly cheese toast and jalepeno cheese), Nachos, Babycorn Kurkure, Gobi manchurian. P.S. We were a big group :)
Main course did not disappoint too. Biriyani and Noodles were a stand out. Totally recommend this place. Will visit again for sure.

All in all I canāt pick out a dish or a drink which let us down. 5 star it is. Will be a regular hang out place from now.
