One of the best and oldest Andhra Style Restaurant, I would like to add this Restaurant in Zomato for online as early as possible. Chilli Chicken is the best all amongst, Biriyani is also great to taste here, not much spicy, it's average spicy, Elders and children's like the most to visit again and again.
I want Zomato to add this Restaurant at the earliest.

I have been visiting this place since 10years. Andhra cuisine is wat they serve. I say a big yes to their Andhra plate meals. It's simple nice and decent. For those who don't know the magic behind Andhra meals, try everything with ghee.
So when I visited this recently, I was out for dinner at around 9 45pm, and was really happy to have been served with real hot biryani. Long grain basamathi rice and a proper blend of all spices, and perfectly cooked mutton chunks, the biryani was really good. I was a little not ok with the sherwa they gave for biryani. May be they shud work on that.
Then I ordered royal chicken, this was recommended by the waiter, again chicken was well cooked and nice spicy semi gravy dish.
My most favorite is their kheema balls. This is definitely a must if you are a mutton lover. It's just so perfect. The best kheemma balls.
Over all it's a real decent place. I have been visiting this for over a long time I'm never disappointed.

The Perfect Quintessential Andhra restaurant. One of the most under rated hotels simply because of its location and lack of branches.
But, and I can vouch for this considering I have been eating here for almost 20 years if not longer, they make one of the best Chicken Biryani's and Andhra Style Chilly Chicken in Bangalore.Yes, equal even to Nagarajuna and No I am not exaggerating.
While its basic in its set up and won't win awards for locations and outdoor setting, the service is still excellent and the food is absolutely delightful.
They also make very good Andhra meals. Other favorite starters include Chicken Fry, Chicken Kshatriya, Chicken Kabab and Guntur Chicken.

I ordered Mutton Biriyani & it was served in 5 flat minutes! The meat just came out smoothly off the bone. The rice was a bit greasy but overall it was delicious.
Come here for the food, and not for the ambience.
I ate mini meals. I liked the food very much when its given Banana leaf. Quality of food is the best and taste is superb. If you want more rice then go full meals.And other non veg items like biriyani and others items its ok , but quantity is not enough.

Went here for lunch after over 5 years. Was around this place afternoon and I still trust Mayuri is a decent option for Andhra style food in this area. Took the safest option - limited meals . One tends to overeat with the unlimited meal. All the sides ( pappu, sambar, chutneys ) were surprisingly good. I would think better than my previous visit. Rs 124 / nett is a value for money meal .

Ive been eating here since 1999. Never disappoints. The biriyani is brilliant. The pappu is pretty good and made very nice. The dry items could be more in quantity but their taste is good.
If you don't give a damn about the ambiance and just wanna have a delighted Andhra meal..? Then head to this place, they serve you the mouth watering starters, we as a family tasted almost all the starters and trust me each was damn tasty.
white rice and pappu charu with the touch of ghee and a side dish like pepper chicken dry will just make you lose your senses. In fact they serve the best pappu charu among the Andhra style hotels and also they serve the brilliant biriyanis.
Amidst the Andhra style hotels like nandini and Nagarjuna, hotel Mayuri is less noticed, so give a visit and enjoy the food.
On the whole giving it 4.0 only for the taste I repeat only for the tatse...!

I have been going to this awesome food factory from past 15 years.
Must try and have are - Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryanyi, Chicken Fry, Lemon Chicken Dry, Kheema balls Oil fry, Fish Fry. Undoubtedly the same consistent taste from past 15 years.
Never ever has disappointed me.
And today I tried a new dish Methi Chicken (not the gravy, though gravy is also good) this was a Andhra style semi gravy fry.
Exceptional taste.
Kudos to the chef.
Five stars all time.

I don't remember how many times I have visited this place and everytime I had a good meal - especially lunch time meals.
Super fast service. Chicken Biryani here is tastier than 90% of restaurants in Bangalore including those which are in five star hotels and the upscale ones. Chicken fry was very spicy and tasty. A much recommended place for those who love spicy Andhra food. The ambience is moderate and prices are reasonable.
Mayuri is one of my absolute favs when it comes to biriyani.

Good place to have Andhra style lunch. Dal and omlet are the best things. We can also get home delivery/ Takeaway for lunch in which u get lot of variety.
One of the oldest places for authentic Andhra style food in Bangalore. I have been visiting this place for almost two decades. Chilly chicken and biryani is a must have in this place, It will keep you wanting for more! The staff here are very patient and cordial. Located next to Kamath, when we enter into JC Road towards left.
Headed for lunch, where these are specialists in the Andhra cuisine with their plate meals.
Where plate meals contained, portion of white rice, Pappu (Dal), Papad, Rasam, Sambar, Curd and Palyam.
Meals quality was good, Hot served. Served with ghee for rice.
Ordered omelette too, which was hot and good in taste to club up spicy andhra meals.
Servers good Biryani. Chilly chicken.. I recommend to try this place.. They even serve alcohol.. Try the Andhra style food.. It's good. Ambience is not so good.. Quality of the food n taste is good.
This is a very old restaurant. They serve awesome andhra style dishes . Not an exotic place but the ambience is decent. There's separate room for family . The rates are reasonable . Both chicken and mutton biryani is amazing here . Chicken roast is a must try . They do serve alcohol . Someone looking for spicy andhra style food , this is the place!!

It's situated on the ground floor of the building.. Ambience is basic and the place is little cramped.. They provide some decent Andhra style non vegetarian food.. Except for their veg meals, their other vegetation dishes haven't impressed my taste buds... Food is moderately priced.. Service is quick...

This restaurant is located on JC Road near to Minerva Circle and not in City Market. Most of the people in Bangalore are love to eat Andhra Style meals for sure. There are so many Andhra Style Popular restaurants in the locality. However, this is unidentified gem when it comes to taste of sides in the Andhra Style Thali. They have both plate (limited) & full meals, most of the restaurants stopped plate meals. Along with Thali, they have full-fledged authentic dishes in Both Veg & Non Veg. Mayuri has 3 floors - Ground Floor is Non AC, 1st Floor - Bar & restaurant, they don't serve Thali during peak hours on First Floor, 3rd floor is a rooftop with powerful table fans and the decor is quite decent.
It's an apt place to go with friends with a couple of drinks & good food.

Veg meals from Nagarjuna Chimney is must try. Gun powder with ghee was just fantastic. Shout out for their dhal and ghee. Yes we had a lot of ghee. They serve unlimited hot rice, dhal and palya.
The chutney was spicy. Rasam was too good.

Ambience was neat and clean. Service could have been better.
Located right at the signal and finding parking space is hectic. You can also take parcel. Best place for family lunch or dinner.
I am vegetarian. And food quality is good for me .(veg meal).

The chicken items are must must try. Lollipop, chicken pepper fry was too good. The menu options are too too limited but yeah what is available is good.
Ambience is clean and neat, the employees are little impatient to take orders, they keep asking pls order pls order, parking is impossible (4 wheeler), 2 wheeler if you are lucky you will get in front of opp 2 or 3 street you will get definitely. 4 wheeler ppl can park next to stadium and walk down or find one in opp Street if you lucky.

Food is exactly what you can expect from this franchise. Top tier Andhra style food. Spicy and just lip smacking.
Service is probably the worst I've ever had. The waiters talk like they own the franchise and are irritated to help the guests. Everything from papad to Finger bowl will take 8-9mins to arrive.
The best Mutton Biryani is available here. Much better than the Marathahalli center. Have been visiting this center for decades and the taste remains the same.

I been there in weekend and took veg meals. It was really good with different dishes(No chapathi/puri). You will be served with unlimited rice thou they will charge 50/- for extra small cup of curd, where i felt it would be really better if they can charge bit lesser price for a small cup of curd. Other than that Food and service was excellent.
Recommended for family/friends/kids.

We visited several Nagarjuna outlets and this one I believe still needs improvement.
Dhal was tasty but thats about it.
I could not find the chutney and the poriyal/palya as punchy as I would feel in other Nagarjuna outlets.
We also had veg biriyani which was tasty.
Fried chillies that were kept were dry; gongura chutney was not available by default (we had to ask for it explicitly and then it was provided).
Road-side parking (though I guess valet parking is available).
Could not see the crowd on a holiday as opposed to other outlets.
Will definitely visit again to see the improvements.
Waiter was humble and was serving all with good attitude.

It is a very clean and well maintained restaurant supposed to be serving Andhra dishes. The staff were smart and polite specially the security guy standing at the entrance. Can't say if it was authentic Andhra dish but good served was delicious. I had mutton biryani and it was worth the price. Service was very fast and food served in banana leaves. They also have clean washrooms. Great place for dining out in big groups as families and friends.
