We had a wonderful stay here at Octave Castle Suites. The staff were always extremely helpful. They kindly let us check in early which was brilliant as we had arrived on a bus at 5am. The apartments were perfect as we are two families travelling. We know they are in the process of renovating and as this happens it will become even better. Great kind people, great location and spacious rooms at an affordable price. Thanks for looking after us. 🙏

Most importantly, the hotel room was extremely elegant and had all the essentials for a short stay. The bathrooms were also well kempt and clean. The overall aesthetic of the room should also be appreciated. Moreover, the service provided and the humbleness and hospitality of the staff were really comforting. They were even kind and considerant enough to make adjustments to make us, visitors feel at home. Would most definitely recommend to everyone looking for good service and classy accomodation.

Perfect location for the stay. 5/5 for all the services except for car parking. Car parking is not available at the hotel, it is available outside bbmp paid parking.
Nice stay, Rooms are spacious and clean. Service from the staff is also quick specially sahil Ahmed. Overall a good place to stay.

I have stay for a couple of days at octave,it was one of the best experience ever in hotel industry,Mr junid was there at the Time we boked ,he was very very kind & helpful ! I took a room in octave empire castle street , rooms all are very good and services are also nice , the manager I spoke Lokesh is very good person ,
Even the cleaning service is also very good
It's a nice place to stay. Location is good. Rooms are nicely furnished. I stayed with my family here.

Post 2022 visit, the hotel has started showing vast improvement in all facets of customer satisfaction over the last 1+ years. While the support staff speak in Hindi they were able to respond positively on requests. Renovation is going on and I continue to see things improving in maintenance of the hotel and in customer orientation both from the Manager and rest of the staff.

The following was in 2022. Had booked on MakeMyTrip from May 23-26 as we had to check in early on May 24 and check out late on May 25. Yet the front office took 40 mts to allocate a room. The allotted room did not have usual amenities and we were shifted to another room. This room did not have a key and couple of other amenities so they shifted to the third room-all these on first day. This room has all amenities as promised but did not have set top box so couldn't watch anything on TV. Overnight the AC started malfunctioning and early morning on May 25 started making heavy noise. I reported this to the front office and told them to either get it fixed by 10am or shift my family to a room where at least AC worked. They agreed. But when I returned from office at 12.45 nothing was done. Had to push personnel again to act and we were shifted to another room with ac but no tV still. It was the most horrible experience i have ever had in a hotel in life. Had stayed in the same hotel in Jan 2022 and it was so nice. I was puzzled so asked a staff in Empire restaurant and to no surprise i was told that the accommodation business was given to another company. Those planning to stay in this place please think twice rather avoid i would suggest. MakeMyTrip did not post my review and cared little even after 20 days to address my request to post my review. I have been a member of MMT over 15 years and they too didn't care to post my review but said would give me RS.1500 value voucher. I will rate both the hotel and MMT a big zero for their poor attitude and service.
