Best coconut barfi in bangalore. All sweets are fresh. Very old and authentic
Great place for mithai and chat. Mysore paak kaju katli were perfect. North India Thali was average.
A must try Indian dessert shop.
Regular visitor of the place. Very neat and clean. Service is quick. Nice ambience. Mouth watering chats and yummy thalis, this place has it all.
Recently an expanded dine in place which was a stand-alone mithai shop. Loved the neat and functional ambiance.
Walked in for a early lunch on Saturday, ordered Chole Bhature and Dal roti
Nice service and freshly made.
Good taste and comforting to eat
Filled up for the day
Ended with couple of gulab Jamuns served warm
Recommended for a comfort lunch or snack
Will rerun soon
Apparently Clean and hygienic place. They serve lovely North Indian Thali. I tried Aloo Tikki and Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chat too. Worth visiting.

Right opposite my hotel. Tried the place for parathas...
Good change. Very economical considering its in bangalore. Clean and hygienic
Good place to pick up as well
If you love the north indian sweets and the Delhi chaat, this is one of the few rare places in Bengaluru to go to. The only shop in Whitefield that serves decent sweets. The must tryouts are the kalakand and the gulabjamun. The place also serves some really kool aaloo tikki and dahi papdi chaat.
Aloo Tikki Chaat or Ragda Pattice is an eternal favourite snack. Deep fried aloo tikkis fried in ghee are slathered with spicy green chutney, sweet & sour tamarind chutney, Ragda made from chickpeas and green peas.. garnished with onions, coriander.
This plateful is from Kartik’s Mithai, which comes as an oasis in this Whitefield desert.
So far , whatever sweets we took were very yummy... and their fresh paneers is super yummy too...not to forget their soft kheerkadam and motichoor laddoo...
The sweets at this place are awesome especially the kheer kadam. The dhoklas are soft and taste awesome. The sandwich dhoklas are also good. Only challenge is the people behind the counter somehow are not interested in selling things which can be changed
The place is decent and definitely have lots of varieties of sweets, chhole bhature(saturday). However,we ordered papdi chat which was okay in taste..curd should have been thick and they were slow on chat service.. however, I would rate it 4 for their rajma chawal..awesome North Indian taste at a very nominal introductory price..must try if u are a rajma chawal lover.
Had aloo tikki chat, chana chat, dahi Bhalla. All were very good in taste. Sweets are a bit costly bt good in taste. Chana chat was the best one I had. Place is hygienic also.
This is an amazing place. Been visiting this place for over 15 years and it has been quite consistent. Check the chaats out-they are splendid.
One of my friend suggested to get sweets from this outlet, so Got spl.mysore pak which was fresh soft tasty they used ghee which gives good aroma . All my family members liked it.
This is by far the best North Indian desert shop in Bangalore for me. This is a review for all their outlets. The ingredients are of best quality. You will understand the quality by the fact that these heavy on ghee sweets do not stay in your stomach for more than an hour. Their savories too are of great quality. The staff are very courteous and reasonable people. Given the quality and the market prices of ingredients the prices are very good and should not at all shock you if you put health over other things in matters of food.
Delicious sweets and snacks at Karthik mithai shoppe. We were here on a Saturday evening for a quick snack. We had a samosa, the last one left and a kaju paan sweet. Both items were delicious with good filling inside.
Wanted to have Aloo tikki and this was the nearest place that came up on google search.
Was easy to locate .
We ordered Pani puri first and thought will order Aloo tikki in parallel but strangely the guy serving Pani puri is the only guy who can make aloo tikki.
Pani puri was okay, only problem I had was that he stuffed it with chickpeas instead of Potato.
Then ordered Aloo tikki, he made it well but it was no where near to what we get in North India. The aloo seemed to have a outer covering of something else.
Overall dint like it much....will try some other place next time.
Love this place for there awesome gulab jamuns and rabdi.. this has become a must stop place for me whenever I go out eating on this road. Never tried anything else there though.
Excellent place for having sweets, best are the ladoo with the perfect sweetness and freshness, love it. One must come over and over again here, can try the mini gulab jamun, packed potato chips, and the ras malai
Each and every sweet at Kartik's is fantastic. My personal favourite is rasmalai. This outlet in particular I find is much more neat and clean than the others.
I was just passing by this shop, decided to give it a try. I tried Samosa that day. It was decent one. Then recently one of my friend told me that , rasgullas are good here. So i went there again. This time I had Dahi papadi chaat. It was just too good. Worth a try. The rasgulla was also great. Not very sweet.
Kartik Mithai shoppe is an abberation as far as sweet shops in Bangalore are considered. Kartik is a paradise for all the North Indians craving for authentic rasmalai, gazar ka halwa(seasonal-only during winters), sandesh, malpuas, angur rabdi, etc. etc. The place offers fresh sweets on any given day -another rarity when compared with the stale sweets served in the bakeries. The chat section is simply superb and reminds you of the mouth-watering chatpata masala chats available in the streets of Chandni Chowk. All in all, I will strongly recommend everyone to visit the place as they have outlets in many places in the city.
A good place for sweets. Being on my to office, I ocassionally stop by while coming back for a gulab jamun or a lyangcha (that is what we bengalis call the elongated version of the gulab jamun, and there is no scope of arguement since we practically invented it :D )
If you are around, a visit is recommended. However, expecting to see something new (maybe more variety, or lower prices) now that they will now face some competition with the new A2B opened next door.
Authentic Mithai shop! Awesome chat items, bakarwadi, samosas and sweets. And they have quality dryfruits too. I am not sure why this is on zomato, as this is not a restaurant but anyway if you are looking for good chaat items, really good sweets like, gulabjamu, kala jamun, rasgulla, ras malai, basundi, barfis etc, this is the best place!
When I'm around my side of town and getting the craving for chaats, this is the place I always go too. The place is simple, good variety of sweets and chaats and moreover its yummm.
The place is full most of the time so you may have a little line but its worth the wait. The quantity they give is good and filling and the prices are also reasonable.
The only drawback to this place is there are no tables are seats to available. So whatever you order you will have to stand and eat or parcel it, nonetheless its street food so no point complaining there.
Good place to go if you want to munch on good Indian sweets/chaats.
