Love kebabs ? Whitefield folks head to Mothi Restaurant .
Mothi is located at Whitefield Main rd, just at the immadihalli - whitefield junction.
The kebabs are well marinated and juicy . I personally loved the Kulchas served here . They were soft and yum. I also liked the chicken tikka masalas.
Though the ambiance is pretty okayish the great foods makes up for it .

1. Place is congested with average ambiance and very little ventilation.

3. They have 2 cooks. One who comes in the afternoon prepares well. Hence recommended to visit during noon.

Try Hyderabadi Chicken biryani
Al fam grill was yum yum for a evening take away snack. The restaurant from outside does not look good but nevertheless the food is good and that is what matters.
Decent place if you want to get a quick shawarma roll or chicken starter (parcel). I wouldn't recommend sitting at the restaurant and eating, the place isn't well ventilated so it's general full of smoke and feels cluttered.
My place for daily protein intake.
We are a big fan of veg biryani from this place ...the biryanis are definitely tasty and value for money .we have tried hyderabadi chicken biryani ,fish biryani and veg biryani from this place ...all were good with good quality long grain rice and optimum spice levels .
Dont go for paneer gravies ,chinese starters as gobhi manchurian is also good tastewise .
service and behaviour is courteous towards customers ..definitely an underrated place for good biryani at whitefield .
Mothi restaurant reminds you of the small roadside eateries you have in Delhi with kebabs being grilled there right in front of you and arranged on a long skewer. I have been to the place a few times. Shwarma and the tandoori chicken are the highlights and I generally order takeaway as the restaurant is pretty congested. The main courses offered are barely average tasting.
In general I have observed that grilled items are worth having out here and if you are a vegetarian please refrain from coming here as it is not a place for you
Pocket friendly restaurant. You will get the best grilled chicken, Al-Fahm, shavarma in Whitefield which is worth. Not so spacious and no car parking facility but the food is tasty and worth the money. Also for people who love Kerala meals & Kerala biriyani can also give a try.

Go here for the best Al - Fahm in town.. They have got the recipe right for nailing the flavor while retaining the moisture in the meat as it tends to get dry over the charcoal...Its so succulent...If not, opt for the grilled chicken or the shwarma once u have taken 10 years to get bored of the al fahm... The thalassery chicken biriyani is a must try although their hyderabadi biriyani's flavor is an unexpected pleasant surprise as well... The cuisine is the new trending middle eastern blended kerala cuisine.. Something that i can get used to and judging by the crowd at the place, a lot of other people's feeling seem mutual...FYI.. they don't have home delivery
When you see it from outside, you would not realize that it could serve such delicious food, at least this was the case with me.
There are options for take away and dine in.
Their Biryanis, Al Fam chicken, Sawarmas, rumali rotis are very very tasty.
Only problem is they do not have home delivery.

If you are a hungry carnivore craving for some affordable food, Mothi is the place to be! Their Thalassery biryani is like nothing you'd ever have had! The quantity is insane and it is priced at a mere 80 bucks. While you are there, you should also try some of their juicy grilled chicken, it is pure bliss! Goes well with a huge glass of chilled lime juice. I'd travel miles even on a very tired day, just to have their food. No regrets.
The location might put you off from entering this place, but the thalassery biriyani is pure foodgasm. Probably serves the best thalassery biriyani in the whole of Bangalore, and this place is a must visit if you're a mallu craving for some malabar delicacies. The looks can be deceiving, but you'll be hooked on the taste. Just have an Al Fahm while you're order gets served, if you're really hungry.
Grilled chicken is very good here....nothing much to say about the ambience its just a normal restaurant....chicken biryani is also good..been visiting this place frequently from recent past.
I was literally shocked when they served such a tasty Biriyani for just 80 rs. And that was the best thalassery/ malabar style Biriyani I have ever had in Bangalore.. Everyone should try this option whenever you are in and around Whitefield.. Also try Al faham and Shavarma once in a while..:) Happy fooding :) Cheers!
After reading good reviews about this place I decided to visit this restaurant yesterday. I ordered Hyderabadi chicken Dum Briyani and the famous Al fam chicken. Hyderabadi chicken was perfect and the taste was awesome. The quantity is pretty good, more than enough for a single person. Spice level is medium and the chicken pieces were well marinated and well cooked. Now coming to the best part, The Al Fam chicken. After reading reviews about this item I wanted to try it and believe me , the reviews are not exaggeration. The Al fam chicken was the best, unlike the grill chicken, it has no oil (good for people who are looking for high protein and low fat) and it is cooked well. The taste was awesome. And overall the cost is very low for the great food they are providing. Hope their quality wont deteriorate in time.

This restaurant is located on the Whitefield Main Road just next to Mayura Bakery.
The main thing that catches your eye is the big Charcoal grill with Al Fahm Chicken cooking on it. (See picture).
I have been to this place 4 times and every time I was fully Satisfied.
The place is pretty humble with focus on only one thing i.e food. And they are very good there.
The Al Fahm chicken is simply amazing ! You can walk over to the grill and choose your piece at 70 rs each, with exact instructions on how you want it done. Believe me... the taste is heavenly... ! Absolute Must Try !!!! (See pics)
The place boasts of specialty in Kerala Style food and I find their claim true. The Thalassery Biriyani alone stands witness to this ! Amazingly well balanced biriyani with an aroma that intoxicates and a Taste that does not overwhelm your taste buds with spices but rather caresses them with delicate flavour. Must try again !

Food was very tasty. Ordered chicken 65 biriyani and manchow soup. Both were good. Tasty. Only one feedback is, in biriyani masala was heavy. Reducing it and increasing the volume of rice will taste even better. Overall a good tasty flavorful meal.

can be bit too spicy. Its a small joint. All in all a good and affordable place to order from. Would suggest to visit and order directly from them if you stay nearby. One problem is that there is no good parking.

It's really good and we are regular customer there😊 food is very tasty, veg as well as non veg. Overall superb.... But there is 1 person called pavan who shows lot of attitude to customer. It's because of him I have rated 4 ... Or else it's 5. Others are really good accept pavan.
