Its authentic food restaurant . Specially the non veg and that too chilly chicken and chicken do pyaza and chicken handi .. fantastic
A small bustling eatery hidden away from all big brands. Small yet perfect in its own way catering to the young working crowd of Bengaluru. A place that doesn't fail to make an impression inspite of its humble facade. Now coming to the.
FOOD: Menu is larger than you would think for a small place. I had ordered Chicken wings as it was suggested by the waiter. Taste definitely exceeded the expectations. certainly surprising.ย
SERVICE: Pretty fast than anticipated. Run by a very young and friendly team. Lunch is usually busy. food reaches the table quickly however.
VALUE FOR MONEY: 6/5 . Yes. you read that right.
A small and efficient place that serves good comfort food. If you are close by and looking for a place just to satisfy your hunger pangs this is the place.
Egg fried is a must try.. U have u visit almost every dishes are good but raita part needs improvement.. Keep up the taste and hygiene......
#OreganoChicken
Thought to give a try when passed by, ordered Oregano Chicken. A kind of chicken555 in other restaurants. Not the best I would say but definitely worth trying once. Good one.
I feel one of the economical yet satisfies your taste buds. Their pulkas or tawa paratha are really soft and curries like baby corn masala are really good at taste. Cozy place yet they have ample seating and the staff are courteous
My one of the favorite place to have biryani, being less fond of biryani I just love this place, we ordered paneer biryani, chicken biryani and mutton biryani ,I loved the taste, the quality, the quantity as well
Very nice food taste. A budget friendly with taste food. Most favorite is Palak Panner, Panner 65 and Baby corn pepper fry. All the items tasted till now are pretty good.
This palace looks like very small cafe from outside, but it has big enough room dining, decent ambience. I tried veg biryani and staters, they said it's dum biryani,it came out like palaav but the taste is good, reasonable pricing
This place was recommended by my friend. He tried this place multiple times and his experience most of the time was good..In both veg and non - veg.
So we visited this place with him recently. And experience of us also was really good. We ordered Veg items from Starters to dessert...And taste of everything was upto the mark and right in quantity too according to price.
Service need to be improve a bit ...Rest was good.
Overall good experience here.
I wish I had discovered this place earlier!
Nothing much to describe about the ambience part, the food is the real deal here!
The service is prompt even though the place stays pretty crowded.
We tried both Indian and Chinese dishes here and enjoyed them thoroughly.
The pricing is reasonable and won't burn a hole in your pocket.
The beverages are good too, especially the Rose Lassi - a must try in the summers!

Overall, if you're craving for nothing too fancy but delicious, this is the place to go! :)
One of my favorite dinner spots, homely food, reasonable pricing, the place looks a lot better after renovation. Our go-to dinner place.. their Biryanis are one of the best in hsr
Great food. I have been visiting this restaurant from 3 years and they still maintain the same taste.Must try veg Biryani and paneer chilly dry.

Quite a simple place.
Food is neatly cooked. The taste and quality are quite homely.
Bhaigan bhartha and bhindi are my personal favourite.
Phulka here is the best in HSR in my view.
I have tried all the biryanis and I would rate all of them 5/5.
Quantity to price ratio is well maintained for all the dishes.
My hunt for refreshing taste always takes me to some amazing places around the city.
One such place I found along with my friend is mustard food court, small place and no where near a branded restaurant.
But must tell you the rich taste and good service makes it a must try.
We tried palak paneer and egg bhurji.(palak is my fav though there are always chances you won't get good quality palak washed for cooking in restaurants so chose restaurants carefully)
Palak paneer was really rich in taste and had really perfect taste of spices to it... Egg bhurji was succulent and full of flavors.
Had a great time and hope to see you all with another lip smacking place ๐

Biryani heaven. Full disclosure, I love biryani. I have only tried biryani from mustard food court, and I had it almost everyday for 6 months. The place is reasonably priced for the locality, and the reason I keep going back are the two factors that drive patrons back, consistency and quality.
I recommend this place for delicious food.
Don't expect a classy ambience.. it's basic but what u can surely get is really good tasty food at really good prices. Few things are really way below expected price.
For anytime a quick dinner.
Budget restaurant, food is also nice.. loved the aloo paratha.. good packaging as well for online delivery.. must try veg Kolhapuri and dal fry
Parathas are amazing. Especially paneer paratha. Can improve on spices for Gobi. Affordable. The go to place on a cold night for steaming hot food.
I went to this place for dinner with a colleague and it turned out to be really frugal. We ordered chicken 65 , mustard chicken & phulkas and it all tasted pretty good. You can visit this place for casual dining with friends.

Pulka are reasonably good and priced at 10 rupees, and the Currys we get here are as appropriate as they are priced, always feel to have good food here. Please try palak paneer here.

While I was looking for some home food my hubby suggested me that this place is ideal for some good rotis and North Indian curries. We have been there on Sunday. The place was not much crowded and the ambience is okay just like a regular place but not that great if you are a kind of person who gives importance to the ambience. It is located in the service lane with parking facility available. The service is quick. They also have seating outside. We ordered some rotis and paneer butter masala curry along with paneer chilli starter. The quantities are little less when compared to the price. But one best thing is that the rotis will be served hot and quick on demand. The paneer butter masala tasted good with mild amount of spices. The quantity of starter is less. They gave 8-10 pieces of paneer chilli taste was above average. This place also offers take away and will not charge for the take away. Itโs a must visit place if you are looking for some good restro with less budget.

Its value for money. When you feel like eating out but not shell out more money head to this place. The menu has usual north indian and popular indo chinese dishes. The Hydrabadi chicken biriyani which is quite light with fluffy flavoured rice and soft chicken pieces garnished with fried onions and mint leaves is quiet good for 140 bucks. The chilly chicken and chilly paneer is tasty but if you like it spicy like I do please do tell the waiter in the beginning. The phulkas here are very soft and can be enjoyed with dal or any vegetarian or non vegetarian curries. They also serve chilled puppy grape juice which is a delightful in the summer. The service is not that great but if you can adjust with that you are survive the month-end crisis.
Visited today while shopping in HSR. As we were supposed to have veg only so thought why to go at a fancy place. We ordered Paneer Manchurian, Arabian Grape Juice and Phulka. Paneer manchurian was nicely prepared. Quality of paneer was also good. Phulka quality was superb. But service was bad.
The review is mainly for chicken biryani. It was just awesome in taste and that too for a quite reasonable price. It's one of the top 5 chicken biryanis that I have ever had. I would love to visit again.
Pocket friendly restaurant, I love the quality phyla and Chicken 65. Considering itโs a casual dinning , service is decent. Chicken biriyani is good here too.
The chicken mustard food court makes...... oooo myyyy godddd... Amazing guys! We ordered Kadai chicken and roti.. it was really good..the curry was just delicious.
This place is simple and small but loaded with good food. I had the Bhindi Fry, Baigan Bharta, Palak Dal with Phulka which was yum. Will like to visit this place again.

Never disappoints .. decent food .. decently priced.. the prices have gone up a little in recent times.. palak paneer and surprisingly good veg biryani rice..
The place is best for quick lunch. The place is small but good. The food is worth each penny.
Overall rating.

Mustard food court is the best place for a quick lunch during office days. You can come here with colleagues or alone and have a good meal at a decent price. That's exactly what patrons do here. The ambiance is average and simple. The service us the fastest that I have seen around here. No questions asked. Sad part .. NO feedbacks asked. The food , we had ordered phulkas and handi chicken, we're good. I felt that the Phulkas might have maida ..the chicken handi was fabulous though...
Will I go there again? Of course .. for a quick lunch at decent price..๐
A small restaurant which i can describe as something between a restaurant and a mess near sai Temple in 19th main in the service lane.
Have tried their egg curry and dal tadka and they are good. It's not a place to go on a date or spend a quiet or exciting Sunday evening. Its a place where you go and pick up for or order, eat and leave i.e. strictly business. I usually pick up our order from here and for its food i can give it 3.5.
last weekend we just tried out there. we got chicken 65 and few parathas with schezwan rice. ย it was decent preparation and food was tasty. Though the place was small, they have maintained nicely. overall good place to try out.
Great place for pocket friendly and tasty food. Banjara daal is a must try. Their paranthas, biryani and chilli mushroom are good too. The quantity of food is filling.
Over the last several years, it has successfully dished out decent North Indian & Chinese food at very affordable price points.
Before the food, a special call out for Chachaji (uncle) who runs this enterprise (and a few more) with his sons and other trusted lieutenants.
Do not expect gourmet food! However, if you are looking for nice, simple take-away meal options, this is a very good bet. Their noodles, chicken biryanis, parathas, daal, aalu jeera sabji have not disappointed us over the years.
Wish they could include tandoori dishes in their menu; that would have made Mustard Food Court even a better choice๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป
This place never disappoints me. The service is super fast...the food is very tasty and the portions are good.Total value for money...

Mustard biryani is my favourite. Their chicken biryani is too good. I rarely like veg biryani but mustard's veg biryani is delicious. Value for money.
This place is good for most of the things as the food is great the ambiance is above average but definitely worth trying and I wouldn't mind visiting over again ๐
This place is so good,The food selection was good - a variety from continental to Indian cuisine. The staff was quite attentive to your needs too. Had a relaxed time dining there.
North Indian and Chinese. I absolutely love the Biryani they serve ,This place is always crowded. I like Chinese dishes here too. Among Gravy , Handi chicken is spicy and yummy . Overall food is good and nice place for having regular food.I like chicken 65 with chicken biryani and Szechwan chicken fried rice with chilly chicken gravy.
As we went late for dinner we had no other options as all other options to go were full as it was a weekend. We landed here only because we were hungry and it had seats. It is a very small food joint.Ambience cannot be expected here,it was pretty decent which can occupy 20 customers. There are only two servers and they r the cleaners as well.Food was pretty good.i loved their biryani.it was yummy. The service took a little too much time. But worth the money.Had a hearty meal.Cleanliness can be improved.
Excellent food with high quality. They have maintained standards since the past couple of years of operation. Great place to have lunch or dinner, searving delightfull north quisine.

Mid week restaurant food craving led my husband and I to this small joint which is in my vicinity and the food impressed me a lot as its difficult to find a good pocket friendly restaurant in HSR Layout.they serve multi cuisine food.this is perfect destination for the days of you don't want to cook or your cook didn't turn up.
Economical and mouth watering food... service could be little better though but keeping ambience in mind can be discounted. Would love to visit again
Pocket friendly and place to hangout with friends... Food is OK OK both noodles and biryani were not upto mark but decent enough to hang and enjoy with friends
this little place has some awsome food served at a very decent price..the location is very good and the service is too fast...special mention: please try mutton rogan ghosh..it is really tasty
Decent place for veg biriyani (and perhaps for non-veg biriyani too, but I wouldn't know that). They use good long-grain rice for biriyani and the quantity is decent for the price. The salan provided is decent as well. They have some North Indian options in terms of gravy and dry dishes and rotis. This is a value-for-money, quick eat-and-hike (after payment, lest your think otherwise) place, road-side, but functionally clean and minimal decor -- nothing to write home about. Waiters are efficient and act upon orders quickly.
One thing however, which would be good if management can take note and accommodate -- even though they explicitly state otherwise, is if they can take special request to customize food to be without any food-colours. Everyone knows that almost all places add food colour (especially orange), but if they start accepting request for food without food colour, low spice-level and less oil, it'd make them very customer friendly -- even though it is a bit more work for them, perhaps.
Awesome veg biryani... After exploring multiple restaurants for biryanis this is the only restaurant that provides best veg biryani. Must say it beats their chicken biryani as well. I rate 5/5 for veg biryani.
Good food,
Good service....
Clean n hygienic....
Economic.....
Overall loved the place. Will love to go again. suggest to try once. . . . .
An excellent option when you are in no mood to go out and get economical and tasty food at your doorstep. Have ordered couple of times from here and was never disappointed.
As you step in, counter is right in front besides which is the attached kitchen. The dining area is in your left which is though small but quite clean.
Ordered for methi dal, babycorn manchurian and aloo gobi dry to be parcelled. Service is fast as all were in the counter in the next 15 minutes.
Dal methi was pretty much average in taste. Babycorn manchurian was crispy fried with hint of sweetness and was delectable! Aloo gobi was also quite nice and overall was a nice gastronomical experience.
I know that this place will surely be my resort when I am too lazy to go out and budget constraints will be of priority.
Have been to this place few times over last year. Food is overall average.ย
I didn't like Chinese there, it tasted like roadside Chinese stall food.
As per the quantity and taste of food, price is a bit on higher side.ย
Good for once in a while casual dinning.
Decent place with very good food. Had ordered alu gobi, dal tadka and rice, and totally loved what they served.I could get the proper north indian flavour that the food should have which surprised me as it is very rare to find in Bangalore especially in low-key joints like this. Hygiene factor is low but anyways it is a streetside joint after all. Good place to try when the pockets are not that deep!
This is a small resto in HSR, me and my friends visited it for lunch on a weekend, it was full with people and the waiters were confused were to give what. We had to wait for around 10mins to get a bottle of water and then another 5 to 7mins to place the order but it took a while for the food to arrive. We had ordered Handi Chicken, kadai paneer and Mushroom masala and Rotis. The Food was good and that saved the day.
One of the first places that we think about when we are too lazy to travel far for lunch. Multi cuisine restaurant that does justice to almost all the dishes that they have on offer. Right in front of the restaurant, dense grove of trees give the most coolest of shades in the hot summer, so much so that you wouldnt mind taking the outdoor seating of this place.
Like almost all of their items. Special mention to Baigan Bharta, Chicken Achari, Chicken Salt and Pepper. Absolutely loved their Boondi Raita and Jaljeera. They have a kick ass Chicken Thali as well, do try that out.
Service can be very slow at times. You have to energetically wave your hand if you want to draw the attention of the waiters. But they are polite and go about their job without much fuss.
Simple yet tasty food at not too expensive prices. For some reason havent still sampled their Biriyani. They serve Bengali Biriyani here which i am very keen on sampling.
Nice small joint with good north indian food.
Every item in their menu is full of flavours .
Quick service and easy on pocket.
This place is good for every day meals (Lunch /Dinner).
I'm a regular in mustard food court. It's reasonable price and totally worth the money. It's a nice OK place to sit but food is yum. You like North Indian food ,you should definitely go for it
A usual place with usual food. If you are in hurry and want to have something quickly, this is the place for you. A non - fancy place which serves food quickly and doesn't charge exorbitant price. Overall a decent place for quick food and nothing much.
When you see from outside, it will not be the fancy posh restaurant. But trust me guys, they prepare awesome food. ๐ ๐๐ I loved the food so much i just want to keep diggin. ๐๐
Was so involved in eating that forgot to take pics :p
I love the handi fish here, although it's not available all the time as they prepare @in limited quantity daily . We ordered chicken 65 and Paneer chilly , It was nice too. Paneer was soft and nice. Sechzwan veg rice was nice too. Good place to have Chinese in HSR layout and doesn't create hole in pocket either.
Mustard has been one of my favourite joint ever since I moved to HSR. Food tastes great here and the place is always cool as it sits under the shades of trees. Though it is a small restaurant, they have managed to keep it neat and clean. Affordable Pricing makes it even more appealing.
If you are very hungry and want quantity food with very good quality under reasonable pricing then visit this place. Quick service, good taste of almost all the dishes and these guys serves very good fulkas. I am glad that I know about this place.
One of the days when you are in no mood to explore a new place, Mustard cafe is the place that one can choose to go without any hesitation.
It is a small roadside place that can cater food to 30 people at one go. The menu is wide and mostly covers all North Indian dishes. You can see biryani bowls in almost all the tables indicating this place is for Biryanis.
This place is home to us whenever we miss dal and hot phulkas. Kadhai paneer that comes in spicy gravy with chopped capsicums is the best vegetarian dish served over here. The phulkas are served soft and hot and goes very well with dal.I am not a big fan of Biryanis but the biryani served over here has good amount of vegetables & flavors in it.
In a nutshell this place is economical and good in terms of quality and quantity of food.
Insanely cheap food but maintains a home made taste. Perfect for when you are just too lazy to cook but don't really want to go to a 'restaurant'. If you stay in hsr or koramangala don't bother cooking for dinner and try this place out. You won't regret it.
I'm a regular at Mustard Food Court. The ambience is okay but doesn't matter much cause the food is delicious. They have friendly staff ,fast service and decent prices . I'm absolutely in love with the palak paneer and baigan ka bharta they make here.
A good place for dinner I found it. Food is neat and nice and hot as you expect. Taste is yum and there are lots of north Indian dishes which I really miss while staying in Bengaluru. Dont forget to have a pan outside of you come to this place. ;)
Mustard food court is always home food away from home. Their food quality, taste, their service everything adds up to one awesome meal. If you're ever in HSR layout sector 3 then you should eat here. It screams out good tasty food. My most favourite place in and around HSR.
We went here for lunch. The atmosphere was good. Food tasted great. But the day I visited this place, the place was understaffed is what I felt. They were taking forever to take our orders. And after taking our orders, it took almost 40 mins to serve us the food. Apart from this the experience was good. Looking forward to visit this place again
This spot brings back my memories of a classic college hangout. The atmosphere is cozy, much like being at home. Notably, the vegetarian options surpass the non-vegetarian ones, and the food quality is excellent. The service is prompt, and the staff is both humble and courteous. It's an excellent choice for a meal any time of the day.
This restaurant may appear small in size, but it provides a wide selection of dishes at a low cost. It stands out as an affordable option in HSR Layout, offering delicious food.
The best food with affordable rates. All the items in menu are yummy. I don't get bored visiting this place again and again.
Mustard is a good place for non-veg lovers. Tasty food try their Phulkas(Rotis), Chicken Masala, Biriyani( Lucknow style). The non-alcoholic drinks were too good Sikanji, Pulpy grapes and fresh lime-soda sweet.
It's a nice place๐loved the aesthetic paintings there and the food too!
The food tastes good, they should include more items in their menu, get a bit bored having more or less the same items over & over again. Service offered satisfactory, after renovation, the restaurant looks good, tv is not switched on nowadays, instead they play Spotify, tv also can be put on during matches.
This place offers delicious biryani at a very reasonable price. Their service is very good and quick, and the staff is very polite. All menu items are at very reasonable. The chicken biryani costs only 150โน. Would recommend if you wanna try something here
Mustard is one of the best food court. You find all the type of foods like snacks, Chinese , biryani. I have tried the biryani it is completely good most likely to Malabar type
Good food.... quantity is also good...fir me it is just the sitting space,it is quite small due to which it's too loud when people are talking....it's a kind of noise disturbance ...if you prefer a silent and want to have a good food time chat...this place is not for you
This place offers delicious North Indian Food with affordable price. Very good for a group office party with a low budget.
Good chicken biriyani is awesome there, I forgot to take pics of foods .., sure for next when I visit I will take
