Coorg Pork Items and Akki Roti are awesome
Have never been to this place but always ordered from here. And I have never been disappointed. All the coorg specials are tasty and well done. The chicken items are good too. Pork chilli and chidken pork are my favorite.

Great ambience & very cool & polite staff.... Only one thing that was not clear is " closing time" says 1am.whearass it closes at 11pm & Liquor price does not tally with rates mentioned in Zomato menu, it's in higher side than mentioned in Zomato.

Roof top polite staff good food chilled beer ....Good idea to have air coolers on the roof top restaurant didn't feel the summer heat.Tried coorg style pork chilli pork chidkan pork and kingfisher beer.. Surprised with the taste which has been amazingly consistent over the years.
Also tried Dal khichdi also called pongal minus pepper add tomato..would have loved it more with shudh desi ghee..By the way couldn't locate Dal Khichdi in the menu... You can ask for it.
Not sure if they have valet parking didn't find anyone for that.

This is a reasonable hang out on roof top especially meant for your boys gang!! Food is good and spicy..For starters we generally order chicken pepper dry, paneer chilly and Gobi Manchurian..love it!! and moreover drinks are cheap..so peace out on a broke weekend..😁

The food is quite good here. We had the ne'er dosas with a simple tomato curry and it tasted fantastic. The veg biryani and non veg biryani was very good as well!
Shud I say that it's where a Friday evening shud start and begin again.. Enjoyed the hospitality of the staff who doesn't bother U yet keeps smiling always.. And accommodating as much as they can even during weekends. Lipsmacking Tandoori Kebabs is What I love the best :) ***** to them :)
A good place to hangout silent environment wit decent people around as it has roof top.. a place to hangout with guys especially. Grabed 2 beers ambience was good order gobi manchuri, chicken Biryani and chicken tandoori..

Was at this place on the first night i was here in bangalore. They were close to my hotel and thus thought to give it a visit. They have a shabby bar down stairs which is really pathetic and I unknowingly entered there. Then I was guided to their roof top open bar and it was a wow !!! I was super happy to be there as it was drizzling outside and the ambiance was too good. The staffs were really polite and guided me a lot knowing a was new to Bangalore and i loved their food. Overall a great experience. A must visit place. Remember go direct to the roof top!!

I visit this place exclusively for the pork delicacies. I've been to few restaurants in Bengaluru and no one comes close to the flavor and authenticity of NW's pork fare!! All the pork items are very good and my favorites are pork pepper fry and pandi curry with akki rotti. Not to forget that the food in general is delish.
Drinks are inexpensive and I generally wash down the pandi items with chilled beer.
The restaurant has undergone a major makeover this past year and now have an AC section as well. The newly made up facade is hard to miss and gives a rustic impression from the street :) :) Nice work guys and the best part is, the food remains delectable as ever.

A great place for coorgi pork. Been going here since the past 20 odd years. Same taste & flavour. Owner Ravi is a great host. will go out of his way to make you happy. A typical Coorgi - Always smiling!!! Was there on Friday evening with my son.Really a great experience!! had all the pork dishes - Pork Dry - coorgi style, Pork tikka, chilly pork - all of them great!! Try the pork masala with hot phukas or neer dosa. Coming here after a long time but the taste has remained the same!!! Also don't forget to try some hot rasam at the end - Heavenly!!!
Nice nearby place to order food in kumarapark. Their coastal dishes are good. The delivery is prompt including their packaging. Overall a good experience with Northwind.
Had a cocktail and pork chilly. The pork chilly was quite good, though the cocktail wasnt. But the service people were gracious enough to accept that the bar tender was new and hence the short coming. A very special mention about the service. It was a bit late, but they were really apologetic about it.A great service compared to many places with a devil may care attitude.
Had a delivery and again all the three pork dishes were very good. Right ratio of meat to fat and perfectly flavoured.

The best place for Chitken Pork and Pandi Curry.
Only issue is placing order for home delivery. Most of the numbers provided online do not work and I am tired of troubling the owner every time.
Food however trumps everything else.
My first visit here with family on a reference from my colleague. Loved the food especially the pork and the amazing service. Everyone was very attentive and the attention to detail was impressive. Ravi Uttaih himself helped us choose a table and made us comfortable and Prakash ensured we were well looked after. I personally loved the ambience and cant wait to comeback again.

This place is situated on sheshadripuram main road, closer to gutthalli, on your left if going from sheshadrupuram. Was to miss as it is a corner building. It is set over 2 floors, mostly frequented for good food with drinks. The ambience is average, but food tastes great.
Some of the best options to try are French chicken, mutton fry, chilly chicken, fish fry, biryani n fried rice.
Price wise its average n service is good.
If ur in Seshadripuram and want to hang out, head to Northwind!!! Go to rooftop, order anything in the menu, it comes with a great taste (regular visitor - have tasted almost all varieties of dishes). Never ever forget to have Neer Dosa/ Akki rotti with any veg/ non-veg gravies!!! It's a 'must' visit!!!
Cheap booze & food. Awesome coorgi food: but beware your tummy the next day from over eating! It's more of a "guys only" type place. But I've managed to hang out there with friends, so I guess it's ok :)
We had ordered in from here, just coorgi chilli chicken and chicken biryani. The Coorgi chilli chicken actually tasted like chinese chilly chicken but with generous helping of pepper powder and a hint of Indian masala. The biryani was made of small rice - maybe jeera rice, a different variety than the usual is what I thought - and was non oily, reasonably ok.
Got to spend a lazy afternoon that got stretched to a late evening because one would just not want to leave the place.
The pandi curry is obviously right up there on top of the list. Right next to the pork chilly fry.
The ambience is perfect to stretch yourself out. The service is excellent. The waiting staff is on its toes constantly making sure that your plate and glass is always full. What a rare sight, really.

Aye listen da bugger. Come here and find a table on the terrace. First start with pork fry. Then put off some chilled beer. Then order pork chitken (not a typo). Enjoy the crispy fried pork with freshly squeezed lime. Then put off one kichdi. Trust me. It is yummazing. Dip pork chitken in khichdi and quietly enjoy.
Only tried the pork dishes. The chitken and pork fry were stellar. The star was the khichdi though. Absolute diva.

This place is like a breath of fresh air for all the non vegetarian crowd in and around malleshwaram. I have been frequenting this place for years now, recently renovated and good for families as well. Over the years I have eaten most of their dishes on the menu however the Pork items like pork chilly, pork pepper fry is brilliant ! Recently we ordered paneer makhani and even the vegetarians were praising the quality of the paneer and the way it was cooked. Mutton do pyaza is one of the best I have eaten in bangalore. succulent mutton and the right mixes of spices and not oily at all. The highlight of this place or the best dish of this place is the "Dhal Kichdi". Believe it or not its a simple dish however the way they make it here is simply outstanding, a must have dish the next time you visit this place. A must visit place if you are near malleshwaram/sheshadripuram.

Starters was ok. We tried peanut masala, veg platter, cucumber salad, chicken kabab, fried egg, Palak rice. Among these palak rice was only good. Others all were ok. Never try dried egg. It was very bad.

One of the oldest restaurants, serves the best cuisine. They have really good choice of menu ranging from sea food to coorg style food. They make the best pork in town. Their cocktails are good. And have other great collection of drinks.
