Excellent place for family. A clean place away from crowd. The food is awesome and the price is reasonable. Very accommodating staff, they have high chairs for infants, which was really helpful for me.
Nice comfortable ambience, great barbeque dishes includes chicken, fish, mutton and also veg items.
Service is impeccable, waiters are well mannered and active.
A must visit for all foodies but word of advice, visit when dying of hunger 😆

Ordered mutton paya soup a couple of times. The soup was average and the favours were nothing great.
Need to try other items as the menu seems pretty elaborate.
Very few restaurants serve paya soup so this place is still a good option if you are looking for this rare authentic dish
After seeing the reviews i was very hesitant to visit the restaurant. Since it is near to my house i visited the place and trust me the prawn biryani and tandoori chicken are my favorites. Me and my wife are regular visitors and every time we go we ordered prawns biryani and tandoori chicken. The quantity of the biryani is satisfying and the prawns quality is very good and to my surprise they are very fresh unlike othet restaurants.i do feel that the waiters need to be more polite and should have the menu knowledge.
Food was good service also good but not that much . I had buffet over there it will take 10 minutes to serve food . But overall good value for money
I'm a little surprised after reading the negative reviews, I agree the place mainly focuses on their buffet & their service is not too great if you're ordering a la carte' , however my visit was around 1 year back, I'm hoping things haven't become bad now.
Don't know why so many negative reviews. We visited this place on a Sunday for a very 'light' dinner. They had a buffet but we opted not to go for it.
Ambience was good and comfortable.
Tried the chicken manchow soup which was really yum. Lots of chicken pieces and veggies thrown in with perfect consistency. The quantity was less though!
Then had the chicken noodles which was perfectly cooked. Again, lots of chicken pieces, veggies & egg.
We didn't try any sort of barbeque dishes. Will give it a try next time. Worth a visit.

I had been here in the evening with my family it's one of the good and closest restaurant which offers a variety of dishes in Chicken the mouth watering dishes the chicken there fills all your satisfaction it's has a very friendly atmosphere with a glass view and it's situated on the highway of old Madras road the interior and the decor is well maintained with the good staff.
Yesterday night I visit to this restaurant with my family regarding my birthday. It's a pretty good restaurant to dine with family I had veg buffet which is really good and service are excellent but I seen to this restaurant there are only three staff but they have done their best to serve us good thanks to all staff really appreciate to this people. thanks I will visit again.

I ordered mutton biryani the mutton pieces are too hard not cooked well look like a one month old mutton . But service is good 3.5 star for service only .

Barbeque city Kr puram restorent compare to BBQ Nation is quite same but here BBQ city Kr puram i find testy foods like Biryani mutton paya soup etc, and I find it best for family,
Best place for Barbeque ambience on another best part with service very cautious staff no matter what you want non-veg raising of hands eye contact can be enough for them taking great care for us food taste great as I know I always order banjara grill chicken and chicken tikka for this place as I have selected dishes for place to place
Had been to this place couple of days back, and had a good time here, we ordered non veg buffet which costed us around 660 much lesser than bbq nation on a week end. They served us the starters quickly without much delay and starters were really tender and juicy. i loved almost every starter here. the main course also did not fail to impress us it was really good. The deserts were also good they had enough varieties. Will surely come back nxt time.

It's a nice place...Same as barbecue nation...The variety seems to be less compared to barbecue nation, but tatse is good...A good choice in and around KR Puram for sure...
As I had read reviews of this place which were not promising. But still went last night with a group of 4 for dinner, must say the place looks good, service was good/fast, the prawns & sheek on the grill was fresh and few veg items were good too. Would be nice to have more choice of desserts.
Went there with my friends for dinner and really loved the place. The waiter was super nice and really wanted us to enjoy the night. Of course the food was really good...

Visited barbeque city for a quick lunch on my way to office, and fortunately we ordered for a non veg buffet , and they started serving the live barbeque starters on a live barbeque grill, and really enjoyed the barbeque starters, on a unlimited basis . we enjoyed the starters so much and really filled with the starters. finally we tasted a little of buffet and sweet dish. Overall good value for money. Worth visiting Barbeque city again and again "I really want to thank the staff for serving good food and good service too
Had a good experience here. I ordered non veg buffet , i loved the paya soup it tasted really good. The starters were also very tasty. especially the fish starters i have not had it any where else.Since i had lots of starters was just able to eat very less main course & desert but it was all good. The cost is also very less compared to barbeque nation.Overall its a very good place in KR Puram.
Was my first visit to Barbeque City earlier this week. A decent and likeable place. Food tasted pleasantly good. Loved the fish here. Good for family dining.

This review has 2 parts.
We went there to try out their bbq options. I was a vegetarian and my wife was non-vegetarian. So, we both went for bbq buffet. I was utterly disappointed with their beg bbq options. There was not much options. Grilled potatoes were cold and literally burnt. There was no paneer and upon requesting they got Chilly Paneer. I was very unhappy. As far as my wife is concerned, she liked the grilled fish but did not like other non-veg items at all. Main course was better but our purpose was to eat more bbq than the main course. I would rate their bbq as 2/5 as I felt it was not worth it.
Last night, we went there to try their a-la-carte options. To be on safer side, we ordered plain naan, chilly garlic naan along with palak paneer. We were delighted. Chilly garlic naan was yumm so the plain naan was. Palak paneer had silkly smooth gravy with right blend of spices. Great ambience and service and worth the money. I would not hesitate to rate them 5/5 for this.
As we don't have much options in KR Puram, this restaurant is very important. I would rather go for a-la-carte options than their BBQ buffet as if I really want to go for it, I will choose BBQ nation or Absolute BBQ unless they improve.
We had been to Barbeque City Restaurant Very convenient at K.R.Puram main Road enough parking place . had good grilled kebab & other nice spread of Buffet . When I compare to Barbeque Nation, this place price is very reasonable. I find this is a good Restaurant in this location.
Fantastic place to have mouth watering and finger licking grilled starters on unlimited basis , especially prawns were too good , enjoyed the non veg buffet at a very low price at just 549/- +taxes as usual , so friends try this place and feel the difference
I was looking for some good restaurant in KR puram for giving my friends a treat as i was confused which restaurant to go then I searched for restaurant in zomato and i came across this restaurant i went through the feedback i saw many good and bad reviews and i thought to give this restaurant a try. To be frank i loved this place .We ordered for non veg buffet it started off with the barbeque starters the taste was really awesome then the other rice and gravy items too were good. All of us enjoyed the food, service , ambience of this place and i will definitely come again if there is any other event.

Starters are awesome. Service is good and staff is very polite. It's easily noticeable from the road. Especially fish starter is very very good , it is very delicious. Soup is good. You c can easily enjoy Chinese style, Indian style food here. But you will not find variety of desserts here. But it's worth for money.

Very tasty food. Good customer service. I stayed in oyo hence had breakfast from here. They had good options available. Most of the time I have been here had to wait for coffee/tea at breakfast. The ambience gets a 3stars.
I went with family on a Saturday. Food was tasty. Their signature starter kaju crispy potatoe was good as usual. Kalmi kabab was tasty and good. Panner malai tikka was lajwab. Main course dishes were also good. Service was bit slow. Overall i say good place to visit with family in k r puram area

My review is for vegetarian food, as i am veggie. Staff team is very good, their talk was polite, tey made sure all items were on our table, frm starters, grill, main course it was really tasty and good. Desserts, we were able to gt ice-cream and paysam, bt Gulab jamooon was over.
One of the best eateries around KRPURAM. The food taste amazing and service too. I have tried their buffet, alakart and some non-veg meals. There is a distinctive taste in the food, must try chicken tandoori, Mutton soup, lime soda and chicken Biryani
