Cheese pataka balls, aloo pyaz paratha, cheese burst paratha and Lassi. All yummy.
Amazing punjabi food at the heart of Jayanagara.
- Amazing ambience, looks simple yet attractive
- Staff are responsive and quick, they also know what to suggest you
- As it's a Punjabi restaurant, it goes without saying that Lassi and Chaas are must try
- Parathas are good and they give amazing portion of butter
- Gravies portion is good and other breads like Phulka, Roti, Naan are soft
We had been for lunch to the restaurant and I must say...what a satisfying experience..the pleasure of sitting on the couch and having yummy Alu pyaz parathas , gobi parathas
and lassi was totally worth it..The restaurant had taken all safety measures and very hygienic . The service too was very good..
Kapoor's cafe...the place is lit with very good sitting arrangements...very comfortable cushions...and different types of Indian foods...and affordable prices...and parata with ghee is heaven here...loved the poori and sabji...loved the ambience aswell...well behaved crew..
An all veg restaurant, good food.
Must try the lassi and starters are delicious. Although the starters price is on the higher end compared to other dishes.
Overall - an average restaurant
Had been here with my family for a birthday celebration.
At first sight the restaurant looks quite good and it has that typical punjabi dhaba look.
The food was not bad either not could have had more options as we wanted to try something new.
Overall we had a really pleasant experience.
My first seated dine out after 6 months, and I was definitely in mood of desi. So, I choose to go to Kapoors Cafe. Typical Dhaba setting with dim lights and khatia for sitting, lightened me up as soon as I walked in. 100% on ambience.
Called for aloo Paratha, kadai paneer thali and dry fruits lassi. Loved each and every dish. Bang on taste and desi flavours. Not too spicy yet delicious. The quantities are good enough so order less at first go and don’t get overwhelmed like I did.
However, the cleanliness of washrooms and common areas is what they seriously have to work on.
Otherwise it was a great dine out. Will visit again for breakfast soon!

Coming to food it's amazing there cheese burst paratha is as good as cheese burst pizza .
Paneer pokoras & cheese corn rolls are my favorite from there starters.
Don't miss there delicious dry fruit lassi.
Heavenly North Indian food... it’s tastes like mom made parathas to me in this city. Truly best parathas in the city.
Punjabi’s in town you will love this place.. must try
Recommendation- allo paratha, cheese burst paratha, lassi, dal makhani etc.. list is long..
I just ordered food from this place during lockdown and the food tasted really good. It was nicely packed and sealed. I am gonna try this place once the situation is back to normal. Thanks for serving good food during these tough times.
Their ambience is pretty good and simple. Reminds us of roadside dhabas. If you are lucky enough, you can get a cot, else you will have to manage with a regular chair and table. (suggest calling up and booking in advance to avoid disappointment). Their food quality is really good and all their starters are a must try. The portion of some of their starters are small, but their Lassi are chaass are pretty big and filling. I will definitely recommend this place as well as visit again.
I have visited with my family.i hv ordered Kadai paneer, mushroom masala, lassi and butter milk..it was so delicious and quantity was really good.ambience was really good ..must visit place!!
Great ambience. Food is great. I loved the dry fruit lassi. Would recommend ppl to try the dry fruit lassi once. Food quantity is good and I would say order one at a time else u will hv to get the food packed or food will get wasted. You can't finish the complete thali/plate.
Ordered for kadai paneer and pindi chole for home. Delivery was standard within 30 minutes. The portion size and packaging of the curries were good. The fragrance was quite enticing, however didn match up the taste. I think they could’ve been a little better. All in all, la familia enjoyed the curries with homemade parathas.
If you are looking for a pure veg restaurant then this is the place.. each and every dish here is worth trying and no regrets.
The service was little slow as there were too many people
This dry fruit lassi is the best I had till date🤩👍
We were five person and visited on Saturday evening. Ordered masala papad, cheese balls, gobi pakora, paneer pakora, lassi and chaas. All items were quickly served and very very delicious. Then ordered parothas, missi roti and 3 gravies, daal, one paneer item and winter special sarso ka saag. Every item was perfectly made and stupendously prepared. Also tried one rice item that too was fantastic. Finished with paan. It was great time. Interior were well lit. Hygiene is maintained. I recommend this place for quick service, hygiene, delicious authentic preparations. Thanks for the entire team who run this. This is pure vegetarians place.

Banglore's one of the best north indian cusines restaurant is undoubtedly the kapoor's cafe. It has 3-4 outlest in Namma Bengaluru serving best in class north cusines. Pindi chole bhature, different verity of parotas, norrh indian curries and kinds of rotis, cheese pataka balls, sarso ka saag, makke ke roti and many more. I love the food there. Cost is little higher and service is good. Try rgis place to have best north cusines.
If you are travel from North to south.....please visit Kapoor's Cafe.....pure vegetarian food is good for you and your family have a wonderful place for North Indians.....
Too good. Those Punjabi soya pops were amazing, so was everything else especially the makki roti
While shopping in Jayanagar came across this amazing dhaba style restaurant which I was searching since long. Finally I have found one dhaba style sitting area within city.
Ambience - visited here for lunch so was good you have both khatiya and table options. May be I assume at night this place will be more lively
Food- we took Aloo paratha which was just amazing with pudina chutney. Another thing we ordered was oulav was ok ok nothing great about it. Overall may be would like to visit here again to try more north Indian food
Service- was good nothing to specific to mention
Must visit place once if you really wanna looking for some Punjabi food on khatiya 😜 m visiting again for sure for dinner may be to see how it looks.
The typical dhaba feels with the authentic Punjabi food served. Patathas and lassi are what we had to fill our hungry stomachs. It satisfied our taste buds much better than we had expected. Good food. Good place.
Abode of authentic Punjabi food. lip smacking taste of crispy corn Punjabi style, cheese Pataka balls, cheese paratha and all sabji.A decent place for visiting with your family.
Visited this place for the first time today. The ambience is simply amazing. The food service was very quick. All the food items had the typical punjabi touch. Mouth buttering parathas are worth trying. Overall I enjoyed the food a lot. Will definitely visit again.
Since the longest time I had been wanting to go to Kapoor's Cafe, but my plans never panned out.
All along, I'd been hearing good reviews about it.
Finally this Sunday, my dad and I dropped by at the Jayanagar outlet to grab lunch. I'm off non-veg for a month, so Kapoor's Cafe seemed like the ideal place to dine at, since it's a pure vegetarian restaurant.
Now, if you're craving for authentic Punjabi food, all those butter laden parathas, fluffy pooris and bature, perfectly spiced chole and more.. Then there's no need to go to Punjab!
Kapoor's Cafe is one place that will tantalize your taste buds with their delicious food.
We ordered their Masala Chaas, Masala Papad, Poori Aloo and Chole Kulcha. I opted for the Chole Kulcha as the kulchas in this are baked (as I'm trying to cut down on fried food). It took a while for them to serve, as the place was packed. But seriously, after the food was served, the wait was certainly worth it.
Everything tasted so good, and the flavours were just perfect. The Chole Kulcha was accompanied by chutney, salad and butter. The Poori Aloo was served along with salad, chutney and boondi raita.
A complete meal in itself which was very filling.
The restaurant is quite vibrant and has a Punjab feel to it, in terms of their decor and seating options. Expect a little waiting time, but when you have a bite of that deliciousness you won't regret it.
They have a pretty vast menu, and everything is decently priced. A value for money meal, and I definitely see myself going back again and again. ☺️
One of the best places to enjoy North Indian food in Bengaluru. Reminds me of the Dilli flavors. The combos are really good and worth a try. We tried the Rajma and Veg Kadhai combos. Loved the Pataka cheese balls and dry fruit lassi. Now they have more space on the other side of the elevator. Will be back for more.
I am a Kapoor Cafe fan and they have not disappointed me. I have been to 3 of their outlets and the taste and service is all the same. We ordered Combo 3, which had 2 arathas, 1 lassi, 1 fruit cream and 1 raita. Lassi and fruit cream were just wow... And the parathas also were filling and yum. Must try place for a North Indian.
After hearing a lot about the place finally decided to take my family and we loved the place. Food has the perfect Punjabi touch and chaar Pai seating adds on to the dhaba feel. Staff was kind enough to suggest us perfect try outs. It is a good place to dine in with your family.
I went here with my grup. Ambience was really nice typically looks like a dhaba. Food was good specially the cheese burst paratha and lassi.
Kapoor's Cafe in Jayanagar is really really good. The Parathas especially the cheese and Aloo are stand out. The Pooris are fluffy and delicious. In starters, the paneer Pakoda and cheese corn ball are to be tried . The dry fruits lassi was too delicious. Gulab Jamoon too was very sweet but very delicious. Nice Ambience and don't forget to have the paan too.
A new popup spot, located in the heart of the city that has perfectly captured the ambience of the real dhabas. Indeed it is the one and only Kapoor's Cafe. Be it the quantity of butter, or its luscious creamy lassis, this place is a must visit if you are a foodie.
We had ordered a kadhai paneer Combo, 2 aloo parathas, kalmi Punjabi sticks, veg cutletsand lassis.
The lassis are a must for anyone visiting this place. The food is amazing as every bites comes with its own share of joy. The side dishes are so flavourful and the boondi raita just sums the whole thing up.
The ambience is also top notch. There's a provision for the customers to sit on dhaba style cots and the quotes on walls are quite amusing and quirky.
Overall it was an excellent experience and we will surely drop by soon!!!
Food: 4.5

Good place for lunch and dinner.
They have menu for single person and many thalis..
I was hesitant to order any dish coz of the ghee and spicing.. but it was amazing.
We ordered Chole Combo and Paneer Combo.
This menu was helpful for single person. With subzi, papad, dessert (sweet bhoondhi), raita, curry and two rotis, jeera rice along with dhal. The quantities were enough of one person.
Upon this we ordered sweet lassi and moong dhal halwa which were amazing.
Must try!
Loved the ambience of this place. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Fortunately we got a table fast once we sat down the place became fully rush. The staff were friendly and service was a bit slow. The best part was Rabri it was amazing. The rest of the good we ordered was very delicious.
Kapoor's Cafe in Jayanagar is a Punjabi food lover's paradise, and I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their mouthwatering offerings. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of authentic Punjabi spices filled the air, setting the stage for a culinary journey that exceeded all expectations. Their Alu Parota was a delightful revelation, with perfectly flaky and crispy layers enveloping a flavorful, spiced potato filling that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The Chola Bhatura was another masterpiece, with soft, fluffy bhaturas paired harmoniously with a rich and robust chola curry that was just the right amount of spicy. To round off this Punjabi feast, Kapoor's Cafe served a heavenly Rabdi, a sweet and creamy dessert that was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall experience, making Kapoor's Cafe a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and delectable Punjabi cuisine in Jayanagar.
Good restaurant, must try dishes crispy corn, paneer parota,
You feel Quantity is more, difficult to complete one full parota by single person.
Price is moderate,ambiance is good.
You will not regret visiting this restaurant,
Kapoor’s cafe has a Punjabi dhaba vibe. They have nailed the interiors! We ordered parathas. Paneer Paratha was a bit bland! Lassi was amazing, it left us licking the last bit of it!
Food - 3.5/5
Service - 4/5
Atmosphere - 5/5
Parking - 2/5 (self-parking is a hassle)
Valet parking is available
I have tried a lot of things and everything served here is so delicious and pleasing. Highly recommended. ❤️
Ambiance is good. Foods are quite spicy. Friendly team. Quality of food is also good. Taste is not that bad, it’s just fine.
Worth to visit once or twice in 6 months.
This cafe has the true Punjabi vibes in every aspect. Loved the ambiance and food! The quote that applies here is "Good food, good mood."
Food is really good and the ambience of place is also amazing with a unique feel.
It is a bit expensive but the food makes it worthy.
But, thali's are not worth the prices as one can enjoy those dishes individually with a little price as the taste is same but the quantity is not worth it. So, specifically thali's are not suggested here.
Very nice place to have food with family and friends , it's pure veg North restaurant
Very good ambience, polite staff ,very tasty food. V were attended by Mr.Vikas who was extremely polite n also gave us suggestions of food choice as per our demand. Best for those who love Punjabi cuisine - pure veg

Excellent parathas! I had a mixed veg and paneer paratha and they were out of this world. Pyaz pakoras were also great, the quantity of pyaz pakoras was on the higher side for two persons. And finally the lassi, this was one of the best lassi I've had in Bangalore.
Taste, Ambience, Service everything good..
Compare to Neeladri Road Kapoors Cafe, Jayanagara Kapoors cafe is really good.. even taste wise.. 😋😋 Enjoyed dinning a lot..
