A nice place to order your food online, they serve really yum tasty non veg food
The world's best restaurant...yummiest kebabs in town...i wish i could marry Moghul Durbar..but only problem is my parents wouldn't like a love marriage
Value for money place.
Ambiance is not that great though.
Prompt service.
We tried seek kabab, alfham chicken, chicken kabab and kp. A full 4 out of 5 for taste.
They also served couple gravies to go along parathas and kababs.
We visited this place while coming back from a bike ride/trekking; that added fuel to the hunger. Those juicy kababs were a welcome relief after a tiring morning.
A definite place to try atleast once.
Just next to where I live...
The food is on repeated mode at this point because of it's taste and quality of course. xD
Chicken Haleem is serving in this restaurant, the Haleem is not upto the mark. It can be improve from flavour to taste. Taste of the Biryani us good but chicken is not cooked well. Ambience is not favourable to meet the hunger with Joy.
Serves quality food, ambience is not that great. One of the best place in bangalore for authentic mutton biriyani. Takes more time to get parcels.
The best food and quality price
😋 is excellent in better price
Staff friendly and better response
Bette place to go with family and frnds
Try biriyani and alfham chicken
Location : Jayanagar
Ambience : Good
Food : Different varieties of dishes are available here, my personal pick would be Chicken kabab, Butter Chicken gravy , Biryani rice and last but not the least Broast chicken (KFC chicken although the amount and size of pieces you get is value for money)
Amazing tasty food...... Especially the chicken..their grill chicken is one of my favorites..
Ghee rice n pepper mutton is a must try too. N mutton biryani is great too
Location: Jayanagar
Ambience: Suitable for family and friends
Menu: Many varieties of North Indian dishes
Food:
• Moghul Broasted Chicken with Mayonnaise was okay, not that great.
•Chicken Kebab is a must try here. It is very delicious.
•Chicken Biryani tastes good with the two types of rasam they provide.
Presentation of Food: Good
Portions Served: More. Sizes of the chicken served here are too big and filling.
Cost: Reasonable
Service: Good, sometimes late service.
Parking lot: Available for Two Wheelers
Ambiance:6.5/10
WiFi:no
Service:6/10

What was ordered:
Parota
Tandoori
Chicken manchuri
Prawns
Kulfi
Parota:It was little hard but its always. It was crispy also.
Tandoori: Chicken was fresh and was tasty and it had proper spice and it was soft to eat too.
Chicken manchurian:Had some good taste and had chopped garlic and spring onions. And had a proper spice and this also tasted good.
Prawns:As I love prawns I preferred to buy prawns gravy this was also good and had a proper taste.
Last but not the least had one kulfi wch was too yum and I have heard that this outlet has the best kulfis in Jayanagar.
Good for broast chicken and frequent visitor for the same. Had an Irani chicken.. not so good. Take away takes a lot of time.. u should at least 20-30 mins
I have visited this restaurant only twice and both has been just for their most delectable Chicken Haleem that they serve during the time of Ramzan.
The Chicken Haleem is priced at ₹70 for 250gms and served in plastic boxes that are pre-packed. The Haleem has the right consistency with fried onions and cashews on top. Every bite is a pure treat with the spices and chicken blended well.
I give this five star only for the Haleem and strongly suggest this place for the same.
Good mutton biriyani. Taste similar to ambur biriyani. Mutton is tasty and the gravy they gave is also equally good.
Would do good is you add lemon soda along with that instead of water.
It would have earners 5 stars If the rice was jeerakasaala
Oh my good I have to start my review saying this because what a tasty non vegetarian food we get here. Food is just awesome here. It’s small place but food Waw Just Waw. The best egg curry I have ever tasted is here. It’s a must try dish. I would highly recommend this place. Ambiance is good and staff and service are good
In Bangalore if u want to really taste ghee rice and kabab u can just go have it here.Wen it comes to cleanliness it has to improve but the taste is really good and I feel it's better to take parcel and enjoy it at home.
Best broasted chicken in two. Their biryanis are pretty amazing. So is kushka and butter chicken. Kebabs are good not that great. A nice place to go to for some great food.
Planned for a take away at 10 p.m n was happy to know that nearly everything on the menu was available. The chicken biryani is juicy n suttel on spices and the raita is yummy. I wonder how their grilled chicken pieces are so huge it's like daddy grill but it's meaty n juicy😋 I'm not a kebab far so no special mentions on it just that I feel the parcel charges are a bit more but generally it's very easy on the pocket u can over eat in a small amount specialy on the month end days😂😂
Had a take away done from Moghul Durbar, Freaked out on the Chicken Kababs and the Pepper mutton dishes. Parcel charges are high. Better to go early to avoid the evening rush.
Ghee rice and chicken kababs are to fight for!! Taste to its highest level!
Best in the city. Dine in might be a tough call to take.
Always get a takeaway.
Kulfi too is a good option. Biryani is good but overpriced.
Has variety of starters and also sells ready to cook raw meat.
One of the best places around tilaknagar!
One of the best restaurants to order take out from! The prices are spot on and so are the portions! My all time favourite from here would have to be the Tandoori Chicken, the chicken is always tender and flavourful to the bone! The other regular favourites from here are; Ghee Rice, Kebab, Wheat Parota, Chicken Hyderabadi and the Broast Chicken. All in all a great value for money place with super fast service.
Mutton biryani and kebab is good and tasty. Meat quality is also good. Price is also not high, hygiene could be better. Overall good place for non veg lovers.
Being a big fan of biriyani and was trying all best biriyani huts. A friend suggested me this place and the mutton biriyani. Service is very poor, but the taste and quantity of biriyani will help you to overcome it. Been there many times. You u love the mutton biriyani here. Also u can go for ghee rice, kabab, broasted chicken , grill chicken n kulfis here.... Wud have given 5 rating if the service was good.
This is the place tat I have been going from childhood. There ghee rice and chicken kababs r amazing there can be nothing better tan tat .
It's not very clean tats a big issue I have with this place but the food is never disappointing
Have been visiting this place from almost a decade mostly for take away. The place is located near Garuda Swagat and its a two floor setup with take away counter and service Hall on the ground floor and service Hall on the first floor. Ambience is basic and the place could be kept clean. Place is crowded most of the times. Taking into consideration the quality and quantity, food here is reasonably priced.
Serves one of the best Ghee Rice and Roomalis/KP in town with unlimited dal/gravy/salad at very affordable costs.
And their Kulfis are pretty awesome too :)
An amazing place in Bangalore to have really good biryani. Chicken biryani is the best here. The ambience is a 2/5. But there's always an option called home delivery. A must visit for all Biryani lovers.
It's a normal restaurant in tilaknagar which serves hardcore non-veg food.
Known for it's biryani's and kabab's
Don't expect a great experience from this place as the food is above average and the restaurant is very normal.
A good place to grab a takeaway..
Over all an okish experience

Visited almost after 8 years, the place changed much. A meat lovers' delight, offers a decent veriety of meat dishes with a very reasonable price. Taste of food has not changed over almost over an decade, these are the signs of landmark restaurants.
A pro of this place for many New meat lovers is a lot of their meat dishes (gravy) are Boneless by default.
However a major con is they do not have any means of digital transaction. Especially in this time of demonetisation, it makes it really difficult. And the ambience is pretty poor.
Vegans should not fret, they offer a few veg dishes & Kulfis too.
Nice place to have Mutton Biryani and Kebabs , also I recommened to go for take aways as the place is crowded and not hygenie.
My report card
Price – 7/10

Value for money – 7/10
Awsome must try the crispy kababs and birayani is so delicious and the broasts are so good must try lovit deceant prices and good quality and quantity
If you are ok to go at a place where meaning of hygine is not understood accurately and you are just looking for some good food then this is one of the best place to grab some exquisite dishes right from a typical Muslim kitchen. The dishes have depth, character and above all; the taste. The dishes prepared are homely, no heavy on gravy but full on taste, a must try place. just a special mention on price, t's not too expensive as well.
Vegetarian had less options and according to my non vegetarian friends the food to order is mutton biryani, mutton Rogan Josh and kababs.

Will I go back - Yes, absolutely
Kababs are to die for. Have a been a regular customer past 6 years maybe. Always, i would go for ghee rice and kabab combo; simply heaven. A no no for vegetarians (disappointment Galore).
They discontinued the Moghul Thali which was worth the price (half kabab, half butter chicken, Ceylon Paratha and full ghee rice) all for just 140. I miss it !
Must visit this place, awesome biryani n gravy, durbari kabab n kalmi kabab was grt.. mutton pepper dry was awesome to taste. Definitely visit this place again
Had been here today with friends for a lunch... place was too rush, people where so busy in their work, placed an order for mutton biriyani, it took maximum 12 mins to deliver the food on table... was so hungry that i was thinking to eat 2 pax biriyani alone... here is the biriyani with yummiee taste.. really it was so good and mouth watering... also it is worth only the thing is to maintain hygeine....
One of the few place's in Bangalore, where you will find the authentic well cooked biryani. Biryani is will cooked with the right amount of herbs and spices. The meat (Chicken or Mutton) is well cooked .And people of the all age can munch on this and enjoy.
By now there seems to be over some 300 types of biryanis with everyday another new one being invented. Mughlai, lucknowi, malabar, ambur, chettinad, Donne, Bengali, andhra, dum and god knows how many more. But for old bangaloreans this is what it tasted like. And honestly i haven't come across any other city having anything close to this. The mutton Biryani comes with dal and sherwa and raitha. The rice (thankfully) isn't basmati. It's kushka a light and fragrant variety. The minute it arrives humans become gluttons. Nothing else seems to matter. If Biryani is your thing then this is one place that definitely needs to be ticked off. It doesn't seem to be famous on zomato because the kind who come here aren't the kind who would review food in zomato. It's a crowd that is so used to it they feel there is no need to speak about it anymore. Like it's obvious news. Well it should be. Go when you don't have anything more to achieve for the day. Pig. Get back home. Switch on the fan. Pass out. Life can't be more blissful.
The home of non vegetarian cuisine for south bangalore once upon a time. There was two restaurant one was Mughal durbar & other was Taj Durbar next to swagat cinema. This one was a bit more plush to take your family. The quality of food was excellent, I miss the ghee rice, butter chicken & kababs. We should have it there and it tastes best. The grilled chicken off the grill piping hot was excellent. Very pocket friendly once and our one stop for all birthday & anniversary etc functions.
Been here quite a few times, this place is close to swagath garuda mall, jayanagar. Well the food taste is pretty good, good quantity and decent pricing. Hygiene part I am not sure about it. Place is quite big, neatness has to be maintained. Otherwise is value for money. Chicken roast is one of my favorites along with that Ceylon parota with some curry will be a good combination.
Taste-7/10 Ambience-5.5/10 Price-8/10
Used to go here often. Just normal ambiance and services speed depending on the crowd. Food here is amazing, like their Ceylon parota, chicken kababs, butter chicken and biryanis. It's not a place known for hygiene. Worth try their food.
If authentic bangalore style Biriyani is what you need then there is no place better than this! The taste is extraordinary, pricing is the best (pocket friendly) have it hot at the restaurant rather than a take away! The best mughlai Biriyani in town!
Awesome if you like oily food....kebab n partha are good..must try at least 1nce...Tey the thalidomide. .contains all the dishes..butter chicken is really nice

Not so much of a sit & eat place for us, we'll get take away from here whenever we happen to pass by them. Getting there is fairly simple but parking can be an issue most of the times, especially for cars.
The menu is standard for all these mid to low range "Mughal Food" places. The 'Biryanis', the "Chinese Food", 'Kebabs', the 'Currys' and the likes. We've had the Biryani a few times and it is delish as you'd expect form a restaurant like this. However, we stop by here for one thing and one thing only - Their 'Moghul Broast Chicken'.
The 'Moghul Broast Chicken' is basically is just a fancy name for what the rest of the world calls 'Fried Chicken'. Served with a garlic mayonnaise that lets the fried chicken hit the spot, the 'Broast Chicken' we've always assumed was an attempt to clone the 'KFC Fried Chicken' (Not this 'Zinger' nonsense, the 'Colonel's Original' but its only a theory) when it first became popular in Bangalore several years ago and although 'The Colonels Original' will remain the only 'Colonel's Original', 'Moghul Durbar' in that attempt have created something that stands on its own as 'Fried Chicken' that is NOT KFC.
We rate this place as a Take Away restaurant as thats all we've ever got here and won't be taking into consideration, the ambience, service, presentation or parking. Just the food.
Tip: Theres a little 'Kulfi & More' kiosk inside the restaurant that can be a good place to visit while waiting on your food. The 'Kulfis' they claim are "Real Bombay Chowpatti Kulfis" and while we can't authenticate that claim, we've always found them very decent.
Verdict: Try the "Broasted Chicken" if nothing else. Biryani is pretty good also. Don't forget to ask for your garlic mayo with the Chicken.
Potential: 100%. Can improve interiors and parking to make it more inviting for guests to go dine in.
Next Visit: Its been a little while since we've gone here so with that in mind, soon!
I have been getting Biryani and Kabab from this place for a very long time. I like the way they parcel the Kababs. They have box with holes on it, this helps the steam to escape and kababs don't get soggy.
We have tried Mutton Biryani/Chicken Biryani/Chilly Chicken/Chilly Kabab. My fav is mutton Biryani. Don't forget to ask sherva along with it. They generally give dal and salads along with Biryani.
Its a great place for Non Vegetarians...Vegetarians can give this place a pass as the veg dishes are very average or below average. Not a great place to sit and eat if you are with your family. Preferably take parcel.
My Rating :
Food : (4/5)
Service : (2/5)
Ambiance : (1/5)
Value for money :(4/5)
Used to be fix biryani joint where we used to head during initial days of B'lore because of my roommate. He worshipped this places for there biryani. I used to love ghee rice over here with chicken gravy. Best was to have thr home made kulfi in d end.
The quantity and quality of the food is up to the mark. Have tried Alfam and biryani here
Alfam was okish whereas biryani tasted good.
Absolutely loved the food here! Broasted Chicken was piping hot and super tasty. Hyderabadi chicken with Kerala parotta was a great combo recommendation and the mutton biryani was yumm. I found the Chicken Manchurian okay but besides that had a great time. The ambience is decent not very posh. This place is for foodies.
Great place to have fun with food, taste is super good!
Especially hot wings was quintessential.
With the doubt BEST BIRIYANI I ever had In my whole life.
And ya a bit premium cost
Biriyani rice : 100
Biriyani : 210
Go for Biriyani rice & any other sides as a better option
Enjoy have fun ❤️
Loved the food
Do try kebab and broast chicken
Good taste, good quality and quantity, best price. We have ordered chicken broast@220, alpham seek kabab@ 260, briyani rice@110 and Chiken Kabab@ 200.
Food is excellent and they need to work on thier restaurant ambience and other facilities (Restroom & Parking)
Loved the quality of service, ambience, safety precautions, taste, and the price at this place.
Once my friend told me about this and I got interested as he has really good knowledge about the locality.
He was just praising all the time on the way. I thought about what could be more interesting about this place.
When we visited, I saw a huge rush of people.
Good, tasty and very economically priced restuarant. Quality and quantity hasn't changed for years, real value for money. This is a pure non-veg restaurant with multiple options in chicken, mutton and fish. Veg you will get only paneer so plan accordingly. All their dishes are great, we mostly love/order crispy chicken and hot wings.
One of the best restaurants for both dine in and take away. The chicken is just amazingly juicy and tasty too. Plus the quantity adds to the delight. I'd recommend this to everyone. The cleanliness and staff is also is an icing on top of the cake. Love this place. Been 7 years already and never disappointed 💙
I love biryanis. So recently, I decided to try from Moghul Darbar. I really loved their chicken biryani. It had a burst of flavours with a perfect blend of spices. The chicken pieces were juicy and tender. The rice grains used were also of high quality. Even the veg fried rice was also too good. I really loved both the items. Do give it a try whenever you get a chance.
The packaging was also good and completely spill proof. The biryani came along with salan and raita too.
LOVED THE FOOD!! Best starters, Best Taste, Bigger Quantity and Affordable prices.
Average 4 people cost is estimated ₹ 1400/-
Broast chicken and crispy chicken strips are a must try
Mughal Durbar is one of the best restaurant in thilaknagar which offers Mughalai dishes, there broast is cheap and best ghee rice seek are also good option to select from, take away is good option than sitting and having there and they also deliver to homes. They have catering and bulk option as well.
Nice hotel to have a good food...
Ambience:
Nice only... Night time more crowd.
Biriyani is ok level. Alfahan chicken also ok. Parotta is very nice.
Malai is famous here.. I tasted Malai, Pista and Special Mango. I liked very much pista. But my family likes Special Mango.
So many varieties of chicken dry and bbq grill.
The best taste, in the city. Only for taste
But horrible service 😭 , no ambience sorry to say so - the waiters carry lot of attitude 🙄 it feels like we are begging for food 😋 hygiene ZERO 🤢
