Loved it.. I am a North Indian and from last so many days I was looking for a place in Bangalore where I can eat North Indian food at an affordable price... and this place was perfectly fine for that, so I visited there and using little app I ordered Maha Combo Meal for Rs. 90 and It was very tasty food.. Mast Kalandar is the first place where I ate North Indian food in Bangalore and it's environment is also quite and peaceful so you can fully enjoy your food. Gulab Jamun was the Best 😄
Must kalandar in indiranagar used to be one of my regular option for the meal as it feels very healthy. Now also it is very healthy but taste wise I feel it is letting me down now a days. Smoked bangon barta was used to be my favorite. About all paneer burgi is very good here. And chass and shikangi were as good always. And this time paneer paratha that we took also was very nice. But dum aloo was not up to the mark. Over all it feels very healthy but seems taste is getting compramized.
About the ambiance, must kalandar always have this road side place with glass cover so it feels very good.
About the staff, previously they used to be very interactive, now it is little going down, but they respond for anything needed.
Good place. Looks like recently they have improved roti, switched to whole wheat. You can try different dishes. Good for casual eating out. Value for money.
Food is good.Serving size is not as big as it appears though
The best you can get if you are a vegetarian and living in domlur or.nrqrby area.
Cons:
Food served is very hygienic, also the tastes good. There are many combos available with different combinations. Also its never crowded and you will be able to find a seat easily. Staff is very cooperative and attentive.
Pros:
feels costly sometimes.
A good place to eat North Indian food. Starters are good, although, the hara bhara kebab has stuffing of green vegetables so watch out for the extra salt. Seating arrangements are okay and you can bring your friends here for a quick bite too. Main course have budget friendly options too and can save you during month end. The speciality is the lip smacking gulab jamuns that can be washed down with a glass of lassi. A place you can visit once to try it out.
Food is clean and consistent in taste, though not all the items in menu are savoury. Still a good place for veggie crowd
I had amritsari kulcha, roti , punjabi paneer , aloo jeera. All the dishes were good. But not so spicy.
Nice Restaurant.
Superb Taste, Its very good for north indians veegies. They prepare all types of north indian food items.
Pure veg north indian food combos available. Good taste and good variety.
Awesome food, can improve on the quantity. We can understand the constraints though.
