Tried their special veg thali this weekend ..it was a one complete meal with dessert and buttermilk.. The food was Fresh and Tasty..the gulab jamun was awesome..
Pure veg outlet inorbit which from Mumbai. Kailash Parbat is famous in Mumbai. Basically I m not a veg fan. Kailash Parbat is a oldest food chain brand which started by Mulchandini brothers in early 1950’s. Initially they sold pani puri’s in Karachi. After independence they moved to Colaba Market Mumbai. Right now they presence in major cities like Mumbai, Hyderbad, Chennai, Kochi, Bangalore, Surat, Goa etc and international presence in Canada, USA, Singapore, Hong king and Australia.
Try their signature dish, Kashmiri Pakora - I m loved with the dish. Best one in the menu i will with out doubt will claim. Fillings are pretty good.
Tried their Veg combo meal also, its also good. This place will satisfy your taste buds with sindh style veg cuisines. They have good chat options and try huge chola batura from Kailash
They serve very good chaat, and do listen when you have special request to add/ remove something as per your taste. It is located in the food court. Very prompt in service. Accept all sorts of payment.
Good place for Street chaats. Other options are not much considerable. The taste was not upto the mark. But definitely chaats were good. Service is fine.
Awesome food... Chole Bhatures are my favorite here. You will get all sorts of North Indian stuffs to dig into.
Prices are decent and service is pretty fast too.

Great restaurant , came at 11 , still they gave me assurance to order anything and had it prepared , perfect professionalism. Kudos , thanks
We had a great experience there.. we had thali n chole bature :) both were good and satisfying .. worth for money 😃 if you want to choose one among all the shops in that food court .. you should go for it surely..
While looking for a place serving pure veg(mum's orders not to eat non veg coz of shivaratri) near work which is light on the pocket as well, zeroed in on this after much deliberation. My friend who was with me was very keen on trying out the chole bature he had seen on our previous to the food court.
So we got the chole bature meal, koki(Sindhi paratha), kashmiri pakoda and a buttermilk for myself.
Butter milk- the difference between this and the one which you get with a meal is that this one has a tempering(the saunf was over fried) which was Lil too much for my liking.
Kashmiri pakoda- looked very interesting in the display and tasted nice too. Crispy fried bread with a soft paneer filling inside.
Chole bhature- initially we thought of getting a single piece(Rs 100) but we got the meal finally. The gulab jamun which came in the meal could have been a Lil softer. The 2 pieces of bhature were HUGE! chole was ok ok and the pickles, picled cabbage and onion salad was nice!
Koki- both of us has never heard of this dish before so we thought of giving it a try and it turned out to be pretty decent. Soft and flavorful parathas. Again the quantity is very much sufficient for 1 person(2 parathas cut into 4 pieces). U get a boondi raita as an accompaniment which tasted nice.
The bill for all this came up to just 380 bucks. Service us pretty quick and very ordered! The person at the cash counter clearly and loudly shouts out the order to kitchen and is very courteous. Would recommend this place to ppl looking for chaat, chole bature type snacks etc.
I have been to the food court in inorbit mall but never tried this place. I was pleasantly surprised by their menu. We ordered the chat combo and it was over-whelming. It was a platter of bhelpuri, sevpuri, papri chat, samosa chat, tikki chat and dahi bhalle. The taste was spicy and good. They also have other north indian delicacies which are a must. I would highly recommend this place for north indian chaats and other dishes.
As it is evident that there are not many eateries in Inorbit Mall, we found Kailash Parbat more inviting amongst the counters in the food court. Most of the food on display looked very inviting and everything seemed very spotless from the vegetarian’s perspective.
We tried the Maharaja Combo with 3 different Parathas (Methi, Aloo and Gobi), Raitha, Salad, Chhole, Aloo Gobi Sabzi, Daal and Chaas. This combo at Rs.200 was a lot of food and tasted very well. We also tried the 5 in 1 Chaat Combo which had Delhi Chaat, Masala Puri, Dahi Puri, Samosa Chaat and Sev Puri. This Chaat combo however was average in taste.
The bread Pakodas on display looked very appealing to me, though I didn’t get a chance to taste them.
Moolah: Rs: 350 for the above two combos.
Pros: The lunch meal combos are good, extensive variety for vegetarians, value for money, very tidily maintained counter, cards accepted, cooperative and friendly staff.
Cons: Chaat needs improvement, service was a bit slow; replacing a curry for a small dessert in the Maharaja combo will be a complete meal.
Recommended – Smart veg meals while in the mall.
I had been to this place for lunch once. Its located at the food court of InOrbit Mall in Whitefield.
I Ordered a chicken biryani which was delicious. Its was hot and spicy. The pieces of chicken were cooked really well & the rice used in the biryani was excellent, it had an awesome aroma.
I had to wait for a long time for the food though.
Price is reasonable. The food court of InOrbit Mall has ample amount of sitting space so you can easily sit back and enjoy the food.
Next time i come to Kailash Parbat I'll make sure i try the fast food section.
Is this place worth a try? Well definitely a yes.

At last..I made it here.. Ughh! No im not on the likes of Edmund Hillary or Tenzing(though they climbed Mt Everest, I dunno who climbed Kailash)..I saved myself from some hefty climbs, frostbites, oxygen cylinders and a survival of the fittest episode. My memoir has no freaky avalanches or food depreciation, what it does have is a nice, long, warm recollection of the brand name "Kailash Parbat". The luxury I get while I tag myself on facebook."Noorain Sobiya was at Kailash Parbat with_" Let's accept it, it does look pretty awesome than a McD status... makes me feel pretty athletic.. Ok.. enough of the wishful thinking! You need to trust me when i say this "This place is an ultimate luxury when it comes to Chaats".The chaats here are just sent from the above..Umm...lemme rephrase that for you.. The chaats here are just sent from Kailash Parbat itself. This is a luxurious bite, every element in that chaat... umm, umm, umm..playing the best tune they have.. The Chaats not only aggravate your want to have another plate, but also make you feel happy.. After all, "yeh aapna comfort food hai".No rich creamy soups, no profiteroles, no pastas..just a nice humble, well assorted Chaat.. The real benchmark of a Chaat is when, it looks and tastes effortless. The more sauces and elements...the more you can vouch that it's gonna be disastrous. I have had Chaats, where I could literally barf out my guts.. Too much garam masala, too many ingredients in the sauces, too sweet of a tamarind chutney, not so crisp puris (dough puffs).. I ain't a Chaat craver..never have I craved for chaats, but sometimes, the moment they slide into your mouth..you know., the world's just fine.. The Chaats here nothing less than perfect. The Chole bhature too are on the same league. My biggest guess would be that these people..keep their ingredients to a minimum, but with whatever they have on the chopping boards, they create magic. There is one eenie minnie aspect..their Chaats are priced at quite a price.. A bhel puri costs you Rs.100 and you could gauge what I mean. My recommends: Dahi puri, Dahi bhalla, Bhel puri, Chole bhature P.S: After you finish eating your first plate of a chaat, your hand starts getting jittery, you start fiddling with the greasy spoon, you start staring at the people who are eating, you look around and see someone eating a Chaat which you didn't eat and start an imagery of you eating that Chaat.. You look down at your phone, no rings, no messages...How do you conquer this feeling?!? You certainly do not wanna eat more..No you will not., You are stronger than this urge..You will not fall down to....OMG! Is that a Pani puri...?!?? And before you know it..you remove that crisp Rs.500 and start walking towards the stall... P.S.S.S: It's called Kailash Parbat for a reason! With all that" im-not-hungry-yet-I-will-stuff-myself-with-another-plate" feeling... only a climb to the "KAILASH PARBAT" is gonna save you from those calories..UP,UP, UP..YOU GO!♥
Probably the only eatery worth visiting for food in the food court when you are bored of KFC and McD.
Ambiance - Nothing to talk about its a food stall.
Service - Slow, considering it takes more time to make Indian food, than a make a burger. Since the service is slow, the custom ordered food is fresh.
Must try - Aloo Tikki chat (just ask him to add more chutni), Kashmiri pakode are every penny worth it, Mango Lassi is nice.
Chole Batoore are good, order one plate of that for two people, because batoore are just too big to finish off, and by the time you reach the second one it will end up plain out cold and elastic.
Evenings are usually dull for this mall and the food court, so the curries in combos are gonna taste stale. Try to avoid them at that time.
However its usually full on Weekday afternoons considering Inorbit is in the midst of IT offices, and that is the only time when you get hot & fresh combos.
And yes! Do not ever try their gulab jamun, it has never tasted good.
Price: Might seem expensive, but for the quantity which can fill two people, its worth the price.
undoubtedly good tasting chaat and varieties of bhature. mango lassi was a disappoitment.
dahi vada was too hard. I d say kailash parbat is a must try. but for me it s a.wont visit again place. went again on october 12 th 2013 to the outlet in Phoenix market city Whitefield . the cashier was unfriendly and impatient. there was no crowd and I was just asking what each item is and what it has. he was irritatable and impatient. we left without eating.
Visited the place yesterday after shopping in in-orbit mall & we were edacious for a quick bite. and came across this eatery in food court .
ordered Maharaja Paratha platter that has 3 variety of parantha 1 each of Alu, Gobi n Paneer..
Parantha Platter was served with chole, Panner, raita, salad, anchar n chaas n kesar halwa... and we were not disappointed.. each parantha tasted good.. Finally good tasting paranthas in Bangalore .. Its excellence in simplicity just unbeatable overall food, and that ever lasting flavor in the mouth. Beautiful !
Only negative - Kesar halwa which was served cold.
value for money is also apt. cost for a parantha platter 200 bucks
overall it was really good. You'll leave satisfied :)
Final Verdict
Taste: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 3.5/5
Service: 3.5/5
Value for Money: 3/5
A regular visitor to this place, Luv their chole bhature and chaats.. except for their prices which have once again being upward revised, a good place for fast food.
One of the best Channa Bhaturas in town. Do try it out
